I find unethical staff ., No sense to talk with the customer..service zero .. employee named MANU talked in a very bad language ., He talked in a bad way to me ., I want an apology asap.

The Bharat petroleum which is in karapakkam, Chennai is not accepting cards and UPI system in peak times and night time... The always say it's not working

Stort last 3 months i filled petrol here only for my bike . I have complet my work from hospital near 9:45 pm i dont have petrol in bike and dont have ready case ', then my bike petrol dried then i walk with my bike krishnagiri to batgur then i filled . Really am hurted for this petrol pump

मेरा वाहन MP28CB6794 है जो डीजल से संचालित वाहन है मैं दिनांक ०६/०६/२०२१ को पवार पेट्रोल पंप खजरी रोड छिंदवाड़ा में अपनी कार में डीजल लेने गया था और मेरे द्वारा कर्मचारी को बताया गया की डीजल डालना है लेकिन कर्मचारी द्वारा बिना मुझसे सहमति लिए मेरे वाहन में पेट्रोल डाल दिया जब मैंने उसे रोका और बताया की मैंने डीजल डालने के लिए कहा था लेकिन फिर भी आप पेट्रोल क्यों डाल रहे हो तब तक कर्मचारी लगभग 4 लीटर पेट्रोल मेरे वाहन में डाल चूका था जिसकी शिकायत मैंने पेट्रोल पम्प के मालिक से भी किया लेकिन पेरोल पम्प संचालक से कहाँ गया की आपने जो पेट्रोल डाले है उसे निकलकर मुझे डीजल दीजिये उसके द्वारा कहा गया की इससे आपके वाहन में कुछ खराबी नहीं होगी पेट्रोल पम्प द्वारा इसके बाद पेट्रोल को नहीं निकाला गया और 2364 /* रुपये का डीजल भी डाल दिया जिसका मैंने फ़ोन पे द्वारा पेमेंट भी किया जिसका रिसीव नंबर T2206060908312449383741 दिनांक 06 /06 /2021 समय सुबह ९ बजकर ८ मिनट पर किया इसके कहने के अनुसार मेरा पुत्र और पुत्री जो जिला नर्सिंगपूर विभागीय मीटिंग में जा रहे थे लेकिन रास्ते में वाहन कुछ दूर चलने उपरांत बंद हो गया जिसकी शिकायत मेरे बेटा एवं बेटी द्वारा पेट्रोल पम्प संचालक किया गया और कहा गया की आपने कहा था की पेट्रोल निकलना जरुरी नहीं है आपकी गाड़ी को कुछ नहीं होगा लेकिन हमारी गाड़ी रास्ते में ख़राब हो गयी अब इसकी भरपाई कौन करेगा तो पेट्रोल पम्प संचालक द्वारा गलती स्वीकार ना करते हुए उल्टा हमें कहा गया की तुम्हे जो बनता है कर लो तुम्हे जहा भी शिकायत करना हो कर दो पेट्रोल पम्प के कर्मचारी की गलती के कारण मेरे बेटी शाश्कीय मीटिंग अटेंड नहीं कर पायी एवं रास्ते में वाहन बंद होने कारण बहुत दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ा एवं मेरा वाहन के इंजन की खराबी के कारण लगभग 60 हजार रुपये का नुकशान हुआ है और मुझे मानसिक प्रताड़ना का भी सामना करना पड़ा है पवार पेट्रोल पम्प के संचालक पर कठोर कार्यवाही कर अवगत कराने की कृपा करे

We face that your provided NLP card is not working past one month to the all the BPCL Petrol bunk. The request us to change to card from swiping (NLP) to Chip card (ALP). Regarding this matter, we checked with your consult person to solution. But they have ignore our calls.

I am booking LPG using Umang app my consumer number is 4890 and the service provider name Nihal Gas service which is located in East Delhi. so I go for the Bharat Gas service provider and I provided booking details the consumer name is right so I go ahead because it is asking for me to pay 1003 so I choose to pay using UPI phonepe the payment was successful and deducted from my account so i back to the Umang to check the status of booking but the page was gone the whole process takes only one or two minute I don't know what is going on but my money got deducted so please check the status if my booking was successful so it is okay but if my booking was not successful so please refund my money I can give you the payment proof if you need it thank you.

This is the complaint against Manick Traders, Atghara, Kaikhali, Kolkata. I went for the CNG fill up for my car. I found the stuff is talking in front of the CNG distribution. When I asked for the gas, he denied to provide. He told there is no electricity. But electricity was there. This pump always does mischief and measurement is also not good. Please take needful action.

Your Petrol pump is not providing petrol in pure form
This is happening second time
It is affecting our two wheeler's engine

I never used my number for bookig LPG cylinder from Bharat petroleum but I got a sms saying the ref. no. 41573 besides it says that a LPG cylinder has been delivered at my place . Though I didn't book any cylinder and don't get supplied by Bharat petroleum .
I suspect that my mobile number was used by someone to black book a cylinder in my name.

I booked the gas cylinder in bharat gas on date 6/05/022 in after few days I got the msg from BPCL my cylinder was delivered but physically I didn't get any call or delivery of gas cylinder then next day I call in gas agency for my delivery so I get response from today we will deliver ur gas cylinder but till not delivered.

So I request please take action against this and solved my problem.

Our gas connection with Geena gas service, Kotkapura-151204, Punjab with registered mobile number [protected]. Delivery boy of agency always charges ₹20 Extra from billing. If ladies in home ask him regarding that delivery boy misbehaves with them and also threats that he will took back the cylinder and after that agency will stop our gas supply permanently. Please look into the matter and take action against guilty person. Thanks

Vinod gas agency at Trivandrum distributed a gas cylinder and it is leaking. We tried to contact all the number, they provided in the website. But no response from their side. This occurred previously (3 Times)also. They are not checking the gas cylinder for distribution.

Providing of air, staff behaviour is very poor and provide online transaction through card or UPI service

they are bunch of cheaters ..i realised later . (This happend on 24th May night 8 PM)

i asked to fill tank . first he filled to 500 and then stopped, i said him to fill the tank and another person came and stated diverting me about some cards . then later without making it to zero, he started to fill for 2500.

the final bill should be for 2500 but he charged me 3000.

Be careful with this fuel pump it seems management hires only fraud people to make some income.

I dont know how we can complain this to Bharat petrol but i will find and complain to them and will escalate this.

Myself Dr MohitPrakash, me and my mother went to sidharth filling station on 7.06.2022 at 8:25pm. I asked for Rs 300 petrol for my Activa (UP 65 CR 3161). Cashier gave me Rs 300 petrol. Then, i used my Bhim app for the required transaction but the cashier demanded that i do the transaction again. At the exact time, my mother came to me and informed me that the bathroom is locked. Then, some other person who was not in any uniform came and apologized. The cashier again demanded that i repeat the transaction, which i immediately did again. Therefore, i request the appropriate authority to refund the same amount as I am a loyal customer of BPCL for 10 years.

The staff of 4 no. Talk with me very rudely i was just making payment . After they said that the bpcl money detuct machine is not charged and telling why are are paying on that upi id you should pay on our patym qr scanner they just started shouting on me after 20 to 25 minutes they come with machine and fill the petrol. I want that u should take strict action on it .

I visited one of BPCL pump in MBP Mahpe. There is a free air filling station at the pump and pressure buttons are not working. The staff is filling the air as per the air pressure mentioned on the machine. The buttons on the machine are not working which is why the pressure can not be reduced. There is an alternate air pressure machine but they refused to use that. The staff is very rude and said to complaint whome every you want.

Noticed a clear cheating case in a Bharat Petroleum Petrol Bunk station situated at the mentioned locality (village). The incident was observed me on 6th June-2022 at 1 PM.

I asked to top-up my two stroke moped for 120 INR.(Clearly stating that 50mL of Oil and petrol for the remining price). Petrol cost: 103.59 INR/L and 2 stroke oil cost: 15.75 INR for 50 mL.

The Sales person topped-up 50mL Oil at the rate of 15.75 INR then topped up 1 Litre petrol instead of 104.25 INR (Supposed to fill) and collected 120 INR from myself.

Irrespective of this particular incidence, I noticed the same instance is followed with another customer (An old man), who gave 120 INR and asked to top-up 50 mL oil and petrol for the remaining price. Again, the sales person topped up 50mL Oil (15.75 INR) and 1 Liter of Petrol instead of petrol cost 104.25 and collected 120 INR.
Noticed these instances in just 2 mins. And probably, it will be a big money scam in big numbers from several customers when accounted. All of our hard earned money goes like this in vain.

Without ignoring this message, Please take an immediate action against the dealer/Sales Person and provide an update to the mentioned e-mail address as soon as possible or reach me out on the mobile number, mentioned. I'm ready to support at any time.

This incidence would have been recorded in the camera in petrol station. If not, I could top-up the petrol once more in the same petrol station and record the instance, if needed.
