I have booked lpg on 3april2022 no386:I did not recieve the cylinder but got message that my cylinder is delivered on 7april2022:so i tried to contact the dealer with no success so I contacted BPCL on 10 April/ 11April/ complain no04335348: without resolving my complaint I recieved messages that my complain is resolved;IOpened my complain 3 times without success. I live at Nagarigaon Tirchhakhet Bhimtal Uttarakhand. There is an LPG godown in a residential area here which poses a great risk to life and property. Apart from this frequent loading unloading of cylinders causes immense noise and disturbance. I would like the concerned authorities to take immediate action in this regard as soon as possible...

I would like to inform that a retail unit of Bharat petroleum, namly HOSANAGARA FUELS at my native, Hosanagara Shimoga district, Karnataka is functioning since a long back. This is only the BPCL unit in this area. The air filling equipment installed in this bunk in not functioning since its inception. The no of complaints made to bunk owner are in vain. Today I reached Rahul Oil Depot, NH6, Balapur, Shilpa and filled petrol of rs 700 and asked bill. The employee named arbaz sent me to another employee (having tattoo on hand) . He sent me back to first employee. Upon asking for Bill again both misbehaved with me. And kept me waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes. Kindly have strict action on both of them....

Sahu Gas of Bonaigarh-770038, Sundargarh, Odisha is getting Bharat gas cylinders from some other Authorized dealers and selling at higher price. He is not an authorised agency as per Bharat Gas website. He has charged me Rs. 5700/- for one cylinder and one gas stove(price rs. 2200/-). He didn't gave me consumer card and now when I went to return the cylinder, he agreed to return only Rs. 1600/-. So regulator and fitting charges cost me Rs....

This is to bring to your kind notice that Raj Ganga petrol pump at dav crossing lucknow filled diesel in my car of Rs 2499.92 however on paying upon card they punched 3499.92 thereby duping me of Rs 1000.
On returning to the petrol pump after seeing the msg alert from the bank for rs 3499.92 they denied everything and when asked for cctv footage the cameras too were not functional.
Kindly examine the matter and pls do revert...

I made a online payment for booking a cylinder using upi on 7th april. Payment of rs 945 was successful and it shows that i will recieve my delivery within 4 days. I waited for four days but did not receive so i called the customer care of BPCL where they told me that cylinder was already delivered on 9th April but actually i haven't received it. They took the complaint. My case no. Is 04338522. Please send my cylinder as soon as possible...

As i had booked a gas cylinder through bpcl application on 23.3.2022, booking id 98854. The status of that booking shows that the cylinder issued/ delivered on 25.03.2022.But I didnt get the cylinder yet. So I again booked it on 28.03.2022 and waiting for the cylinder since last week.Kindly do the needful to get the cylinder immediately.....

Tomorrow at timing 19:42:08 I filling petrol at pragati bharat petroleum near hamidia hospital bhopal 462001. where the service person not set price and don't show me the 0. And start filling. And final show me the price 176rs on machine that cost I paid by debit card . The give slip is misprint some latter's but I paid money ... please take some strict action against BPCL. And refund my money or give petrol of my actual 176rs price petrol...which...

I have paid 160 rs petrol in bharat petrol pump nagole but I got a quantity of only 100 rs or less...

I have booked my LPG cylinder 15 days ago but I did not received yet. So that I requested you to deliver it as soon as possible.

On 23rd Feb 2021 I tried to book LPG Cylinder through your HelloBPCL application and payment got deducted Rs.899.50.

After that I contacted your customer care many times now its been 1 Month No response.
