I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 26/04/2022 and made online payment using Paytm UPI id. Amount ₹ 951.50/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through cc avenue(order#17639074, cc avenue reference#[[protected]] . I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed.

Dear sir, shikha petrol pump on nh73, roorkee has been doing encrochment on road by putting sales boards, along with stones on road ( nh 73 ) itself.By road narrowing chances of accidents are increased.Please take action

i am booked cylinder in 18/04/2022 but till date not delivered.i am visit distributor but not given justified reason for let delivered also Refelley Language & Abuse in me.he delivery person not available in your area last 5 days.collect in our go down. why pay in you delivery charges you not given home delivery ???????????

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am lodging this complaint very dishearteningly against one of your BPCL Fuel filling Outlets named Kamakhya Maa Petrol Pump station road jamui, Bihar, 811307.
Kindly note the following sad incident that has happened with me on 22/04/2022 at around 11 am, when I had gone to the said Outlet for refilling fuel and ask to fill petrol of Rs 500 in my two wheeler. One of the staff told me to come after one hour for filling petrol as All staff are busy in taking meal and doing other official work. And I was told to meet Owner of Outlets. I went to his cabin to talk to him but apparently she was in a bad mood as he almost annoyingly told me to wait for some time. I kept waiting outside his cabin for around 15 minutes. when she finally come out of his cabin. She certainly has no manners as I was disheartened to see his smirking off face for telling not to give fuel and asked to visit other petrol pump. But at that time I have no more fuel in my bike to reach another fuel station and also I have to received my son from school. At the end, she amusingly and bluntly told me that not a drop of fuel u will get from my Outlets. As you will appreciate this is the kind of remark a silly boy in school would make, not an esteemed institution. With a bit of an anger, I told him - how can she make such a remark! I was told to get lost and stop dreaming to take fuel from this Outlet. About 10 to 15 customers was present in the Outlet, when incident took place, the same can be verified from the CCTV footage.
Having said that, I hope BPCL will take appropriate disciplinary action against that Outlets Owner and employees. Also ensure that employees behave well with its customers.
I would also request your goodself to take hard action regarding the request. And behave well with its customers.
I will be grateful if an amicable solution is provided on my complaint at the earliest.

TRS Subramani Fuel Station in Arakkonam, Tamil Nadu - 631001

Customer are waiting in long queue daily to fill the fuel. Number of staff in the Fuel station is very less. Only two employees in the Fuel Station. Even in the Prime time they are not increasing the staff. They are using only one fuel pump to fill the Fuel for customers. Even two people are available they are not filling the fuel. Kindly check and correct it.

I booked a cylinder with online payment but its shows my booking fail but transaction takes place 1004 rupees deducted from my account. And next day delivery man came take COD for a booked cylinder now where is my money which deducted. I am from sultanpur uttar Pradesh. My dealer is RAKESH BHARAT GAS PETROLEUM DARIYAPUR CHAURAHA SULTANPUR

Staff found using mobile phone (playing music) exactly where it is posted not to use mobile phones. When told this is dangerous, he gives a funny and arrogant reply 'It is unsafe only if someone is making calls.'

Prepaid LPG book on dated 18/04/2022 via Kotak Bank from my UPI ID [protected]@kotak Rs.978.
Money deducted & confirm from bank team about successful transaction. But BPCL was not confirmed my booking till now.

Please resolve my issue from your end.

I was booked cylinder on 15-april-2022 but without cylinder delivered complaint resolved as cylinder delivered also complaint no 04370607 and 04374763 are resolved without confirmation.

It is also said that there is no small vehicle to deliver gas to your house so it is difficult to deliver gas at home.I have two cylinders one is already empty and the second will be finished this week. Therefore, steps should be taken to deliver the gas as soon as possible.Booking details are given in the image.

I have booked lpg on 3april2022 no386:I did not recieve the cylinder but got message that my cylinder is delivered on 7april2022:so i tried to contact the dealer with no success so I contacted BPCL on 10 April/ 11April/ complain no04335348: without resolving my complaint I recieved messages that my complain is resolved;IOpened my complain 3 times without success. I have not recieved my cylinder after14 days

I and my family has experienced this three times and today the third time(16/04/2022) we shouted against the concerned person. I asked the person to fill the tank with petrol for 1000 rs I kept an eye on the reading, when it still showed 750 rs he stopped the filling and as soon as the payment person asked for the payment entering the amount as 1000 rs since I had to swipe my debit card. When I inquired about the same, the filling person said that he had filled for 1000 rs, when I stressed it is not true they were giving me useless excuses and later when I reached the manager of the bunk he admitted that the filling was done only for 750 rs by checking from their side. Totally not acceptable, I am going to escalate this issue to any other higher hierarchy who is concerned. Kindly beware that too during this period of price inflation. If any concerned person is seeing this review, take it seriously to face all the consequences. After all you should know if you are paying right for what you get, it is a basic consumer right. Again beware people.

I live at Nagarigaon Tirchhakhet Bhimtal Uttarakhand. There is an LPG godown in a residential area here which poses a great risk to life and property. Apart from this frequent loading unloading of cylinders causes immense noise and disturbance. I would like the concerned authorities to take immediate action in this regard as soon as possible

I would like to inform that a retail unit of Bharat petroleum, namly HOSANAGARA FUELS at my native, Hosanagara Shimoga district, Karnataka is functioning since a long back. This is only the BPCL unit in this area. The air filling equipment installed in this bunk in not functioning since its inception. The no of complaints made to bunk owner are in vain. The complaints made BPCL is aslo not fruitful. One official who visited this bunk for inspection, has givin wrong statement that air facilities are available by taking bribe from bunk last year. It is requested to takeup the matter on priority and solve the issue immediately.
