    Hi

    I made a transaction of Rs999. 50 towards refill of LPG on[protected] through the transaction ID[protected] through gpay UPI.Money got deducted and the receipt also shows that money has been debited and credited to the bpcl bill desk.But at the bpcl bill desk they told money is not credited.So they refuse to deliver refill and said transaction failure show in their system.
    .My consumer no[protected] and order no 43046.

    I contacted gpay several times but they couldn’t resolve the problem yet.I contacted BPCL but they are repeatedly telling that the payment is a failure.
    I have attached the photos.Kindly help me in this matter and get my money reverted back or deliver my refill as soon as possible.

      Hi, I ordered for a refill in my bpcl app. when I paid the amount of 1049rs through my debit card my money got debited but my order was failed. I don't know the reason but it has been four days still I didn't get refund from bpcl side. so i want my money back immediately.

        Hi I booked Bharat gas cylinder through Hello BPCL application and paid using phonepe as payment method, amount deducted and transaction is successful at phonepe and in Hello BPCL app it showed pending status and later shown as Cash on delivery. I tried 100 times complaining the same issue to Bharat gas company through Twitter. Gas cylinder is delivered with cash on delivery. But they are not responding about refund of amount which i already paid through online payment method. I clearly decided not to use digital payment for any government utility services from now.

          I have been to sri giri filling station - Srisailam, kurnool Dist - AP

          I have been surprised to notice that they have been accepting only cash and refused for accept payment through the below mode of payments

          credit card/ debit card / UPI / Googlepay / phone pay

          It is a priligrimage place and do expect people to carry liquid cash that to when every one to moving towards digital payments.

          Kindly take necessary action and ensure customers get a proper sevice and basic facilities.

              I am go to petrol pump and ask to fill petrol of 195 rs and staff say your bike meter not working write but petrol is fill that time I ask to her this is not 195rs petrol she say if petrol is less than u come back i feel it again if I was wrong and write reading of my bike and she also written after 16 km petrol meter of my bike is down I am go back to me she arguing me to much manager check entry but their is no entry of 195/-
              Then aslo she is not accept her mistakes and arguing continuesly then other staff say took petrol again she take glass tube and feel 80 rs petrol and feel half in bike other on road then other staff come and glass tube from her and feel another 80 rs petrol on my bike from 195 ony 100 rs petrol I have on my bike manager is also irresponsible.

                My father Late Shri Prabhakar Vishnu Deshpande had BPCL LPG gas at his house in Village Natondi, P.O.B. Mahad, Dist. Raigad. Unfortunately, we could not locate any slip/reference no. for reordering cylinder after his death in Dec 2009. I am his son Pravin and had personally visited Warange BPCLGas services office in Mahad about a year back and had requested to trace and give me details. But so far have not received any response. Request BPCL regional Head to look into the matter, trace and give us details of this old record so that we can start reordering LPG cylinder or officially surrender the connection.

                  I asked for 2000 Rs worth of petrol. He filled for 500. When I said I asked for 2000, he didn't reset the Meter and filled for 1500.
                  I told him about it but he kept arguing that he did reset. I have the bills to prove. To cheat me further, he has given me a bill of 500 from 12:26 and another bill of 1501 from 15:29.

                    Sir my name is ajay chauhan.Our complaint is with Nirmal gas. Which is a Bharat gas distributor. In which I have received complaint. That 4&5 kg gas is going to the customer's house.Which is a matter of concern. Even after having such an expensive calendar at this time, if the customer gets a half calendar, then it is a matter of concern.Even after complaining to the distributor, no proper reply has been received.Sir, at whose behest is this gas theft happening. Does Bharatpetoruluem know about it. Sir please take action on our complaint.

                        During my transfer from from Tikiri to Jajpur, I had applied for transfer of my connection. But after reaching Jajpur we came to know 01 Cylinder been cancelled & another being transferred along with Aadhar was also not cancelled from Tikiri. From last 02 years no subsidy also credited at my Bank Account although self had submitted my Bank Account Details.

                        Previously lodged complain on dated[protected], 04417696 but after 06 days also no confirmation from Agency.

                        Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                          For the cylinder delivery guys are purposefully delivering low quality/damaged Cylinders to me every time. Just because I denied delivery charges to pay the delivery boy.

                            I have book LPG cylinder by booking no 18469 on 06/05/2022 against which cash memo no 19173 amt Rs. 984/- generated but cylinder was not delivered. Instead new cash memo no 20492 dated 07/05/2022 of amt Rs. 1034/- generated and cylinder was delivered.
                            This is clear a case of fraud against customer. I have to paid extra amount for my cylinder.
                            This may also a case of corruption by selling my earlier lesser amt cylinder to somebody else.
                            Kindly take proper action and refund my amt.
                            Otherwise this may be taken at consumer forum.

                              I received a confirmation message that cash memo has been generated with cash memo no and amount mentioned on it, however after 3 days new cash memo generated with updated price… I have doubt that my cylinder was delivered to somebody else and new cash memo was generated

                                I paid 120 rs through paytm
                                The man in the counter said that in the paytm app it should be displayed as successful after the payment
                                But the thing is that in the new updated version of payment it shows green tick after successful transaction
                                I repeatedly inform him that but the old man keep saying the same thing didn't gave me petrol at last i lost my patience and left the station without taking the petrol i have provided a copy of my transaction.

                                    This issue need some extra attention from responsible person of Bharat gas.
                                    Dear sir,

                                    My Consumer ID is[protected] name : Sujit Vinay jha
                                    I have booked gas (14.2 kg ) house use on 6.5.2022 by Phone pay which was showing rate 949.50 also same in you BPCL app . But next day i received gas along with extra 50 rs pay receipt which showing totally different invoice as i was previously paying .
                                    I paid extra 50 rs but ask the delivery person and he replied "gas ka rate badh gya. "
                                    I called costumer care on behalf of this and they make my case no. 04433467
                                    I received a call from my gas agency by number [protected]
                                    Where they were arguing that " aap dhyan se dekho rate badh gya h sabke liye badh gya apke liye nahi kya " and person called me mad and hang up. Totally arrogant behavior towards the consumer.
                                    I am attaching some of the receipts for your reference along with payment details.
                                    I need you to be take strict action against this.

                                      I've booked LPG cylinder on[protected]:30 PM at that time price was 950 RS, paid the amount via UPI on same day payment was successful order No 41215 (Complaint case no.[protected].
                                      But now when the delivery guy came home today[protected] he is asking for 50 Rs extra saying the price has increased from today.
                                      This is wrong practise done by disrtibutors/bharatgas, where i paid the full amount on the booking day itself but now when the prices are increased at the time of delivery they are asking for extra amount. if that is the way then they shuld have deliveried the cyclinder on the booking day itself.
                                      If the price was increased after the day i've paid for the LPG, then they must not have charged extra. as i've already paid.

                                      Also one thing to note the price is still not increased on BPCL App it is still showing 950 rs as of today. but the invoice asking extra 50 rs as opposed to online payment(which is already done on yesterday).

                                        Firstly i would want to bring to your notice that the front-line, back office staff is very rude to customers.Now with the introduction of CNG they have become more arrogant as they have been moved from the comfort zone.Now CNG is always out of stock at the 5 filling stations present at Aurangabad. Also the tankers supplying the CNG to pumps is not scheduled.It depends on the mood of the tanker driver and filling station.
                                        Why is BPCL so lethargic about its products and staff?
                                        For long customers throng Indian Oil and HP due to the service but since they do not dispense CNG Customers have to come to BPCL.
                                        The Area Manager doesn't seem to be interested in grooming staff or Improving the operations at the pump.
                                        I think its high time that action is taken and the brand image is maintained .
                                        Why there is no CNG at Aurangabad? Kindly streamline the deliveries.There are Customers who wait at the fuel station for more than 12-15 hrs. Ask your ASM to look into the condition of these Customers.

                                        Really pathetic state in which the pumps are being operated.
                                        Hope to see results soon.
