2. Through this letter, I would like to bring into your kind consideration that on 20 Mar 22, i have visited a BPCL petrol pump (Bhai Kuldeep SIngh Filing Station, HB NO. 207, Vill Bhucho Khurd, Teh. Nathana (BTI)) for CNG filling of my car. The staff of the said filling station denied to open the CNG filling point as it is in the bonnet of car. The staff behaved very rudely and ask to open the CNG filling point by me otherwise CNG will not be filled.
3. The said filling station also denied to provide any complaint book.
4. Further the staff denied to fill the air also.
