Hello My name is Paras and I am from Lucknow yesterday I went to a BPCL petrol pump which is located near City station Lucknow, the man which was collecting money he was very rude and abusive, literally worst experience of my life I usually go to BPCL Narhi petrol pump and first tym I was there so I went to City station petrol pump, the person those were working there they dont know how to behave with their customers, they are behaving like they are doing ehsaan by giving petrol as if they are giving free petrol.

    I have booked cylinder online on 16th march and made online payment. It is showing delivered on 21th march but i didn't received the cylinder. I also went to complaint at my distributor office but they don't know who have delivered the cyclinder and they don't have reciept also of delivery. And The receptionist told me that we can't do anything book another cylinder.. She was also telling that she can't find that we have done online payment and any other information about our cylinder delivery...please look into the matter and solve it earliest.. waiting for your favorable reply.

        1. I am Chamkaur Jindal, Assistant Professor, GNDEC ludhiana, Punjab.
        2. Through this letter, I would like to bring into your kind consideration that on 20 Mar 22, i have visited a BPCL petrol pump (Bhai Kuldeep SIngh Filing Station, HB NO. 207, Vill Bhucho Khurd, Teh. Nathana (BTI)) for CNG filling of my car. The staff of the said filling station denied to open the CNG filling point as it is in the bonnet of car. The staff behaved very rudely and ask to open the CNG filling point by me otherwise CNG will not be filled.
        3. The said filling station also denied to provide any complaint book.
        4. Further the staff denied to fill the air also.
        5. I believe you would consider this as a genuine issue and you would take some appropriate action as this may lately affect the reputation of your reputed company. I am also a shareholder of this company. You may contact me at mr.[protected]@gmail.com, Mob. [protected]

          I book my lpg cy. On date 21/03/2022 and same day cash memo generated rs 926.50rs but cyllender not delever.But price hike and next day cash memo generated 976.50rs again.then delever meon date 22/3/2022. Why?

            Bharat GAS Booking no - 182984
            Booking Date - 15th March 2022
            Gas Agency Name - Rohan Gas and Domestic Appliances, Plot no 5, Vimal Millennium, Bhau Saheb Survey Nagar, Jaitala Road Nagpur 22 ( Maharashtra)

            After booking no delivery date was mentioned in the booking neither didn't received any SMS notification on when the Cylinder will be delivered . The so called delivery happened on 19th March 2022 wherein cylinder was not delivered physically. Since we had no intimation regarding delivery date & time we were not available at home to take the Delivery. The GST Invoice was dropped at our place which the agency is now referring to as cylinder delivered & booking cancelled whereas actual Cylinder is not delivered till date
            When we booked cylinder on 15th March 2022 it was booked with older rate & now Gas agency is asking for New rate

            We are not supposed to stay at home 24X7 expecting the cylinder to get delivered. Either the delivery date needs to be informed in advance or after follow up from consumer it should be delivered at the booking rate & not revised rate. Neither is happening in my case . We had follow up with Agency on below dates
            1st follow up 16 March : - promised to get delivered on same date which didn’t happened
            2nd follow up 20th March : - promised to get delivered on same date which didn’t happened

            Thus need your interference to make sure we get the cylinder delivered at older rate i.e. rate on date of booking and its delivered by tomorrow

              I have initiated refill booking (245703) request on[protected] & made payment same day.
              Received cash memo (260678) for my payment made.
              Even though dealer asks for money during delivery & not ready to deliver cylinder.
              Took back the filled cylinder.
              This has happened on 19th March 2022 & repeated on 21st and 22nd March 2022.
              When spoke with dealer, got very unprofessional and arrogant reply from them.
              Requesting you to please intervene and supply the cylinder at the earliest as i have already made the payment.
              If required I can share required payment made details.

                  I had got fuel filled in my car.as per company. Tank capacity is 50 litres.But 60 litre fuel was filled in my car at CITCO pump of sector 9 chandigarh.

                  This clearly shows there issue with quantity of fuel filled at this station.

                  Kindly conduct surprise check at this fuel station.

                          I Ramchandra Desai, consumer no. 27660 hereby address yr attention over my problem that I face due to poor delivery services that Bharat gas provides me on cylinder delivering at my doorstep as I had done online payment for my cylinder at 8 th March 2022 but the providers are failing to provide me my gas cylinder and it's been almost 10 days and I didn't recieved my gas cylinder till now . So hereby I address u that u should see to this problem as early as possible.

                            I visited this petrol pump and asked to fill diesel of RS 1000, they did and we left from the petrol pump . After going 1 km far we realised our diesel range and indicator is still in the same place so we went to the petrol pump and told the diesel filler issue . He asked us to get diesel filled for 200 RS more and then the range increased 10 km so we complained why it didn’t increase for 1000 but 200 . They did not do take any action about it . Kindly look after the same

                              मैं आज दि.16/03/2022, Time:18.59 को अपनी two-wheeler मे पेट्रोल भरवाने के लिये भारत पेट्रोल पंप District police Amravati, near maltekadi, Maharashtra, फो. न. [protected] को गया था ओर हमेशा जाता हु, मे वहा के कर्मचारी से हमेशा फ्री एअर सर्व्हिस के लिये बोलता हु, लेकीन कोई कर्मचारी जवाब नहीं देता, ओर कहता है आप manager से बात करे l इस पेट्रोल पंप पर फ्री एअर का सिर्फ मशीन लगा हुवा है, लेकीन कोई भी हवा सर्विस देणे के लिये कर्मचारी नहीं होता है l ओर यही बात करणे के लिये आज मैं जब manager के कॅबिन मे गया तो उन्होंने मेरे साथ बहोत अभद्रता, बत्तमिजी की ओर उची आवाज मे बात करते हूये बोला की जा तुझे क्या करणा है कर ओर मेरे सामने कंप्लेंट बुक रखं दि, जिसमे मैने अपनी कंप्लेंट दर्ज कर दीं है जीसका कंप्लेंट न.1277 हैl इसलिए मे ये दरख्वस्त करता हु की जो भी नियम हो उस नियम के अंतर्गत कारवाई की जाये ओर नियमित सर्व्हिस देणे संबंध मे तप्तरता से सोचा जायेl
                              टिप : मिनिस्ट्री मे शिकायत करने का कारण ये है, की sale officer शिकायत का निराकरण करने मे महिनो लगाते है.

                                Our family cylinder was sold outside by the local dealer in vickramasingapuram in tirunelveli district Tamilnadu. We got an sms with accurate details with reference booking ID. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS AGAINST THE FORGERY DEALERS HERE...VERY BAD..VERY WORST...THIS IS REALLY SHOCKING FROM BHARAT...

                                  The Tharayil fuel station at Omallur, Pathaanamthitta is showing Direct company outlet but bills are raised by Karunya fuels as such confirm if it is a direct outlet . If the same is not a direct outlet please confirm.

                                      I have booked the gas on 27 Feb 2022 and did the online payment via amazon for Rs 900. Payment was successful. However, Bharat Gas (BPCL) did not transfer my payment to local distributor who supplies the gas cylinder to me. Due to which they did not provide me the cylinder unless i paid them cash. Now i have registered a complaint on BPCL customer care for getting the refund of Rs 900. The complaint was registered on 3 March 2022. My case number is 04198684.

                                      Everytime i call them either they will say that they have kept reminder, will take your complaint on priority etc etc or say that refund is handled by some other team and team will call back. I did not get the refund as of now even after multiple calls.

                                      I am not sure why are they not sending the payment/money to distributor. Many people like me are suffering because of this.

Through this letter, I would like to bring into your kind consideration that at about 1700 hrs on 13 Mar 22, i have visited a BPCL petrol pump (M/s Seth Brothers, Expl no. P/EC/WB/14/985(P46467) near Mohana Market, Haldia Township, West Bengal - 721 605 for air filling of my car. Despite making several request, staff of the aforesaid petrol pump denied to provide the air filling attendant. It is pertinent to mention that this not a first incident occurred with me. Air filling is basic service, non providing of air filling support is non tolerable, and shameful for that fueling station.
