I had booked a cylinder refill on 09August 2010, with (138924 )SAI SHUBHAM GAS SERVICE at Thane Ghodbunder. The staff never gave me a booking reference number. The informed me that I will get it in 2-3 days. I followed up with them again on around 12th August, when they informed me that they do not have my booking.
They again took a fresh booking and gave me a reference no - 1535. Since then till today, the 17th August, I'm yet to receive my cylinder. This is frustrating considering that, they don't allow me to take a 2nd connection till 1 year.
Now I'm without gas for nearly the past 2 weeks. WHAT A WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS

I Lalkrishna Sahani consumer no.15861 had booked a cylinder for refilling on 6th january 2011.with SAI SHUBHAM GAS SERVICE, G.B, ROAD THANE (W). the staff has given me booking ref. no and told me that i will get it in 6-7 days. i followed up whith them again on 17th january by going there. they told me that you will get it today or tomorrow & delivery person will give you a call. but till i am waiting.

i am calling everyday more than 20 times within working hours. but rarely phone is received by them but not getting any reply from them. however till I am waiting for cylinder. just tell me WHAT A WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER.
i too take a service from same agency they instead give in black to earn more money .wherin i was taking from other agency in brahmand they was supplying on time .sai shubham agency is worst people til date they never delivered before 12 days from the date of booking as i have single silinder .i wondering whom should contact so we get releive
I have consumer no.15903 had booked a cylinder for refilling on 23rd July 2011 with SAI SHUBHAM GAS SERVICE, THANE (W). The staff has given me booking ref. no and told me that i will get it in 2-3 days but till the 30th July it was not delivered to me. I tried to follow up them on 30th July by phone but all phones were busy every time and I spend around 1 hr continuosly contacting them and finally reqeusted them to deliver it on same day and give me a call when delivery person will come. They told me that you will get it by end of the day but did not confirmed any time. On that day it was not delivered to me and still I am chasing to get delivery of new cylinder, please help me if any one can.
the same thing i am suffering i have written send a fax to the higher authorities because they are indulge in black marketing they are cheating poor customers

Pathetic Service !
This is to inform you with regards to the pathetic service given by your dealer since one year the dealer which you have appointed for customer needs is cheating and indulge in black marketing M/s sai *** gas services located at 10, sai baba vihar complex anand nagar ghodbunder road thane whose official number are 25973646 which unfortunately do not respond I think they are not interested in doing genuine business and are doing malpractice by selling cylinders with black-marketers which i have witness personally my consumer number is #6926 in the name of my wife Andrea Serpes the worst part is that they do not pick up the phone calls are not interested in carrying good business and are top to bottom submerged in unethical trade practice if this is not stopped i will not hesitate to knock the legal doors
You should at one cancel the dealership and give it to professional person who are needy
After repeated calling till date I haven’t received a cylinder refill.

Sai shubam services should be black listed by the Bharat gas agency
my name is rajesh varma i stay at ghodbunder road thane i had booked cylinder on 14 august 2011 my consumer no 11818 bharat gas dealer name sai saishubham gas they are not giving cylinder on time and doing black marketing of cylinder.till today i have not got cylinder. so how to cook food?

    complaint about gas leakage,
    on 15/08/10 at 08;30 pm i remove gas regulator and reengage it on gas .after it is fount that gas is coming with pressure ,i quickly turn of the regulator and remove it from cylinder.but still gas is leaking from cylinder nozzel.to stop it i quicly remount regulator and place it at nutral position.this has created panic situation at our home and building.

    at this panic situation i tried to call on bharat gas emergency no. at 23053488;[protected];[protected];23088555;24133203.
    but no one responded.either they are out of station or busy.after trying for twenty minits i give up and then tryied to fire bridgade bu they also busy.
    by looking at this situation i dont belive in fire bridgade and bharat gas, these are reputed and most important organosation. and if they cannot provide security to people living in center of city how could they msnage security for the people living outskirt of city?

      bharat petroleum/ gas delivery — delay in providing additioanal clynder

      dear sir.,
      i have an gas connection in bharath gas through BALAJI GAS AGENCY, madurai.my gas no is 51221.i got new connection at 2003, at the time of getting new connection i approach for additional connection in the agency. but they reply me to contact after 2 months.but still this date[protected] they are didnt provide me the additional connection.i approach them many times in person and over phone to the manager of the agency also, but they didnt respond at all.at my last approach i ask them to show the register for those registed for additional clynder, they replied that they are didnt maintain such register so far.and they demanded me to purchase the household things of RS 5000/- to provide the additional clynder.IF ther is ant rule like this to get additional clynder.and i want to know how can i get additional clynder.

      Hindustan Petroleum — delayed LPG Supply

      i have booked a gas cylinder with Rajesh Gas Service,near jahaj pul, Hissar on dt. 2nd Aug having booking no.94. Neither they are supplying the Gas nor responding to our phone calls. my consumer no. is 102466. the supplier is habitual of ignoring phone calls and delays gas supply more often than not.

      smart gas — delays in delivery

      Dear All,
      Please note that my consumer no. is 629916 and my Gas agency is Smart GAS. The problem we are suffering that we never get the deliveries on time usually after 20 to 25days and as you know that in a family cylinder finishes of by 23days for us it's really becoming difficult to cope with them. Whenever we call them the reply we get that there is shortage and you will get the cylinder by week time, and if we say that we will complain for this issue they say do whatever you want. Surprisingly if anybody wants on urgent basis they black the cylinder.
      Please look into the matter deeply as this agency black the cylinder on day basis. I had made the similar complaint before also and in revert I was getting the cylinder on time but again the same thing has started.

      Its my kind request who so ever looking into this must be a honest person who can solve our problems.

          The delivery of LPG cylinder is not very satisfactory. For booking they dont even pick up the phones , and someone has to go there for booking. And even after booking is done the cylinder does not reaches in time till we go to the center 3-4 times.They supply most of the cylinders to the nearby restaunrants and hotels and supply cylinders with less gas. And sometimes they even fill water to increase the weight of the half filled cylinders.

                I want a CBI enquiry against Bharat Gas Distributor Egarkore Kumardhubi namely M/s Ekta Enterprise because, having only one cylinder I booked one refill on 02.08.2010 by a phone call but more than one week passed they did not supplied it, on the other hand they supply the cylinder in black prices to their unauthorised agents in different points. I verified their booking register where I found it has been already supplied but I could not received the same no doubt it has sold in black market. The photograph will prove my claim where unauthorise cylinders are found for exchange of refill from aforesaid distributor.

                gas — blackmarketing of gas cylinders

                sir, their is a lat of inconsistency in the delivery of cylinders Gas Agency ; BAGHA GAS SERVICE Distributors, CODE[protected] Always they are keep on telling us their is shortageof supply.we can not do anything.
                They are doing the Blackmarketing of nearly 100 cylinders per day. they also taken out the gas [nearly 4 kg ] from the thome delivery cyinders. Please take some strict actions against this, otherwise people will taken the violent action them.

                  I am having Bharat Gas connection at home from Natraj Gas Agency Kothrud - Pune. I have booked my gas cylinder on 31/July/2010 and at the time of booking they are saying at within 3-4 days. Now today I went to Natraj Gas Agency and the lady sitting their is saying that we can't help you. We are already customer in queue from 22/10/2010. Then she talk arrogantly and improperly to the customer which is not acceptable. Being an having Bharat gas connection at my home from last 5-6 yrs I have not seen people talking like this.

                  Kindly request you to take approriate actions on natraj gas agency kothrud pune. Specially the way there are talking with the customer.Hope so this complaint will be helpful for other customer also.

                  LPG GAS HOME CYLINDER — DELAY IN DELIVERY

                  Sir I am a Customer of BHARAT GAS at Upendra Gas Service, Mauranipur Dist Jhansi (UP) 284204 and agency phone no is[protected] his owner is Mr. Jay Prakash.

                  My Connection no is UG10203 Bhagwat Prasad Sahu Alyai Mauranipur Dist Jhansi. Sir last 4 months the Gas Delevery is not received me. All Hocker of Agency is envolved in Black Market like as Gas 4 Wheeler car and Marriage supply. So that the reason Publicly silender total sell in black market with the help of Gas Agency Owner.


                  In that case Sir Plz do the appropriate action for the agency and his owner.

                    REGARDING GIFT ON PETRO CARD

                    Dear Sir,

                    I am the holder of petrol bonus card No. [protected] and I have redeemed 40899 petromiles on dated 30.06.2009 and item code was 9317 [Duffel Bag with Wheels (Strolley)] and for the said item the petromiles were redeemed by the authorized agent of Bharat Petroleum (Moti Bagh, New Delhi) and till date, delivery of the item is still pending i..e. Strolley. I made so many requests and several complaints to the company on toll free number, but nothing has been done even after passing of above ONE year. As per the terms and conditions of the company, it was stated that the gift will be handed over to the customer within eight weeks now 60 weeks have already been passed and nothing has been done from the company side, Kindly do the needful and look into the matter expeditiously.

When I told the that we have only one cylider and show a careless attitude.                       Bharat Gas — non refilling of cylinder

                      distributer bhagawati gas service,sikar,rajasthan has issued gas connection to me name raghunath singh card no B 29874 consumer no 7208526 sv no 50690386 dtd.09/07/2007 . I refilled cylinder properly till dtd.15/12/2008 by the distributer but after that he denied with malpractice and on dated 21/12/2009 given a statement in written that your connection has been cut off due to not refilling within 6 months .please instruct the distributer and solve my problem at earliest.

                      Anmol bharat gas distributor - Gas distribution, Very poor customer service

                      ANMOL BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTORS (Bharat Gas agency distributor) is a gas agency distributor having its office at Kamalanagar, Bangalore.

                      I have been a subscriber to their service for a year now. I have booked for refilling the gas and have sent booking sms via from the registered mobile. Besides being 15 days timeframe to deliver (booked on 9-June-13), these agency people have been very rude and have abused me for my regular visit for taking the delivery.

                      Today (22-June-13), they have declined to deliver the gas distribution to my premises and have asked me to collect the same in person.

                      This is against the rule of carry a gas container and the rule says that they have to deliver to the customer at the door step, Why that they are declining? They are even declining to supply as my residence is not in their limits for delivery.

                      Me questioning with them has no effects or results that I gained. It has been very hilarious on my part for getting subscribed to such agency or for such service provider. This is not just my voice to raise this concern / complaint; it has been a cry of others also at this agency.

                      Their customer service personnel’s are very abusive and rude, no commence in addressing the issue / related matters. Delivery is hopeless.

                      Kindly help !

                      My interest is not to punish any individual; our interest is customer engagement and relationship.
                      In my opinion, this agency’s license should be cancelled and the service provider should take the customer’s in confidence to hold company’s reputation.

                        dear sir,
                        I am dinesh kumar from bulandshahr,There is is gas agency -om gas agency,g.t.road,near panni sugar mill,bualndshahr.They are black stock broker of gas cylender,this agency issued by BPCL but agency staff are very very rude to people they always denied to take a booking of cylender at first time and they are doing black marketing of gas.When I reach agency office to give a request of booking my gas but the staff of agency denied to book my gas into there record and all of the staff scolded me and abused me,when I said taht the law of booking is after 21 days. so I will go to the the consumer court.One lady was sitting over there said to me that do whatever you like to do we have many politician connection and you can not do any thing and our agency can't be terminated whether we black market the gas and you can't prove it and we will not change your address,in future we will book cylender on your consumer number and black marketed your cylender ok if you can do something so do it,we do not bother.
                        Kindly help me in this regard and enquer about the same and take neccessary and urgent action against the said agency.I am waiting for your possitive reply.Reply soon and give me the suggetion for future that from where i get the cylender for the next month.

                          hello sir, i am a costumer of ambica gas service (authorised by bharat gas for domestic cylinder in jaipur) my consumer no . 19934 consumer name -Kanhiya LaL Sharma in rajasthan there is compulsory to suplly cylinder in one month from booking date, my last book date (suplly) -28/06/2010 and according to rule it must to suplly the cylinder till 27/07/10 bur my cylinder not deliver till date thain i contact to Bharat Gas customer Care No.[protected] but no action made .kindly do the need full.

                            I am the customer of BHARAT GAS, Kamalanagar,Bangalore, the employees of that agency don't have the courtesy to pick the call for gas booking and also very delay in gas supply. Its very inconvient for me to go the agency every month for booking as i am working. please take the necessary action & oblige.

                            I am calling bharat gas for the last 3 days for booking cylinder No one is responding the phone calss.

                              i am petro card holder of bharat petroleum no ca[protected]cu[protected] for last many years, i am regular customer of bharat petroleum at mission hospital chowk, near bmc chowk, nakodar road petro station outlet i regularly fill my scooter and car from these outlet the problem i am facing is that every time i ask the person on duty at respective pumps to add my points they refuse to add saying the owner has refused to add points,reason they donot points for less amount 200rs i donot think 200rs is less amount as scooter get filled in this amount , for this reason my card gets blocked and i was not able to get my bonus point on birthday , told many a times to bpcl but no response kindly solve my problem,

                                  My consumer no.is 25571 and I am a resident of B-3/206, Nand Nagari Delhi (My cell No. is [protected]) M/s Sivankka Enterprises(Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I am trying to call the agency for my complain the phone numbers remains busy all the time that is why i unable to regisgter my complain. i also want to told you that all the phone numbers maintioned in the slip are not reachable for customer complain and toll Customer Service Cell no. also not available. i want to request you Please maintion those numbers in the list which are currently activate for solving customer problems any time. You will have to do it at earliest.

                                  bharat gas booking staff does not respond to our phone and always make late deliveries to the customer, who so ever is responsible take serios action against these people, they have always manny excuses.i dont under stand what benefit they get by doing so, please find the reality behind it.concern authority should take necessary step against this people.people need gas cylinder in time where your staff deliberately delayed putting trouble to the customer.

                                  Also I have experienced similar issues with this BPCL outlet at Jalvayu Kharghar. Even the BPCL authorities after repeated complaints been posted on sites as visible and offcourse should have got written complaints from consumers; not talking any action seems some personal interest of the BPCL authorities.

                                  I suggest the BPCL supervisor responsible for this outlet should be sacked for this laid back approach!!!

                                  all affected consumers to pls join this online campaign against this BPCL Jalvayu outlet.

                                  New Mumbai and in particular Kharghar a promising destination to stay with a worst BPCL outlet experienced till time.

                                  Hope there is some action taken to avoid these persistant pain to consumers.

                                  I do not understand, why the phones are there in this agency when no one has to respond to the calls. It is really frustrating to keep them calling and no one attends the calls and suddenly you find the phones busy. So are these phones being used for their personal calls and not for the customers?? If the customer has any urgency this is what happening NO RESPONSE. We need to wait for them to pick up the calls despite they busy with their personal calls.

                                    anugraha agency is always delaying in providing gas.they dont provide gas even after 20 days of booking.i request kindly the authorised person to take immediate action so that consumer are not in trouble .

                                      Sub : A cheating behind a BP gas connection

                                      Sir,

                                      I have applied for a gas connection on 13/08/2009 .As per their instruction, I have submitted copies of “Rental agreement, Residential proof, Identity proof, Employment proof, 5 photos” and I have informed them very clearly that I have no Ration Card. I have got BP domestic gas connection . After shifting my house the gas has been supplied by MP Gas Agency Trivandrum for the last two years. On 14th june 2010, for receiving the second cylinder granted I have submitted the documents (“Rental agreement, Residential proof, Identity proof, Employment proof, 4 photos”) to MP Gas Agency according to their instruction. I have been asked to pay Rs. 2860.00. But I have received a receipt of Rs 1580 only( Cylinder deposit Rs. 1250 and Gas refilling charge Rs.330)
                                      I have asked them to give the receipt for full amount, but they kept me waiting outside the office till evening. They were not willing to give back my documents also. When I told that this is illegal ; they asked me to give Rs. 1950.00. When I gave the amount, they released my documents. Ms. Rekha, who is the Agency Manager misbehaved to me.
                                      I have booked for refilling the gas on 15/06/2010 through phone. When I have not received the gas after one month, I contacted MP Gas Agency, they asked me to submit the documents again and they have frozen my gas supply. I am extremely suffering because of not receiving the refill.
                                      Please do the needful for stopping these type of incidents in which the customers are being cheated by these agencies. I request you to transfer my gas connection to some other Agency; or if gas refilling is continuing in same Agency, please ensure that I am getting the service without any fail . Please find the attached file of my gas connection. Thank you.

                                      Bharat Gas — Cheating

                                      The LGP distributors of Bharat Gas in Pune,
                                      Bole Gas Agency
                                      Arun Enterprises
                                      Have employed since the past few years contract laborers from Rajasthan who are cheating the consumers by demanding compulsory Baksish[reward]which can be as much as 20 rupees more than the price on the bill.
                                      They harass consumers and refuse to bulge unless reward is given.
                                      They in spite of giving the reward refuse to check and give the LGP cylinder,which is necessary as numerous accidents have happened due to faulty cylinders.
                                      This is causing a lot of harassment to consumers,who now have no option but to approach the concerned court.
                                      Here in Chennai Bharath Gas Agency's distributor misbehaved with my Father today. There should be strict action taken against them.
