during the month of June 2010 refilled gas cylinder was delivered to me in nthe last week of month after a gap of 16/17 days.from booking the gas.

This month I had booked gas on 03/07/2010 and my waiting list no. is 144. It was informed to me that the since last cylinder was delivered recently, the gas cylinder will be delivered to me on 14/07/2010. Since last cylinder was delivered to me with delay of 16/17 days I requestede to deliver the same within 2/3 days which was not accepted. On 14/07/2007 cylinder was not supplied to me. I reminded them on 16/07/2010 and 18/07/2010, however no gylinder is delivered to me till date.
I request concern authorities of BHARAT GAS to instruct Nutan Gas to supply the cylinder immediately and hence forth supply the same within 2/3 days of booking the gas.

    On 5th of August,2008 I had handed over a letter to The Asst.P.F. Commissioner(Pnesion), EPFO, Kandivli, Charkop, Mumbai, personally, asking for correction in the Pension Payment Order Part I, regarding the name of the nominee. This is because the name of the Nominee is wrongly spelt. It should read as Mrs.MAXIMINE PEREIRA instead of MARTININE PEREIRA. So far I have not received any reply from the said Office.

    Further I have sent another letter by SPEED POST on 9th June,2010 asking for the following:-
    1. Change of Address. At present I am not staying at Borivli, hence I have requested to change the communication address as : 1B/1202, DREAMS CHS, L.B.S.MARG,BHANDUP(WEST), MUMBAI - 400078.
    2. Correction in the name of Nominee.
    3. Payment of full pension of Rs.1037.00 as against Rs.587.00 paid monthly to my Bank A/c.no.[protected].

    Regret so far I have not received any reply. Please expedite.

        I have request for new gas connection online by choosing urmil gas agency as this is in my area but still I waiting for any response form the side of agency. Checked status online it's showing that documents verification under process.

        I have fill my request on 5th dec 2015, ID is 19827286. Should I deposit the document physically in to agency's office? how many days it will take?

          When I checked for my second cylinder, the agency demanded Rs 3000/- with a cooker free. But, I dont want any cooker. can anyone tell me what actually is the price of booking a second cylinder for domestic use at Bangalore with Bharat gas, Yelahanka.

          B P C L , Demestic Gas — Second Cylinder

          Hi

          I have bee subscribed to your domestic gas facility on 12/05/2008 with Vishnahar Gas Service, Shop - 2, Poonam apt, Plot - 104, Sec - 2, Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai - 400 709. at the time of subscription it was told to me that second cylender will be awailable after six month from the date of subscription. We were comfortable with the condition and having faith to your promise we choose BPCL instead of HP.
          Today I visited the said distributor and i got surprise when it was told me to come after another six month to one year.
          I request them that i am staying with my two parents both above 75 years and a baby of 15 months and it is hard to adjust when first cylender get over and waiting period for replacement of 5-6 days.
          Then they adviced me that you come on monday withRs. 2250/- instaed of Rs. 1750/- i.e. additional Rs. 500/- against whch they will provide me one Tava (Frying Pan.
          I told them I already have Tava and I don't want new one. and then they reply that nothing doing if you have urgency you have to.
          So the first question is that whether your have asked/ forced distributors for this scheme. and secondly if we buy tava then there is sufficient supply of gas otherwise there is shortage of the same in that case whether a person living in chawl can afford this scheme.

          Please look to the matter because it is very serious as in future this may lead to exploitation of all customer. In future it is also possible that they ask to buy one Glass or Spoon at every monthly refill.

          Please guide me what should I do

          Please do not disclose my identity so that there won't be any harashment in Future.

            I am a Bharat gas consumer attached to M.P. Gas Agency(code-621848),Thachottukavu Trivandrum. The agency is purposefully delaying refilled cylinder delivery even after two weeks of booking date. My house is just 400 meters from the agency office but the delivery nman demands 50/-Rupees for delivery in addition to the price of cylinder. The agency officials supporting them by not listening to our complaints.Ater booking the cylinder, we have to call the delivery person of our area and beg him to bring the cylinder in time. What he does is he will deliver it to those who PAY HIM MORE. This is no way acceptable as he is not satisfied with any bribe less than 50/- rupees. After the recent hike of 35/-rs per cylinder, we cant afford another 50/- rupees on cooking gas.this has been brought to the notice of agency officials but no action has been taken except further delay in delivery. I dont know whom to contact - Bharath Petrolium officials or anyone else.

              We had booked for a commercial cylinder to SOBHA IVORY APARTMENT ASSOCIATION, AND CONSUMER NO. 27230, LAST BOOKING WAS DONE ON 7/07/2010. WE KEEP CALLING DAILY THE READY MADE ANSWER WILL BE TODAY WE WILL GIVE. BUT EVEN AFTER 13TH ALSO WE ARE NOT ABLE GET THE REFILLING.                 For the past 15 days when we go to exchange old gas cylinders with filled gas cylinders, there is no gas available.

                There is no Home delivery given by them in KARJAT municipal limits too.

                Even their contact number is constantly engaged so no telecommunication is possible.

                When will new cylinders be given for the recently bought flat in the same area ?????

                    i am staying 10 kilometers away from the Bharat gas outlet station at Kayamkulam.
                    they never pick up the telephone for booking. We always go there and booking directly.
                    What can i do ,it is very difficult to go there all the tine.so please do the needful

                      Hi,
                      I have Bharat gas connection for home cooking. There is only one supplier in Hosakote, Bangalore who supplies the cylinders on booking. The cylinders are booked in advance, but everytime the vendor is not delivering on time. No one attends the phone # provided for booking, also we need to followup everytime for getting the cylinder delivered. The service is highly disgusting and not at all customer oriented.

                      The vendor also charges for delivery. I am not sure whether this is mandatory from Bharat gas agency rules. Kindly help.

                      bharat gas,cooking gas — not getting cylinder

                      Dear sir,

                      I Have transfer my cylinder from cylinder from goa to indore.I have subimitted my Cylinder nad regulator at margao, goa branch and get transfer letter, I went to bharat gas agencies at Flame and flame at jawar marg on 16.03.2009, they told me to submitted copy of transfer letter and told that, they will send it to Goa branch for verification, Now 10days have passed still they are saying that they have not received verification letter from goa.So, please tell me that how much time it should take, What is the rule for transfer of gas cylinder, When I am producing original transfer letter, then why I am not getting my Cylinder, I am facing lots of problem.So please advice me.

                        Hi,


                        I am Mr. Naresh Thackeray working as Video Journalist in leading English news channel CNN-IBN. I am in my family, using BHARAT GAS LPG connection since last 30 years I never had any problem with your service but now I feel like cheated by your Mira road east distributor - DEV MOGRA GAS SERVICE.

                        Earlier I used to stay in Santa cruz east and using service from APEX GAS SERVICE. Now I have shifted to Mira road east. On 23rd May2010 I met my Santa Cruz dealer and told to change my elder brother's name and transfer it to my name and also change my address from Santa Cruz east to Mira road east. The lady executive Mrs. Shubhangi told me to give notarize affidavit for the both and it will be changed. She further told me to surrender both the cylinders and pressure regulator. I asked if I surrender it all how can we cook? She said you will receive it all same day at Mira road dealer. I notarized both the affidavit and showed them to Mira road- DEV MOGRA GAS SERVICE. The lady executive Pravina there also told me the day you surrender the cylinder and pressure regulator at Santa Cruz you will receive replacement over here.

                        After shifting to Mira road everybody from my new neighbors to my friends all suggested to go for HP instead of Bharat Gas as all of them faced many problems and changed to HP, but my past experience and after meeting people at Mira road DEV MOGRA GAS SERVICE, first I feel it may not be like what these people are saying.

                        On 1st July I surrender my both cylinders with pressure regulator to Santa Cruz APEX GAS SERVICE and reach Mira road as early as possible. As I have to receive the cylinders and pressure regulator drop them to my residence and leave for the office. But after reaching to Mira road DEV MOGRA GAS SERVICE I was shocked to learn that it will take at least three days for the procedure and a sign from the authorize person. I asked her then how you said that I will get the cylinder same day, she said she don't remember. I requested her to give contact details of the authority person because to wait for three days means I have to either go to hotel or to any relative as I have already surrendered the cylinders. She denied. Then I contacted few top peoples from BHARAT BHAVAN and on hearing some big names she gave me the authority person Mr. PATNAIK'S (who is sales officer and is never available) mobile number. I called him and after calling for two hours he attended a call.

                        I narrated the problem on phone and tried to make him feel my situation but he was unfortunately not responding properly. I told him before surrendering, I met your office with the notarize affidavit. On that he said she may not have read the affidavit. I said is it my fault and why should I suffer for it. But he didn't even ready to listen and said nothing can be done you have to wait for at least till Saturday and disconnected the line and never attended the call again. As I have to go to office, I told my wife and parents to go to Goregaon at my elder brothers residents. The lady executive Pravina said she will try to give by Friday evening or by Saturday morning and asked to bring Rs. 2944/- out of which Rs.1900/- 2cylinder deposit, Rs. 704/- for 2 refilled cylinders, Rs. 150/- for Pressure Regulator, and Rs. 190/- for rubber tube. Rs. 150/- extra for stamp paper.

                        On Saturday, I went there (Mira road) in the afternoon but she said the documents are not signed and not possible even today. I told her my problems once again. I requested the lady to call Mr. PATNAIK even this time he attended the call after several attempts. She narrated my case but he said he doesn’t remember then I intervened and took the phone and was surprised to know that he was totally forgotten. It took 5-6 minutes to remember. This time he told her to do it in current connection which I could not able to understand, but agreed as I was helpless and have to sort out the problem as early as possible.

                        This time the Lady executive ask for Rs.3714/- I asked about the difference of Rs. 800/- She said I have to pay Rs. 2500/- as cylinder deposit instead of Rs. 1900/- I asked her the reason and she said as the transfer is from my brother - if it is in-between father-son or husband-wife the deposit would have been Rs.1900/-.
                        Now what to say- it is the transfer from my brother from the day 1 and that was mentioned on the stamp papers which I have shown her on day one.
                        I paid whatever she asked and then ' jor ka dhakka dhire se lage' she said right now cylinder is not available and will send them as stock comes. I didn't say anything and Left. I cross checked at my Santacruz Apex Gas Service and they told me that as the transfer is in between blood relation I should not pay more than the deposit amount I have received from them. I tried to call The Sales officer at Mira road Mr. Patnaik who is not physically available or not even attends the calls.

                        In the evening I called the DEV MOGRA GAS SERVICE just to check whether they have sent the cylinders and pressure regulator. The lady executive Pravina picked up the call and told me that she has sent all and will reach there at my residence in next half an hour.

                        Now it is Wednesday almost a week is over and I still have not received the cylinders and helplessly spending money eating outside. Is Bharat Gas not responsible for this and the people you have recruited at DEV MOGRA GAS SERVICE are so shameless that they don’t even feel my problems.

                        The time I spent at DEV MOGRA GAS SERVICE was really painful. All the time every customer coming there was complaining, quarrelling.
                        DEV MOGRA GAS SERVICE even pressurize new customers to buy GAS STOVE from them, which I have never seen in Santa Cruz.

                        Now I feel that I have made a big mistake and DEV MOGRA GAS SERVICE have cheated me.
                        Can somebody please clarify the exact deposit amount I have to pay for two cylinders as the transfer is in between blood relations.
                        Is this much time you need after customer surrenders his cylinders and regulator and if it then what should customer do for these days.

                        Please help to regain my confidence in BHARAT GAS.

                          am coustmer of Bhart Gas Agency for last 8 years but i have not been provided two cylender till now while i had been told you will get second one after one year I ask my delar m?s Godiya Gas agency Thanen W they asked me Rs. 3000/- But as per company rule Price is 1250/- + refille charges 400/- but Godya gas agency ask me 1350/- more for the same .so i and my faimily are facing problem regarding this .so you are requested to provide second one ASAPwith Orignal price.

I have booked both the connections no.s on 21st June 2010 and for your kind information I have not received even 1 of them till the date even after so many reminders to the concerned gas station named Shyamji Enterprises( Shop NO 14 , sector B-10 Vasant Kunj New Delhi-110070).
                            I hope that the concerned company will consider the matter seriously.

                            I Santosh Kumar Karan, Rakokari Near Allahabad Bank New Delhi-110038, My Gas connection no -18967 . I have booked 2 times booking no:[protected] and[protected] but distributors had cancelled both time and reason mentioned "Empty Cylinder not available" . I have contacted Shyamji Enterprises many times regarding the Gas delivery but no luck to help any one.

                              I had taken a cylinder in 2003 of BHARAT GAS connection of sidgora, jamshedpur. But till now they don't give the second connection.They have no complaint register and response is very very poor.

                              Initially I was told I will get delivery in 10 days but now they say that there is a shortage of cylinder & they do not get regular supply from CITY GAS.They also do not pick up the phone promptly even though they have 1 line ONLY. so, many I have tried for the smae.but, till the date the gas cylinder is not received.

                              I have booked for cylinder for home supply on 10.12.2010 through phone. They told me that your gas cylinder will reach to you within 15 days. I have tried many times thro. phone AFTER 15 DAYS, but sorry to say that every time they are not picking the calls. This is their regular practice. They are not providing customer service as per Co. rule. Is the rule of Company to harass the customer? Is it not rule by Government of India to supply home delivery of filled Gas? It is known to every consumer from the news paper that gas supply must be fulfilled within 15 days. Then why CITY GAS agency are applying dilly dallying tact ices to customer.

                              I further request higher authority of Bharat Gas to inquire this matter of negligible act, and solve the issue . raised as complaint. May I hope positive action from your end.

                              MY C-NO.8894. I WOULD REQUEST YOU IF YOU CAN INTERVEN THIS MATTER. IF THE PROBLEM NOT SOLVE IMMEDIATELY THEN I AM BOUND TO LODGE THE COMPLAIN TO CONSUMER REDRESEL FORUM BECAUSE THIS IS NOT A SINGLE TIME PROBLEM.

                                I had booked my gas cylinder 4 June 2010 online thru internet my ref. no.1433421 but my gas not deliver after 10 days i had call to my agency EMINENT COMPUTERS PVT LTD the person who pick my phone says there is no booking . I said i had already booked 4 june 2010 but he said u had no booking same day I had booked again he says after 2 days cylinder deliver your home but till 19 june 2010 i don't received cylinder. I had again call my agency i am afraid same wording there is no booking . after i had again booked thru online no.[protected] and wait for delivery but not deliver till 24 june 2010. I had again call agency he says tomorrow will be deliver but not deliver now 26 june 2010 rate has increase and my cylinder receive me today 27 june 2010 at new rates Rs. 35/- Extra . I have check my online account that show last delivary on 20 june 2010 and New Booking 25 june 2010 Ref. no. 1672674. Sir Please check it this mettar

                                  the Bharat gas claims to deliver the cylinder in 24 hours. but it had not give us cylinder in even 3 weeks. now also we hadn't got our cylinder.
                                  we had booked our cylinder in 1st week of june. my customer ID is 30107. and the agency name is ASHOKA AGENCY, chittaranjan park, new delhi.

                                  the delivery has not taken place despite our daily reminders. every time they says that we will surely deliver you the cylinder in 48 hours...not only on phone calls, even they dont listen after we visit their agency.

                                  i hope you will ponder our problem. this problem is not related to ours only. you can see tons of complaints by consumers regarding non delivery of cylinders.. if the action is not taken place, they will continue to torcher people like this.
                                  so sir kindly take action soon....

                                    I hope they are doing some scam with the gas cyclinders which we book.Please investigate in this send few of your department guys to check on this issue.

                                    I booked my cyclinder on 6/6/2010.on 23rd i visited BASAVESHWARA BHARATGAS AGENCY they told me it has already given to the delivery boy.but today i visited again and asked him the same thing,he told that it will be delived in an hour.but still i am waiting and sending this complaint.I hope they are selling the cyclinders and they are g
                                    iving late to the booked persons.The persons who sit in that agency are also behave that they are not aware of anything.Please take some action on this agency or with the delivery boys.Even i asked for the sales officer number,but they refuse to provide it,and it is not written in the board aswell.if you can contact me on my mobile [protected] or mail me on mail id- [protected]@hotmail.com, feedback reference number is 91526. from the complaint which i have made.

                                    Basaveshwara Bharat Gas Agency — Consumer # provided to me was invalid

                                    Am the Customer of Bharath Gas from past 10+ years..I took a transfer from RT Nagar (Shravan Gas Agency) to Yelahanka (Basaveshwara Gas Agency) and I was provided with new Consumer#51971911 two months back, when I called Basaveshwara agency to book a Refill I was told that the Consumer # is invalid and it is not reflecting in their System. When I went personally to that Agency it was told to me that they will look into this matter and call me back....Days passed and so Weeks I did not get any response from them. When I called them they started shouting at me and said if you need urgently then you go to the head office and solve the issue also they threatened me to complaint any officer as they dont bother... If I really need to go to Consumer Court it will not take much time I can do that ...sice am working for private company I dont get leaves to roam behind these people...Till now my issue is not solved am confused whom to contact....Pls get back to me on [protected]@yahoo.co.in mob#[protected].

                                    If concerned person is reading this pls I request to help me in solving this Issue.
                                    We are also facing the same problem. I believe most of the customer of Bharath Gas Agency facing the same problem.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I used to fill PETROL at a petrol station located near NGO colony, there has been many incidents that they are not filling the proper amount of petrol for the given amount of money.

                                      After Filling petrol for Rupees 70 my bike went on to the reserve mode before i reached UDAYAM theatre(before vadapalani) ie less than 10 kilometers.

                                      Frequency of the problems make us feel insecure and lose hope on that gas station, as we have to go a long way to reach Guindy for filling petrol if we leave this gas station.

                                      Kindly take necessary action and resolve the problem soon.

                                      How long people are going to make complaints like this? No idea. When U ask for Rs.70, please see that preset is done for Rs.70 by the operator using the keypad. 70 can be seen on both the main display and the keypad display(smaller). As soon as the nozzle is lifted the meter display shows 0. It increases as the delivery starts. Delivery is stopped automatically when meter shows 70. Nozzle is put back in position. Now also the display shows 70. But observe one more thing, the keypad display(smaller display) changes to 0 as soon as the delivery is completed to the set qty/amount and during the entire delivery time it shows 70. The petrol pump meter is the only meter both buyer/seller should watch. If it is correct that's all. Mileage depends not only on petrol but other factors like leakage, vehicle condition, age, tyre pressure, city ride...even petrol theft and so many.
