i have booked my reffiling lpg cellender on 15 days back and my number was 929326 that was given by bharat gas booking centre but my distributor santoshi gas service is not suppling lpg when ever i call them they say we will do with in one or two days but they never fulfill their promise .kinldy solve my problem as early as possible.

reffiling is not doing last 10 days
i have booked my reffiling lpg cellender on 10days back and my number was 15058 that was given by bharat gas booking centre but my modern gas service, malviya nagar alwar is not suppling lpg when ever i call them they say we will do with in one or two days but they never fulfill their promise .kinldy solve my problem as early as possible.

    My bharat gas consumer no is 17249 my distributor name is Kaushik gas agency .My previous order is 21 feb refrence no is 689747 I am waiting for delivery to my lpg when I see the order status order is deliverd to 25 feb this is chiting the customer .My current order is booking date is 11 Apr Refrence no is 941948 . Today 19th Apr . Still i am waiting the delivery .this is painfull condition to me kindly assure the my order is deliverd on time

    bharatgas — Non delivery of Gas after 1month

    I have connection of Bharat Gas at Jhansi Customer ID no23876. I have booked my Gas with Raj Gas service on 31st July08 no.20. But I have not recived the Gas as yet.

    I and my father complaint for non delivery of Gas many times. But all effort are vain.

    Please let me know all of you what I should do

      The Bharat Gas dealer had forced us to purchase lpg gas rubber hose manufactured by Super Seal India Pvt ltd and told us that there is a guarantee for 5 years . they told us to keep the plastic bag in which the rubber hose was given.now the pipe is broken but dealer is refusing to change it and says that you have used it for more than 3 years means now you will have to pay again evenif th guarentee is not over.
      What rubbish answers are given to customers . They are not bothered about customers life and simply are denying to change rubber hose without payment.

      Super Seal — Poor quality gas pipe

      Dear Sir/Mam,
      My consumer No.20844 of Jeevan Jyoti, Dakshinapan, south Gariahat Road. My phone no is [protected].

      I bought a gas pipe from the said agency. The product details are as follows: Suraksha LPG Hose. ISI: IS 9673. Mfd by Super Seal. Lot No. 99 (09/06) Change before September/11.
      I am to inform you that this hose caught fire while cooking, I quickly closed the gas cylinder before any mishap could happen. I want to know that what sort of hose did the agency sell and I want drastic measures to be taken against the said agency.

        i am consumer of Kain gas Agency Gobindpuri New Delhi 19 The agency staff is not picup the phone therefore booking is not impossible by the phone and gas is very short in the cylender. there staff behave is very rood. Please take nessery action.

I am suffered from High BP & Sugar (Age:68).Hence i cant able to go out for booking.No one can able to help me.So i make a call to your agency for gas booking.No one should not pick my call.whether they pick my call means they use vulcour words those words are very much hurting me and i feel why should we live in the world.One of the working staff in that gas Agency(Acting Manager)said that better you die.we cant able to meke services to you in-time.             Today I filled petrol in my car from Bharat Petroleum pump gokula bangalore. I told attender to put for Rs 500/- He put the fuel tap in tank and walked away to attend other customer on other side, from there he distracted my attention by asking change for Rs 500/- I told him I dont have.
            He came back and told by mistake it was set for 200/- and it got filled(Which really did not happen).
            He hung back fule tap on vendor machine, after which he started filling for Rs 300/- from next vendor machine.

            I have a serious doubt he keeps Rs 200/- set on first vendor machine and any customer ask for above 200/- he does the same drama by changing your attention and tells it got filled.
            And he starts filling rest from other vending machine.
            Please take action againest this type of cheat.

              Dear Sir,

              I stay in kharghar Navi Mumbai from last 15 day I am trying to take a new connection of gas cylinder of bharat gas. I had submit all the documents last month but till now the dealer in kharghar is not giving any responce ,infact he is saying after visiting him 5 times that dont come to me go to H.P GAS they will give you connection soon.and the lady name kishore,her telephone no is 27425133. did not behave properly and through my file in dustbin and said get lost do what ever you want to do ....??? we have no cylinder to give you.

              it is a request please dont harres people like this I had got transfered from delhi to mumbai , and my wife is pregnent and she cant move freequently we are eating food from market we have no gas at the moment .

              please help us , hope to have a possitive responce from ur side.

              bharat gas in kharghar — they are not giving new connection

              sir, we are trying to get connection from bharat gas from last three weeks, we already have gas stove and lighter but they are saying we have to buy again for new connection now they are not giving please do something urgently .

              I have applied for a bharat gas new connection on december 2009 in sai krupa gas agency,Jafferkhanpet,chennai-600083.I stay in jafferkhanpet.Two officials one named Mr.murugan told me to submit id proof and residential proof and informed me that with in 15 days they will give me the connection .I wait for 2 months .I following up regularly on every saturday of a week for the connection .every time they are telling with in 2,3 days they will give the connection .But nothing happened till now .Now finaly they told that they cant give the connection as government stopped the supply .The officials of sai krupa gas agency behave very rudely and behaving customers like street dogs .
              They are supplying the Cylinder to shop owners by black for money .Also they are asking Rs 5500 for one gas cylinder(14.2kg) , one stove ,one regulater.I wait for 3 months and finally go for HP which i got in one day without any problem .

              So requesting someone please take this matter to higher authority of HP gas .

                No response from BPCL to my following complaint ref no C[protected] , hence this request to you

                Sub: Curbing dishonest and unfair activities of LPG dealer

                We have a second home at Sawantwadi, Dist Sidhudurg in Maharastra. We approached few days back M/s Patankar Gas Service, a Bharat gas dealer at Sawantwadi for a new gas connection. with a residence proof of electricity bill and documents relating to title of our house.

                However the Patankar Gas service insisted that we should either produce Ration card or alternatively purchase goods like cooker,Water filter,Gas stove etc worth Rs. 3250/- from them in addition to the installation expenses of around 2200/- to get a new connection.

                We also enlightened M/s Patankar Gas Service that BPCL’s guidelines for new connection as displayed on their website allows any of the documents listed below as proof of residence Ration card, Electricity bill, Telephone bill,Passport,Employers certificate flat allotment letter,Voters I card,rent receipt. However Patankar’s did not accept our claim.

                On being confronted whether they are running a gas agency or a shop to sell water filter cooker etc (these items are prominently displayed by Patankar Gas service) Mrs. Patankar indicated that they have consent and support of BPCL for the aforesaid arrangement.

                Some of our neighbors who also have second home at Sawantwadi and were unable to produce ration card have been granted new connection by M/s Patankar Gas Service by compelling them to purchase the aforesaid goods from their shop. It is also understood that the delivery boys of Partaker’s keep a stock of Sunflower oil pouches in the truck carrying refills and make unauthorized supply refills to those who pay additional cost or buy oil pouches from them.

                It is very clear that Patankar gas service has been purposely insisting on ration card as proof of residence as they know very well that those having a second home cannot produce ration card and therefore can exploit them by giving them corrupt alternative and compelling to purchase goods from them. When we confronted Patankar Gas service as to how can the condition of ration card, if must can be diluted or set right on payment of money by a consumer to buy goods as aforesaid from them. As expected Partaker’s had no answer.

                We can never believe that the largest public sector and reputed organization like BPCL would ever support the aforesaid unfair dishonest and underhand activity of a dealer of extracting money from helpless consumers who seek a new gas connection. We therefore decided to take up this issue with you to seek further clarification and advice in the matter to enable us to take appropriate further action to get new gas connection.

                I have been suffering from same problem my name is Sandip Ankush Mulik. I have connection of M/s. Patankar(Bharat Gas Agencies) sawantwadi. I have staying at village Kondure its far away from sawantwadi city so every time i goes over there at M/s patankar gas agencies and refilling my gas cylinders but every time thier staff treats with very badly and harshly gives back answer. We have gas card but they does careless to us. They are always gives us poor service.

                1. Pay extra and get the gas cylinder in BLACK
                2. Get the gas cylinder from the AGENT named ????? near VITTHAL MANDIR, Sawantwadi
                3. HOTELS are given DOMESTIC gas cylinder
                4. NO complaints against SERVICE in their Shop, because you are a BEGGAR there
                5. Call phone number for enquiry and you are NOWHERE
                6. Pay extra to VEHICLE driver, he will deliver others Cylinder to you
                7. Above all if you complaint all this to the OWNER, she will start a grant SOAP OPERA, till you go out
                8. Why there is no second supplier, when the customers and city have increased double-fold

                I may be jealous, angry or have any BAD intention on this Supplier.
                But, you have a GOOD, so, i request you to personally find out all this.
                If still, all is going on than, Well...

                  sir i want to write you that i transfored from yamunanagar dist to aligarh, i have an gas connection of company bharat gas distributor amrik gas jagadhri,i want to transfor that connection from jagadhri to aligarh so i diposited my gas cylinders at jagadhri take my trancefor recipt on dated 25/03/10. i deposit it at aligarh and want to take connection on dated 1/04/10 but till now i am not able to get the gas cylinder distributor told me that after get conformetion from the jagadhri he will able to issue me cylinder here i want to know that diring this trnsfor period what can a costomer prepaierd his food. here i also want to request you that pl issue me the cylinder as soon as posible

                    I am a Bharatgas consumer.
                    My Consumer No is 30522 of BPCL

                    I have received a GAS Cylinder delivery from the nearest gas distributor (i.e TOLYYFLAME) on 10/04/2010.

                    While receiving the cylinder I normally check the the expiry date of the cylinder which on today;s delivery was of D08 & was already expired.

                    I had called the distributor( TOLLYFLAME @ [protected] & complained the mater but they said that they can not do any thing as the same is being provided by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. & they can not anything about it.

                    When I repetedly & said about the expiry product suply. They said that you can raise complain, but no one there to listen to you.

                    I am realy scared on the condition of the cylinder & need help to replace the same ASAP. I think BPCL is playing with security of it consumer & need to get punished.

                      Dear Sirs,

                      This is wih reference to my domestic LPG Consumer No- 8496 of Bharat Gas Agent M/s Prakash Bharat Gas, Naveen Park, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad.

                      I am using this connection since last two years and had no problem except only one cylinder upto April'2009. When I felt problem then I applied for another Cylinder which I got in May'09 so that I could have atleast one of it full everytime.

                      Due to some problem in December'2009 my wife could not book cylinder in time as one out of two was empty and she went to Raipur. I also was not aware of it. As a result when she came back in January'2010, the second cylinder had also been almost 80% used. On 13.1.2010 she booked cylinder and requested the person to please refill both the cylinder, but the person denied by saying that only one cylinder can be booked within 21days gap and disconnected the phone. On 18.1.2010 we got one cylinder, when both were empty, So again my wife tried to book another one but they didn't as a result on 17.2.2010 we had again both the cylinders empty, I had no option except to get one refilled LPG in BLACK and so I did. Again on 26.2.2010 my wife booked our cylinder and requested for refilling of both on the ground of all this but the person again said "one LPG in 21Days" however it was delivered on 5.3.2010 after one more remider call to them( AFTER A GAP OF MORE THAN 40DAYS). Hence again on 29.3.2010 our both the cylinder were empty, again we booked on 30.3.2010 which we got on 31.3.2010 after many reminder to the supervisor Mr. Sanjay Choube. Today, on 9.4.2010 I tried to book another LPG for refilling but some Mr. RAVIi GUPTA-([protected]) again said same thing WHEN I INSISTED HE SAID " HOW DO YOU FINISH YOUR GAS SO QUICKLY? DO YOU FILLS BALLOON". Now I want to know IS THIS THE WAY TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS IN BHARAT GAS COMPANY
                      DO THE SAID MR RAVI GUPTA KNOWS THAT IN THE STREET, I AM LIVING IN, THERE IS A SHOP WHERE ALL INDENE, HP, BHARAT GAS DOMESTIC LPG'S ARE SOLD IN BLACK IN RS 600-800, DOES HE KNOW WHO IS SUPPLYING BHARAT GAS LPG IN THAT SHOP WHEN IN SAHIBABAD AREA M/S PRAKASH BHARAT GAS IN THE ONLY AUTHORISED AGENT?

                      I don't know what should I do and what is benefit of having two LPG, I hereby request to BHARAT GAS SENIOR OFFICIALS TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER EARLIEST AND AVOID SUCH PROBLEMS TO CONSUMERS OTHERWISE I WILL BE COMPELLED TO FILE CASE IN CONSUMER COURT.

                      I am very sorry to inform you that I have booked a cyclinder on[protected] vide registration No. 5898123 through Internet. I have made several resquest for supply of the same as already 15 days past but uptill now they have not supplied the cyclinder. I think this company is spiling the image of Bharat Gas Company.

                      You are, therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter personally and direct the Agency to supply the gas cyclinder urgently.                           We are really frustrated as we are unable to get replacement of cylinders on time. This is happening every month. Also the response from the gas agency is very poor and they simply ignore our requests several times. Most of the time , they are not customer service oriented. In spite of calling them for several times , we are still unable to get cylinder. Please find below the details.

                          I had booked for a cylinder on 21.09.2008 . Its more than 17 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 10 calls to the Pratthibha bharat gas company( SV NO.[protected] Prathiba Bharat Gas Company, Pitapuram colony, Visakhapatnam) every time I am experiancing the same delay & they are telling that will delivere with in day or 2 and today I recieved the same answer when I called today morning.
                          I recieved refilled cvylinder 15-20 days every time last one year and I complaint second time pls solve my problem.

                            My complaint is against : Bharat petroleum petrol pump opposite magar patta hadapsar pune ( Maharashtra india) .

                            All petrol pump workers in pune are cheaters.
                            I am registering the complaint for bharat petroleum because the latest incident happened with me was on bharat petroleum petrol pump.

                            How those petroleum [censored] workers cheats us.

                            1. They try to distract our attentions from the petrol pump meter. And do not set the mark to ZERO.
                            2. They show reluctance in setting the amount before filling petrol.
                            3. If we request them to set the amount or set the mark to zero then they start barking and make use of vulgar words.
                            Sometime they refuse to fill petrol also.

                            My complaint is against : Bharat petroleum petrol pump opposite magar patta hadapsar pune ( Maharashtra india) .

                            All [censored] workers there are mean and impolite. They always try to cheat customers.
                            I have seen so many incidents of customer and workers conflict on that petrol pump.

                            I wonder how this kind of extreme debauchery is allowed on petrol pumps.
                            This is a kind of looting people and the helpless people do not know to whom to complaint. Fighting with those [censored] dogs is of no use.

                            bharat petroleum pump — fraud in giving petrol

                            Sir i have been a regular costumer for Anand Super Service Station ( Opp hansraj college, Malka Ganj, Delhi- 7 ) for last 3 to 4 years . But today when i got there and asked him to full my car tank . Then i seen he started filling petrol without making zero on meter . To see this i objected to him that u have started it from rs150 . That is not fair . On hearing this the person (gaurav ) who was filling petrol started shouting abusing us . On this i have asked for there complain form on which after 10 moinutes they got me a book in which i filled a complain on date of 30 july 2009 .
                            So i want tyou to look into matter and don't let people suffer .
                            the petrol is having some solid particles
                            I agree - At the same petrol pump - i got duped - If you ask for 1000 rs petrol, they will fill fuel worth 200/- and then say oh ! 200 ka fill keya, we will fill the rest 800...By some magic, they will show you a 000 meter while in reality the counter would start from 200 ...not 000 as you would think...they will fill the fuel till meter reading reads 800...your mind would calculate previous 200 + 800 = 1000...in reality you will get fuel worth only 800/- smart thinking :-)

                            So moral of the story - If the petrol pump guys stops at 200...tell him not to re-fuel anymore..just pay him 200/- and a salaam...

                            Please forward this to as many people as possible...lets start some frustion in reverse direction

                            Yes, this kind of fraud is happening in Chennai too. most of the petrol bunks workers here,

                            1.Try to distract you when you watch the meter reading.
                            2.They do not fill petrol in bottles (mineral water bottles).
                            3.If you insists them they bark at you.

                            I had filled up Rs.100/- petrol from J.B.Patel petrol pump at Opera House on 7th 1830 hrs, next day evening my bike stop completeley after giving jerks whole day, mechanic found large amount of water in the petrol,

                            I had to spend about Rs.150/- for mechanic cleaning petrol and and carberator and re-fill the petrol.

                            The dealer/BPCL not ready to accept that water can be found in the petrol.

                            bharat petroleum pump — Meter setting by petrol pump employees

                            my name is Ameya. After every 2-3 days i fill petrol from Bharat petrolium pump. The staff of the petrol pump are cheating with customers. 2 guys stand at the pump , one guy is to fill up the petrol and the other guy to collect the cash.Once 1st guy started filing the petrol the other guy asks you any irreverent question ( do you have change ? have you filled up power petrol before ? what is the time rt now etc etc) Basically one guy keeps you busy in interaction and the other guy press the num pad to display the amount on the screen so customer thinks that it is filled as decided. This is repetitively happening. I have been seeing this pathetic thing from last two months. There should be some online CCTV surveillance to monitor all pumps centrally.These petrol pump employees are thieves.This is ridicules.

                            This entry is for Magar Petroleum, In front of Magarpatta, Hadapsar. When your turn of the queue at petrol pump comes, then three workers try to distract you and try their best you divert your focus from the meter. Without resetting the meter, they fill the petrol. This has happened with me 4 times. Each time I think not to divert my attention from meter, but at times could not concentrate and become prey to them. Does anyone have any idea where to complain officially this issue ?

                            Petrol pump in indrapuram ghazibad (Bharat Petroleum) also giving less petrol.The woker stading there stand in front of the meter and second person ask fr the money to distract you as you are in busy to give the money the second person stop the meter and set is zero and told it over...I saw them every time I went for fueling...
                            I am regular at the petrol pump name Siddeshwari Fuel World near Andheri Fire Brigade Andheri west Agency code 100949. This pump the machines have been tampered with the quantity of fuel filled is shown in excess of the actuals.

                            I have a Maruti swift with tank size approx 40 lts. I came to the fuel pump on 19th January 2013 with quarter tank and asked for the tank to be filled full. The machine cut of at 34lts and there after the person dispensing the fuel filled another 6 ltrs in the tank. This cannot be possible as on the 5th of Jan2013 when o filled at the same pump when the car was signalling empty the fuel that was filled was 39 lts. There is manipulation at the machine calibration.

                            My invoic eno is 308282 dt 19/1/2013. the machine was swipe at 2999.77paise and paid by credit card amount swiped by the dealer is 3000 what happens to the additional .23 paise they have charged me . During the whole day they must be collecting how much in excess from the customers and pocketing the amount. who has authorised them to collect this excess.

                            Please check this criminal fraud at the pump urgently

                                Extra items added at the time application of new gas connection

                                Hi,

                                I've applied gas connection on Ravi Gas Service distributor of Bharas Gas. Additional of charges for required things like cylinders, gas, tupe, regulator; they are also forcefully added extra items on the bill to increase the cost like rice packet ( cost with 70 rs), gas stove ( cost 1551 rs) and lighter (with refill). I've told them gas stove is optional and I don't need to buy it but he said it is mandatory...

                                  My gas delear promis to deliver LPG gas cylinder at home for that he charge extra. but he allways call us from a point which is approx 2.5 km away from my house( He charge Rs.2 for call also) most of the time no male person avaliavbel at home at that time my mother go to someone and beg for bringing my cylinder. If we call him (The delear) he refuse to talk by saying that I have so many customers and i dont have time to talk with you, If you want your cylinder you have to come to me.

But now i want to convert my connection in DBC. But when i asked for it from the dealer but there is no satisfactory answer is given.I am give application to My Bharatgas distributor Shaheed Sub. Balbir Singh Gas Agency Derabassi Dist. Mohali (punjab) by hand dt. 26-11-09, By regd. 22-2-10, by regd. 4-3-10 & many times persnally meet to distributor. I am suffering from a big problem.
