I would like to bring into your notice the inconvenience we have been facing because of non delivery of LPG refill. We have a connection from "Mamta gas service, 494, Hind nagar, Lucknow" on my Father's name i.e; Mr. Abdul Rahman, whose consumer number is 26027. We booked for a refill on 31 of January 2010 and after waiting for more than 3 weeks the refill was not delivered. On calling we were initially told that the refill will be delivered net day. And after numerous calls we were finally told that the booking was cancelled. Again we booked for the same connection on 23 Feb 2010 and we are still waiting for the refill to be delivered. Many times they even dont attend the call and at times eve if they pick up the phone we are greeted very harshly. We have been forced to use more unconventional and risky ways of cooking because of the crimes committed by the above said agency. Please look into the matter and try to resolve it as soon as possible.

I would like to invite attention that Even after booking of lpg gas on 3rd of august still it is not refiled.Every time they are excusing for supply of gas from the principles.

    Sir,
    I am a defense personnel and presently posted in Hyderabad and my old age parents along with other family members are staying in my home town i.e.- 7/48 Jwalapuri Iglas Aligarh(near Shivdan Singh Collage Iglas). I have a LPG Gas connection on my father’s name, connection No-GD 899 Gas agency- GD gas service Iglas.
    Gas agency personnel refused to supply more than one cylinder in a month on Govt rates, if you want to have second cylinder you have to pay Rs. 700/-per cylinder otherwise second cylinder will not be given. it is very difficult to run with one cylinder in a joint family, that to in winter season.
    It is requested to take-up the matter with GD gas service Iglas to issue at least two cylinder per month without extra charges.

    Gas agency owner and their employees are involve in black marketing, creating artificial shortage to earn black money . These practices are to be stopped.

      I have been forced & regret to inform you that Bharat gas Distributor at Yelahanka, Bangalore named "Basaveshwara Bharat Gas, is distributing their gas cylinders to all their consumers in black, that means they are charging Rs. 350.00 each insted of Rs.326.

      MySelf Devanand, Consumer of Bharat Gas Agency in Bangalore named as "Basaveshwara Bhata Gas" Address - 17/18, 1st Main Road, KHB Colony, Gandhi Nagar, Yelahanka Old Town, Bangalore." Tel[protected] / 3299.

      Consumer Number : 35695

      All the consumers are harrased by Distributor but no one knows how and where to give complaint against them. If distributor is opposed by all consumers then distributor simply tells that whoever wants in 350 come otherwise I will take back and you will not get cylinder in future.

      This is for your kind information and necessary action please. It needs to be enquired by some specialised person or team at delivery site at Hunasamaranahalli. This is very problem, I am facing since long. Can anybody do somthing. Can Govt. do any action against it. Pls reply soon.

        SOBHAGYA AGENCIES D-1/239 NEW KONDLI , New Delhi who have been appointed by Bharat Gas
        1. is not supplying the gas cylinders on time,
        2. giving false pretexts of short supply of gas cylinders,
        3. its staff is misbehaving with customers who come to book their orders.
        4. Normally they keep their telephone lines busy to avoid the customers
        5. The last supply of gas cylinder to us was on 4th Feb08 against our consumer number 20267 and after 21st day booked for refilling of the cylinder but they are unable to provide the same.8 their staff denied having refused us the supply and were seen refuting their customers like beggars
        7. What claims of customer service can Bharat Gas make
        8.. From their response, it seems they are blacking the cylinders.
        I request you to please look in to the matter and take the necessary and firm action against this agency.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            Respectfully, I submit as under :-

            1. That I am resident of Ahmedgarh Distt. Sangrur and serving at Ludhiana in the Police department and consumer of Bahrat Gas with Ahmedgarh Gas Agency, Ahmedgarh District Sangrur, Punjab.
            2. That I submitted a complaint against the above said distributor , which was received by the then sales officer Mr. Ashu Bharti on dated 15.3.1999(Copy enclosed).
            3. That on this complaint, the above said distributor issued gas connection vide consumer no 7656 on dated 18.3.99 to me, with the assurance that there shall be no problem at all in future to me.
            4. That the above said distributor having personal grudge as the reasons explained above, not issued to me BDC since 18.3.1999 to date and even I had approached the above said distributor after taking leave from the department so many times and he linger on the matter one or the other pretext.
            5 . That now my gas regulator issued by the above said distributor became out of order and on dated 24.2.2010, on approaching him , he flatly refused its replacement in a very arrogant, rude, abusive and inappropriate manner and also said that I complained the matter to any one as earlier and also refused to give me the complaint book to record my complaint.
            5. That on this, I approached Mr. Rajwinder Singh, Sales officer, Bharat Gas, at his cell no.[protected] on dated 25.2.2010 evening , who assured me immediately relief from the said problem but no response received till to date i.e.26.2.2010.
            6. That there is no other alternative left except to approach your good office with this instant complaint/request.
            7. It is therefore prayed before your kind honour that I may kindly be provided immediately relief so that I and my family may not suffer more and appropriate action at your level for not issuing me DBC since 18.3.1999 to date, for not replacing the gas regulator and legal action for causing my harassment and rude, arrogant, abusive and ill mannered behavior on the part of above said distributor without any reasonable cause and excuse in this regard.

            If you have complained to the sales officer and have still not had your problem solved, then you can contact higher authorities. You can contact the territory manager. In the mean time I went to the office so many times but I could not get the result. So I think now I have to approach the Regional office for looking upon the matter.

            I have Bharat Gas consumar No.3728 with Rana Gas, Samrala Chounk, Ludhiana, from my last 2 refill they asked me to carry your cylinder from Trolley site and ignore to send with Home Delivery, Where is my address there is already Home delivery facility available.

            Second they book my gas after every 20 days of delivery date, and when they book and send it minimum after 10 days to 15 days, so it is very long process's to take another empty gas cylinder to refill.

              Problem with New Connection

              behaviour and wrong information
              i have aprached bharat gas agency in East Delhi, New Ashok Nagar Branch asking for a new connection he is charging me 4000 rs for a connection with just single cylender,also forcing me to buy a gas range saying it is coming with the package,why is it so,to be precise the persons name was Mr. ????, this is quite rediculous and un acceptable please look in to it and take necessory action.

              COMPLAINT AGAINST JAYSHREE AGENCIES JOGESHWARI EAST MUMBAI 400060 FOR NOT DELIVING IN TIME. I M CONSTRAINED TO WRITE TO U AS JAYSHREE AGENCIES HAD FAILED TO DELIVERY GAS ON THE STIPULATED TIME, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES SINCE MY REHABILATION HAS BEEN DONE 2 YEARS BEFORE. FEW FACT TO BE NOTED. I BOOKED MY GAS DATED 08/02/10 REFERENCE NO 614896 THROUGH SMS. LATER I BOOKED ON24/02/10 REFERENCE NO 708067. MY CYCLINDER GOT EMPTY LAST EVENING & WE HAD TO PURCHASE FOOD FROM HOTEL. I HAVE 2 SMALL CHILDREN WHO WENT TO SCHOOL THIS MORNING WITHOUT ANY BREAKFAST & TEA. I HAD RECIVED THE GAS THIS MORNING AROUND 11AM. MY QUESTION IS HOW MANY DAYS U GIVE US GAS FROM THE DATE OF BOOKING, SOME 6 MONTH BEFORE I WAS GETTING GAS CYCLINDER WITHOUT BOOKING, I HAD A QUARELL WITH THE AGENICY GUY ,THAT SINCE I HAVE NOT BOOKED MY GAS WHY I M GETTING DELIVERY.               I booked gas for home delivery on 21th January 2008 but till today 05th February2008 we haven't get the delivery at my home. Whenever we visit there representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. And when you call on phone no-body response. While other's get their delivery by paying some extra amount. they booked after 20 days of every delivery so it takes near about one month & 15 days every time.

I have booked the Gas on 5-Oct-2009 and today 10-Nov-2009 but haven't received the delivery.                 Dear Sir,

                I would like to complaint about the domestic gas distributer in our area. We have been issued with Gas connection from BPCL agency. Despite repeated reminder after booking a gas cylender, no suitable reply is given and gas cylender is supplied only after repeated follow up on phone and in person visits.

                On escaltion of complaint for delay in supply. The delivery boy is called in for investigation. Who has a standard reply "no one was at home".

                Dear sir / madam,

                I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. V18208 in the name of Bhagwan Dass (R/o 13 Raja Ram Mkt. Madangiri) before 17 days but till today on 25.08.2010 have not recieved the cylinder yet. Today i again book my gas cylinder. I have been calling again & again the distributor EMINENT COMPUTERS PVT LTD s, [Code No. 146151]. I came to know that this agency sell gas in the black market. In this area, many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date I have not got the cylinder. There is always shortage of gas in this area becuase of this. nobody is here to check up this matter.
                I request to you look into this matter and solve this with emmediate effect as well as refill my gas.Kindly help me as soon as possible. I am totally frustrated from the delay supply of this gas agency. Plz check my refill status in their computer records. By their computer record they deliver my gas but in reality they didn't deliver. What i do plz check their [censored] booking and take action against them.

                respcted sir,
                i santosh kumar mandal,resident of D-3/36,mangal bazar road,sangam vihar new delhi-62, bharat gas consumar no-6704,am sufferig from our distibuter's repead ill behabior and delay in cyllinder supply,i have been told that gas will be booked after 22 days and after bookig they supply after 10 days after repeated call,the gap of inbetween day are not counted,

                  Cheating at Petrol Pump

                  This morning I went to refill petrol in my motor cycle and asked for tank full.

                  This guy was filling the gas for another person and without resetting to ZERO did the filling for my vehicle.

                  When he asked me full price of 570Rs , I shouted on him and then he agree to take 470Rs as 100Rs was previous filling.

                  This is so common these days.. but on this gas station Meter are not visible properly......

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I had booked for a refill of Bharat Gas cylinder with its agency in Doddaballapur - Manjunatha Gas Agency, on 8-2-2010. Even after 15 days the agency has not supplied the refill so far.

                  Each and every month we have to face similar problem. Whenever we check
                  with the agency they say there is shortage of supply. They give us supply of a cylinder once in 45 days. With no other cooking fuel back up, how can a family of 5 manage for 45 days?

                  As the demand is more, the Bharat Gas company should either increase the
                  supply or it should appoint another agency to deal with the demand. It should impose curbs on those who sell their supply to others to make a kill. Hope you will take note of all these and arrange for smooth supply of refill cylinders, in future.

                    Yesterday I went to Bharat Gas R & D Aund Road Pune to get new gas coonection. They asked me for all the documents for my address proof and all. I have provided everything. At last they billed me around 5000.00 Rs. Which includes, registration, gas cylinder, regulator, gas pipe, gas stove and GEMINI SUNFLOWER OIL[5kgs]. I told them I already have gas stove which i bought from some shop, they told, it is compulsory to buy gas stove with new gas connection. Fine, i agreed for that. Over that they gave me GEMINI SUNFLOWER OIL[5kgs], i told them, i dont want this, for that also they are saying this compulsory with new connection otherwise you wont get new connection. One more thing, if you apply for second cylinder, you have buy 2 pack of GEMINI SUNFLOWER OIL[5kgs]. What is this? Where is law?How can we common people hanlde this?

                      We have not recieved our Gas from Savita Gas Service situated at meerut because of the marriage season at this time and i had booked Gas for refiling on 31-Jan-10 but till today (21-Feb-10) after 21 days we have not recieved any cylinder and the counter person behaved so rudely please also ensure that the Gas will be booked after 25 days of delievery and after 20 days it will be delivered. this is the system of this operator.Please help us and forward this to any Sr. Officer for Bharat Gas.

                        i have booked my gas cylinder(consumer no 26624) on 10/2/2010 with mamta gas agency hindnagar lucknow.but till today i have not get it at home.on enquiring they said that u take it from godam after 5-6 days.i want to know that is bharat gas is not supplying gas at home.why the agency has issued cylinder booked after 10 feb with out delivering my booking. is phone booking is closed. is there any quota for getting hand to hand booking cylinder .if not why agency doing it.agency is not displaying sales officer phone/mobile no out side and not displaying information offcer name under RTI act.

                        Non-supply of Gas Cylinder
                        I am consumber of Bharat Gas Agency bearing No.10910 registered in the Agency of Dammo Enterprises, 64-A, DDA Flats, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi. I booked my Gas Cylinder on 13.06.2009 at the office. They have not supplied it to my house till date. When I went to the Agency Office to get it on 20.06.2009, the staff of Agency has totally refused to deliver it to me and stated that only delivery men will give the supply to my house. The behaviour of the staff was also not good. They have not shown the co-operate nature and stated that if you want to lodge complaint against the agency, you can do. I requested you to kindly look into the matter and supply the Gas Cylinder as early as possible to my house.
                        Dear Sir/madam,

                        We have booked for refiling gas cylinder on 7th July 2009 till date they are not ready to supply the cylinder and they are not ready to take the call. Senior person Mr.Murthy is not giving good service to the public & he is avoiding public.

                        I am a customer of Bharat Gas for the past 8 years with Mahalakshmi Gas Agency Bangalore. My consumer no 23682.Of late for the past 6 months the agency is either slow in supplying or it just never responds! All telephone numbers will be very busy, we get engaged tones only continously.They tell us to book through automatic but never considers the booking.

                        When we book for refill they say they would supply within a week or so but never supply on time.If we call them again they take it as a fresh booking again and say one week time. Always they come oput with a complaint of short supply!!!

                        The Bharat Gas was vvery promp in consumer service.Now I wonder what's happened ?!!
                        I hope action will be taken to restore its original efficiency!

                        You can take the supply of gas from the godown, but you can only take the delivery when your number of booking becomes eligible for delivery according to the waiting list. The waiting list might be 5-6 days long(as per the supply that the dealer is getting) and that is why he is telling you to go to he godown after 5-6 days.

                        I am a consumer of Surya gas agency sipri bazar Jhansi. My consumer no. 20454 I had booked my refill on 18.7.2010 and reminded so many times to distributor over phone and also personally , but nothing has been heard. I have not supplied my refill till today. Same type of problem was also noticed in previously. Distributor supplying cylinder to unauthorised persons while genuine consumer facing problem.

                          Dear Customer help desk,

                          Once week back had gone to Bharat Gas office met Ramkrishnan customer service. I told him I want new connection he called Distributor Mr. Venugopal RJ Gas code is 631804, They were insisting me to purchase Gas stove & other home appliances from their office. My requirement was 4 stove busrner but didn't had for 4 days I asked them arrange mean while my collegues gifted me this stove within 10mins immediately I informed them I dont require Gas stove they said ok. When I went to have connection form to be filled up at thier store no one was responding & they asked me to speak to Mr.Ramakrishana customer help desk of Bharat Gas even he was insisting me to purachse gas stove I explained him everything but he didn't listen anything and he gave one area sales Manager number Ms.Sandhya I explained everything to her she said no one can force you to take the bruner for new connection she talked to RJ gas customer service and agreed and they we me Domestic Gas Customer card. Now they have to deliver the Gas cylinder and they have to inspect the hot plate. I had called Ms.Lina arrange the same for today evening morning she said ok now when I called her she is saying now it is not possible I dont have deliver person and the owner this agency gone for lunch he will come after 6pm we can not help you. This is the way to treat customer I have paid money yesterday itself but they not ready to talk in proper manner too. It is total customer harrasement . Is it compulsory to buyhome appliacne from disrtibutor to get the connection.

                          I need reply for this even I am also in customer service in 11 years we never behaved like this with anyone.

                          Bharat Gas — inefficient delivery

                          our distributer says that we can't book a cylinder before 21 days after delivery and once we book a cylinder they take 15 to 20 days for delivering the new one. means you have to use your cylinder for 40 days anyhow.
                          I just want to ask you that any family having kids and old people how can they manage in winter?
                          after having the passbook system you cant share with your neighbours and black-marketing , using lpg in vehicles etc is still going on...

                            As per the delivery rules, cylinder should be delivered within 24hrs but Gautam Enterprise, Bharat gas, Dilshad Garden, C-3/G-2, Delhi-110095, Tele No.22585116,22585119, 22597029 takes to deliver the cylinder more than 7 days after booking date and new cylinder is booked only after 21 days of last delivery due to this monopoly of Gautam gas, customers left without gas for few days.

                            Kindly take note of this harrassment monopoly...

                            Gas Agency – Puskar Gas Agency( Bhart Gas)

                            Hi,

                            I have lodged two complaint last month Ticket No. is C[protected] and C[protected] and this month C[protected]..The problem is still exist and the Agency is not providing the gas cylinder with in due time. Ist we have to wait for booking for 21 days after receipt of the Gas.

                            Than after its take around one month to get the gas ie total 51 days cycle to get the gas even the cylinder get empty within 20 -25 days.

                            Requested to look into the issue and provide a facility for early booking and receipt of the gas and oblige.

                            Hope this time I will received a reply from your side.

                              This is regarding Complaint of Sandesh Gas agency Pimpri Pune Distributor of Bharat Gas, We have came to pune from Indore in Dec 09 Since this is a transfer Connection in that case company have to give us immediate gas cylinder. but they have hang us till date & we have no connection . They also misbehave with my mother & they add charge which is unwanted.

                              So requesting you to please look into this matter & sort out ASAP.

                              Mean time i also planning to Register FIR for misbehave with my mother

                              This is regarding Complaint of Sandesh Gas agency Pimpri Pune Distributor of Bharat Gas. I have booked for a cylinder refill on 9th feb 2012 and it has been 13 days and the agency has not disctributed the cylinder to my home (as promised in 8-10 days). Inspite of number of telephone calls and multiple visits to the agency office they are not delivering the filled bottle. The Customer care number of Bharat Gas, Pune is most times busy. Which is the right platform to end this menace of the Gas agency.
