Dear sir,

My bharat gas connection paper was lost and I have not my consumer no. and other details of my connection then I wants to know all over details of that and a duplicate copy of my connection. Gas agency gives no reply about this so I am very tierd. My gas conection is at basti (uttar pradesh) in bharat gas agency

If you have lost your consumer number, how have you been booking refills all these days? If all the papers are lost, there is no problem. But the consumer number is the only way to remedy your problem. However, if your agent has computerized all the consumers' data, it is easy for him to help you. Just let him run a search for your name. About 10 -20 names would come up. Check the addresses of all. You'll find yours. Get the consumer number and Voucher number & Date. Or go the nearest Bharat Petroleum Office and tell your problem. They sure would have the computerized data on all information related to your connection. Carry your ID card (Driving Licence, Ration card) or their copies always so you can produce it as proof of it.

Then you will have to go to a notary with all the acquired information and spend about Rs. 250 or so to get your declaration (that you have lost the papers) attested on a Rs 20 stamp paper. Getting a notary's sigh is simpler than buying a chocolate. Just go to the court in your town. Ask any one (even a car-parking guy) to show you where you can find a notary.

    Gas booking reference No.533976 dated 23/01/2010, Gas has not been delivered even after 15 days, Bharat Gas Distributor M/s Ashoka Stores Chitranjan Park, Phone No.26277304 is always busy. Mr.Anil assured me early delivery but till date it not delivered. I even lodged my compaint with Bharat Gas on their website ref.no C[protected] dated 04/02/10 but I have no response from the company. Kindly help...

      Dear sir,
      My name is Md. Khalil Ahmad. I have single connection of domestic gas wit following information.
      consumer name: Shahnaz Begam
      Consumer no: N04969
      Address: Nav Dhal Imambara, Mugalpura, Patna City, Patna 800008, Bihar, India

      Company: Indane Oil, LPG
      Distributor: M/S. NITIN ENTERPRISES,Sindhi Dalan, Khajekalan, Patna 800008, Bihar, India

      Staffs of this distributor forces and do not take refill order until and unless 21 days are completed after the date of delivery, though delivery always delays about 15 to 20 days.
      At this rate (1 cylinder per 40 days), I am unable to survive with my 9 membered family.

      Please, take some considerable action against these distributors.

      ya ... same here. They are seeling these domestics cylinders to commercial establishment like hotel and resturants. Also many people have 2-3 connections(DBC!!!) in one family.
      Their behaviour is also very rude...don't know where to complain...plz help me out

        i am doing complaint against baharat gas(mannu gas agancy) in rohtak city haryana. this agancy employee firstly give waiting list on one months minimum firstly they book than give 10 days waiting more secondly they sale their daily uses consumer products like:- toffe,tea,biscuits etc.. third is headoffice of bharat gas take no action against this agancy...i complaint against this agancy to headoffice and media...but no action to e taken by officer

          I am a Kerala State Government Employee. On 5-2-2010, on my way to my office, I stopped to refuel my byke in a Petrol pump run by BPCL, Kochi refinary, near Gosree Bridges, Ernakulam. After accepting the money, the attender filled Diesel in my Petrol Engines Tank. When I tried to start my Byke in the evening, I noticed unusual smoke from the exhaust. The I consulted a near by mechanic and after verification he told me that the problem was with the fuel. I will have to clean up my bykes engine and Petrol Tank. It needs a huge sum of money. This is in addition to the mental and physical dfficulties faced by me yesterday.
          When I tried to inform abot the matter in the pump,in the evening, the employee in charge of the front office of the pump responded so irresponsibily that their mistake is as usual as deaths in vehicle accidents. It is not fair to appoint such irresponsible employees in hazardous industries like petrol pumps.

            I would like to complain against FULES INDIA, Gopalapuram, chennai.I booked my gas on 26/01/2010 but still it has not deliverd. They do not book gas on time. I visited 05/02/2010 to book my gas but they told me to it is come today.

            The below mentioned incedance doing all months.

            I would like to complain against OORJA AGENCIES, Mithapur, Shop No-08&9, Badarpur, Barcode no-149058,I have been trying to contact on these three nos which i have 26669943,44&45, since many days. I booked my gas on 21/11/2009 but still it has not deliverd. They do not book gas on time. I visited 16/11/2009 to book my gas but they told me to come after four days. I went there on 21/11/2009 but still i am waiting for my gas.What should i do please confirm otherwise i will have to go to Consummer Court against this agencies.

            You are requested to please take the necessary action against this agency and try to deliver my gas by tomorrow because ID is on 28th of November.

              Hi,

              This is with respect to the application for a new gas connection submitted to the distributer(KUNJACHAN BHARATGAS SERVICE - SAP code:134380). The application has been submitted in my wife's name.

              Proof of residence and written application seeking a new LPG gas connection has been given to the distributer.

              The distributer told me that if I take the gas connection along with the a Hot plate, he will provide me the connection today(5th Feb 2010) itself. However, since I don't need the new hotplate along with the connection, he will not be able to provide the connection today and asked me to contact him later in March to find the status of the application. Also he refused to give an acknowledgment for my application.

              I feel that the distributer is delaying my right to get a new connection ASAP to fulfill the cooking needs of my family. I would like to lodge a compaint in this regard.

              Also would like to know why he has not provided me an acknowledement stating that my application has been received. Unless he gives me an acknowledgement, I will not be able to complain if he uses further delay tactics.

              Please let me know what can be done. A complaint has been filed from ebharatgas.com.
              Feedback reference number for this is: 80882. I hope(Just Hope) Bharat gas gives me a favorable reply.

                I am a regular BP gas consumer. I am staying in Patparganj, Delhi and the dealer is Kitchencare Gas Agency. Never I get cylinder in time. They take minimum 21 days period to book a refill and supply the refill after 3-4 days from the date of booking whereas all the consumers in and around my house who use Indane gas are getting within 3 days or maximum one week.

                BPCL — Late delivery / not pick up the Phone

                I had requested for booking a cylinder on[protected]. the booking number is 46256. but it is a matter of great surprise that neither the delivery of the cylinder has been made so for nor no body in the agency is picking up the telephone to enable me to remind for the same. i am making call on[protected] and[protected]. Out of the phone one is out of order and other is not responding.                 I am LPG domestic consumer bearing No 2025 with your local dealer Ms Mohindra Gas Enterprises, Karnal. For the last about 10 months, I am being harrassed by not delivery of refilled cylinder in time and so many times refilled cylinder found less weighted. On 7th of this month the bearing power exhausted fully when the local dealer has clearly refused to book for refill cylinder for further supply.
                My earlier booking was of[protected] and delivery has been made on 4-4-2011 i.e. delay for about 25 days inspite of my repeated telephonic reminders. You are requested to please look into this serious matter and arrange for my refill cylinder booking of dated 7-4-2011 as well as take appropriate strict action against the dealer so that in future this type of harrasement should not be repeated.                     Due this practice the day we are getting the gas the agency putting gas booked date one day before of the delivery date and next we are giving booking request they are telling us u took delivery 10 days back show we will give the booking after 30 days in that condition how we justify to the agency owner becz this is toal lapse from their staff

                    This Gas agency (Rathi Gas) is always supplying gas with 6-7 days delay. Also, they are delivering less weighed gas cylinders . The delivery men are No.1 thieves and they cheat the house wives with adjusted (not 0 kg in their weighscale) weigh scale. Two times they were supplying 10 kg weighed gas cylinders. Later on, I weighed on my personal scales and found out their malpractices.

                    Immediately they should be brought into book and punished.
                    this is fact.i am also suffering from this problem.rathi gas agency always supplying gas with 6-7 days delay and nett.weight of cylinder also less but i think nobody have time to take action on it because i think our country is full of croupt, cheaters and this type of persons.myself omveer singh, consumer no.:16746, mobile no.-[protected].

I have book a request of refilling of My Gas cylinder on 3rd Feb 2015 by online process and i have received my booking referance number successfully. But we have not received my cylinder. after same time be have resubmit my request for the same by phone services same request has been processed but the cylinder has not been received yet. I have even contacted your Rathi gas customer care but he has not received phone call. I have been contacting again and again and same response we have received that your rathi gas services people not pick a phone call. It is causing me the mentally exhaustion and I am really disappointed with the response. This is against the corporate ethics and not acceptable.

                    I have been the customer of RAthi GAs service for the past 4 months, and they have never given gas in the right time. I had booked for gas on 18th FEB 2015, but still now i.e 24/03/2015, i have not recieved the cylinder. also when I checked my ordering status online, the booking has been cancelled. I am surprised to know this as I have not cancelled anything. They are having a very bad customer service and thye still wont give any confirmation on the delivery. Today i had to again book the cylinder.

                      I have booked a refiling domestic LPG Gas cylinder on 09-Nov-09 with Ref no - 382855 .
                      I have not recieved the same till date, I am try to contact at the agency - RAHUL GAS AGENCY JUNGPURA Delhi regional office of Bharat Gas, No one is picking the phone.
                      I can,t expect this kind of services from a company like BHARAT GAS.
                      If there is some issues with the booking system atleast inform the customer about the delay.

                      bharatgas — Late delivery of refiled cylinder

                      My consumer no is 35388 with the dealer named Tejaswini Gas service, dattawadi, sinhagad rd, pune 411051.I booked a cyl on 5/9/2008, vide booking no 421.After hectic personal follow up to the shop the dealer delivered the refil cyl on 4/10/2008.

                        I have booked a gas connection with HLRDC Gas agency Naraingarh Distt. Ambala (Haryana) vide Regd, No.2063 in 2009. The same has not been issued till date. My wife is suffereing from alergy and face lot of difficulties in preparation of food through keerosine or fire. I shall be grateful if gas connection is issued to me om priority.

                          There is a bharat gas go down in my locality, it creates such a problem that we cannot live peacefully here. The people working there shout like anything, the trucks and tempos blow horn at a full, its located near katraj dairy in BVP campus, Pune. They block thesmall street, from early morning till evening while loading and unloading they throw cylinders like stones which is risky and very noisy. People cant sleep, students cant study..there are lot of problems..is it legal top have a godown in dense residential area, can something can be done about this...

                          Go through order copy of Honourable Supreme Court (Civil Appeal No.1976 of 2012 Date of decision 27.09.2018) upholding decision of Punjab and Haryana High Court(CWP No.3718 of 1990 Date of Decision 13.12.2010) that opertion/storage of LPG ( in Godowns Licensed by CCOE) in residential/commercial areas is hazardous and have further ordered to shift the LPG godowns away from residential areas.
                          I stay in Agrico, Jamshedpur. There's a indane gas godown behind my.house. lot of noises and gas leakage happens everyday. Staffs shout alot using abusive language. Also full cylinders are mishandled thrown hardly while unloading from truck. Breathing problems have started taking place. Also noise is too much. Small baby can't sleep. Need help.
                          There is a private gas cylinder godown next to our house, which was given by our land owner itself. Gas leakage smell comes and it's a threat for our life. It is in Suddagunte Palya . CVRaman Nagar Bangalore. Kindly help.
                          There is a gas go down next to my house in baramati taluka (S.G. Date & Sons, Anandnagar, Baramati 413102) district Pune. It is so noisy I get headache everyday. Employees come at 4:30am & start throwing cylinders like anything. We told the manager 2-3 times but they didn't took any action. My father is senior citizen & he himself is having trouble sleeping due to such a massive noise around till 8 in the evening & 4:30am from the morning. There are many senior citizens here around but they don't care about anyone. Our life is at high risk as it is placed right next to my house, loaded trucks are kept in open areas which are a threat to our life. I kindly request you to take a note of it & take proper action against the go down.

                            My name is Subhash Mishra and I am customer of Bharat gas distributor Oorja Agencies. As per navbharat times Dt[protected] the cylinders will be book in seconds, customers can book cylinder after delivery also and cylinders will be deliver in 48 hours but as per Oorja Agencies they deliver cylinder in 10 days and BPCL is unable to take any action against this agencies and as per oorja agencies navbharat times are telling lie. Please help us to sort this problems.

                              sir,
                              The above mentioned gas distributor(Ph no[protected]had given some gas connections in sector - 21, Gurgaon adjecent to Kapasehra Border in March 1999at their doosteps just to increase the costomers and to sell the gas stoves by hiding the facts that they are not authorised to supply gas in Gurgaon being other state city. Since then,till few months back, the gas was being delivered by them though illigally but regularly. Now all of sudden delivery of gas has been stopped by them forcing the consumers to get their connections tranferred to Gurgaon. I had booked the gas on 2.01.2010 but till date gas has not been delivered and they are now even not picking the phone and harassing me. I also complaint this to Bharat gas on 30.01.2010 (Reference no 8081) but gas has not delivered as yet and my second cylinder also going to out of gas. You requested to take strict action against the company for providing illigal connections and harassing the consumers

                              I have booked the gas but no cylinder is delivered at my home at Rajokari (New Delhi). I complaint so many times but there is no any effect on gas agency. You requested to take strict action against the company for providing illegal connections and harassing the consumers.

                                Sir,
                                My consumer no. is 1148.My Distributor's name is M/S Amit Gas Agency Bharat Gas Distributer Barauli,Gopalganj(Bihar) and Distributor's code-451746. My cylinder was booked for home delivery on
                                [protected].After booking cylinder twenty eight days have passed but the said agency has not supplied the cylinder to me as yet.The said agency has developed its own rule that a cylinder can be booked only
                                after 21 days of the prior gas delivery.The said agency takes at least 45 days in whole process. In my case it has taken 50 days so far but no result.The said agency sells cylinders illegally in the market.
                                You are kindly requested to take proper action against it for delay in delivery ,booking and illegal selling of cylinders and inform me immediately about it.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  A Bharat Gas dealer in Kalyan Thangewadi is asking to compulsory purchase the shegdi as without that he will not take our booking for new gas connection and cylinders. As he says that the shegdi are from Bharat Gas company only and the company has asked them to make it mandatory for every new connection. The quality of the shegdi is very cheap and cost wise its double than what we receive in market of good quality.

                                    My name is Sunil kumar. I am living at Harnaha Tola, Lodi katra, Patna City. I have single connection for two LPG cylinder from Nitin Enterprise, Sindhi Dalan, Khajekalan, Patna 8. My consumer no is NT-2799 in the name of Sunil Kumar.

                                    Distributor: M/S. NITIN ENTERPRISES, SINDHI DALAN, KHAJEKALAN, PATNA - 8

                                    Staffs of this distributor forces and do not take refill order until and unless 21 days are completed after the date of delivery, though delivery always delays about 15 to 20 days.
                                    At this rate (1 cylinder per 40 days), I am unable to survive with my 6 members family.

                                    please take some considerable action for our starving stomach.

                                    Dear sir my consumer number is 24694, Mangi Lal Bagri and agency is M/s. Aravali Gas Agency, Udaipur (raj.) is not taking the refill booking within 21 days from the delivery of refill cylinder. Kindly redirect the agency to consider my case when there is a limit of supply of refill cylinders.

                                        Respected sir, I am the customer of bhar at gas at khera gas service pulbungash. And my customer number is 22085. They have not gave the delivery at perfect time. And at the time of booking they not gate the booking number and asking for extra money for delivery within one week from the date of booking. Then we asked for cylinder then told me that i have no cylinder.Even they delivered cylinder in ten days or 15days. During these days i have already bokeed my cylinder on 22/01/2010. But till today i have not found my cylinder. And them tell him about it then they start to shout on me. So please take a quick action at this matter. And please inform me at my number: [protected].
