Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] Complaints & Reviews

Yesterday I booked a bharat gas cylinder online and paid the amount from paytm. Today at 10 PM I got a message of cylinder delivery. My booking number is 52567. Customer name Beena Sharma w/o Sunil Sharma. Please look into the matter. I've already paid the amound of Rs 916.

I tried to book gas cylinder on Bharat petroleum app payed the amount via bhim UPI
Amount got deducted after it shows unable to process failure
even the Booking not done
still didn't get refund and staff was being rude said it's not their fault how do I get my money back now

I have given rupees 300/- to refil my vehicle
As per the promotion I am entitled to get petrol of rs 315/-
When I complain the supervisor take the promotion code and redeem ed himself without giving me the requisite amount of petrol.
He also didn't give n me bill
Asulted me
Please look into the matter

This problem is happening second time that message came as cylinder delivered but not delivered. Last time it was resolved earlier after raising complaint to them. But this time their timeline to resolve this issue is already over and not resolved yet. I have been calling to them many times saying that we need cylinder as cylinder is not delivered, but nobody helping us, their customer service agent saying they will send reminder for this complaint and above this they cannot do anything. Please help us booking number 109866 showing delivered.

Respected Sir, i always used to buy petrol for my bike in prova station of bharat petrol pump, problem i am facing is that the petrol they fill is having a lot of water in it, and this thing happened several times before and i warned them also and today also my mechanic showed me that again my tank is filled with water,
So sir i kindly urge you to please check the water level of this petrol pump and secured the hard earn money of your consumers,

Yesterday I got the message of Bharat Gas that the gas has been delivered and that cylinder has not been delivered at my home itself. and i didn't book gas then why did I get the message that gas has been delivered

Dealer is behaving rudly and staff is behaving vulgar language and harslly and comming on public to fight u can see in the petrol station and manager saying i will cal u people to beat u. I known the manager name shailesh and i asked the dealer code there is not present at the station i known the station dealer code 191390. By this situation all customers known waste to come in bharath petroleum. Please take action on them. I Have doubt about quantity change by feed in mechine so that they are not pour directly, Thank you.

Sir bharat gas system automatically booked a cylinder for which I haven't received cylinder but in online it's showing delivered( the distributors have sold my subsidy cylinder illegally to someone) . So I complained to bpcl email through complaint no: #04013918 and case reference no. #04023007. But haven't rectified it yet in online.

I Booked my refill today, My money got debited via UPI, also my UPI says it has been delivered to BPCL bank. But my cylinder didn't get book.

I made payment of 3632.09 for New LPG Connection in BPCL website. After completion of transaction, in BPCL website shows error in transaction. But 3632.02 has been debited from my HDFC account. Pls refund the money.

I have tried to make payment using HDFC debit card.

I have attached messages for the amount debited and message received from BPCL for new LPG Connection payment request.

I am consumer of bharat gas from 10 years.At my neighbour technician came, so I asked her to replace pipe.He Charged 190+30 for pipe n accessories.But he taken 150 as servicing charges for nothing.This is more than any Doctor's fee.This is loot.When reported to agency, Agency person arrogantly that 150 as visiting fee.

At BPCL GT Road fuel station. People are cheated with filling petrol. The staff also bully people, on asking any amount of petrol to be fill, they first fill 50rs petrol and then fill rest of the petrol by misguiding people. this happen thrice with me. They fill 50rs petrol first and then became innocent as they listen for 50rs only. In all people end up in giving extra money as they fill rest amount of petrol by setting the machine and ask for the X+50rs by the consumer, Please my humble request to the officer please get it resolve as the lot of people are affected by the same and they are befooling people.

Since i was using this fual station for petrol refilling, this petrol pump is not providing online payment, this pump is near to Mumbai Pune express Highway they must have to provide online payment services but thwy are not providing.

Sri rama surya satya agencies, amalapuram doing fraud in measuring the petrol on 4th jan 2022 at about 6 pm in purchasing the petrol of 1 and 1/2 ltr. But they measured only 1.47 lts and shouting on me and will not be measured in a proper way and the owner of the bunk is also supporting the same and he warned me that " you can go and complain against me to any one " .Can you solve the measuring fraud in this bunk ?

I did online paymnt using google pay and my amount also got deducted 502 rs for ufill but i did not get otp on my mobile kindly help me and send otp to my number or refund my amount,
