Sir, Iam Sammeta vishala .. iam from Telangana state.., warangal urban ... For the last few months, they do not correctly deliver the gas cylinder at home and do not deliver the door even after 15 days after booking...The nisha gas agency underbridge does not exactly deliver gas to us. Even though I have been compliant on this issue, I do not have any responder from them Similarly, after the complaint, the gas is being delivered home and the extra 50 rupees, so that you can take strict action and do justice to us...

    Dear Sir/Madam

    Complaint no.[protected]

    I Mishil P Shah, have purchased a new gas which is warranty for 2 years also the same was updated to them last than too they took money & gave me cash memo for that & that record is not updated in there system

    Now again they want me to check in the month december & the data they are quoting is August 2021

    When I discussed these with my gas agency & tried to explained they stated you have to give written request & mention that you don't want to check & won't be getting any insurance benefit if any accident happens, wherein, in the FAQ of company or gas bill which received on my cylinder nowhere these thing is mention that if you don't get your connections checked your booking will be stoped & you won't be getting any insurance benefit

    When I asked them show in written that where it is mentioned about insurance benefit. So they says that we are telling you verbally bur they want these things in written from consumers side

    These gas agency is everything harassing the consumers in some or the otherwise & not giving anything in written documents nor sharing any communication through any mode

    We have to struggle for everything which come across

    Request you to assist & help as these is getting becoming every years task for getting our cylinder booked. Also same was complaint at bharatgas toll free no. But no response received from them complaint no. 03958901

    Also I'm sharing the photo of backpack of tax invoice shared by bharatgas

      My amount has been debited of amount 902.50 on gpay on 24 Dec 2021. Yet the refill cylinder booking wasn't confirmed nor i received any msg of confirmation of amount received. Plz refund my money.

        I have tried to make PhonePe UPI payment to BPCL gas refill booking.
        Consumer No. is 57535956. Order No. 60031.
        Amount Rs. 903 has been debited on[protected]; 11:10:14.
        Reference -- UPI/[protected]/BilldeskBPCL.
        But not received by BPCL. (ebharatgas shows 'failure').
        Kindly arrange to refund the debit amount.

          I have taken bharat Gas connection 1 month ago. Agency didnt provide me 2nd cylinder stating that there is not enough stock and they will issue 2nd cylinder after 15 days. One month is over and they have not issued 2nd cylinder yet. I have followed up multiple times but got the same response.

                  Today I book cylinder through BPCL app and payment done by UPI 897.50 and app shown error but payment deducted and booking not shown in app.

                      I have booked my gas cylinder through online on 13.12.2021 and prepaid the gas amount . My booking no. is 60902 and my consumer no. 11795 . My agency name is M/s.Fuel India, Chennai - 86. Till date the agency has not delivered the gas. Hence I contacted the agency over phone they assured to deliver today. I waited upto 5.00pm the agency fail to deliver the gas. Hence again I contacted the agency 5.00pm in this regard whereas the agency response very lethargic and no proper answer for delay of delivery. I have checked the status of delivery through online it shows that the bharatgas distributor has cleared booking till 16.12.2021. whereas I was booked my cyclinder on 13.12.2021.

                      Hence I forced to complaint in this regard and requested to take appropriate action against the agency for delaying deliver of the gas cylinder and advise the agency to deliver the gas tomorrow.

                      Usually I got my cylinder within 2 days. However the agency delaying prepaid cases. This is the fourth time I faced this kind of delay on prepaid case. There is punishment I got whenever I prepaid the gas amount. Hence next time onward I did not prepaid.

                          Delivery persons are not delivering cylinders at home, they are making us suffer & taking undue advantage of corona situation. Vighnahar Gas service (Address- Shop No.18, Sector-2, koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai-400709) is not delivery not delivering cylinders at home. Please take immediate action or else we have to lodge FIR against this said distriubutor.

                            On 11th Dec I raised a complaint[protected] on line stating that the mechanic deputed by them to attend to Gas leakage had charged me exorbitantly for the items replaced by him. No Bill or Receipt was given for the payments. Today one of the lady staff of Star Bharat Gas Agency (my distributor) was speaking to me over phone and responding to my complaint. She was very courteous and polite, but a little later another staff intervened and spoke very rudely to me, even to the extent of threatening me. He disconnected the phone and refused to allow the lady staff to talk to me further.
                            In my conversation with the lady staff, she confirmed that the mechanic had not only charged me exorbitant rates, but also replaced the Regulator with a duplicate product. It appears that all this is being done with the full connivance of higher ups. As a customer, what is my recourse to justice? Who will redress my grievance and ensure that genuine spares are provided and that all extra charges will be fully refunded to me.? Who will ensure that the system itself has to be set right?

                              Today 5 December21. In morning 6.25 am i was visit Jai hind petrol pump chinchwad station. They charge me extra 5 Rs for upi payment. When I was asked about it he told me we don't have any qr code its transition going to my personal account i will widrawal money its charges of it.
                              WTF that is this digital India. In pune Pcmc area petrol pump don't have qr code scanner for online payment...

                              The Petrol bunk have done scam at[protected]. It was 2 petrol bunks, both were BPCL. My bike has 13.5 ltrs capacity. I already have fuel, but still they poured 13.5 ltrs. One bunk was Bharat Petroleum Corporation ltd
                              beside Nexa Showroom where is purchased for 1250 and other was new SBI bank where i purchased for 200. Please take the action as soon as possible.

                                  Dear Concerned, I visited Dr. Batra clinic in Hyderabad India in Tolichowki in September 2021.
                                  The clinic doctor insisted me to take package for 1 year. I initially thought that I will take only for 1 month but doctor insisted me to take package for whole year. He prescribed some medicines. When I took that medication I was having loose motions and I was feeling sleepy. I complaint to the doctor and asked him to refund as medicines prescribed by Dr. Batra are not suitable. In spite of several times request the doctor refused to refund and misbehaved with me.
                                  Please don't fall in their trap.
                                  I thought Dr. Batra clinic is very well organized but it's not.
                                  I also request their management to review and refund amount as this unfair.

                                    I have booked for LPG on 27th of November and when I called on 1/1221, to know the status the person attending the phone told that it will take another 1 week for delivery as we don't have delivery person. The person attending the call was v.rude. I don't think because of the absence of a person consumer should bear the consequence, we are working women and we need it to be provided on time. Other than this hope for delivering cylinders they are paid by the company even then the delivery people keep asking for delivery charge.
                                    I am from Chennai and my dealer is from Chengalpattu, the number contacted was [protected]. Most of the time they won't attend the call. My consumer number is 77175832 and booking number is 82849

                                      I am from Dawajipally Village, Pangal Mandal, Wanaparthy Dist, Telangana State-509120.
                                      My Cylinder details: Consumer no:72157482, Distributor code 188403 (Sri Balaji Gas Agencies), Distributor Contact no:[protected].

                                      I Have been paying extra charges for the cylinder worth INR.50 to 60/- as per the delivery boy's demand for a few years, he said to me that if you do not pay I won't be delivering the cylinder to you. I contacted to agency dealer/distributor on this issue He also said it be the same, If you want the cylinder, you have to pay an extra amount as a delivery charge otherwise we won't deliver.
                                      If you want you can post a complaint against me, I don't care about it.

                                      I'm asking them to write extra charges on the bill and keep your sign on the bill but He is refused this policy.
                                      I request you sir please take an action against my complaint, this is not only my problem All of my villagers facing the same issue from this agency.
