Trying to PORT my number, but getting error " UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact service provider. My money also diducted. Please help me.

    When I am trying to to port my number I am getting a reply saying that UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.

        I had taken Dsl broadband connection along with landline connection and in 2016 i had to surrender the connection due to poor services of company. I had written to telecom Circle hamirpur to provide my security amount. But I had never recieved the amount. I want my security amount. My phone no[protected]

            I sent the message PORT to 1900 and I'm getting the below messages as the response

            1. Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

            2. Requested for UPC for your mobile no. 8686XXXXXX could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

            I have retried it more than 5 times and I'm still getting the same messages as above.

                Sent porting request from my BSNL mobile Port [protected] to 1900, but keep getting UPC not processed this time, retry after sometime, customer care not able resolve asking me to try again.

                CSC support asked me retry after 6pm, because every provider have restricted number of port out everyday, and it worked, received the UPC code immediately.

                    This is sooooooooo frustrating, such a well known mobile service fails to reflect UPI transactions ... soo irritating, now I understand why everyone is switching their SIM from BSNL to other services, they provide instant notifications after every recharge...the customer care is asking me to recharge from a shop...I don't understand in which century they are living in...this mobile service is fit to be in the 20th century only...it is not adapting with the technology changes!! Worst services!!

                      I submitted my bsnl form for new broadband connection on March 2020.later I got connection with Act fibernet so i informed BSNL not to process my application. No one came to my house from BSNL from then. After few months employee from BSNL inquired about the rejection of the new request. I informed that i already got connected with Act fibernet.                       Last month i forgot to pay my last month bill and BSNL just disconnected my internet.. and they said pay now for immediate reconnection... and payed the bill before 2 days and still i didn't get the service

                          This is to inform you that there is a damaged BSNL telephone pole in front of my shop which is of no use. This is causing a lot of problem, also there is a threat of thives.
                          So I request you to remove or relocate this telephone pole from the front of my shop as soon as possible.

                              This request is in regards to a unused telecom pole near to my house which has been causing mobility problem for me and in my neighbourhood. Me and people in my neighbours find it hard to park or move vehicle as the pole is blocking major portion of area. Also, the street is pretty narrow, making the situation worse.

                              The pole is not at all used for any telecom lines. hence its completely safe to remove it. I'd request you to kindly remove it at earliest.

                                I want to PORT from BSNL to other telecom operator and I am getting message "request for UPC could not be processed" after sending PORT message to 1900. Even I have recharged and BSNL debited the money and I am getting this nonsense message. BSNL is looting its customers like these issues.
                                Kindly fix this issue asap.

                                    U have on 19/01/2023 on line through SBI Yonolite made payment of Rs 398 towards recharge plan of Bsnl Prepaid.My account is debited on the same date. However Bsnl did not activated the plan.They said we have not received the amount . They told contact banker . After taking with the banker they have resolved issue saying Transaction Id successfully processed to your merchant.

                                    Transaction ID :-UHC6836454

                                    We therefore once again request you to refund Rs.398 immediately to avoid further action.
