Since the past few months its takin HALF AN HOUR to connect to the net. And if connected the connection disconnects abruptly. And the website for checkin the usage is also down most of the times. Kindly service the complaint as soon as possible as it is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!...

This is a great problem faced by me and others that the landline/broadband bill is either not delivered or delivered much later than the last date of payment. So we have to pay the late fee along with the bill. Mostly, they temporarily disconnect the service due to non payment of bill. Kindly look into the matter....

I am owing BSNL Cell-one post paid connection since 3 years ago. I have never missed my bill payment any month. On 1st of september 2008 at 1900 hrs my outgoing calls were barred. Enquiring about the same from customer service I was told that my bill of July 2008 amounting to 359/- rs has not been paid. Where as the bill has been paid on 25th aug 2008 and I possess the counter receipt of it. It has been 36 hours and my outgoing call has not...

Hi,
I've registered for the Do not disturb service with BSNL. But i'm getting promotional SMS from BSNL almost every day and rarely i get recorded calls also.
I went on registering it one more time and i got the confirmation number as C[protected]. But there is no change in the story.
Please advice

I am using the bsnl cellone prepaid number[protected] in the madhya pradesh circle and the outgoing facility is not working as i get the message "check operator services" whenever i make an outgoing call. this despite there being both validity and recharge amount in the account. But, in the telephone bill, my name is printing as SRIRAM P.

And the address of my residence is not full as i need the full address for giving the BSNL bill as a resident proof for my son's passport application.

Please note that as of yesterday the 12th of July 2008 all incoming and outgoing calls to our mobile phone no.[protected] are being barred. The connection is postpaid, and the previous bill has been paid(the next bill is due to be paid on the 23rd of July).

ALSO please note that for the second month in succession I am being overbilled (considering I have not really made any calls on the phone, yet my bill amounts to Rs....

Sir,
I purchased a recharge boucher(si.no. [protected]) on 29.02.08. from shri ram communication cyber cafe,shop no.11,f-block market alpha-2,greater noida.On recharging it shows the"boucher is invalid". I contacted the costomer care center and the service center at dadri-G.B.Nagar- up a lot of time. They put alligation to one another instead of resolving the problem.

i have submitted my sim card along with the copy of last bill deposited on dated 05.03 .07 to the JTO BSNL Kshtwar J&K with request to kindly refund my sequirity depositand unadjusted amount that i deposited during taking connection.but after passing ten months till now i am waiting for my refund of amt.RS 2700....

The BSNL land no.in my fathers name is not working from 10th of Nov.2007 onwards.I have registered a complaint through Telephone Falt Booking Services on 14th.But till date not any action taken from BSNL.Rectify the complaint and give the compensation.

I am using BSNL broadband from a year and recently i am having issue of sometimes disconnecting Internet and mostly i face speed problem. So i contact local office and telling my problem but every time he said problem from backend whole month passed still issues not resolved Also, he said don't fill complain online and today he told me to change Internet connection and choose other network. As in my area, there is only one broadband Internet provider(BSNL). Therefore i have to depend upon their service that they are providing to me.
