I have tried to generate UPC number more than 3 times, but every time getting below 2 messages
1) Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.
2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 91xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

Always they charged for each message. Kindly process without further delay.

      Regarding unwanted calls and SMS to mobile number [protected]. Please stop all unwanted calls coming from real estate, and commercial calls.

                    Hi I would like to port my BSNL no [protected]. As per the procedure I am requesting for UPC code on 1900 through sms. Whenever I send the SMS I am not getting the UPC code. I came to know that this issue is from BSNL, so plz resolve the same and send UPC code as I am fed up with the BSNL Karnataka service

                                      Sent porting request from my BSNL mobile Port [protected] to 1900, but keep getting UPC not processed this time, retry after sometime, customer care not able resolve asking me to try again.

                                      CSC support asked me retry after 6pm, because every provider have restricted number of port out everyday, and it worked, received the UPC code immediately.
