I am a telephone subscriber under Balasore Telecom Circle under Mouda exchange (Bhadrak). My landline number being[protected] . For last six months this exchange is mostly working during office hour i.e. 10a.m. to 5 p.m. and remains dead during rest hours and on Govt. holidays . On being asked , the operator says , the connection being snapped at Bhadrak and during working hour of office they connect it. This is a serious matter . Authorities...

My BSNL landline is not working almost from one month and my broadband connection is not working from almost 1 week. Usually BSNL broadband connection workds hardly 3 to 4 days in a week. Most of the time it will be down. But every month i am paying 836 rupees as rental. I complained to the BSNL customer care hell a lot of times. I have a BB 750 plan. The plan is for broadband and I do not use the phone for any other purpose.

I was out of town for a few days and when I returned home on 1.1.2012, the New Year Greeted me with a very noisy BSNL landline. I could not use the broadband. On 2.1.2012 early morning I complained for noisy line docket number [protected], they just removed the noise and closed the complaint on 4.1.2012 . I had to once again register...

I had the land line and broadband connection of bsnl whose number is[protected] in the month of September i have registered the request for discontinue my broadband services 2-3 time by telephonic complaint and i also summited a written application for disconnecting the broad band on 4-Oct-2011 after that i also inform them to take any action with respect to last application on 11-Nov-2011...

I have purchased a BSNL 3G SIM Card with Teracom data card - model no: LW273 (having speed 7.2 mbps mentioned in the device) on 30/5/2011 from a BSNL exchange here in Barrackpore,24Pgs(N), West Bengal.

Till today (20/8/2011) i am not really getting good service...

I am ordinary user of BSNL Broadband , the phone was dead I complained after so many request they come make the phone but braodband is still not working. I again sent my brother to telephone exchange to my brother to request to clear up the problem but our great government people (Mr. Yadav, Line man of BSNL, Sunder Nagar Exchange, Raipur) show they shine and again not responding. I tried to call Mr. Ghanekar (SDO of BSNL, Sunder Nagar, Raipur)...

i have been experiencing frequent errors on my Bsnl Cellone mobile number since long time.
The complaints are
1. While calling in any number from my cellone number i'm not able to make a call. the calls are getting disconnected.For 5 - 10 minutes i'm not able to connect.This occurs frequently without any reason even if i'm in full coverage area.
