Fiber net not working properly mostly disconnected regularly billing not properl in the last march month i have paid 721 rupees bill at march second
after 26 days i got bill amount of 1442 rupees in march month i have paid total 2163 rupees, my actual month bill was only 721 by upi service phonepay through i have paid after success ful trancession no body will give anser from phone pay also, from bsnl also not giving me proper anser about my 721 rupees

I have taken connection - fiber broadband service from BSNL and paying amount every month to them, but I am getting LOS every days in a month, they are saying equipment failure or no electricity, I am not able to work properly because of this issue, not only me nearby homes are also facing the same issue because of them we again spending and recharging the mobiles and Jio Wi-Fi for internet and even if we call the technician the JTO no one is responding properly to the issue. if we register the complaint to customer care, they are taking it and next day I am getting a message its resolved, but it will not resolve so I am again spending time to complaint the same matter to BSNL but till now no proper measure has been taken from BSNL side. In state Kerala, Kollam district and Chunda are I have applied the connection from the BSNL office in Chunda I am getting the connection issue as far as I know. for your reference attaching my Bsnl connection number[protected].

Multiple requests sent, but BSNL is not giving UPC Code. please find the message I am getting from service provider.

Request for UPC for your mobile no. 80XXX1XXX7 could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

I have tried to generate UPC code for porting mobile number for 5 times but getting the following messages

1) Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 91xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

Everytime I try to send sms for mobile number port request I am getting two msg as 1.Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.2. Request for UPC for your mobile no. 8508...44 could not be processed. Please retry after some time. I need to port since bsnl is not having esim facility.

I have tried to generate UPC number 5 times, but every time getting below 2 messages

1) Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 91xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care and asked what is the issue and when it will be resolved? but got reply that they don't know about issue and no timeline to resolve this issue.

Bsnl doesn't even responding to the National Department of Consumer Affairs Complaints even, in this way they are living and bsnl doesn't care about their valuable trusted customers and i am rising the number of compliments and requests through out the bsnl customer service support and gone to Bsnl Bhavan and i submitted the letters to cmd bsnl but no one is providing the proper service and not responding. From past 3 to 5 months continuesly i am rising compliments but no one is resolving the bsnl internet and network issues at Mvr college of engineering and technology paritala and talking with me in rude behaviour by their people, someone is call me from Bsnl and asking the roof place of our Mvr college of engineering and technology paritala, what the need of ous to provide the roof to the bsnl, and they are not constructing the bsnl network tower on the ground level at nearby of Mvr college, the bsnl only saying as we only construct the tower on roofs who given the permission to bsnl for constructing the network towers on roofs by their bsnl roof towers radiation which leads to cancer and brain dead and other long run permanent diseases to the people why the bsnl doesn't care about that health to their customers and please order to bsnl to stop the constructing of network towers on buildings roofs and they are misleading the people with their misleading advertisements such as selling bsnl sims as 4g network and providing 3g services in urban areas and provides 2g services at rural areas, selling the recharge vouchers at the high price range of 5g network which was provided by other network providers and bsnl providing 2g and 3g services at high prices, and they are telling in the calls as Bsnl Connecting India but they doesn't even connect the two part's in india such as One Vijayawada city and paritala Village which is just far away 30 km then how the bsnl will connect the whole thousands of kms india. Bsnl providing 3g and 3g+ services in urban areas but they are showing as Bsnl 4g on peoples mobiles and even 4g volte is not working to all numbers when we call to them, Please take the necessary action steps on bsnl and ban them permanently from India it's my humble request to you Department of National Consumer Affairs

Dear Authority,

This is to inform you that there is a BSNL telephone pole in front of my house which is of no use. There are two major issues with it. First, it is causing parking problems. Second it can cause theft at my residence as it directly leads to my first floor.

Kindly take prompt action in removing it. I will be very thankful to you.

I am trying to port my BSNL number, but every time I try to generate UPC number by sending PORT message to 1900 I get following response

Request for UPC for your mobile no. 94xxxxxxx2 could not be processed, please retry after sometime.

Every text message for UPC costs me 1.2 rupees and even after multiple requests I am not able to receive the UPC.

I've been trying to generate MNP from my Number and it's always been delayed and being denied. My number: [protected]

I've been trying to request 1900 for Porting my number and everytime it turns out as "Request for UPC for your mobile no. 9********** could not be processed. Please retry after some time."

I had been following with your customer care [protected] and I get the same reply WE ARE ESCLATING AND STAFF WILL CALL YOU SHORTLY..!! When I ask them to transfer the line to the next authority the flatly refuse or say NO HIGHER UPS ARE AVAILABLE..!!
On one occasion (15.04.2023 @ 10.40 a.m) the customer care lady ANUBHAVI cut the phone abruptly...!!! One time they asked me to appeal online and I got a new docket number as[protected].
Till date no one has contacted me or no one has come to rectify.
Is this the service you give to your customers..?? No wonder people are switching to other private services..!!
Hope to get my phone rectified at the earliest.

Hi, this is regarding for BSNL piller box remove to another location,
In previously as per my knowledge they constructed the bsnl piller box 244 in Thambu chetty street, parrys, now we have planning to construct the balcony the piller box attched to my home our balcony is so damaged once we destroy blacony it will cause damged to BSNL piller box, so i requested please remove the piller box no :244 to another location, i have tried many times there is no response from their end, so kindly help me the issue ?
