I have tried to generate UPC number more than 3 times, but every time getting below 2 messages

1) Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.
2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 91xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

always the message is charged.Kindly process without further delay....

I am unable to recieve port message after sending port request
Getting message as has been delay and after that it was cancelled...

Regarding unwanted calls and SMS to mobile number [protected]. Please stop all unwanted calls coming from real estate, and commercial calls....

Subject phone no.[protected] registered with my father name Sri G. Satyanarayana Murthy. To day we taken 4G SIM by paying Rs.100. After insert of this SIM in phone, we are not able to receive SMS. Please do the needful....

UPC for porting out not getting for Mobile no [protected] .While sending sms PORT [protected] to 1900 reply getting as " Request for UPC for your mobile no [protected] could not be processed.Pls retry after some time. Other bsnl numbers getting porting code...

I already tried 3 times for UPC code by messaging PORT xxxxxxxx to 1900.Please retry aftersome time this message i got.but they charged every time i tried...

Hi I would like to port my BSNL no [protected]. As per the procedure I am requesting for UPC code on 1900 through sms. Whenever I send the SMS I am not getting the UPC code. I came to know that this issue is from BSNL, so plz resolve the same and send UPC code as I am fed up with the BSNL Karnataka service...

Trying to PORT my number, but getting error " UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact service provider. My money also diducted. Please help me.

I had taken Dsl broadband connection along with landline connection and in 2016 i had to surrender the connection due to poor services of company. 2. Requested for UPC for your mobile no. 8686XXXXXX could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

I have retried it more than 5 times and I'm still getting the same messages as above....

I have sent the port message to 1900 for more than 4 times. Still i am not getting the UPC code. I am getting either
