          Sir/Madam,

          I paid my BSNL Broadband/Landline account (Account number: [protected]) on[protected] around 7:51 pm through PhonePe.
          But the payment is not reflected in my account.
          The Biller website still shows that I have not paid the bill yet.

          PLease have a look and update the issue.
          I have attached the screenshots of the paid transaction

            Dear BSNL Team,

            I am writing to you to bring to your attention the very slow broadband speed that I have been experiencing for the last 10 days. I am a loyal BSNL customer and have been using your services for a considerable period of time. However, in the last few days, I have noticed a significant drop in the speed of my broadband connection.

            I have tried resetting my modem and router, but the speed has not improved. I have also checked with my neighbors, and they are experiencing the same slow speed issue. This leads me to believe that the problem is with the network, and not with my equipment.

            I request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue and restore the normal broadband speed. I rely heavily on the internet for work, and this slowdown is causing me a lot of inconvenience and loss of productivity.

            I hope you will take this matter seriously and resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you for your attention.

              I am a user of BSNL BHARAT FIBRE. Starting from Mid January there is a issue of "network access denied". For these reason many times complaint register through MY BSNL App. reply coming that issue resolved but actually issue still there. I am call many time service guy but he told me to change the router. Today again I register a complaint which token no is [protected].

                    I was in abroad for the past 6 months. I have not paid by bills. Now when I tried through bsnl payment online
                    the system says "no bill is there" and I was advised to go through "closed disconneted account". There also I could not find the details in the system. Kindly inform me the amount payable or whether the amount is already paid

                          Hi team,

                          I had recharged the BSNL UPW prepaid mobile no. [protected] of Rs. 49 on Nov. 28, 2022. Rs. 49 had deducted from my MobiKwik wallet. But the recharge had not done.

                          I have still not received the refund of Rs. 49 in my MobiKwik wallet.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I want to port my BSNL number [protected] but every time send SMS on 1900 I receive message from 1901 as " UPC cannot be generated due to payments outstanding. Please contact your service provider for further assistance".

                            Please solve the issue immediately as I have already cleared all the dues/bills generated as on 02.03.2023. Any balance due bill may be generated on the portal for clearing the issue.

                            I too am getting the same message.
                            I have a Karnataka circle BSNL post-paid connection having a regular bill of Rs.251
                            I also have a deposit of Rs.2000 which I had deposited to get International Call option several years ago.

                            Now I have paid all outstanding bills and the next billing date is 2 weeks from now, yet I keep getting the message "UPC cannot be generated due to payments outstanding. Please contact your service provider for further assistance." when I send PORT 9XXXXXXXXX to 1900

                              I have a BSNL finer broadband connection with number [protected] and landline number[protected]. On 8/02/2023 I have submitted an application to terminate my connection to their office through email as well as hard copy to their SO office after clearing up all my dues. After that I have followed them several time but they are not responding. And today after a month I have received a bill. Please help me to terminate this connection.

                                Registered complaint for internet not working multiple times . BSNL is stating issue is resolved. However there is still issue and my landline and broadband is still down. Tried calling the service guy who's number is in my bill to reach out to during internet issue. He is also not picking up phone. My landline number is [protected]. Having issue since 1st March. Registered complaint multiple time so far. However BSNL guys are closing the ticket saying it's resolve. No one is responding and trying to solve my issue. I have opened a new ticket again.

                                    BSNL installed tower on our roof on 2017at shahpura gogawa, khargone, M.P. 09/11/2022 to till we didn't get rent and at the time of tower installation they did agreement. so it has end on 9/11/2022 . we submitted application at BSNL Khargone, M.P on 16/09/2022.
                                    and visited a lot of time BSNL Khargone and BSNL Indore but we didn't get any response from officers .
                                    we felt helpless . kindly requested to you please solve our problem and gives our rent on time.
