I had returned the postpaid mobile sim with no [protected] in Mar 2007 at the BSNL office in Udhampur when i got transfered from there. Inspite of repeated telephonic complaints the deposit amount has not yet been refunded to me. The TDM and account officers have been giving false assurances of action repeatedly on the matter, with no outcome. My present telephone no is [protected] and am located at Sulur, Coimbatore....

On surrendering I filled up a form regarding the place where to post the refund and i gave my home address in kerala. after few months when I enquired about my refund, BSNL replied that they've already despatched it to my PREVIOUS BILLING ADDRESS. The below mentioned mail and replies from HDFC. Please go through the same and do the needful. I also talk to your Customer care centre, but they informed me that they are not in a position to do my request.

Please do the needful since I have to get the total recharge amount of Rs.165/- to my mobile [protected]. Eagerly waiting for ur favourable reply.

It has become the habit of Thillai Ganga Nagar Telephone Exchange to close the complaint docket numbers without rectifying the fault for my Landline 22672508.
Docket No.56127863 dated 14th Feb 2010 was closed without attending to faults.So I had to obtain another Docket No.56131208 dated 15th Feb 2010.
Similarly Docket No.55504940 dated 27th Feb 2010 was closed without attending or rectifying the defect with a SMS "[protected]Landline...

Sir,
With kind regards, I have state that we are very much disturbed and not satisfied with booking and delivery of Cylinders from M/s Amit Gas Service, Malda. I describe problem briefly as under:
1. They used to book Cylinder after 10 days from the date of delivery gas cylinder.
2. We generally, received cylinder after 20-24 days from the date of booking.
3. Can you imagine how one cylinder lasting for 30-34...

I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at new delhi railway station. My mobile no. Was [protected] and sim card no. Was[protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

Sir My above phone is WLL & installed at home : JANARDAN S/O RAMNATH, Vill/Po-Mir Ahmed Pur Shahjada, AZAMGARH Pin-223224. Teliphone bill not recieved at home due to that phone has been disconnected. My father who is 72 Yrs.old, has completed all formality suggested by Government officers of BSNL. before Aprox 20days but till date the phone has not been connected. He rang so many times to BSNL but no one is picking up the phone in office....

hi,
I am using BSNL vennela plus plan,
When i message my friends 2 sms's are going. i.e. original+duplicate message.

I was requested customer care for solution. They said, messages->settings->sending options-> service center '[protected]'.
Remove this service center. clear it. Now restart. put the same number.

I did the same. But i was unable to put "+"...

I have put a request to BSNL BTM Care Centre on 03/11/2009 to remove my Phone and Internet connection[protected] from safe custody. I was told that the service will be restored in 2 days. When i contacted the Local Exchange ( Behind IIM Bangalore) on 6th November, i figured out that the Order was not even initiated. Hi,

I am using my pre-paid BSNL cell from past 6 YEARS.
From about 4 months I am observing that heavy money deduction happening from my pre-paid cell.
I have verified that I am not subscribed to any services/sms etc.

But still huge amount getting deducted every day.
I had called the customer center and registered complaint many times but still no use.

On BSNL customer care or bsnl site 56799 is the number told to chose desired song, but as soon as I call the number the call disconnects automatically and charge is deducted from my balance. I tried other ways mentioned but all of them just ate my money. I lost around 100 Rs this way. when I tried to lodge a complaint against this in customer care, the customer care representative told me that they dont have any complaint lodging system and...

i am a subscriber of bsnl MANIKJOD plan of kolkata,west bengal.
they had given an advertisement in the all leading newspapers that, those who have landline of bsnl in their house will get a rent free mobile for lifetime(subject to the condition of company's lifetime too).
and all calls made from that mobile to the home landline, against which the mobile was given will be absolutely free of cost.br...

With reference to the above, application in duplicate submitted on stamp papers and is attested by notary public on several
papers and submitted to Hosur customer service cell BSNL Main office on 8-7-09. I esquired bsnl Dharmapuri several times
till date they told not received the said application, Hosur bsnl staff told they send it on 9-7-09. Hosur bsnl office staff is not
taken steps to follow up & do transfer,...
