This is to inform you that I'm getting messages continuously about the payment which I'm unaware of since I have paid all the outstanding amount at the time of closure of my connection .

Attaching the receipt for your reference.

I already deposited 1000 /- at the time of new connection and which is not refunded to me even after closing the account on 27/09/2021.

Kindly check and do the needful.

Cross connection is happening from last 20 days

In locanto ads they have misused my number .So getting unwanted call and messages.The advertiser is Sonia87118 and the Ad id is [protected].Please block this ad

Unable to generate UPC to Port Out from BSNL. Everytime the same error, Delayed and Unable to Process. How many times do I need to waste my money in recharges and all just to get that OTP.

Tried several times and wasted some money as well on recharges but every time am getting the same response that "Request got Delayed" and after sometime"Could Not be Processed try again later".

My aged mother soley depends on the BSNL landline.. she is unable to hear the voice from the receiver's end as it has too much of noise.. many bsnl people have visited but still no change.. i even bought a new landline phone ... Same noise exists.. i have been paying their bills promptly but still there is no solution to this noise issue.

I recharge with my mobile number [protected]on phone pay recharge success but recharge not active.

I have tried to recharge my friends number for 347.. amount has debited from my account but recharge was unsuccessful

Kindly refund the amount

I am trying to port my number . Tried five to six times with 30 days unlimited plans and enough balance. But i keep getting this msgs.It has been more than 24 hours

2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 91xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

I have also tried to contact customer care, but is of no use.

My Phone number is [protected].Several time i sms for UPC code number, My sms charge is debited but UPC Could not be processed.
Always two sms is come
One- "Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed. "
Second- "Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time. "
Not problem from my side with sms

I have been trying to pirt my bsnl number to airtel number, but iam not recieving my port number.

Have tried to generate UPC number 5 times, but every time getting below 2 messages

Sir/Madam,

I paid my BSNL Broadband/Landline account (Account number: [protected]) on[protected] around 7:51 pm through PhonePe.
But the payment is not reflected in my account.
The Biller website still shows that I have not paid the bill yet.

PLease have a look and update the issue.

I am writing to you to bring to your attention the very slow broadband speed that I have been experiencing for the last 10 days. I am a loyal BSNL customer and have been using your services for a considerable period of time. However, in the last few days, I have noticed a significant drop in the speed of my broadband connection.

I have tried resetting my modem and router, but the speed has not improved. I have also checked with my neighbors, and they are experiencing the same slow speed issue. This leads me to believe that the problem is with the network, and not with my equipment.

I request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue and restore the normal broadband speed. I rely heavily on the internet for work, and this slowdown is causing me a lot of inconvenience and loss of productivity.

I hope you will take this matter seriously and resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you for your attention.

I am a user of BSNL BHARAT FIBRE. Starting from Mid January there is a issue of "network access denied". For these reason many times complaint register through MY BSNL App. reply coming that issue resolved but actually issue still there. I am call many time service guy but he told me to change the router. Today again I register a complaint which token no is [protected].

I already paid the bill amount of rs 943 On[protected] but still now bsnl show not paid due to 7 days but I paid the bill already and amount also debited
I want the payment of receipt
So kindly check and sort out

I was in abroad for the past 6 months. I have not paid by bills. Now when I tried through bsnl payment online
the system says "no bill is there" and I was advised to go through "closed disconneted account". There also I could not find the details in the system. Kindly inform me the amount payable or whether the amount is already paid
