I made a recharge of ₹ 107 for my [protected] via mobikwik wallet + upi. My money got deducted but my number is still not recharged. Please recharge my number or at least refund my money. My order ID: MBK[protected] and operator reference ID is [protected]

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    My landline phone number[protected] was dead and not working for past 6 days. A complaint has been raised twice however the complaint has been closed without restoring my landline connection. My landline connection still dead as of now. I have re-raised complaint once again today through IVR. For past 4 months, each and every month my landline was dead for more than 15 to 20 days. Now in this month it's already 6 days gone. I have received bill for Rs.388 for the month of October 2022 however no adjustments made yet for the month of October. This issue is getting prolonged for more than 4 months with main cable issues and this can't be entertained at all. I had conversation with AE today they said the issue will be resolved by today and also my bill will be adjusted however the issue was not yet resolved and also my bill was never adjusted. It's an involuntary churn. We are unhappy with the service with BSNL Chennai Telephones. Rather provide uninterrupted landline services or do adjustments when the problem persists. I have no other choice. Please find the attached screenshot of my complaint and restore my connection ASAP and also adjust my October 2022 ASAP. Without any service this doesn't make any sense paying bills henceforth. It's simple when bills are getting paid correctly on or before due date, the same I expect uninterrupted services from BSNL Landline Chennai Telephones.

      Private and Confidential:
      My Landline Telephone number[protected]BB Combo) connected to BSNL Exchange at Adyar Chennai is dead and there is no dial tone from the instrument. However, thanks to BSNL, Internet connection on this line, has been restored after four days.
      However, I am not able to make or receive calls using this telephone to make or receive calls as there is no dial tone.
      I am not able to lodge any complaint on this account and registration of my complaint is rejected at the BSNL selfcare portal. Kindly help to rectify the fault soon. Thanks and Regards,

          I used my HDFC debit card to make an online payment for Rs 397.00 towards recharge of mobile no[protected] on 04Nov22. This payment was completed after receiving OTP from HDFC. My account has also been debited for the said amount. However BSNL have indicated the transaction has failed and recharge has not been effected.
          Please look into the matter and do the needful to reverse the charges to my HDFC account.

            MOBILE NO BSNL [protected]
            Online recharge transaction for RS 397.00 using my HDFC Debit card has apparently not being succesfully completed as I have not received any payment update for the same from BSNL.
            However my HDFC account has been debited for Rs 397.00.
            Kindly check the matter and I seek a resolution at the earliest.

                As per my conversation with support executive on 1505 UPC was in process for the day when Port request was sent and they asked me to wait for 24 hours and neglect could not be processed message. I tried again next day at 5:00 AM and received UPC code at the same time.

                      I got two post paid connections vide Nos. [protected] and [protected]on 24.09.2022 from BSNL OFFICE at B GARDEN, HOWRAH. the 1st one was used in little span from next day locally till 5th october, 2022 and thereafter, it was used in kashmir till 12th october, 2022. I can not understand how the bill was generated on 5th october amounting Rs.376/- which was paid on 25.10.2022 as on due date.
                      not this, the 2nd SIM was truely used from 06/10/2022 in kasmir till 12/10/2022 and then upto last week locally. my question is that how its bill has been generated on 05/10/2022 with a high amount Rs. 392/- that is prior to use.
                      please arrange to supply call details of these two post paid connections for which such enourmous bills have to be paid.

                                I am from Uttar Pradesh but I have come here to work in Tamil Nadu but here my network is catching 3G but I am not able to use data in data roaming when I turn on the data then the data is not playing.                                   " I have surrendered my landline phone no.[protected] after taking FTTH connection. On 18th November 2020 a SMS was received that an amount of Rs, 1993/- was generated for refund. But however to till date 11.01.2021, the amount was not received."
                                  The above complaint was not at all resolved. In the mean time I was asked to give a request, so that the amount can be credited to my FTTH account. I gave a letter to my home branch. They asked me to contact the rich office and latter asked me to give email to cuddalore office. I have been waiting for a long period to get back the amount. But till date not expedited.

                                      Complaint against BSNL

                                      The above telephone is in the name of my brother James de Souza who is a cancer patient. It has been malfunctioning for the last 3 months. Numerous online complaints have been made, the last three captioned above. The technician from BSNL, one Santosh, has determined that there is no problem with the router and my laptop functions perfectly at other locations. There is obviously something wrong with the BSNL internet and to date the complaint has not been resolved.
                                      I have tried to liaise with their field staff. The DET, Choudhary is the quintessential penpusher and directed me to one or another of his staff to no useful purpose. Dy. GM, Kulkarni – all bluster and no muster - also promised that the complaint would be resolved, to no effect and the linesman Malikarjun says that there is nothing wrong with the line. The P.A. to the G.M., Mr. Harikrishna finally directed one Chandrakant Ghatse who has attended to the complaint. Apparantly some resetting is required in some of their systems and the complaint to date not been resolved.
                                      I am a senior citizen and have been a customer of the BSNL for my entire life - constrained no doubt by its monopoly in the field. Given my experience it is not surprising that many of its erstwhile customers have migrated to other service providers. One can be sure that many more will follow.
