I paid the bill amount Rs.481/- period from 01 Aug 2022 to 31 Aug 22 on 03 Oct 2022. Txn ID is. NX22100315494212971850881. But the same amount(Rs. 481/-) again included in the next bill period from 01 Sep 22 to 30 Sep 2022.

Updated by JODU OBAIAH Sir, I had lodged a complaint against the same issue on BSNL Payment portal Dcoket No. DOCK[protected] on 12 Oct 2022. But still the complaint status is pending.
I spoke with customer care too, but they are fail to solve my complaint and they were hold my call for a long time and disconnected the call with out any intimation for two times.

    I surrendered my bsnl connection on 25 april 2022. But did not get my refund yet.

    Updated by vigneshr19     I have not received the refund. BSNL employee confirmed that the refund is approved and they are not sure when it will sent to my account. Please tell me the procedure and timeline when it will be deposited in my account.

        I would like to draw your kind attention towards the old BSNL TELEPHONE POLE which is causing a lot of fuss for the passerby and vehicles. It's been years no authority has made efforts to relocate this old pole. I just want you to remove that poll immediately from that location and shift it to another location. I'll be very grateful if you would take suitable actions on its removal.

            To remove telephone pole cum dangerous electric pole

            Please remove the telephone pole as soon as possible
            Because the construction work start in my house and the telephone pole is uses as electric pole by people..
            The current flow is in pole and pole is in the drain
            Which is dangerous for human lives..
            If any unhappining things happened then only BSNL authority will had responsible for it..
            I hope you do your duty with responsibilitybr...

              I live at Rajgir BSNL quarter and my flat is very damage like stair, ceiling etc and it's cause very harmful and i complain from 5 years ago in BSNL office bihar Sharif but not any response and officers says wait from 5 years ago

                This is to inform you that there is a BSNL telephone pole in the drain beside my house which is no use for phone cable but people uses it as electric pole which is dengerous for lives and causing a lot of parking problem of my vehicle..
                If any unhappining things happened then who will be responsible for it??
                I hope and request that you do your duty with responsibility..
                For this I will be very thankful to you
                I request you to remove this pole within 5 days. It's Naked hanging electric wire create more danger in rainy season...

                  I am trying to port my bank number and trying to generate UPC code for that. Every time I send message for porting I get response- Upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

                  I tried calling bsnl customer care many number of times, but of no use. They only kept on waiting for 24-48 hours and then close the complaint docket without resolving it.

                  Kindly resolve my issue.

                    My sim is more than 90 days old and I have unlimited pack active on my number but still they are not giving me my UPC code.

                    Worst part is there's no way to contact them, I tried calling their customer care number and it says incoming call facility to this number is not available. And their office staff also did not provide any help. I have mailed the CMD too in this regard.

                    This number is very important to me that's why I don't want it to let go.

                      I am trying to generate UPC for migration to another company because my sim is in roaming but UPC cannot be generated because there are some contractual obligations. For this I raised a complaint on customer support on 25 September they said after 24 hours it will to resolved I called after 24 hours because it still not resolved. I talk to the customer support on daily basis but the say same thing daily that please wait for 24 hours after that this will be resolved but it still in obligations.

                            I have changed port from jio to bsnl on my number [protected] from 8 months I have complained many times regarding 3G services not available in many areas in hyderbad no active response only false words on phone. I have 4G sim but nowhere in hyderbad 4G is connected.

Now if I search locanto means that image displays in google images. The image in your website is ruining my personal life and i lost peace.                                     We are the FTTH BSNL users from last 4 months so we are facing the FTTH internet issue so we are paying monthly bills on time but i have no idea why we are suffering when i pay this service so we contact many times last five days continuously to contractor in the charge of the BSNL FTTH but he is a such a careless individual. He doesn't care to fix the FTTH service in our area that has been out for the past five days actually contractor Name is Inam Ul Nabi and also i contact many times to BSNL official regarding this of the name is Lone Riyaz he is much more rude with us and also he also also careless person...

                                    So I requested You please take action against this BSNL...
