The bsnl broadband service is not working properly. Every few days it stops working and speed which they are providing is less than 50%. I have Bsnl plan name superstar-1 which is of 10 MBps however The speed I am getting is just 2.5 MBps to 3.5MBps. That too bsnl internet is working for few days and for few days it's not working at all. Getting no resolution for this.

From 18 July I'm trying to get BSNL Fiber at my home at Narayan Nagar, Near Sumra Society - 1 Km far from the main city Bus Stand. And most of the time the person who is the 3rd party vendor appointed by BSNL is telling me that in a week I will get the connection. More than 2 Months passed and today on 24th September I again called him and he asked 10000 Rs. charge for the wire or if I don't pay the amount then...

UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number....

I had registered a complaint for my landline number and obtained the docket number:[protected]. After it was not resolved, i contacted the appellate authority, Kerala circle and GM, BSNL. But still it was not resolved. Even after multiple visits to BSNL office at Panampilly Nagar, Ernakulam my Landline is dead for past 15 days. But BSNL is very prompt is sending monthly bills for a service which I am unable to use. This is an illegal practice...

I am using Fiber Premium Plus Plan which is 1500Rs+ / Month. I am getting upload speed of 0 to 4mb often and no one is fixing the issue in one call. It takes multiple calls and 1-week of time duration once in every month. I am using this internet for my work from home purpose. it's not easy to explain my company about my internet issue often.

From last 6 months i am sending message to 1900 for upc code but i am getting message there is contractual obligation with your service provider. after that i have contact with bsnl customer care and not getting ant solutions.
so i request you to do the needful asap.

I am using land line service of BSNL in PUNE under LL no[protected]. This No. is not working since July 2021. I have given 4 reminders to Asst. Engineer to refund my paid bills. This not resolved till date & they are sending me bills for this no though it is not working....

Recharge done on[protected] and the payment was done through UPI app PHONE PE, the transaction was successful yet BSNL company didn't recharge the amount, it showed error.

Upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance

In front of my house i have bsnl pole more than 20 years. From long back no one in my street are getting any services from this pole. It's ideal for many years. Because of this i have problem for parking my four wheeler vehicle inside of my house. Due to no usage of this pole i request your firm to remove it. Have tried to generate UPC number 5 times, but every time getting below 2 messages

2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 91xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.
