Dear Authority,
This is to inform you that there is a BSNL telephone pole in front of my house which is of no use . This is causing a lot of parking problem of my vehicle . So I request you to remove or relocate this telephone pole from the front of my house .
For this I will be very thankful to you, please oblige.

I am from Uttar Pradesh but I have come here to work in Tamil Nadu but here my network is catching 3G but I am not able to use data in data roaming when I turn on the data then the data is not playing. Will this data work in roaming or not and if it does not work then tell me I will get my sim ported. I called on 1503 and [protected] but it is not responding.

" I have surrendered my landline phone no.[protected] after taking FTTH connection. On 18th November 2020 a SMS was received that an amount of Rs, 1993/- was generated for refund. But however to till date 11.01.2021, the amount was not received."
The above complaint was not at all resolved. In the mean time I was asked to give a request, so that the amount can be credited to my FTTH account. I gave a letter to my home branch. They asked me to contact the rich office and latter asked me to give email to cuddalore office. I have been waiting for a long period to get back the amount. But till date not expedited.

In below said residence address BSNL unused telephone pole exist in front of my house. It is obstructing the driveway and I'm facing problem driving my car into my property because of the unused pole in the below mentioned address. So I request you to remove the pole.

The above telephone is in the name of my brother James de Souza who is a cancer patient. It has been malfunctioning for the last 3 months. Numerous online complaints have been made, the last three captioned above. The technician from BSNL, one Santosh, has determined that there is no problem with the router and my laptop functions perfectly at other locations. There is obviously something wrong with the BSNL internet and to date the complaint has not been resolved.
I have tried to liaise with their field staff. The DET, Choudhary is the quintessential penpusher and directed me to one or another of his staff to no useful purpose. Dy. GM, Kulkarni – all bluster and no muster - also promised that the complaint would be resolved, to no effect and the linesman Malikarjun says that there is nothing wrong with the line. The P.A. to the G.M., Mr. Harikrishna finally directed one Chandrakant Ghatse who has attended to the complaint. Apparantly some resetting is required in some of their systems and the complaint to date not been resolved.
I am a senior citizen and have been a customer of the BSNL for my entire life - constrained no doubt by its monopoly in the field. Given my experience it is not surprising that many of its erstwhile customers have migrated to other service providers. One can be sure that many more will follow.

2G comes only 1 bar every time bsnl customer care cut my call from last 1 year we facing issue ...many times mail given to bsnl no proper answer shown

I paid the bill amount Rs.481/- period from 01 Aug 2022 to 31 Aug 22 on 03 Oct 2022. Txn ID is. NX22100315494212971850881. But the same amount(Rs. 481/-) again included in the next bill period from 01 Sep 22 to 30 Sep 2022.

I surrendered my bsnl connection on 25 april 2022. But did not get my refund yet.

Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the old BSNL TELEPHONE POLE which is causing a lot of fuss for the passerby and vehicles. It's been years no authority has made efforts to relocate this old pole. I just want you to remove that poll immediately from that location and shift it to another location. I'll be very grateful if you would take suitable actions on its removal.

Please remove the telephone pole as soon as possible
Because the construction work start in my house and the telephone pole is uses as electric pole by people..
The current flow is in pole and pole is in the drain
Which is dangerous for human lives..
If any unhappining things happened then only BSNL authority will had responsible for it..

I live at Rajgir BSNL quarter and my flat is very damage like stair, ceiling etc and it's cause very harmful and i complain from 5 years ago in BSNL office bihar Sharif but not any response and officers says wait from 5 years ago

I request you to remove this pole within 5 days. It's Naked hanging electric wire create more danger in rainy season...

I am trying to port my bank number and trying to generate UPC code for that. Every time I send message for porting I get response- Upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

I tried calling bsnl customer care many number of times, but of no use. They only kept on waiting for 24-48 hours and then close the complaint docket without resolving it.

Kindly resolve my issue.

My sim is more than 90 days old and I have unlimited pack active on my number but still they are not giving me my UPC code.

Worst part is there's no way to contact them, I tried calling their customer care number and it says incoming call facility to this number is not available. And their office staff also did not provide any help. I have mailed the CMD too in this regard.

This number is very important to me that's why I don't want it to let go.

I am trying to generate UPC for migration to another company because my sim is in roaming but UPC cannot be generated because there are some contractual obligations. For this I raised a complaint on customer support on 25 September they said after 24 hours it will to resolved I called after 24 hours because it still not resolved. I talk to the customer support on daily basis but the say same thing daily that please wait for 24 hours after that this will be resolved but it still in obligations.

Please remove contractual obligations from my sim [protected] as my recharge is expiring on 8 oct please I need to generate Upc before 8 October.

While going for MNP of BSNL number to other telecom operators a message shown"UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance"
