On My Phone Number '[protected]', I'm Unable To Do Recharge . The Error Is 'Invalid Service Class' . Please Resolve This

Dear BSNL authority
Please remove the telephone pole as soon as possible
Because the construction work start in my house and the telephone pole is uses as electric pole by people..
The current flow is in pole and pole is in the drain
Which is dangerous for human lives..
If any unhappining things happened then only BSNL authority will had responsible for it..
I hope you do your duty with responsibilitybr...

The employee of Consumer Forum India has done fraud with me and is not picking up the phone by taking money from me. He has taken 3 lakh rupees from me. He told his name as Karthik his number is [protected]

I live at Rajgir BSNL quarter and my flat is very damage like stair, ceiling etc and it's cause very harmful and i complain from 5 years ago in BSNL office bihar Sharif but not any response and officers says wait from 5 years ago

This is to inform you that there is a BSNL telephone pole in the drain beside my house which is no use for phone cable but people uses it as electric pole which is dengerous for lives and causing a lot of parking problem of my vehicle..
If any unhappining things happened then who will be responsible for it??
I hope and request that you do your duty with responsibility..
For this I will be very thankful to you
I request you to remove this pole within 5 days. It's Naked hanging electric wire create more danger in rainy season...

I am trying to port my bank number and trying to generate UPC code for that. Every time I send message for porting I get response- Upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

I tried calling bsnl customer care many number of times, but of no use. They only kept on waiting for 24-48 hours and then close the complaint docket without resolving it.

Kindly resolve my issue.

My sim is more than 90 days old and I have unlimited pack active on my number but still they are not giving me my UPC code.

Worst part is there's no way to contact them, I tried calling their customer care number and it says incoming call facility to this number is not available. And their office staff also did not provide any help. I have mailed the CMD too in this regard.

This number is very important to me that's why I don't want it to let go.

I am trying to generate UPC for migration to another company because my sim is in roaming but UPC cannot be generated because there are some contractual obligations. For this I raised a complaint on customer support on 25 September they said after 24 hours it will to resolved I called after 24 hours because it still not resolved. I talk to the customer support on daily basis but the say same thing daily that please wait for 24 hours after that this will be resolved but it still in obligations.

Please remove contractual obligations from my sim [protected] as my recharge is expiring on 8 oct please I need to generate Upc before 8 October.

While going for MNP of BSNL number to other telecom operators a message shown"UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance"

I have changed port from jio to bsnl on my number [protected] from 8 months I have complained many times regarding 3G services not available in many areas in hyderbad no active response only false words on phone. I have 4G sim but nowhere in hyderbad 4G is connected.

Years back some one posted a fake locanto add and blackmailed me. I file a complaint and ot was removed. Now if I search locanto means that image displays in google images. The image in your website is ruining my personal life and i lost peace. Please remove the image from your website and do the needful thing as soon as possible. Thank you ..

We are the FTTH BSNL users from last 4 months so we are facing the FTTH internet issue so we are paying monthly bills on time but i have no idea why we are suffering when i pay this service so we contact many times last five days continuously to contractor in the charge of the BSNL FTTH but he is a such a careless individual. He doesn't care to fix the FTTH service in our area that has been out for the past five days actually contractor Name is Inam Ul Nabi and also i contact many times to BSNL official regarding this of the name is Lone Riyaz he is much more rude with us and also he also also careless person...

So I requested You please take action against this BSNL...

I have sent port message multiple times but bsnl says your upc request could not be processed try again after sometime.

The bsnl broadband service is not working properly. Every few days it stops working and speed which they are providing is less than 50%. I have Bsnl plan name superstar-1 which is of 10 MBps however The speed I am getting is just 2.5 MBps to 3.5MBps. That too bsnl internet is working for few days and for few days it's not working at all. Getting no resolution for this.

From 18 July I'm trying to get BSNL Fiber at my home at Narayan Nagar, Near Sumra Society - 1 Km far from the main city Bus Stand. And most of the time the person who is the 3rd party vendor appointed by BSNL is telling me that in a week I will get the connection. More than 2 Months passed and today on 24th September I again called him and he asked 10000 Rs. charge for the wire or if I don't pay the amount then he said it will still take time. My question is how much time. According to him only the wire is already there at Bus stand which is only 1 km far from my home. So in two months also they couldn't make the wire reach my home. And pathetic is that that they are asking 10000 Rs. wire charge.

As a customer, I contacted a respected BSNL officer at the Gondal branch. I asked him, what to do about this? And he replied we can't do anything except waiting because BSNL gave this work to 3rd party vendor. So he was also feeling helpless. My point is that if you gave this work to 3rd party then the work should improve, but here I can sense it is deteriorating. And as a customer, I am feeling devastated for the delay of 2 months. And still can't see the chances of it happening. And even don't know from whom I can get surity?

I called BSNL customer car number [protected]. . And they also said, we can't help. I asked them to give any contact to whom I can go to for this problem. But again they said sorry and couldn't provide any information or solution. Total waste of time for both.

So at last after trying my best Finally writing this here. With the hope that I'll get some positive solution from BSNL and somebody will really listen to the problem I'm facing from past 2 months.

And I have all the recodings of the calls with the vendor, And its Summary I'm writing down: (Starting from 18th July 2022 to 24th September 2022)

18th July (2 Times) - Couldn't Pick up
19th July - First call - He offered me to use his private internet rather than BSNL fiber.
20th July - And the offer I refused and got sticked to the choice of BSNL fiber. He said in 3-4 days the wire will reach to home. And told that He will visit the site.
21st July - He confirmed that he seen the site. And will send me the photo of Modem.
22nd July - Called him to Reminde to send the modem details.
24th July - Called him that 3-4 days passed what happened about the wire? So he changed his statement and told me that he said 1 week. And couldn't work due to rain. 1500 He will charge for the modem. And he assured me that he will do it as early as he can do.
4th August - He replied the work is going on and in a week it will come for sure before the week because the work is on. Again talked about his private connection available. And I ignored that.
20th September (3 Times) - Couldn't pick up.
21st September - Still work is on. He confirmed that wire has already reached to the bus stand(Just 1 km far from my Home Location). And there are two connections going on around bus stand. He will try as early as possible.
24th September - He asked 10000 Rs. for the wire or if I don't pay then I have to wait. And in between he also refused for a moment to not give connection.

My only concern is that, how the BSNL will stays in the market if it works like this and when their own officers feels helpless and can't do anything because all the powers stays in the hand of the private 3rd party vendor. whose intention is only profit, money and to charge as much as he can. And also when the 3rd party vendor already has his own private internet service to give. why he give preference to BSNL service?

And how much wait and pain customers like us have to face?

UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number.
