I recharged for stv voice 69 with double space between stv & voice.. As it is wrong format i then recharged for stv voice69 on february 2nd 2018, but unfortunately 140 rupees from my main balance has been deducted. When i tried to contact bsnl customer care, my call didn't get connected at all... Customer service of bsnl is too worst. I want my money back. My mobile number is [protected].

    In the month of January I have recharged with bsnl 429 till now i have been able to use at most 2GB
    2G /3G net not worked complained multiple times .
    When I used airtel settings .. I got the internet worked. I have used airtel net settings by accidentally.. It worked for sim2 I got the net. But when I shifted to sim1 again the same problem no internet tried n number of times by changing settings changing from 2g/ 3g contacted customer care more than 10 times.. No net never worked properly.

      I & my wife applied for mnp from vodafone to bsnl on 16th jan 18.
      1. Mob. No. [protected], upc code: va 299439 (Vodafone post paid to bsnl pre paid)
      2. Mob. No. [protected], upc code: va 299441 (Vodafone post paid to bsnl post paid)

      We have taken new sims accordingly.
      Till now no progress.

      Vodafone confirmed that clearance has been given, whereas bsnl saying still waiting for clearance.

      Request to necessary action on the service provides, to make mnp successful. Thank you.

        I have already made complaints to the inphone customer service centre for about 5 times and every time they ask me to check my message service center number which is provided by them and is correct, and afterin they close my complaint. Ieven visited the local service center located in my town silchar, assam, but haven't recieved any help, they aresaying that i couldn't get the problem, and ask me to leave the number with them so they can inquire it from kolkata, but which is also is of no help its been around a month and half but still not getting any help from company. Which is somehow very digusting, i feel like i have made a big mistake.. Please look into the matter and try to help me out

          I would like to share my greivance related to misbehaviour committed by your staff Mr.Manish Goit Satish bearing mobile No.[protected] from your C.O. Darbhanga who called me at 17:42 today dated 1/2/2018 while i was in my office duty .Before this i got a complain regarding poor service of Waini Branch Samastipur Bihar from land line number[protected] to my cell no-[protected] for which i assured to take up the issue with my SDO and from tomorrow i will try to get maintained your service.After that Mr Manish called me and used the unparliamentry language that Sahab khub maje mar rahe ho .I asked him to speak in proper way I am TDM Samastipur, The fellow started unparliamentary languages with me later on I found the name of that fellow and threated to him that i am forwarding your call to the SP samastipur.He again called back me and told that what type of reply you has given to my officer.I discontinued his phone.So far technical aspect is concerned any thing can happen today dated 1/2/2018 our salary has been not credited but we know some technical work is going on so we are just waiting.Sir if i am not getting justice i will bound to withdraw my salary account from your branch where a senior officer your customer is misbehaved .pl take up necessary action against such erring official ---S.K.Thakur TDM BSNL Samastipur Bihar([protected])

            Requesting you to refund my security deposit as soon as possible by present address

              I am a BSNL mobile customer from last 2 year, and the many problems was. as per the number port code provided by the BSNL to tried port to other networks idea, jio and vodafone but BSNL rejected my porting. And BSNL network also not working and i am unable to contact any of their customer care numbers. And they are mentioned the port code is valid till[protected].

              As my mobile number is very important to me as i have given this number in my bank and other areas.

                I have raised a complaint for getting application number for tnpsc exam. I got a call from a person asking about the complaint & he told he will be deducting rs.15/- but he has deducted rs. 9950/- from the account.

                After that we were trying to call that guy, his number is not reachable.

                Kindly look into this issue & credit back to the account

                  To the chief accounts officer, bsnl, goa. Sub: deactivation of hungama portal-reg. Sir, i am an 81 years old senior citizen. Since sep 17, i am getting extra phone bill regarding hungama portal though we are not using it or registered for it (Infact i have not been able to login even once). Further neither the call center number picks up nor response to emails are received. Bsnl is a government organization and such gimmicks are not expected from you'll.                       On 30 jan 2018 2:18pm, i tried to recharge from bsnl official website www.portal.bsnl.in for amount 100₹. And i dont want to reveal phone number. But the online transaction was successful through sbi net banking. I even got the sms for balance deduction but recharge for phone number was not done.
                      I even sent them complaint to their email [protected]@bsnl.co.in but still they have not responded.

                      State bank internet banking. Transaction ref no igacuwtjt8 for rs.100.0 on 30-jan-18 14:18

                      I have also attached screenshot. Please help me in resolving this issue.

                      I have not received any email not any phone calls from BSNL. But on 5 Feb 2018, the debited amount was credited back to my account.

                        I am t n verma from lucknow, very much surprising that bsnl services are so poor and showing autrocatic manner despite several reminders from29th december 17to till date, ₹30+30=60deducted further from my account for yoga and surprising animal facts while no need for me, and sent sms for stoopon 155223 and stop on*777# noting 2 stop but no attention have been paid, and when i talked on1909 no body given response,, please tell me what is machenism to save intrest of consumer, since diego your wrong full act, ₹60/deducted so please return in our account other suitable action will be initited?

                        During the month of December our telephone was not working . several complaints were registered and finally problems were rectified. The telephone bill for the month of December is received which amounts to 951/_ without usage of broadband connection. Necessary arrangements may kindly be made to levy the charges of telephone bill.

                          I have not received any correspondence from bsnl till date about my security deposit to my landline phone number[protected]. When i contacted bsnl office hey asked me to pay the balance amount then i have deposited the total outstanding amount. After that i have submitted my telephone instrument vide a. N. No. [protected] dt. 16.08.2017 and their receipt no. 100 dt. 16.08.2017.

                          You are hereby requested to look into and inform me the status of my application as early as possible.

                                  I am a regular traveller by Indigo airline. I travelled with my wife Ms.Sheila Rajan Varghese on 17th November 2017 by Indigo 6E 6939 from mumbai to bangalore. My PNR was B6D5HY. I lost my boarding pass which I need to claim LTA from BSNL office where I am working. As I will be retiring in March 2018 I need to submit my LTA claim at the earliest as the bill will b rejected wit out copy of the boardingpass .

                                      Respected sir i as a customer of bsnl landline and broadband services. I am unable to use the landline and broadband services till this moment. I have registered many complaints regarding this. Last complaint was registerd on 22nd jan2018 at 1.25pm. Till this time the problem is continuing. This shows the mulamthuruthy telephone exchange authorities irresponsibly and no fear mentality sir. I have submitted one written complaint to the mulamthuruthy telephone exchange also.

                                      i have paid my bsnl bill via paytm on 24/01/2017.
                                      butit is showing bill not paid still in my account and bsnl app it is showing that bill is due.
                                      please check issue.
                                      i confirmed with paytm, they provided invoice with bsnl operator refrence.(please find attached image.)
                                      No out going calls, and no incoming calls. Distrubens while making a phone call.disconceting suddenly.
                                      What a spaming you are doing???????
                                      it is very ugly service you are giving throuh bsnl broadband.
                                      We are compelling to cancel bsnl connection.Deactivate it immediately.
                                      Otherwise we have to go to consumer court.
                                      I paid my bsnl bill via paytm but i has not been credited by bsnl guys .
                                      i got confirmation by paytm but bsnl site is still showing bill due.
