I am working for sbi as a manager. I have been provided a bsnl sim from my regional office. But that number is not working to use. I am unable to pay outstanding amount since i have not received any soft copy or hard copy of the bill. Please provide softcopy of the bill to my bank official mail id. Mail :sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in. Please do the needful at the earliest. I have called customer care centre. But there is no proper response.

    I am using bsnl landline broadband service. Today i got a call saying he was a bsnl representative (2/08/2018 at 10:45 am) and asked me whether i am facing any connectivity issue, to my bad luck i was really facing an issue and conveyed to him. He told me to send a message bvas at 56677 from my alternate number and my issue will be solved. When i sent him the message he said that i have successfully subscribed for bsnl services for some games and all and i will receive some id and password at my email. I was shocked to here this and immediately questioned him why such service is activated when the call was for solving connectivity issue but the guy disconncted the call.

    Bsnl hungama has cheated me by giving false information and made me subscribe to a service fraudulently.

    I request you to kindly deactivate the service and take strict action against them and request you to reimburse the charges which they will be charging me.

    My Sim is not working and shows notification as Sim Registration Failed. The Sim has been replaced twice in January 2018 but the problem still persists. My mobile number is ten years old and is very important and it bears important contacts. Plz activate the SIM and solve the problem at the earliest.

        Surrendered telephone no.[protected] and all required documents submitted to bsnl ranikuti office on 15.078.2017, but yet to receive refund
        Of security deposit amount of rs.2, 280.00, even after lapse of more than
        6 months. While enquiring with the accounts department of ranikuti office
        Over phone, they were unable to give any proper reply. Kindly do the needful.

          I have lost a BSNL sim card and want to get reissue a new sim with same number.
          The number [protected], I have been using from 10 years. Now I have lost the SIM card. Now at the time of blocking of the lost SIM through customer care, I have come to know that, my sim card is not issued in my name from the beginning i.e. 10 years before.
          Now I need to get the same no SIM card from the BSNL.
          Please suggest.

            I am using BSNL from past 4yrs, recently moved to Bangalore here e are facing very poor signal strength at my home. Signal fluctuating frequently & call get drops. Pls help me to resolve this. I'm staying at chinappannahalli. Tried to reach cc but due signal problems unable to reach.

            If you are not considering this complaint as high priority I have option to switch to other network. I worked under business head and I know how they will treat each and individual customer.

            Please consider it as high priority.

                  My landline number[protected] circle rajasthan i have given application to disconnect my landline phone but they are not listening to me and giving me bills please sort it out otherwise i will do complain further for it we go. To bsnl office but every time the office remain close only lineman was there and i have given application of disconnection of my landline but no process is there pleasw help. Me out of this thank you.

                    I had got bsnl landline connection in 19 oct 2018. We had very little use but still faced disturbed line. We were not happy with service. We continued till feb 2018. For last few month of disconnection request landline remain dead even several complain request. We never defaulted in all the bills we got from bsnl. We had other telecom company connection too which were cheap and had good service but we still preferred bsnl above other connection. We are very disappointed with service we experienced.

                        On date 4th feb 2018 morning, 30 rupees of amount deducted from my mobile balance. I have not activated any service at all i received a message regarding deduction of money and activation of the service called"mobi shiksha"
                        I called customer care to regarding this issue, but one of their higher authority talked to me in very irritating and unprofessional way. She said its done by me and they will not refund this.
                        And hung up the phone without sorting out my problem.
                        Her name is "barsharani sahu".
                        Its a fraud by bsnl.
                        Please take right action regarding this issue and kindly short out my complain as soon as possible.

                          I recharged for stv voice 69 with double space between stv & voice.. As it is wrong format i then recharged for stv voice69 on february 2nd 2018, but unfortunately 140 rupees from my main balance has been deducted.                             In the month of January I have recharged with bsnl 429 till now i have been able to use at most 2GB
                            2G /3G net not worked complained multiple times .
                            When I used airtel settings .. I got the internet worked. I have used airtel net settings by accidentally.. It worked for sim2 I got the net. But when I shifted to sim1 again the same problem no internet tried n number of times by changing settings changing from 2g/ 3g contacted customer care more than 10 times.. No net never worked properly.

                              I & my wife applied for mnp from vodafone to bsnl on 16th jan 18.
                              1. Mob. No. [protected], upc code: va 299439 (Vodafone post paid to bsnl pre paid)

                              We have taken new sims accordingly.
                              Till now no progress.

                              Vodafone confirmed that clearance has been given, whereas bsnl saying still waiting for clearance.

                              Request to necessary action on the service provides, to make mnp successful. Thank you.

                                I have already made complaints to the inphone customer service centre for about 5 times and every time they ask me to check my message service center number which is provided by them and is correct, and afterin they close my complaint. Ieven visited the local service center located in my town silchar, assam, but haven't recieved any help, they aresaying that i couldn't get the problem, and ask me to leave the number with them so they can inquire it from kolkata, but which is also is of no help its been around a month and half but still not getting any help from company. Which is somehow very digusting, i feel like i have made a big mistake.. Please look into the matter and try to help me out

                                  I would like to share my greivance related to misbehaviour committed by your staff Mr.Manish Goit Satish bearing mobile No.[protected] from your C.O. Darbhanga who called me at 17:42 today dated 1/2/2018 while i was in my office duty .Before this i got a complain regarding poor service of Waini Branch Samastipur Bihar from land line number[protected] to my cell no-[protected] for which i assured to take up the issue with my SDO and from tomorrow i will try to get maintained your service.After that Mr Manish called me and used the unparliamentry language that Sahab khub maje mar rahe ho .I asked him to speak in proper way I am TDM Samastipur, The fellow started unparliamentary languages with me later on I found the name of that fellow and threated to him that i am forwarding your call to the SP samastipur.He again called back me and told that what type of reply you has given to my officer.I discontinued his phone.So far technical aspect is concerned any thing can happen today dated 1/2/2018 our salary has been not credited but we know some technical work is going on so we are just waiting.Sir if i am not getting justice i will bound to withdraw my salary account from your branch where a senior officer your customer is misbehaved .pl take up necessary action against such erring official ---S.K.Thakur TDM BSNL Samastipur Bihar([protected])

                                      I am a BSNL mobile customer from last 2 year, and the many problems was. as per the number port code provided by the BSNL to tried port to other networks idea, jio and vodafone but BSNL rejected my porting. And BSNL network also not working and i am unable to contact any of their customer care numbers. And they are mentioned the port code is valid till[protected].

                                      As my mobile number is very important to me as i have given this number in my bank and other areas.

                                        I have raised a complaint for getting application number for tnpsc exam. I got a call from a person asking about the complaint & he told he will be deducting rs.15/- but he has deducted rs. 9950/- from the account.

                                        After that we were trying to call that guy, his number is not reachable.
