I am trying to recharge my phone using BSNL website, but I am getting an error "Transaction failed due to invalid service class". Please resolve the issue

    I have tried to generate UPC number several times, but every time receive below messages in response

    1) Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

    2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 94xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

    I even contacted the BSNL customer care for assistance but they only keep it pending citing silly issues like details not loading in server etc.
    This is really frustrating to deal with.

      Amount of Rs.184 debited from bank but recharge not received. BSNL Also sent me pdf confirmation that recharge Success but still I did not received the recharge. The looted me. Details given in attached file.

        UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)The period of last activation of mobile number is less than 90 days. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

        We try to 4 day for upc coed but hi not providing

          Internet service is getting disconnected every few days. When we are complaining, the issue is not resolved just getting message, issues has been resolved. No one is taking concrete action again this repeated issue.

          getting internet Issue every few days. Complaint is reported to BSNL. Which is marking the issue as resolved without solving it. Again complaint is lodged with BSNL and issue not resolved

                  I am right now living in a town . I took a broadband connection as i am working from my home. I didn't know about the online services of BSNL so I contacted bsnl employee and ask him to provide me the broadband services . Earlier my plan was of 899 later on I told him after 2 months to change the plan and provide me the cheaper plan of 599 or 799. He told me that he has changed my plan and converted it into 599/- plan . even after he provided me the information that he has changed my plan I was severely getting the bills which were nearly 950/- so I called him and ask him about the bill. He told me that he will check and let me know, since last 3 months I am calling him again and again and I am asking him about the high price in bill .He is providing me the incorrect information and he told me again and again that he has changed my plan, but yesterday on 12th of august 2022 I called the customer care executive of BSNL and he told me that still my plan hasn't been changed and it is still of 899 . So since yesterday I am calling him again and again and telling him to visit me and let me know about the bill as I have to shift to my workplace but he isn't visiting me and he isn't giving me the information I want to file a complain against him for providing me the wrong information for misleading me. to this the image of the BSNL broadband company is getting wrong and according to me they are a cheater.

                    Respected Sir/Madam,
                    This is bring it to your notice that we have already deposited the Bill for month of June 2022 for office telephone no.[protected] and the letter was sent to SDO BSNL Renukoot and AGM BSNL Mirzapur to close the connection but the connection was not closed and the bill was also generated for next month(July-2022) and sent to the our official mail id now this telephone is no longer in use since 20/07/2022 and also Receiver (cell) has been deposited in SDO BSNL Office Renukoot on 28/07/2022, From the security money deposited earlier, after deducting the amount of the remaining days, please return the rest amount through cheque in the name of DSM Duddhi.

                    I am requesting to you kindly disconnect the telephone no.[protected] permanently, Now it will not be possible to pay its bill.

                    Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                              I applied for the refund of my mobile number [protected] in August 2020. I got response from your office on 09.05.2022 vide letter no. ASR/TR/ CMTS/REFUND/492 dt 02.05.2022 through which particulars of my bank account were required for issue of said refund of Rs2213/- by email. I sent my bank particulars on the same day by mail as required.
                              There after I received telephone call from Account officer Mr Durgesh who told me that my cheque is ready. I requested him to send it by registered post as i was not feeling well at that time. He replied in positive and nothing more was uttered by him.
                              I want to inform you that till today i have not received that cheque.Two years have already lapsed. Today when i contacted Mr Durgesh on phone his reply was that what can I do, we have sent cheque by simple post, we do not have funds for registries.
                              I request you to look into the matter and solve the matter. I am a attaching herewith some screen shoots of my earlier emails. If no positive response received I will have to knock the door of Consumer Court since the matter over delayed and being a senior citizen I am being harrassed for the last two years.

After surrendering my landline no [protected]( Ac no.[protected], I have given bank details at Kodambakkam Ganganagar BSNL office. 2 years elapsed, till now the deposit amount has not been refunded.                                     During the process of generating porting code I am getting below message :

                                      I made payment of Rs 1, 197 through PayZapp on 17 February 2022 for BSNL prepaid pack. My mobile number is [protected]. However, the pack was not activated since it was not applicable to my mobile connection.
                                      The transaction id is [protected].

                                      Upon contacting the HDFC PayZapp team they have written back stating that the transaction [protected] was successful and they are unable to provide a refund until BSNL rejects the transaction.

                                      BSNL has not replied to any of my mails and has not provided any statement that transaction [protected] was rejected. I need this confirmation before approaching the HDFC PayZapp team again regarding the refund.

                                        I have tried to generate UPC number multiple times, but every time getting below 2 messages

                                        1) Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

                                        2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 91xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                                        I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care and asked what is the issue and when it will be resolved? They said that they don't know about it and are not sure what the error is.
