Dear sir,
My self bipina bihari padhy, id no. [protected], account no. [protected], phone no. [protected].
Fiber cable internet taken on dated 01.08.2017 but when we register complain then it shows no such no. Is avilable.
We have paid on 07.08.2017 rs 787.00 vid invoice no.[protected].
The speed of broad band is 100.00 mbps instead of 400mbps. The wi-fi is also not working.
Therefore we request you to kindly solve the above problem then we shall greatful to you.

I havent seen such a worst network. . the 444 plan offers 4GB/day but i dont even use atleast 500 mb/ day . The speed is also in 2g speed and it is a total waste of money. Please look into this issue.The signal is also too weak.
Could not get connected to internet services (mobile data), even though the connection is within the validity period. Further everyday 3 GB data can be used but even find it difficult to download / up link 500 MB data. [protected].
My mobile phone (iphone 5s No..[protected]) has been lost between 7.30 pm and 8.pm from the ksrtc bus stand Neyyattinkara., Thiruvananthapuram district.Kindly take necessary steps to block my BSNL SIM BARING THE NUMBER [protected].

    My land line tel no 2441383 with wi if facility has been disconnected since one week. The line has not been restored even after bill paid on line.
    The monthly tariff of around rs 900 has not been reduced even after revision of rates.
    Kindly see to this at d earliest or else i wll b forced to cancel my connection & apply for wi if connection frm some other agency having prompt customer care facilities. Thanking u. Yours dr garhnayak

    We are using bsnl bb ul plan 1099 speed as per plan is 8mbps.., but we are receiving only 250kbps downspeed.., please dear concern officers take a note of this., if still the problem is persists there is no other options than to switch to other networks., kindly resolve the above problem as earlier as possible, thanks and regards BSNL User

      Top up of rs 110 of bsnl prepaid sim was debited two times but top up was not materalised mobile no [protected]. On19.08.17 please recredit my bank account with rs. 220/-
      On line recharge of mobile sim cards is always a failure especially on roaming particularly bsnl. Problem in top up due not getting otp. I don't know where the problem lies either with the bank or with bsnl

      Instead of two amounts of each Rs. 110/-debited to my account one amount top up done. Second amount of Rs 110 /-may please be returned to my account.

        Recently I have been receiving extra charges on my broadband bills with plan 499. the additional amount of Rs.250/- one time charge higher speed for 20GB. please deactivate my account from one time charges plan.

          Sir;
          I am using one iphone for the past 2 years. Recently when i send messages an error message shows like 'not delivered'. I had contact bsnl customer care cell they me that 'update your message centre number to [protected]'. As per their request i have update the message centre number with the following command *5005*7672*[protected]# after that the system shows the message centre number is [protected]. After that i have checked the same ; but same error message shows. Please assist me at the earliest.

            We are medical professionals. Our land line no:[protected] is not working for the past 12 days. Complaint had been made in person and also over phone to the katpadi sdo and also with line man mr. Munirathinam. But so far no step had been taken to resolve the issue. Whereas, the repeated reply is "your complaint is in existence, it will be solved soon". But not yet solved. Kindly initiate necessary action to make work of the above phone to prevent us from surrendering back the above said land line phone to your concern. Thanking you.

              I am an existing customer of bsnl land phone and broadband. My phone no.[protected]. My land phone is dead from 11th august. I lodged a complain on bsnl on 12th august. (Docket no : [protected]). On 14th august i astonished to receive a massage on my mobile phone from bsnl that my problem is resolved. But that is not true, none of bsnl technician attended my home to solve the problem and my phone is still dead. Though i call to the bsnl customer executive 4 times, none of them take my problem seriously.

              Please take some steps to solve the matter as early as possible.

                Sir, my land line number[protected] i am using since last 14years and since february 2017 i find excess billing is going on more than i use so i just want to be sure about this matter as it is giving me extra burden in my monthly budget please do solve it, i think as per the bill you are charging for the broadband too which i don't have or rather i am not using it, or just do guide me in proper way to do solve this problem as soon as possible.

                        I am gyan prakash. I have one bsnl connection for net uses home plan which is approx rs 675 /- per months. Land line no is 2210166. Every months i pay the bill only. So many time complain registered but only one or two days used. At current two week i am not able to used net. I am also talk to local staffs and sdo mr. Prem shankar which mobile no is [protected]. He is not agree to talk about this matter today. So pls do need full action

                          The worst ever customer support team. Irrespective of my repeated calls, the team was so ignorant and after a prolonged wait time they disconnected my calls.
                          One representative said that their seniors are busy and cannot attend my call but gave a fake assurance that they shall call back in an hour.

                          I think govt has to think upon having proper representatives for customer support

                              I had applied for the disconnection of my broadband/landline no.[protected], with surrendered phone set, duly receipted by bsnl office on[protected].
                              I have not received back the security, despite repeated telephonic reminders/visits to the concerned.
                              I understand, the prescribed period for refund is 60 days & that thereafter, interest payable to me is 18%. As such, i would request you to refund my security alonwith the cited interest.

                                  I was disconnect this no in june 12, 2017 but the security amount doesn't receive yet.
                                  I visited exchange so many times but they said to me the security amount takes 6 months and above. But i called 1500 no for security amount enquiry and they said security amount take maximum two months so

No action is taken till date and whenever i dial to 198, the replies made" your complain is on progress". It seems, i ll pay the rental for the month despite the phone being dead.

                                      I have rang-up 1503 on dt 29.7.17 at about 04:15 pm and i was informed by on duty staff that in case of rs.490-the 550/-rs balance is being but instead of that i have provide with rs.412.25p pl. Issue me rs.550/- as i told. I also having all recorded conversation. I also having very strong proof. My mobile no.[protected]

                                      Daily i call 2 or 3 time customer care.

                                      Bsnl also confirm that wrong information given by our staff, rs.138 balance come in your account told by senior staff

                                      Yesterday duty staff ramsing told 15 aug. 12:00 midnight balance come in your account.

                                      Today 16 aug. No balance come. Today also i call in call center 1503.

                                        Repeated visit to the Bsnl office is not yeild ed any response.
                                        Mr b.k.mondal division al engineer keeps on assuring us that the line will be restored shortly.
                                        Sorry to say that our business is badly affected due to fault of the department
