    Dear sir/madam,

    I have ported to bsnl to other network on march 2017. On connection time i made security deposit of 500 rs. For new connection. But some network issue customer care issue i port to vodafone network on march 2017. I was cleared all my outstanding and successfully ported to vodafone. I request the bsnl officer at jayanagar customer center, bangalore to refund the balance amount of 371 rs. Security deposit amount, "they told me give one cancel cheque and one request form, will process your refund within three months and the amount will credit to your bank account". And i gave the request form and one cancel cheque to the officer. But till now i didn't received any amount from bsnl. Please help me to get the amount.

    I am not getting 3G speed in my BSNL SIM. I have made so many calls to the customer care number and no one could help me and fed up with their arrogant behavior. I am getting only 1 G speed during day time and during night I am getting 3G speed. It's been one month I am complaining about this issue. I am in Karnataka state.
    I am a subscriber of Broadband[protected]paying a monthly rental of about Rs 950/- but it is unfortunate that the system is out of order from 21st July. It means one third of the month. Kindly see that it is immediately repaired.

    I have postpad to bsnl to pripad on April 2017. On connection time i made security deposit of 500 rs. For new connection I was cleared all my outstanding and successfully pripad to BSNL.       Sir/madam,

      I, the undersigned, james mathew pampara, holder of bsnl mobile number [protected], today went to the bsnl customer care centre, kanjirappally, to link my mobile number to my aadhaar number. I took this mobile number 13 years back when i was working in bangalore. Now i am transferred to kerala and my aadhaar address is also of kerala. However, when they learned that my mobile number belongs to karanataka circle, they refused to link it.in fact, they started the process and i got the email from aadhaar that authentication using my aadhaar number was successful. But before generating the otp, they refused to proceed further. The person who was in the queue before me was also sent away while his sim was from kerala, but his aadhaar was having tamil nadu address.

      If the same logic is followed, then i cannot link my aadhaar to my sim in karnataka as my aadhaar is having kerala address.

      In effect, i will never be able to link by aadhaar number to my sim and i will have to port this number to another private company. I suspect that the officials at kanjirappally are colluding with private company so that i should move out of bsnl number.

      Please instruct me what i have to do in this regard or please instruct the kanjirappally customer care to link my bsnl sim number to aadhaar.

      .i have port from airtel to BSNL LAST TWO MONTHS BEFORE my sim is working till 30/7/2017 night for morning when i saw no service only coming so ples activate my no
      Am feeling shame abt bsnl it's been 20days we registered a complaint of landline & internet problem, till date no response and more over employees are playing hide n seek blaming each others.

      One of the worst services we have ever experienced, waste of taking bsnl services. All the employees higher to lower no one is on job.
      I have disconnected my llandline no [protected] installed at 3349 sector 27-D Chandigarh and requested for refund of security depisit. despite of lapse of 3 months refund not received.the application for refund of security deposit was submitted in sector 34 office of bsnl chandigarh

          Online payment through fednet for amount 649/- rupees by[protected] has not been credited to bsnl account no[protected] and also deducted from my bank account. The other day i made another payment for the same bill has been made successful. But still the 1st transaction has not yet done. I check with federal bank there replies they already sent to bill desk (Payment gateway) and they send me the transaction referances for the both i have done. (Jfbk[protected] & jfbk[protected]).

          Please let me know what happen to that amount.

            Twice i attempted to port out from network but everytime it is rejected due to unknown reasons.

            Let me know the proper reason of rejection or allow the porting out from bsnl network.

            Nor the bsnl is providing good network nor it is allowing to port out. Stop harrasing the customers. Atleast do the work of porting process for god's sake.

            Reply as soon as possible.

              My broad band connection is not fulfilling my need due to the state of out of order.                   I need my incoming and outgoing call list of my bsnl mobile no :[protected] very urgently for my company purpose.
                  I contacted the costumer care which was located near by me, they didn't responded well and later also i got a nothing more than a negative response about the calls and sms details of my mobile.
                  I tried in many costumer care centres but got similar response all this days, i found this is my last hope of getting the last two month call details i. E, from june 2017 to till this date of complaint.
                  At least please give me the details of outgoing calls and sms details of july month as soon as possible.

                      I have applied for a landline connection but no work has started.. I still don't have a landline connection since past 5 months.. I spoke to the sdo im bsnl office in bhubaneswar.. He is giving me numbers which only ring but nobody answers since past 5 months.. Now they say that they cannot find the underground wiring so it is not possible to give me a new connection..
                      I was first approached by an bsnl executive who took money from me at my residence then he vanished for 2months... I found him in the main bsnl head office and got my money back.. Thereafter i again applied for a new landline connection and after 5months now they say nothing can be done...
                      Please help me.. First the bsnl executive does fraud with me and now the head office is also reluctant to help and i have already paid rs.500 to them.. My customer id is [protected]... The proposed phone number is[protected]..

                      I have also contacted the customer care and also filed a complain in bsnl website online but nothing seems to be happening...

                              My prepaid account balance has been deducted with rs. 30 around 6:30 am without any permission.
                              When i enquired about the same, bsnl customer care told me that a voice chat service had been activated in response to a service call made to me on the day before though i had never made any response nor instructions but ended that service call without any response.
                              They denied to refund the balance on my complaint which is unfair and disappointing.

                                I am your customer last 20/25 years. We do not hear anything through telephone. I made complaint under docket no.[protected]. Your service man sri kanai chandra naskar came to our house and told that the instrument is faulty and you purchase a new instrument and fit it.
                                I submit whether i have lawfully entitled to replace your instrument with my instrument. Whether i am paying regularly your rental but your telephone will be out of order.

                                  Since i have done two mobile postpaid recharges on 21.07.2017 and 22.07.2017 of which both of them failed but money has been debited from my bank account but till now no refund has been credited back to it. I have been trying to contact customer care from soo long but no response. As customer if we trust your application at least give us something to trust you for future transactions except these kind of poor services. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

And still there is no progress.                                       For the past 6 months, my bsnl landline was facing some issues and i checked with our nearby bsnl exchange (Kandassankadavu, thrissur district, kerala)., still now they didn't fix it.. Tried many a times with them.. Now for the last 6 days, my broadband connection also not working

                                      The commercial officer mini she is not efficient, her behavior not good to costumers & their staffs are not even caring about my issues.. Why like that bsnl employee and always all staff coming not punctual, all are engaged with social media, the payments are clear till now, never delayed... But didn't get any suppor from them.. Right now i am in kuwait, its unable for me to always go behind with this, so writing this mail.. Really fed up with their irresponsible attitude, when ever i ask for a solution.

                                        But after 5 days the problem is not resolved.
