Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

The worst internet connection have a name it's BSNL.In my city BSNL have only 3G connection but it doesn't give standard speed for us. The maximum speed is 90kb/s but in the night 1am they provide 500kb/s. We are spending money but not getting proper connection.
Already complainted to bsnl customer care but no use.

My BSNL Sim Card Number [protected] is Not working showing No service, tried to change the handet but same result. Tried to complain on your official mail address no replies i am getting, calling on BSNL Customer care but no luck. Please Help. I need to port a mobile number from bsnl... But while i message to 1900...i receive reply messages as...UPC cannot be generated as of subsisting contactual obligation with service provider... WHAT TO DO..?...

I have tried to generate UPC number, but every time getting below 2 messages

1) Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 81xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time....

I had recharged both phones (numbers as below) as per STV447
1. [protected] on 14th July '22 REF: PGSM[protected]
2. [protected] on 16th July '22 REF: PGSM[protected]

Today suddenly both phones stopped giving me access to phone calls and the message was of 'no balance or insufficient balance'.
I didn't have any need to make many calls since I use internet, whatsapp and signal.
This is monstrous...

No service for bsnl network in avanigadda mandal of Krishna district of Andhra pradesh from 270722.All other networks working...

Please remove unused bsnl poel near my house it affects the mobality in this area...

No messages being delivered, OTP comes but after a long delay
Confirmed with the bank, Right number registered, Still credit/debit transaction messages not coming...

The above mentioned connection was held by me when i was posted in Ferozepur, i terminated the connection on 23 Apr 2022 and paid all my pending bills on the next bills cycle . As per said norms I’m supposed to get my paid advance in 60 days from the termination of the connection but was not received yet, the agent (Navneet) who was involved in the connection is not picking my calls and not the bsnl Ferozepur...

I'm trying to port from bsnl to other network. When i send port message instead of generating UPC number I'm receiving below message. "Request for UPC for your mobile no. could not be processed. Please retry after some time."...

I sent the porting message to 1900 twice, but got the following reply both the time

"Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed."
"Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time."...

Fist application filed on 20th August 2021 at
BSNL JSW Ballery Office, Karnataka.
more than 10-15 calls aging mail in May 2022 they are saying Budget problem, application pending for approval with GM etc...

While i am applying to mobile number [protected] portability there is a sms given to Bsnl did not give proper network while local power cut. If occur any local power cut the BSNL network also getting down to '0'. so i want port my sim but these message shown everytime when we sms on 1900

Upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider....

Hi, this is a complaint again bsnl kerala circle number [protected]

Getting unwanted whatzap messages/phone calls from this number. This number seems suspicious

Kindly trace the number by checking calls and messages and whatzap msgs and take necessary action.

Irritating number...

Getting continuous cal from bsnl- kerala number. Blocked the call. Still call is continuous. Kindly take action toward the below number by tracing the calls and messages. Via true caller i found that he is torturing many people. Mental pressure.

because of this problem i can not do recharge to my number....

I am trying to get my sim ported out from bsnl to other network. Message is not being sent to 1900. It's failing again and again. Though I have active plan for 28 days.

Please resolve the issue urgently....
