Respected Madam/Sir
I applied for the refund of my mobile number [protected] in August 2020. I got response from your office on 09.05.2022 vide letter no. ASR/TR/ CMTS/REFUND/492 dt 02.05.2022 through which particulars of my bank account were required for issue of said refund of Rs2213/- by email. I sent my bank particulars on the same day by mail as required.
There after I received telephone call from Account officer Mr Durgesh who told me that my cheque is ready. I requested him to send it by registered post as i was not feeling well at that time. He replied in positive and nothing more was uttered by him.
I want to inform you that till today i have not received that cheque.Two years have already lapsed. Today when i contacted Mr Durgesh on phone his reply was that what can I do, we have sent cheque by simple post, we do not have funds for registries.
I request you to look into the matter and solve the matter. I am a attaching herewith some screen shoots of my earlier emails. If no positive response received I will have to knock the door of Consumer Court since the matter over delayed and being a senior citizen I am being harrassed for the last two years.

      I am residing at Porur chennai. After surrendering my landline no [protected]( Ac no.[protected], I have given bank details at Kodambakkam Ganganagar BSNL office. 2 years elapsed, till now the deposit amount has not been refunded. Still I am getting everything month a "nil ' bill. Pl do the needful to refund the deposit. By L Gurumoorthi

        I am trying to port my number to another network service provider.

        PORT send to 1900

        During the process of generating porting code I am getting below message :

        "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

          Address: Bharat Sanchar Bhavan Harish Chandra Mathur Lane Janpath, New Delhi-110 001

          I made payment of Rs 1, 197 through PayZapp on 17 February 2022 for BSNL prepaid pack. My mobile number is [protected]. However, the pack was not activated since it was not applicable to my mobile connection.
          The transaction id is [protected].

          Upon contacting the HDFC PayZapp team they have written back stating that the transaction [protected] was successful and they are unable to provide a refund until BSNL rejects the transaction.

          BSNL has not replied to any of my mails and has not provided any statement that transaction [protected] was rejected. I need this confirmation before approaching the HDFC PayZapp team again regarding the refund.

            I have tried to generate UPC number multiple times, but every time getting below 2 messages

            1) Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

            2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 91xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

            I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care and asked what is the issue and when it will be resolved? They said that they don't know about it and are not sure what the error is.

              I am not getting upc code from bsnl tried so many times still they say your request is delayed and after few minutes they say your request can't be processed..try after few minutes.
              These kind of issue is happening daily with me... please help me to get my upc code from bsnl .so that I can Port my number

                I wish to port my telecom service provider. So I have sent port sms to 1900 number of times. All the time I got the message as delayed or couldn't be processed. Kindly help me to solve this issue.

                  Respected sir,
                  I want to request you to kindly provide the BSNL caller tune and other services which are not yet provided in North India but these are available in South and East India. It is not fair for Northern people to not have access to these services. And also provide VoLte services for BSNL users.

                    My Bsnl Sim is not working from last night it showing no service in my device I tried changing sim slots and even tried inserting the sim into another device and it's stil not working so please help solving this issue

                      I want to port my BSNL prepaid mobile number.i have sent many times PORT MSG but they replied... UPC can't generated due to substiting contractual obligations.
                      I have also called many times but customer care don't receive my call.worst company in india is BSNL.pls help

                        I have surrendered my bsnl landline with account no. [protected] on 23/03/2019 and it's been more than 3 years but still haven't received the refund of the deposit amount of Rs. 1844. I would request the department to refund the security amount immediately along with 10% interest applicable.

                          I recharge through bsnl self care app.when i recharge money is debited from my account but recharge is not done..i dont see any notification regarding this recharge. Bsnl customer care dont give any solution for this.they dont have any responsibility about their job. If this worst quality of service bsnl give their customer then it must be privatize.

                            Have received the worst service by BSNL as the internet is down always and even after registering the complaint the issue is not being solved. The answers provided by them are not technically so strong. Such a disappointing service. And after such bad service they expect to pay the bills on time. Please take strict action against the company and the employees aren't active at the work

                                I have noted the telephony and broadband services offered by this firm have reliability issues and there is very little info available if any in addressing them.

                                I was told that there was an exchange service outage near my area about 3 days ago without any ETC. I have lost broadband connection for the past 5 days. Here is a list of issues.

                                1. frequent number of outages and repairs
                                2. outsourced support with limited staff capacity
                                3. unresponsive staff who switch phones off
                                4. no sense o[censored]rgency or of customer needs
                                5. expectation of bill payments for whether or not services are delivered.
                                6. no escalation path or face available for a consumer
                                7. very poor communication on acknowledgment, providing reference complaint number, customer status follow-up, and providing info on something in repair or an outage.
                                8. cannot provide expected time to completion of a fix.
                                9. ping-pong of blame game
                                10. lack of pro-active outage detection and fix

                                        I can't generate UPC. When I was sending request for generating UPC I got a message saying "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.
