    i have BSNL landline no[protected] the cable wire is broken and it is not repaired inspite of no of attempts made by us. the phone is working only because we have made it in a temporary position to receive and dial calls, but that too with difficult situations. we request that the wiring be fixed and proper cabling work is done and the temporary nature of working is removed as soon as possible. we are facing many problems. thanks MUKESH GARG FLAT 61, 2ND FLOOR 209, A.J.C.       The only way towards the main road from the houses in our area has been completely blocked by the people who are digging up the land for laying cable from the BSNL company. Its been 3 days since now from 20/06/2015. We have raised a complaint to those people and no actions have been taken till now. And there is no access to the road also. We are not able to go out anywhere since no vehicle is able to pass through it and more ever there are heavy rains in these areas and makes it impossible for any vehicle to cross it. No actions have been taken till now and it causes a lot of inconvenience for the people staying here. Please take necessary actions towards the situation and have it sorted out as soon as possible.

        I'm a bsnl land line customer since2007. Nowadays, Bsnl recently introduced a plan to land line customers. Ie.. free calling to all land line and mobile in any network in India from may 1-2015. In this time, I went to chalakudy bsnl office and ask about this offer. One of the staff is tell about that, this offer is applicable to all the land line customers except broadband connections. But, in this month, they calculated bill by added my calls during that time(9pm-7am) in my bill amount.No free benefits given to me. It is a kind of mis selling.           i booked a tatkal ticket from bangalore to kacheguda on[protected], unfortunately transaction was declined, but my money was debited from ICICI bank, but i had not recived any ticket even in my account it was not diaplaying any information. kindly refund my money.. if needed please cal on [protected]

            I have applied for the FTTH + landline connection and have submitted all the relevant documents and demand money on 13 march 2015. On request of BSNL field executive, i have also purchased all the devices and fibre cable that is required for setup. However the BSNL officers now says that there isn't any point available(if point is not available why was the demand generated) and new cabling work is still in progress. It's been more than 3 months now and the issue is still as is. There is no update or progress, i have been asking to officers about expected date to get connection!, and reply is - "Dekho ab sarkari kaam hai time to lagta hai" I have uploaded the receipt of demand here: http://bit.ly/FTTH-noconn Request to please loopin to the issue and do the needfull

              This is cheating that you do not get what you pay for,
              Every month we pay a bill of 1178 / - and despite paying we do not get speed from bsnl, shame on bsnl for cheating customers of india.
              This is as good as corruption by bsnl. Please find the poor speed screenshot attached, w hen u pay for 2mps speed to bsnl.

                Dear Sir, I am writing this with heart broken, My Land line number is[protected], I have made a complaint no[protected] on 14/06/2015 for non functioning of my phone. Till today they have not repaired my phone. But to my surprise they have closed my complaint without repairing it.When I tried to contact your GM office regarding my faulty phone NOBODY is picking the Phone Including your PRO and GM. If your GM and PRO does not care for customers then how can one expect customer care from other officers .The problem with my connection is that, they have given OPEN WIRING even a slight wind or a bird siting on the wire will terminate the connection, I have been begging for concealed wiring for the past 5 years ( even a small PVT telecom players are giving concealed wiring now). NOW, I need concealed wiring for my land line and *RENTAL WAIVER FOR THE ABOVE SAID PERIOD* Regards, Vasu.p

                  Sir, I have cancelled my landline phone of BSNL on November 2014.Till now I have not received the deposit amount. I have enquired obout the matter with Nallasopara office they told me that it will take 3 months to settle the amount but now 7 months passed . Still I am waiting for the amound.How long I have to wait for the payment .I am senior citizen also a Handicapped Person. So pls help me

                    I applied for the bsnl broadband connection 1 week ago and after doing so many calls they asked me to come to the exchange for the connection.They asked me to purchase BSNL MODEM FOR RS.1800 from them for the connection.I trusted them fully and inspite of getting the modem from the market i preferred to bought from them without checking the market price for the modem.On the next day of the purchase of the modem, modem adapter stopped working.When i told them about this, they told me that bsnl doesnot give any warranty for the modem.We are not responsible for this.And to my suprise when i checked the market price of the modem it was just 900rs. BSNL is providing chinese modem at double rate from the market to their customers and is giving them without warranty. I bought this modem from BSNL EXCHANGE RAMPUR BUSHAHR, DISTT.SHIMLA HIMACHAL PRADESH. So, its my request to you that you should take some action against BSNL for this so that in future they think twice before fooling the customers.                       Dear Sir / Madam, I am facing issue with incoming / outgoing voice cracking for my BSNL pre paid mobile number - [protected] from 21st April 2015. I was lodge a complaint through customer care, complaint ID - 1D[protected] but it was resolved without inform me and without actual problem solved. Even no one call from BSNL office to this number to check what is problem. I was sent several mail to Nodal and Appellate officer of Maharashtra circle, they are even not responding to this mail. I have tried contact via call but no help. you can see below mail chain. I am frustrated too much from BSNL service and this is my last try with BSNL for grievances.                             Customer no: [protected] Account no: [protected] We have been using BSNL for over 15 years now. Since 15th April 2015 till 11th June 2015 we had a non functional phone line due to BSNL issues. Irrespective of lodging multiple complaints, BSNL authorities failed to rectify the issue for almost 2 months. They have however sent us a bill of 300 plus (Bill no:[protected] which is absolutely outrageous considering the fact that the respective authorities did know about the non functionality of the phone connection. I have contacted Belman, Inna and Karkala telephone exchange however i haven't received any positive response. I refuse to be ripped off like this. I do not wish to pay the charges that was falsely billed to us and want the money to be waived off. Requesting the BSNL authorities to look into the matter failing which i will take this matter to court.

                                  I am the customer of BSNL post paid service for Krushi Paln. I replace my SIM card for Nano Sim on 12/06/2015, inspite of daily follow up my new card yet not started till date. I experienced very bad and rude reply from the employees working at Chalisgaon Telephone Exchange. I really fed-up BSNL services.
