My mobile number is [protected] (Bangalore). On 6th June a SMS was delivered on mobile stating that: 'Thanks for subscribing to WALLPAPERS8(59797) Service. You have been charged Rs 8.0 for 8 days. To unsub send SMS STOP or call 155223.' I wish to inform you that I have never subscribed to any service. I do not wish to subscribe to any service in future too. Please ensure that these types of SMS are never sent to my mobile. Please refund the amount of Rs 8.0 charged to my mobile number. DOn't got recharge and don't get refund to my Bank account I HAVE PAY RS 251 TO BSNL VIA HDFC SAMART BY BUT NOT RECHARGE TO ME. श्री मान जी मेरे द्वारा दि.06/06/2015को नेट बैंकिग द्वारा bsnl प्रीपेड 159 रू का स्‍पेशल रिचार्ज के स्‍थान पर भूलवश top up रिचार्ज हाे गया जो गलती मै स्‍वीकार करता हॅू लेेकिन मुझे आवश्‍यक पर्याप्‍त बैंलेस होने पर भी अन्‍य अर्थात 135 रू मिनट रिचार्ज की जानकारी का उचित समाधान कस्‍टमर केयर अधिकारियाें द्वारा 6-7 बार फोन करने के बाद भी नहीें बताया जा रहा है तथा जो समाधान बताया जाता है वह कई बार प्रयास करने के बावजूद भी सफल नहीं होता है आैर न बैंलेंस पुनः लौटाया जाता है ै

Sir, I am using BSNL broadband services on my Landline no.[protected] at Naraingarh-134203 Distt. Ambala ( Haryana). Without my request, Subject Cited service has been activated on my connection and charges for which also have been imposed in my April and may 2015 bill. So pl. deactivate this undesired service immediately and refund the amount paid. last month also we filed complaint but still got bill for may month. We were paying yearly bill for last few years. But suddenly you start charging extra money for this unwanted service.

My no [protected] with airtel .since last 10 days there's no internet on my mobile in spite of repeated complaints through online and through calling cc and even visiting cc center the issue is pending when ever I enquire about the status they say that the issue is taken on priority and it will be resolved very soon but they don't give the time period specified time frame as per TRAI guidelines

On 21.05.2015 I have applied for shifting of the telephone connection bearing No.[protected] from Plot No.F/482, Sector-7, CDA, Cuttack, Odisha to Plot No.D/196, Sector-7, CDA, Cuttack, Odisha, but till date the same has not been done. Please do the same at an earliest.

I am from tamilnadu and my exchange is thuckalay. Recently I have activated the broadband connection in my landline. For the modem purchase, the guy who configure the modem ( mr. Sheik) said, he will not configure the modem, if the modem is not purchased from him. I can buy the modem from him, but he is selling the modem 30 percent more than market price. Kindly control this guys.

my landline number[protected] is dead past 14 days but i have complained lots of times but they will come and see every where and they will they ok wait for 5 mins i will go and switch on the line but nothing phone is still dead and every time my phone line get some problem what the hell iam paying monthly rs1000/- for dead phone please help...

I called cellone toll free no [protected] and talked to their employee about my tarrif plan detail but he gave me wronge information about my tarrif plan company should take action toward these guyz who dont have information about their product or services Timings of my call Wednesday 3rd june 2015 time 9:34pm At [protected]

I am facing BSNL broadband connectivity problem today on 03 June 2015 it is connecting and disconnecting frequently. From the month of january 2015 I have lodge more than twenty (20) complaints via phone on toll free No.1500 and also in BSNL customer care center in Indira Nagar Lucknow. My landlines No[protected] was installed in November 2014, was working very good about one and half month. After that having internet connectivity problem lodge complaint. After 10 to 20 hours BSNL staff called on land line phone and ask "is your phone working OK" and as I reply "phone is Ok but..." before I could say that broadband is not working they disconnected the phone. after all this I received a SMS that your complaint is resolve. More than eight time I had visited customer care center at BSNL Office in Indira Nagar Lucknow, they wrote in complaint register and every time same procedure repeated. Every complaint is closed on phone call and on SMS. After complaint some time internet work properly some time I again lodge the new complaint after getting SMS of the "complaint resolve" about one week back around 25 to 27 of May 2015, after complaint some body called and said that you should change plan to Rs.1400/= monthly, my current plan is Rs. 675/= monthly, then you will get the proper broadband speed. While same connection was working fine during first one and half month of installation. When I visited the Indira Nagar, Lucknow BSNL office on 16th may 2015, meet SDO, he rudely said BSNL only provide connectivity so check your system and did not listen any thing, and when i said what I have to do "said do whatever you want to do". I am in unable to get the solution. As I reside in Government Campus there is only BSNL is available. So BSNL has monopoly and worst service and customer care of BSNL is well known. Dear Sir, In reference to above mentioned subject, both BSNL Landline [Client] Numbers[protected] &[protected] is not working form May 2015's first week to till date. We, Mayank Equipments, Basni ii nd Phase, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, have booked complain many times at Customer Care, but we have nor received proper response from BSNL Customer Care. BSNL Customer Care advise us every time that your complaint will be resolved within 24 Hours, but not resolved till date. We approached personally BSNL JTO- BASNI, Jodhpur [protected], but he is also said to us that I am surly resolved the complaints today. However, he is also failed to resolved the complaint and he is not pick up the phone. I'm Using AirTel now. my number is [protected]. I have opted for MNP and got my UPC number on 25th May 2015. I applied for BSNL MNP connection on 26th May 2015. I provided all the Details for Proof and submitted my application with BSNL CSC (Bibikulam, Madurai District, Tamilnadu). It has been more than a week and still my New BSNL Sim is not activated. When i contacted all sorts of BSNL customer service centres including the one where i applied, i received very very poor response and they are asking me to contact AirTel to close my connection. Help me in this issue

Sir, I have availed broadband connection in bsnl. my landline number is[protected] I have not subscribed for the games, movies and music on download but a sum of Rs.460/ has been unnecessarily included in my bills. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. So kindly deactivate the hungama plan immediately. My BSNL broadband connection[protected] is not working properly since last 6 months, its stay connected for few minutes and then gets disconnected. I made several complaints, but still have the same status. I even didn't get any satisfactory answers either from customer care nor from local BSNL staff. Nobody came to visit my place till date, even after several complaints. Also BSNL customer care no. doesn't work properly from Noida, It is really pathetic situation.
