    FROM 14.05.2015 MY BRODBAND IS NOT WORKING AND FROM THAT DAY I HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAINT TO BSNL CUSTOMER CARE BUT FROM THAT DATE THEY ARE ASSURING ME THAT OUR ENGINEER WILL ATTEND THE COMPLAINT WITHIN 24-48 HOURS BUT MY COMPLAINT HAVE NOT BEEN SOLVED YET. AFTER 48 HOURS I AM REGULARLY CALING THE CALL CENTRE AND THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM, THEY ONLY ASSURE ME THAT MY COMPLAINT WILL BE SOLVED AT THE EARLIEST.SO I REQUEST U TO KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATLY OR I HAVE TO DISCONECT MY CONNECTION AND PURCHASE ONE ANOTHER BRAND BRODBAND CONNECTION.

      For 1 week broadband and landline is not working properly, I made my complained on customer care but there is no response or improvement on my complaint, after one week I called customer care and enquired on my complaint, but it's so awful, customer care people have me the procedure to stop the service instead of solving the problem.

        Dear Sir, I recharged Rs135 Topup Plan on dated 16.05.2015...it recharge successfully and work 14 sec only while plan gives 334 min in UPW circle for any Network.. i complained to customer care ...they booked complaint and gives a docket no (2E[protected] and said to me wait 48 hours...after completed 48 hours...the docket closed without any solution..i complained again..and again customer care booked my complaint with new docket no (2E[protected] and again said to wait another 48 hours...after completing 48 hours again docket was closed with any solution... i talked so many customer executives (Like sonam, Karuna, Radhika, Nagendra, sanjeet and so many executives..) including senior executive Geeta but they all are failed to solve this problem... Now Please suggest me what should i do...!!! so you are requested to look into the matter and get this problem solved. with regards Hemant Kumar Mob [protected]

          This is second time i am complaining from consumer complaints website about the same problem.. bsnl still dint resolve it. don't know if they are understanding my complaint. its been 4 weeks now... i am complaining about bsnl broadband internet problem (connection drops/ no constant signal) and also the land line is not clear(disturbance). i received few calls from bsnl, asking about the problem, i explained to them that connection drops after few minutes.. and also the phone line is not clear. they said they will resolve it. but i am still facing the same problem.. registered my complaint on 198 so many times.. but no use. only reason we are using bsnl is because of its good broadband plans.. but its services are worst. our bsnl no.[protected] add-- new goods shed road, 5th cross. Belgaum, karnataka pin- 590001.

              i paid 5000rs for 1470rs internet connection as advance on around 8th may.they said i will get connection in 4 days.but till now i didnt get connecctioon and when contacted they are not replying to my calls and sometimes they are talking carelessly, disrespectfully.

                For past few days I am getting my internet speed of 20kBps in which I am supposed to get at least of 2Mbps.. I ve called Bsnl Cc 1502. 3 of the staff attend my call and said to wait until they get the information that I needed .. but I was in hold for very long time .. they are gone.. Near by BSNL centre, they're not helping me regarding the issue .. Solve the problem as soon as possible without further delay .. because I'm using the data card for past one year .. My bsnl data card no - [protected] Plan - Evdo ul 750 Alternative contact number - [protected].. I needed to complete the process as soon as fast..

                    I had recharged for Rs 200 on 8/5/15 on my mobile number [protected].I was shocked to find my balance to drop down to rs 15 as of today(18/5/15).I tried calling on 1503 to ask them if any plan has been activated but no such option was available to speak to the customer care representative.I am truly disappointed with the service from bsnl and would like to voice my complaints here!

                        Sir/Madam, We are living near Ottoor junction in Varkala Taluk limits of Trivandrum disrtrict.The BSNL tower covering this area is from Manamboor Naalumukku Jn, which is almost a kilometer away.Six moths back it was found that the signal strength at Ottoor and nearby areas is fluctuating from nil condition to two or three bits.The matter was brought to the concerned BSNL officers(AEs) and they informed that the reason is due to a faulty antina pointing to Ottoor area, on the Manaboor Jn Tower.They assured as o[censored]ninterrupted service within few days, even without accepting a written complaint from the public in this matter.Now also the problem continues, worse than ever.If this be the case we(the villagers) have no other option other than quitting all these connections for ever.Please do the needful.                           Sir/Madam, This is to inform with utter frustration that I am not able to get a continuous net availability for the last 3 months.(No:[protected] For 6 pm to 10 pm not is completely unavailable. Rest of the time it comes and goes. We have called BSNL office for around 20 times. Nearly 7 times they came here to check after checking here and there they say problem is not here and not from there and it is in the line. Still they are not doing anything.We are paying the bill of more than 700 for the last three months. Pleas do the needful.

                            I had paid all the dues and requested them to cancel my land line and broadband connection in the month of February 2015. They told it will be done in few days. I received a bill for the month of Feb and march 2015, now they have sent a letter stating that i have to pay Rs 1162 to continue using my broadband and landline services

                              Sir/Madam, Last month i got 3G data usage bill 10, 700. I came to the BSNL office twice. Accounts officer showed usage of around 8000 on April 23rd, 24th 2015. I haven't used the 3G SIM all at that time. Can you please help in the validty of this abnormal bill. I have been using the 3D cell for data usage and the bill used to be around 150/- to 300/- for the past 3 years. Officer informed that i was notified message. But i was using the 3G broadband adapter, hence i didn't recieve any messages. My 3G cell number is [protected] and account number is[protected] Can u please help in resolving the issue.                                 evdo service is very pathetic at jorhat, tower is just within a km and told by bsnl personnel that speed is good in this area, but customer care phone is not picked, i have seen the receiver was kept in busy mode. who will listen to us for loss of our money

                                        I have made a complaint on 14.05.15 regarding quick recharge of Bsnl mob No.[protected] for rs.135 on 08.05.15. Some body from [protected] asking my credit card details including CVC number. I doubted and did not tell my CVC to the person calling details. Kindly confirm on my e mail that the person was a genuine one or fraud, so that I may take suitable legal action against all concern. M Ali khan
