Dear Sir, I have been availing BSNL Broadband facility under “BB Home Combo ULD 800” against my Telephone No.[protected] for the last 6/7 years. It is very unfortunate to say that during the whole period I have been facing inconvenience every so often in accessing internet. However, during the last 40 days or more I have been facing great
difficulties in surfing internet. It disconnects frequently and takes long time to open a page and some pages are displayed in random manner as well as some pages are not displayed at all. When I go for "Troubleshooting the problem" it always shows "Your connection between Access Point, Router or Cable Modem and Internet is Broken". I have communicated the matter to the local office several occasions but the problem is still continuing. Further, I have lodged complaint online but
unfortunately any fruitful action from your end is yet to be noticed.It is not expected from a organisation like BSNL. I am fed up with this broadband problem and I shall have no other alternative but to surrender the connection if the problem continues.. I, therefore, request you to take the matter on top priority basis to restore the proper functioning of my broadband and at the same time it is also requested to take necessary steps to solve the problem permanently rather than for the time being.
