Despite of registered letter dated January 14, 2015, May 1, 2015 & repeated personal contacts BSNL Jodhpur is not releasing refund of land line phone disconnection adjustment amount by BSNL Jodhpur phone mo.[protected], Account no. [protected] and even excess charged instrument charge Rs. 200/=. Even not informing the amount of refund and date of payment. Never seen such type of beaurocracy. Attaching scan copy of correspondence for kind perusal pls. The problem is we are receiving many times from minjur. booking complaint continuously trying to call through different Operators including BSNL from minur and bsnl customer serice.But he is unable to connect internet .. We complained at minjur Telephone Exchange, They told us that there is no problem at their end. I request you to please look into this problem and solve as early as possible your's faithfully ...         Dear Sir I tried paying BSNL landline bill (Jaipur Rajasthan) online using BSNL portal. After completing the net banking transaction, Amount was deducted from my ICICI bank and a/c has been debited but amount Rs1, 012.00 got deducted from my account on 20th April, 2015 Below are my consumer details of BSNL for which the payment was made Name : Shiv Kumar Nadheria Bill Account Number: [protected] Phone Number. :[protected] Bill Invice Number and date : [protected] 03/04/2015 ICICI Debit card payment reference number - Bank trans id [protected]/0 Bsnl gave me this msg. Your Transaction TX [protected] is failed ( Ammount is deducted and transcition is failed) Kindly help in getting the payment processed. I contacted the bsnl office they told me that you tried to make payment through Debit Card on 20/04/2015 at 9:34 am due to some error transistion failed and this ammount stayed with icici bank and they asked to contact bank They have given Bank reference id [protected] and bill desk id is CSMP[protected] so I request you to credit ammount 1012 back to my account as I have made payment to bsnl cash thanks shiv kumar nadheria mob [protected]

          Dear Sir We as Hope Institution, one and half month back shifted the telephone along with broad band service to the new premises, our telephone number is[protected], the phone has been fixed but internet user name and password till date has not been issue, and more over telephone is not working most of the time, since its a Institution and internet connection is very important, several time we have complain over the phone and in personal but nothing has been done.             Dear Sir, I have been availing BSNL Broadband facility under “BB Home Combo ULD 800” against my Telephone No.[protected] for the last 6/7 years. It is very unfortunate to say that during the whole period I have been facing inconvenience every so often in accessing internet. However, during the last 40 days or more I have been facing great difficulties in surfing internet. It disconnects frequently and takes long time to open a page and some pages are displayed in random manner as well as some pages are not displayed at all. When I go for "Troubleshooting the problem" it always shows "Your connection between Access Point, Router or Cable Modem and Internet is Broken". I have communicated the matter to the local office several occasions but the problem is still continuing. Further, I have lodged complaint online but unfortunately any fruitful action from your end is yet to be noticed.It is not expected from a organisation like BSNL. I am fed up with this broadband problem and I shall have no other alternative but to surrender the connection if the problem continues.. I, therefore, request you to take the matter on top priority basis to restore the proper functioning of my broadband and at the same time it is also requested to take necessary steps to solve the problem permanently rather than for the time being.               I Paid On Line Landline Phone Bill For Telephone No.[protected] through internet banking under above said B S N L Txn, No.[protected] 24/04/15 at19:42:35 RS.1046/- AND IBP BILL DESK
              TXN.NO. IBP BILL DESK[protected]/04/2015 for which An Message from UCO BANK SMS
              received on 24/04/2015 at 19:47:50 that my Saving Bank a/c Debited for Rs.1046/-. B S N L site was showing up to 27/04/15 Bank Confirmation AWAITED FOR THE SAID TRANSACTION.BUT TODAY BSNL site is Showing Transaction Failed. I Have Paid my Telephone Bill In Time. No penality should be levied . AND credit should be given to BSNL FOR MY BILL A/C NO.[protected] at the earliest.

                Very Poor Network Voice call clarity

                I have a problem with my BSNL prepaid network, when I'm calling to some one we can hear the voice of this person but next person can't listen the my voice, this Problem is only in this area, We have to goes in to another area the network is working Fine & voice of both side is listening clearly.. We have to request you please resolve this problem as soon as possible....

                I'm Karthik and my landline no is[protected] and i requested for landline shift to my new address and i submitted the request form on 16th April 2015 in BSNL office and the date of shifting was mentioned as 22nd April 2015 and till now no action taken from BSNL and i tried calling customer care several times. Each time a customer care person picked up the phone, asked me all the details and told it will take 2 more days. Every time the customer care person gave me the same reason [it will take 2 days]. I dont know why it is delaying this much time. Almost a week passed and still no action from BSNL's end. Please help me to get my request resolved as soon as possible.Really very very poor service.

                Also they disconnected the landline connection before 2 weeks for shifting but still they have not activated it and not even shifted it. I'm unable to use the landline phone as well as broadband.

                  Dear Sir, My name is B.Satyanarayana, my no is [protected] .It is a new connection activated on 24/04/2015. The problem is we are receiving calls from all over India except Bangalore. My son is continuously trying to call through different Operators including BSNL from Bangalore.But he is unable to connect.He also called to one of my neighbours number to that phone also he is unable to get connected. We complained at Manglagiri Telephone Exchange, They told us that there is no problem at their end. We have complain many time, but till date nothing has been done, we have also received the telephone bill. Since its a computer Institution without internet connection its very difficult for us.                             My BSNL landline phone stopped working nearly 5 days ago. I had registered online complaint. My complain number is [protected]. They gave me time of 24-48 hours. But it took more than 5 days that i registered the complaint and still no solution is obtained.

                                My No: [protected], BSNL Cauvery, I did online validity recharge on 16/04/2015. It was not successful. I made it offline and it was successful. I called to the customer care immediately and told this. They consoled me that money will come back to my account within 7 days. I have been waiting it, but it did not come back yet. Please look into this issue and do the needful soon.

                                  This is in reference to application for new FTTH connection at my residenceDetail of Demand Note and Payments are in attached scanned image) Application for FTTH connection was submitted in March 2014. A demand Note was issued from BSNL Office Raghougarh on 21.03.2014 and accordingly Rs 2550 was deposited in Post office for the connection. Even after some months also connection was not given at my residence giving reason that FTTH line was not laid near my residence area. I thought without FTTH line How can I get connection (A valid reason). But it was shocking when I get notification on my cell that my FTTH connection is activated. And worst part was that I got bill too in billing cycle that too without connection. So in nutshell, I applied for FTTH connection in March 2015 (1 Year 1 month 4 days), No Connection provided at residence. Billed for an amount Rs 7203 till date. BILL DETAILS Bill Number [protected] Circle MP-MadhyaPradesh / GNA Bill Date 09 Apr 15 Phone Number 297609 Pay By Date 01 May 15 Account Number [protected] Bill Amount 7203.00 I followed up with local raghougarh bsnl office for the issue. They assured me for resolution. But no further updates from their side. I also send written complaint to them through speed post and receiving was confirmed by one of executive. The issue is long pending issue and needs to be resolved on priority. I tried with customer care toll free number too but they also advised me to contact local office only. Online complain was also not feasible as no option for FTTH connection is available at portal. As It has been more than one year for connection to be provided. Right now I am in no need of FTTH connection at my residence. So it is humble request to refund my paid amount (Rs 2550) and terminate the connection immediately.

                                    Dear All,
                                    Basically we are leading real estate firm in surat.we provide the facilities to our customer of broadband and Internet connection. we would like to inform you that we had a contract with BSNL surat Gujarat on date 22/1/2015 for my both project swar sangini and sangini solitaire located in vesu, surat. on that contract BSNL commited that work will be complete in 4 weeks of confirm contact order and 100% advance payment. we already paid them 100% advance along with contract order. but till toady we dont received any kind of connection at my both site. we received very irresponsible and un satisfying anwer from BSNL . Nobady take this matter seriously. because of that i lost our prestige in market. now we don't wont to do work with them we wont our refund money back.

                                      In the last five months, my 3G data speed was very slow on evening and night. There a 2G speed is good. Why this?
