Dear Sir/Madam, My prepaid mobile is [protected]. I am using Internet through mobile. I am not getting proper signal. Sometimes getting 2G/3G and in between it goes off and site is opening. My DATA is being consumed. It is being frequently. Due to this I am not able to do my job and facing lot of problem. To complete my job I took Airtel SIM which is working but too costly to afford. Hence, you are requested to look into the matter and resolve my problem.

    My BSNL land line phone[protected] is dead since more than 8 months and in spite of lodging complaint with BSNL both from in person written complaint as well as lodged through swagatham (1500 toll) service, BSNL has issued complaint tracking number but no use of those as no one from BSNL has turned up to us even after a month follow up. BSNL as usual started charging the monthly rental amount in spite of talking to their customer care and requesting either to resolve the dead connection or do not charge us. We keep on receiving the bills even date. Finally we fed up and approaching consumer complaints for a better judgement and resolution. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

      Hello, My BSNL Landline number:[protected] is dead from 15th March 2015. Regarding that I have submit atleast 15 complaints, talked to officers in Patel Marg, Mansarovar exchange, Heera path Mansarovar, exchange, BSNL main exchange. I called there and went personally many times, they always say it will be done in 2-3 days but its April 19th, 1 month and 4 days but still no resolution. Moreover i get the full bill for that month to pay. Everybody knows in these exchanges that this number is dead and need to fix this, but no one wants to take responsiblity for the same. Whenever I called them, they identify me saying, "2395452 na, haan sir jaldi ho jaega ham dekh rahe hain", I dont know what arey they looking for 1 month 4 days. Here are the point of contacts during this period: 1. Registered complaints on 1500 and 198 2. Whenever i submit a complaint, in 2 days i get the message that complaint has been resolved, without fixing the problem they send this message. and this is happening from that day, i submit complaint, i get the message that its fixed, i again submit a complaint. 3. I talked to Mr. Nagarwal in Mansarovar Exchange, he said the same it will be done in 2-3 days, but no use. he said i dont have that staff to fix that problem. 4. So, I talked to Mr. Meena ([protected]), he said the same, regarding fixing but no solution. 5. Then I found a number of Mr. Agarwal[protected] from BSNL Site, he said the same. 6. Then when I called again to Mr. Agarwal, I got the number of MR. N K SIngh ([protected] ), someone said he is the main of BSNL Jaipur. I called there twice he said the same: "Yes, we are working on It". 7. After 4-5 days when nothing happened, I mailed to BSNL Sr. GM, DGM, but i did not get any response yet. Attached are the list of complaints.

        hi, I ashish from pune gave the complaint about my data problem on 13 april 2105 but still the BSNL didint solve my issue and i am calling to bsnl customer care that solve my problem as early as possible but they didnt do that. my no .[protected]

            I Dr.G.K MohanachandranNair, phone no. [protected], try to pay bill of march 2015 by online net paying on 16/04/2015 at 20.05 . But the OTP code will not get on time, The secret code get after an hour late .So I can't pay the bill on time. I had to go to the Custumer Care Centre.

              Please Deactivate BSNL hungama full service. My landline number is[protected]. I would like the BSNL Hungama plan for movies, games, and music to be deactivated from my account. I have unnecessarily paid Rs. 1191( +410) for the past month without using any of the above said website. Please deactivate the same as early as possible.                     I has deactivated for hungama site, i want amount deduction for march and april month, because i did not use this site, march month bill i have bill rs.80 mor for hungama, this month april in that customer care centre, hungama told that, per day rs.15 should be chargable, still i did not use this site, apr17 today only i know details of that. Apr1 to 17 rs.255 should be charged, please try to refund this amount.

                        My land line, number[protected] has been dead for the last 3 days i.e., 72 hours and till now nothing has been done about it. I have tried to contact the local exchange (at Chingavannam, Kottayam District, Kerala State), but nobody picks up the phone. True there were a couple of day's holidays i.e., Tuesday (Ambedkar Jayanti) & Wednesday (Vishu), however, till now nothing has been done and the way things are going, nothing will be done for the next 72 hours either. Though BSNL land line connections are a thing of the past, I still believe that if their services in other cities are good, then the city of Kottayam can also be improved. I request this honorable forum to look into this matter and resolve it as early as possible. Thank you in anticipation of the success you will achieve.

                          Balasubramanian S <[protected]@gmail.com>Apr 10 (5 days ago)to de.ca.bccs.che., sdecnagsm, degsm.inst, bcc: manisbscellone post paid customer of [protected].and a/c no.[protected] ISD roaming was opted duly paying deposit of Rs 5000 and got sim replacement vide rpt no.RP-PSP/KEL/[protected]/949 dt. 31/3/15. After arrival in USA on 08/04/15, ISD roaming was tried for activation but i could not activate since my SAMSUNG handset 1589 is not compatible and support1900 Mhz frequency in USA and hence ISD roaming could not be utilized. It is requested that ISD roaming may please be deactivated and further my existing plan of 325 may be switched over to a minimam plan of 99 for a period of 6 monthsso as to reduce the cost expenditure to a min.pl. A line of reply is solicited pl. The above request was made and no compliance but directed to report consumer compliants. It is requested to solve the issue early

                              I am S.Latha Devi and my phone number is[protected] . My phone is not working properly (getting lot of disturbance while talking on phone to the other person) from past one year . After booking the complaint, person will be sent to check the problem.But after few days the same problem we r facing. From past few months, after booking the complaint we r getting message that our complaint has been booked and after one day we r getting the message that our problem has been resolved. Without coming and checking and getting confirmed how can the message sent. BSNL is neglecting for checking into our problem .Sending the bill promptly. Kindly look into the matter and respond immediatly

                                    I am postpaid BSNL customer since long back. Since the beginning I have been paying my mobile bill regularly within due date. Unfortunately from last few months unwanted messages regarding outstanding bills are arriving to my cellphone with a warning to disconnect services even after payment.The matter was brought to the notice of the BSNL through their Customer Service unit but they replied that due to some system error the wrong messages are sent automatically to my phone and a assured me there will be no barring of services. Now on 11/4/2015 message of bill was received by me with amount and due date of payment was mentioned as 28/4/2015 and if pay by internet the due date is 26/4/2015. Suprisingly on 13/4/2015 all outgoing calls are barred by BSNL before due date as mentioned above. The barring of call causes me great inconvenience and hampered my day to day duties and as I am a Superintending Engineer the barring of calls greatly affected my official duties too. However on received of the message for payment, I have paid it online through My BSNL App on 13th of April 2015, 8:41pm (Receipt No:[protected] Tel No:[protected] Amount-Rs:4735) and accordingly I informed my payment to the Customer Care Service to remove the barring of calls.After that information to the Customer Care I called several times to the No:-1503 but only the computerised voice messages are heard without any response.Unfortunately, till now there is no response from them. It creates a great inconvenience for me and my family.The matter is brought to your kind notice for early neccessary action

                                      sir..this is to intimate that after repeated requests telephonically on no [protected]...i was not provided configuration settings for my NOKIA LUMIA 730 dual sim set...i was told to switch off my phone and text a message too to grt the same but yet i didnt got the same...i recharged my phone with a net pack of 99...and that too for 15 days, , , so pl tell me whether i have to wait more till the amt deposited get lapsed, , , , ,

                                        I had recharge through mobile banking on 23 rd march, but i didnt get in my account balance. From that day onward i have complaint to bsnl customer care many times but they always say soon it will be given Today is 14 th april 20 days are gone Isnt it ridiculous. Plz refund my money as soon as possible.
