My Broadband connection line is physically broken and even after multiple visits to Porvorim BSNL office this is not been resolved. Have raised complain : [protected] on 3oth March 2015. Broadband Number:[protected] Have visited SDO Mr Guddi (Porvorim Office) and he was not helpful & simply told that he will not resolve & you can complain any person you want to. Very surprised that such archaic think & service standards still exists in toady's hyper competitive telecom system. Hope this forum will help resolve...

    Sir, I tried to recharge my moble for an amount of 100 through your instapay billdesk service on 9.04.2015 .My amount got deducted from my BOI account with transaction no:TXT[protected]. But the same amount has not been credicted to my mobile no: [protected].kindly do the needful to credict the amount to my mobile or refund the same to my account...

    on april 19, 2015, i made a recharge of 32 in favour of Roaming pack via online using paytm.com, at paytm everything gone successful but the Roaming pack is not working on specified number and the user is paying much money for incoming and outgoing calls after recharging with roam plan too.
    how and why isn't working.. the mobile no is [protected], this no belongs to Uttar Pradesh and i am in Maharashtra and unable to contact with UP customer care, i got the no for complains [protected], but when i am trying to make a call on this no it is replying that incoming service is disabled on this number..
    Kindly fix my problem as soon as possible..

        I, am having above connection customer ID no.[protected] received bill for march 2015Rs.2261/-. 1) the connection is not new, existing number for the last 10 years(.2)bill sent for a new connection but I had requested for shifting From Ramnagar TO Venkojipalam, Visakhapatnam vide Ref. No.[protected] Dt. 13.12.2013. (3) you had charged Rs.2175/- as if new connection and you are supposed to charge only Rs.300/- towards shifting charges. As such, we request you to kindly change the bill an amount Rs.300/-+monthly rental charges Rs. 592/- with a total Rs.892/-only instead of Rs.2261/- as charged and shown in your referred bill. I had personally met your personnel in DE and SSE of BSNL and I did not any positive response from their end.               Cannot Dial AT&T toll free number 000117 using BSNL Pre-Paid Calling SIM

              Hi, I cannot connect to the AT&T toll free 000117 for my conference Call using BSNL Pre-Paid. It just failed within few seconds after dialing. Customer Care they just don't respond properly, neither aware of the processes and I am bouncing back and forth. The response from Cust. care is just pathetic. I can dial the same toll free using Airtel, Vodafone, Tata Docomo w/o any charges and connects just fine but not Just with BSNL. Please...

              Sir,
              I applied a broadband connection(Bsnl) on 9-3-2015 and i got the connectpion on[protected].But within half an hour the connectoion got disabled.I complainted to the exchange but there is no response and so i cleared the complaint by private agencies.After that for the last seven days i have no broadband connection.I again complainted to the exchange, but i got irresponsible reply from them.Then i registered an complaint to customer care section (Compl no:[protected] on 4-4-2015.But there is no response till now. I am working online checkpost work.My ph no:[protected].Is there any solution to get an permenant broadband connection from bsnl to continue my work.

                  My name is Hemant Kumar Sharma. My Mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged with 343 rs in which i got the benifit of free calling on bsnl haryana numbe. on 21 march 2015. but on 28 of march i received an sms that your free calling benifit will be over on 30 march 2015. i called up on customer care and told about the sms. the agent told me i am putting your complaint regarding this and you will get the benefit of 343 rs recharge. but i didnt received the benefit then again i called up on customer care and told the same to anohter agent he again lodeged a complaint with complaint number 2c31414954. and after 2 days i received an sms that your compliant has been resolved but when i checked i did not received the benefit. i called upon customer care agent said your have put up wrong complaint it is regarding minutes not for free calling. that was fault of the agent who lodged an wrong complaint. then again i asked the agent to put up my another complaint regarding 343 rs recharge he lodged an complaint with complaint number 2d06411709 on 6th april. and in the evening i received an sms that your docket number has been closed. but when i cheked i did not get the benefit and today when i called up on customer care on 7 april the agent poonam told me that you have lodged an wrong complaint of balance deduction on 6th april so how can you get the benefit of free calling. i was shocked to hear this. all agents have put up my wrong complaints. and when i asked poonam to transfer my call to senior she refused and said that no senior is avialable right now call us again after 4 hours. and disconnected my call. i again called up on customer care the agent again disconnected my call. i am very shocked to see this kind of service from bsnl customer care. kindly look upon this matter and please revert me as soon as possible.

                    I amusing BSNL landline and broadband and the network is really worst. I often face the line problem in my area because of which the broadband also does not work. I have reaised a number of complaints and there is no proper resolution till date. The worst customer service I have ever seen. The complaints are booked just for the name sake and there is no proper action taken place. The complaints are closed without rectification.                       We are unable to got signal at our office, NeST Information Technology, Edachira Millupadi Road. The signal is not at all reliable at all the sense. We are unable to get the signal strength for even sending a message. Kindly close down the service and inform us we are ready to migrate to other celluar connection operators.

                        Sir, This is their to bring in ur notice that in the month of February on[protected] I recharged my mobile with the pack of Rs 159 in that i got 425 minutes and my pack should get expired on[protected] and in the month of march again I recharged my mobile with the pack Rs. 319 in which 930 min are free on[protected] and my remaining min of pack Rs. 159 which i rechared in the month of feb on 30 are not added in the pack which i recharged in the month of march (i.e Rs. 319) from last one year every time these min are added when I recharged the new pack before expiry date so please add my minutes to my account.My remaining min of that pack ate 280 minutes.                             RESPECTED SIR, On 27/03/2015 I had call on the BSNL Customer care executive from my easy charge sim no. [protected] asking about the offer of recharge for Rs. 891/- and was informed that 81 days free talk time to all mobile networks will be provided.According this offer i recharged [protected] on 27/03/2015 itself. But after two days the customer came to the my retailer shop and said that he was cheated, ie the offer was only to bsnl to bsnl net works only not to the other mobile networks. On complaining to this to the customer care on 31/3/15 many many times they said the customer care executive could do nothing in this regard and may connect to the senior executive officer for further details.But all my efforts to talk with the senior executive officer were failed because of the irresponsible approach from him, ie on calling they say to hold on please. We do the same for half on hour more. But they off the line after 20-30 minutes. I had repeated the same for at least 8 times. But the result was the same. And these I lost my precious time( about 8 hours ). So I have no other choice but to go ahead with the complaint. I must get my money back and compensate for the loss of time.                               dear respected sir, i am live in marul vilage taluka yawal, dist.jalgaon. my land line no.is.[protected]. in this village near about 6 to 8 broadband connection.but broadband speed worst always.i have calls so many times to faizpur and jalgaon office.but they not give me a positve response. faizpur office always told me that ur cable cut by nhvai vilage grampanchyat 4 the purpose of pipeline and etc.but they not repair . so what can we do? 4 thats problems. i have combo999 plan but speed always under kbps.. so sir issue order to change that cable .

                                      I have received the message from bsnl that my STV155 pack will expire on 03/04/2015. As I was unaware of the fact that any such service is activated on my number so I enquired about this from the customer care and they told about the service. I had not made any recharge for the data plan and being unaware of such plan activated on haven't availed any benefit of the plan. I have been charged wrongly for the pack and the pack will expire tomorrow ie 3 April. Please help me for the same. I have attached the proof of the message received.

                                      I have been charged for the data pack for which I have not requested and automatically the amount was deducted from the available balance.
