I Dr. Anil residing in Khopoli was the existing customer of BSNL landline no.[protected] and plus I had a BSNL broadband connection, but due to technical reasons I disconnected the line on 21st July 2014. For both the connection (broadband and landline) I paid in advance the full plus extra amount. After cancellation of both the connection on the given date 2-3 months later my wife inquired for the refund we just wanted to know what will be my total refund in the Khopoli exchange, and from there one no. of Panvel exchange[protected] was given for inquiry. When dialled a lady was there same-same questions she used to ask even though everything was told in detail just to harass the customer, like what is your name? and what is my no.? and where do you reside? and when the connection was cut? and so on ... but she told me that I will receive the payment after six months and no inquiry in between. Then we waited for four months and my wife called the accounts dept. on the given no. for the balance total of refund, same thing was done for at least or more than 15 -20 mins., but I couldn't get satisfactory answers. but few days back in last year 2014 my wife inquired for the refund the lady who attended the phone repeatedly asked me same earlier questions every time, and after 10-15 mins. later straight away told my wife that my account details are sent to Mumbai office and the payment will be released from there . But now dated 23/01/15 six months have passed and for the refund I inquired for my refund in the Khopoli exchange the same thing I have experience carelessness, in-efficiency and dodging my case from Panvel-Khopoli and Khopoli-Panvel and vice-versa. This is the service what BSNL is giving to the customers, Before the connection as if they are good friends and after disconnection then no relation and carelessness. The same matter I am giving in the consumer forum if not acted properly.

I Dr. Anil from last year 21/07/14 am trying to know my details of the refund but there is no help and same thing is happening today dated 19/03/15, when my wife contacted the given landline no.[protected]panvel account officer) at 11:00 am. One fellow spoke to her she mentioned everything but only one silly answer was given to her that the cheque is on the way and we can't do anything That fellow who spoke with my wife when asked he was not even giving his name said no need of name just tell that we spoke to TRA(what is this TRA?). Why and What that fellow was afraid that he didn't gave his name. Our main question was that we need a full details of my refund for example landline's new connection advance because I wanted to know what is the refund of my paid Rs. 3065/- before connection and broadband advance payment. This is just ignorance not competent and no dedication to work and harrasment to the customer's.
Because when I paid at the time of new connection there was issue with the payment the lineman named gadhave(Khopoli exchange) had taken the money in advance the full amount for the new connection of my landline no. 265941 and new broadband connection plus router charges, the connection was done in time but he was dodging me for the details of my money. And now the same thing is happening in the panvel office. Why this people are ignoring us and not giving me the details of my money and whenever asked one silly answer they have that my cheque is on the way. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I DISCONNECTED MY BSNL LANDLINE AND BROADBAND CONNECTION because after disconnection this bsnl people showed me true colours.
The third grievence was lodged but still the bsnl is paying no heed to my complaint.
