For more than a year the BSNL service has gone so bad that I had to cancel the broadband connection. The telephone connection itself worked erratically for some time until about 3 months ago when it completely died. I keep paying the bills online in the hope it will revice.

          After porting to BSNL from Airtel, i'm unable to connect to internet. I have recharged INR 108 and send sms START to 1925 as instructed during porting. I've tried calling the customer care and they are not even atending calls. Now i regret porting to BSNL

              Payment cut but recharge not done

              I recharge my bsnl number of rs 118 on 29/04/2022 at 15:17 pm through bsnl self care app with paytm upi transaction. payment successfull with ref no[protected]. i try to connect 3-5 with bsnl customer care but they are not cooperating and saying call paytm.i want my 118 rs to be refunded to my bank account/paytm...

                Hello team,
                I am Anubhab Karmakar (a student), living in Panchgachia (Sen- Raleigh more), city- Asansol, State- West Bengal, PIN- 713341. I am using a BSNL SIM card for more than 3 years. I have compromised a huge problem of network but still I haven`t PORT to other network because of low cost & promises.
                When ever electricity cuts off in our locality the BSNL network catches 2G or even its goes to emergency call. I have suffer huge problem like this from past 3 years, I have raised many problem regarding this to customer case but nothing solved. Complain numbers are - [protected], [protected].
                Wish my issue will get solve quickly. There are many people around my locality those who want to use BSNL but don`t use because of this issue. Hardly request to solve it immediately .

                  For last 3 weeks I am trying to generate UPC for my BSNL number because I wanted to port my BSNL number to Airtel but I am getting thi error whenever I try to generate UPC "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.                   I contacted BSNL customer care daily from last 3 weeks but they just say we are sharing you issue with our back-end team and it will be resolved in 24 hours but till now i am getting same message from BSNL as if they intentionally wanted there end customer to get frustrate and continue with the there pathetic service.

                    Respected Sir/Mam,
                    Iam a family Member of BSNL Employee.I here by came to you to bring the notice that my father is facing a lot of problem in the BSNL Office, GNT Bhavan Eluru. He worked different professions like RM etc in GM Chamber. But now as the employees were left by taking VRS there was alot of work pressure in office and thus the employees who were in office were taking the office under control and are making my father working as slave. Being a family member it hurts us a lot he has done a lot of hard work to get in this position but now the employees who are ruling the office are the members who got there position from their father's behalf. It doesn't matter about them but all we need as a family member is to treat the employee as a employee but not as a slave.Can you please take required action about that. It's my humble request sir, please.

                          I observed many times. few people come in front of our house and start acting strangely. If i remove the phone connection they will just go away. so somebody has tapped the phone and trying to create problems. our phone number is 23638994. our address no:4 91/3, F block, Sahakar nagar, Bangalore 560092.Also our internet services also tapped.

                            I am aplying to mobile number portability
                            Because of network problem. In my locality network coverage very bad.when I sent message for port everytime I got same reply. I have already contacted customer care multiple times and they are giving me same reply that they have forwarded the complaint to seniors and I need to wait for 72 hours for the issue getting fixed. They are telling me this since last two months, and I am fed up. Please solve the issue.

                                My broadband and telephone is down and i complaint almost 3 or 4 times in a week and today i call customer care representative, she was totally unprofessional. She didn’t listen to me, after saying someone will get in touch within 24 hours she hangup on me. She didn’t gave me chance to explain my complaint. Even in Mahilpur BSNL office staff is unprofessional. They not guide anyone properly, the thing they know is only money. Very very unprofessional staff seriously. Somebody please take action against them. They are in office just for chill, if somebody ask for details they did not provide, all they do is ignore the questions.

                                      I am existing customer of BSNL prepaid & i change in my connection on 19th Mar-22 Prepaid to postpaid. after converting Prepaid to postpaid BSNL network is poor. I am facing call droping issue & internet connectivity issue ( internet convert within a fraction of minute in to 2G & 3 G mode.)

                                      I am sending messaging to MNP portal. I am receiving message the period of last activation of mobile is less than 90 day.

                                      my question is how its possible activation is less than 90 days. because my connection is old ( maximum 5 years old in BSNL prepaid)

                                      I want to port my connection in other operator.

                                      please guide me to generate UPC code on urgent basis ( as per message less than 90 days)
