Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

We have raised a complaint about the internet service which we had with BSNL.
We have already put the online complaint to the BSNl on 3 April this is the Ticket id [protected], it has been more than a week I have not revised any update on my complaint.
It getting very frustrated now no actions are been taken regarding my complaint, also it's a total waste of money and time....

My bsnl Brodband account number
[protected] and phone nunber - [protected]
is discontinued in November 2021 but still i
getting billing messages every month and it's
increasing every month.
Dear team bsnl please solve my issue as soon
possible. If i not using the service and
discontinued connection how you can charge
me bills?...

This is a prepaid number and don't have any contact with company....

2g network problem indoor 3g not at all working complained several times but no response from BSNL...

I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (Many times)
Even after messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.
Bsnl service is very poor. i'm having trouble of calling and internet service is extremely very bed. I have come to BSNL office many times but not solution found.
I need this solution urgently.

I done my recharge with ₹153 in 05/04/2022 but my number not working I call customer support but support not giving resolution.. support says wait till the 07/04 but I call today to customer care but executive not assistant me Properly.. I m to much suffering about the the matter bcom it's my new number.. please help me...

HI, i am veerendar.I joined bsnl recently from jio and network signal is poor and not getting incoming calls and sms quickly....

My sim card is lost no [protected] plz block the sim card...

Hello sir, my mobile no [protected] was recahrged with STV of 139, however the amount was deducted from my account and the mobile was not recharged....

I'm not getting the UPC code from BSNL despite fulfilling all contractual obligations and lodging several complaints. The below attachment shows the message received after sending a UPC code request....

Bsnl no network on roaming

I m resinding in NOIDA from 25 days on roaming but in sector 27 block c, no network is there. .. . .. i am getting a lot of problem., , , , ,

This is to inform that in my SIM the outgoing voice is not working since many days.Though the Incoming Sound is very much clear and correct. But, the Outgoing sound is not working.
Due to this I am facing a lot of problem in my day to day life.

Therefore, i will be highly obliged if immediate action is done from your side....

Whenever I send message for UPC then received a message from BSNL:-
"UPC CANNOT BE GENERATED AS THERE ARE SUBSISTING CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS WITH YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE"
