Please Note BSNL tower rental agreement for your reference and requesting immediate action for Remove the tower shift the mobile tower away from residential area reason people's affecting health problem mobile tower next to house below 35 meters. We are not interested to continuous our house we want to shift our family stay & land area for our farming, corona period no proper income for us. Help us Humble request.
Around 1 km distance from our house a lot of free lands / government land also available for your Tower installation hazard free location. consider the information have a look into this issue.
We informing prior notice before 3 months for tower clearance with all details for future action.

I paid Rs 2399/= on 18 APRIL 2022 online to recharge my BSNL prepaid mobile having number [protected] using my SBI VISA credit card { No: [protected] }. I also received RECHARGE SUCCESS SMS to my another mobile. Also money was paid by my SBI credit card. But today after enquiry at BSNL MADURAI TALLAKULAM office I came to know that my mobile is not recharged. Through SMS I also received cash back voucher number as RC27196709V2399. Kindly help me to recharge my mobile for Rs 2399/= . Please do the needful and oblige.

I SARMA VKB submit that on my transfer to Hyderabad I surrendered my telephone connection no.2572429 on 26 Nov 2021 to SDE Gopalapatnam Visakhapatnam and obtained receipt. He intimated that the amount of Rs.3500 which I deposited for telephone connection in 2001 will be refunded by January 2022 maximum. Regret that I have not received till date in my Bank Account. Request expedite action and refund my deposit immediately. Status may be intimated to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com

When I'm trying to PORT out from bsnl prepaid Sim, I'm receiving this sms

UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

I have lodged a complaint with their customer care too but they have not updated anything to me. This is critical for me.

When i going to send port message on 1900 for UPC code, they are send me a message that is"UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance." please solve the issue as soon as possible.

I have been trying to get UPC code since 11th April and inspite of several complains till date nothing has happened.

I am getting following message

I am Ranjith, I am trying to get the mobile port number from many days, am trying to send the msg to 1900, msgs are not delivered.

I have been trying to contact customer service through customer call number and even trying to lodge a complaint via your website as well regarding internet service which shows full network and H+ symbol and still not even 1 MBPS is coming over internet. If at all I need to resolve the issue atleast some means should be open to raise the issue. I am very much disappointed and irritated as have been trying all these since three days and no one picks the call nor the website works. Unfortunately I had to raise this issue to your level so that atleast then you could improve your service and resolve grievances. Very much appreciated if you could atleast resolve this issue.

हमारे ब्लाक एवं नगर पंचायत बनकटी बाजार में बीएसएनएल का टावर है इसके साथ ही बस्ती जनपद के पूरब बार्डर से लगभग 15 किमी दूर जनपद संतकबीर नगर के विश्वनाथपुर चौराहे पर भी बीएसएनएल का टावर जो बहुत दिनों से बंद है। जिससे जनता को लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है इसलिए जनता परेशान हैं। वोडाफोन आइडिया, एयरटेल, जीओ सहित सभी प्राईवेट कम्पनी वाले धड़ल्ले से अपना रिचार्ज महंगा कर दिए हैं जिससे जनता के ऊपर बहुत बड़ा समस्या एवं पहाड़ टूट पड़ा है। बगल में बस्ती से 60 किमी एवं संतकबीर नगर से 40 किमी दूर देश के सबसे बड़े राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री माननीय योगी आदित्यनाथ जी का गृह जनपद गोरखपुर है जिसे सीएम सीटी के नाम जाना जाता है। सरकार की बीएसएनएल कम्पनी का लाभ ना पाना जनता का दूर्भाग्य है वो भी माननीय पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी जी के राज में। हम इस समस्या को गम्भीरता से संज्ञान में लेने व सुधार करने के लिए निवेदन करता है।
अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि संबंधित समस्या को गम्भीरता से संज्ञान में लेकर बीएसएनएल का लाभ दिलवाने की कृपा करें।

Due to bad service I want to switch from BSNL to other network. So I am sending the message to 1900 for the PORT but every time balance has been deducted but they sending the message "Request for UPC for your mobile no [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time."

Even after trt multiple attempts we are not receiving UPC code when we are sending PORT to 1900. We are getting a standard reply as below

Request for UPC for your mobile no. 95******08 could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

Need to help in this regard

My bsnl no. [protected] prepaid sim not working/getting signals in Singapore. Karti ved here on 18.03.22 till then I am not getting any signal. Kindly resolve the problem please.

This is with reference to my transaction did on 6th April 2022, that, I made the payment of Rs 992.50/- from my account and the same is not cleared to BSNL, but, I received the message about the payment cleared on 6/4/22.
AS my payment is still pending at BSNL, please see the incomplete transaction and set right.
My payment of Rs 992.50 is still pending towards BSNL and last date for payment is 19/4/22.

Hope you have understand my issue and reply at the earliest.

I complaint so my time to bsnl customer care regarding my contractual obligation service, but they said ur service has been removed in 24hour . but service has not been yet removed . kindly remove this so i can get my port code . Thank you .

Why after every 4th day network goes out?. only about 15 day of every month the network is usable.. i am tired complaining repeatedly. still now there is no network in our place from about 3 days. there is no proper management for prepaid customers to complain online. and the customer care don't even pick up calls, i waited upto 25min but no one picked up. is your company dead? if no, why your service management is so bad?
Please fix the network, and why every month there is no network about 15 days?. every 3rd day/ 4th day no network.
