    Address: BSNL Punjab

    I made a payment for Rs. 352 on 11-Apr-2022 for invoice number NDCPB[protected] using BSNL online portal.

    Online payment was made using ICICI bank and my bank account was debited with Rs. 352. But the online portal (billdesk.com) showed me the transaction failure page instead of the confirmation page.

    ICICI transaction details -

    Reference - BIL/ONL/[protected]/BharatSan/BSNLPOST
    Date - 11-Apr-2022
    Amount - Rs. 352

    I would really appreciate if a refund can be processed for this failed transaction.

        After doing so many times complaint still the problem is not solved after doing complaint the network for few days and after that same condition no network for month/week pls solve the problem permanently

            We have raised a complaint about the internet service which we had with BSNL.
            We have already put the online complaint to the BSNl on 3 April this is the Ticket id [protected], it has been more than a week I have not revised any update on my complaint.
            It getting very frustrated now no actions are been taken regarding my complaint, also it's a total waste of money and time.

              getting billing messages every month and it's
              increasing every month.
              Dear team bsnl please solve my issue as soon

                    Hi ConsumerCourt,

                    I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
                    Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (Many times)
                    Even after messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.
                    Bsnl service is very poor. i'm having trouble of calling and internet service is extremely very bed. I have come to BSNL office many times but not solution found.
                    I need this solution urgently.

                          I done my recharge with ₹153 in 05/04/2022 but my number not working I call customer support but support not giving resolution.. support says wait till the 07/04 but I call today to customer care but executive not assistant me Properly..
