Hi, I have been filing complaint since last 2 months. I get network busy most of the time, or call drops or only I can hear the conversation when I use [protected] or [protected]. It is more in my house or outside lane of my house. But it also happens anywhere in Bangalore when I am moving especially in Bellandur. I have raised around 25 complains to cellone online grievance system in last 2 months. Regards Manish

    1) Request given on dated 27/01/15 I Dr. Anil residing in Khopoli was the existing customer of BSNL landline no.[protected] and plus I had a BSNL broadband connection, but due to technical reasons I disconnected the line on 21st July 2014. For both the connection (broadband and landline) I paid in advance the full plus extra amount. After cancellation of both the connection on the given date 2-3 months later my wife inquired for the refund we just wanted to know what will be my total refund in the Khopoli exchange, and from there one no. of Panvel exchange[protected] was given for inquiry. When dialled a lady was there same-same questions she used to ask even though everything was told in detail just to harass the customer, like what is your name? and what is my no.? and where do you reside? and when the connection was cut? and so on ... but she told me that I will receive the payment after six months and no inquiry in between. Then we waited for four months and my wife called the accounts dept. on the given no. for the balance total of refund, same thing was done for at least or more than 15 -20 mins., but I couldn't get satisfactory answers. but few days back in last year 2014 my wife inquired for the refund the lady who attended the phone repeatedly asked me same earlier questions every time, and after 10-15 mins. later straight away told my wife that my account details are sent to Mumbai office and the payment will be released from there . But now dated 23/01/15 six months have passed and for the refund I inquired for my refund in the Khopoli exchange the same thing I have experience carelessness, in-efficiency and dodging my case from Panvel-Khopoli and Khopoli-Panvel and vice-versa. This is the service what BSNL is giving to the customers, Before the connection as if they are good friends and after disconnection then no relation and carelessness. The same matter I am giving in the consumer forum if not acted properly. 2) request given on 19/03/15 I Dr. Anil from last year 21/07/14 am trying to know my details of the refund but there is no help and same thing is happening today dated 19/03/15, when my wife contacted the given landline no.[protected]panvel account officer) at 11:00 am. One fellow spoke to her she mentioned everything but only one silly answer was given to her that the cheque is on the way and we can't do anything That fellow who spoke with my wife when asked he was not even giving his name said no need of name just tell that we spoke to TRA(what is this TRA?). Why and What that fellow was afraid that he didn't gave his name. Our main question was that we need a full details of my refund for example landline's new connection advance because I wanted to know what is the refund of my paid Rs. 3065/- before connection and broadband advance payment. This is just ignorance not competent and no dedication to work and harrasment to the customer's. Because when I paid at the time of new connection there was issue with the payment the lineman named gadhave(Khopoli exchange) had taken the money in advance the full amount for the new connection of my landline no. 265941 and new broadband connection plus router charges, the connection was done in time but he was dodging me for the details of my money. And now the same thing is happening in the panvel office. Why this people are ignoring us and not giving me the details of my money and whenever asked one silly answer they have that my cheque is on the way. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I DISCONNECTED MY BSNL LANDLINE AND BROADBAND CONNECTION because after disconnection this bsnl people showed me true colours. The third grievence was lodged but still the bsnl is paying no heed to my complaint. Grievance Registered; Docket Number Is : MHR/CO/2015/1972 / dated 24/03/15
    Hi Everyone,

    For the last week, I am facing disconnection and cannot connect to the internet.

    I have raised a complaint via phone that "I cannot access the internet" and customer care guys don't know anything apart from raising the complaint I think even they don't have access. If we ask anything in-depth about the issue they will just disconnect the call, that is their strategy.

    Local BSNL guys will just change the complaint status to "resolved" without doing anything. when this was done and if we call customer care they will raise another complaint that's it. this is a continuous process.

    24 working hours means 3 working days(If it is the weekend then 5days)

    NO ONE IN THE TEAM FEEL RESPONSIBLE(Government right...)

    My plan is 920 per month with up to 2mbps speed.

    If this is the service they are providing, it's better that no one should consider BSNL internet.

    ...Fiber comes under BSNL service only So that is also same as above...

      Hi sir, I have install BSNL wimax just one month back But from day one it's not working and now it's almost one month day not working I have lodged complain in local exchange almost 4 to 5 time but not getting any positive response. Please rectify this problem and resolve it. Even when I call to wimax customer care number they are not lodging complain and making fool of customers. ONE SIDE OUR COUNTRY PM SAYING USE MAKE IN INDIA... OTHERSIDE WE ARE GETTING SERVICE... My account no.[protected]

        I have Data pack and done the recharge of additional data pack because 1st data pack was come to end. So i done another after doing i hav got msg from bsnl that i hav 200 mb . But my balance is deducted 125 rs. :( I want refund of my money sir please help.

          We are facing problem since last 5 month in mobile no [protected] for NETWORK CONNECTIVITY ISSUE in this location VILL-LAUKAHA, DIST-MADHUBANI, BIHAR 847421, NR NEPAL BOARDER. We are not doing any calls out side and not receiving any calls due to not getting proper NETWORK CONNECTIVITY. We were more Service request but never we get any solution.             There is a tower at Kadambu - Perne, Bantwal Taluk, Daksshina Kannada district - 574 325. But whenever we talk all of sudden line get disconnected? most of the time tower is not working i mean people are not getting connectivity at dorme, maira and beliyoor area. Many times informed Reagional Manager but they say they are helpless.

                TXE[protected] made for BSNL STV data for RS 561/- but error appeared with message "Reason: Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries." making debit to my account with no data gained for Internet usage.Please, look into matter to sort it out.

                    I had a problem regarding BSNL, they have not able to provide me 3G micro-sim of my same number, they have no stock of 3G micro-sim, when i first visited BSNL care they have no stock of 3g show off sim and given me a time limit of 1-2 week but after 1 month also they coluld not able to collect the stock of 3G show off micro-sim, i am using my number around 5 years, and it is 2G sim and i want to upgrade to 3G but BSNL care of my local area not able provide me a 3G micro-sim of my old number.Without 3G i am facing a big problem in surfing internet and other services.So, my request is to please provide me a 3G micro-sim of my same number.

                      I am regular customer (BB and landline) of BSNL from Bavdhan Pune . Our BSNL landline is not working since 8 march 2015 and BB is not working since 13 march . Complaint has been already filed with docket ID [protected]. After constant follow up I get the same answer that technical work is in progress. How can I company keep there customer waiting for more than 10 days due to stupid technical work. If BSNL feel something for customers then they should restore the lines in a day and should not charge for this month.

                            This is in regards to the excessive bill that we have received for the month of December due to the inappropriate handling of broadband plan change by BSNL. The excessive bill charges us for data on the old plan even though we had moved to an unlimited plan by calling BSNL customer service and getting due confirmation from BSNL official over phone regarding the plan update effective immediately.We are a customer of BSNL broadband service for over an year now and a user of BSNL phone service since many years.Until last month i.e November we have been using the limited download Broadband plan named BBG-CNT-500-MonthlyWhile this plan was appropriate for us for over an year given our limited usage, we were expecting an increase in our data usage for the month of december.So we decided to move on to an unlimited data plan starting month of december. To do so we called BSNL customer service to help initiate the change of plan. The customer service official helped us select a plan over phone and we finally decided on using the BBG COMBO ULD 945 plan. The official clearly stated that he has activated the plan and we should see the changes in next 24 hours. The plan offered us 2 Mbps with 8 GB and 512 KB beyond 8GB unlimited at a fixed cost of 945 + tax. The official on asking also ensured that the change would be transparent and we should see our next bill appropriately charged with this new plan. Satisfied by the helpful and quick customer service from BSNL we continued usage of the new data plan. We verified the speed to be around 2Mbs (~1.4 Mbs as tested on speedtest.net) and thought that the change has been made. Since this was our first time change of plan with BSNL, we didn't know if there other ways of verifying the change. We were horrified when we received the bill this january which currently stands at around 14000Rs. This is a huge amount and completely took us by surprise because we were expecting to be charged around 945 as per the new unlimited plan changes we had initiated with BSNL. We have been using the service as per the new plan and as per the confirmation of the BSNL official that the new unlimited plan has been activated. We believe either there has been a mistake on the rendering of this bill or the bsnl official has not performed appropriate measures required to reflect the plan change. In either of these cases, we should not be charged this amount as this is clearly due the carelessness and misinformation on part of BSNLOn talking to the bsnl officials, the convinced us to pay the bill and file the complaint after which the money would be refunded to us. It's already been 3 months and we have received no update from BSNL. We sent multiple emails to them but they are never replied. Whenever we call them they only tell us that the complaint is being considered and will take more time. We believe that the BSNL official are not taking this matter seriously and we might end up loosing our money. Please guide us to what steps we should take to get BSNL to act quickly on this matter.

                                Dear Sir, our landline phone no.[protected] having noise problem .We complaints several times by calling local telephone exchange 7 personally meet to local officers, but nobody came for rectification.our telephones are not working properly. local authorities say this is wire problem and we have not new wire for repairing, We are paying the rent without any calls and we are upset about your service.So request you to please solve the problems at urgent basis and take necessary action against this lazy people of this telephone exchange

                                  kindly deactivate hungama.com regarding this i already complained to the Toll free number and also given written letter to the kellys BSNL office last month dated on 24th feb. this would be the last request too. if this repeats again we wont pay u any more and in total we will cancel your broadband for last 3 month we have been paying for this unnecassery issue Regards, vani [protected]

ONG/36/00051 Closing date : 28/5/2009 CMR : 23282+0 I had a Local PCO Telephone connection and it was closed on 28/5/2009, but BSNL keep sending the NOTICE and threat to do legal action against me, if the pending money 7526.00 INR is not paid. The first notice was sent to 9/9/2013, even after account was closed. I went to Angarh Telephone exchange and the officials accepted their mistake and cleared this issue after asking for receipt of account closure and also corrected this on their computer machine (as they said). However they still sent me the Notice again and threat to take legal action if pending money is not paid on 9/3/2015 with new pending amount of 7736.00 INR. I will request to look into this matter very seriously and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you, Aneeta Nait.

                                      I have submitted my Land line no.[protected] on 31st July 2014 at Renukoot District - sonebhadra (U.P.) exchange with all dues. I have paid all the bills. After from that I have continuously follow-up with the Renukoot Exchange for the refund of security deposit amount Rs 3000.They are saying that refund will be made by Mirzapur Office and you will receive it in 3 to 4 months But still I have not yet received that.
