      This is in regards to the excessive bill that we have received for the month of December due to the inappropriate handling of broadband plan change by BSNL. The excessive bill charges us for data on the old plan even though we had moved to an unlimited plan by calling BSNL customer service and getting due confirmation from BSNL official over phone regarding the plan update effective immediately.We are a customer of BSNL broadband service for over an year now and a user of BSNL phone service since many years.Until last month i.e November we have been using the limited download Broadband plan named BBG-CNT-500-MonthlyWhile this plan was appropriate for us for over an year given our limited usage, we were expecting an increase in our data usage for the month of december.So we decided to move on to an unlimited data plan starting month of december. To do so we called BSNL customer service to help initiate the change of plan. The customer service official helped us select a plan over phone and we finally decided on using the BBG COMBO ULD 945 plan. The official clearly stated that he has activated the plan and we should see the changes in next 24 hours. The plan offered us 2 Mbps with 8 GB and 512 KB beyond 8GB unlimited at a fixed cost of 945 + tax. The official on asking also ensured that the change would be transparent and we should see our next bill appropriately charged with this new plan. Satisfied by the helpful and quick customer service from BSNL we continued usage of the new data plan. We verified the speed to be around 2Mbs (~1.4 Mbs as tested on speedtest.net) and thought that the change has been made. Since this was our first time change of plan with BSNL, we didn't know if there other ways of verifying the change. We were horrified when we received the bill this january which currently stands at around 14000Rs. This is a huge amount and completely took us by surprise because we were expecting to be charged around 945 as per the new unlimited plan changes we had initiated with BSNL. We have been using the service as per the new plan and as per the confirmation of the BSNL official that the new unlimited plan has been activated. We believe either there has been a mistake on the rendering of this bill or the bsnl official has not performed appropriate measures required to reflect the plan change. In either of these cases, we should not be charged this amount as this is clearly due the carelessness and misinformation on part of BSNLOn talking to the bsnl officials, the convinced us to pay the bill and file the complaint after which the money would be refunded to us. It's already been 3 months and we have received no update from BSNL. We sent multiple emails to them but they are never replied. Whenever we call them they only tell us that the complaint is being considered and will take more time. We believe that the BSNL official are not taking this matter seriously and we might end up loosing our money. Please guide us to what steps we should take to get BSNL to act quickly on this matter.

          Dear Sir, our landline phone no.[protected] having noise problem .We complaints several times by calling local telephone exchange 7 personally meet to local officers, but nobody came for rectification.our telephones are not working properly. local authorities say this is wire problem and we have not new wire for repairing, We are paying the rent without any calls and we are upset about your service.So request you to please solve the problems at urgent basis and take necessary action against this lazy people of this telephone exchange

            kindly deactivate hungama.com regarding this i already complained to the Toll free number and also given written letter to the kellys BSNL office last month dated on 24th feb. this would be the last request too. if this repeats again we wont pay u any more and in total we will cancel your broadband for last 3 month we have been paying for this unnecassery issue Regards, vani [protected]

ONG/36/00051 Closing date : 28/5/2009 CMR : 23282+0 I had a Local PCO Telephone connection and it was closed on 28/5/2009, but BSNL keep sending the NOTICE and threat to do legal action against me, if the pending money 7526.00 INR is not paid. The first notice was sent to 9/9/2013, even after account was closed. I went to Angarh Telephone exchange and the officials accepted their mistake and cleared this issue after asking for receipt of account closure and also corrected this on their computer machine (as they said). However they still sent me the Notice again and threat to take legal action if pending money is not paid on 9/3/2015 with new pending amount of 7736.00 INR. I will request to look into this matter very seriously and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you, Aneeta Nait.

                I have submitted my Land line no.[protected] on 31st July 2014 at Renukoot District - sonebhadra (U.P.) exchange with all dues. I have paid all the bills. After from that I have continuously follow-up with the Renukoot Exchange for the refund of security deposit amount Rs 3000.They are saying that refund will be made by Mirzapur Office and you will receive it in 3 to 4 months But still I have not yet received that.                     My BSNL Land Line Number is[protected]. One time charges is levied in my BSNL Bill for the month of January 2015 & Feb. 2015. Hungama plan has been activated and charged without my consent. I request the plan may be deactivated immediately and also refund the excess levied amount and also look into that the amount may not be included / levied in my forthcoming bill.

                        Hello i am a user of bsnl evdo data card service from hirakud, (dist- sambalpur). Since one month i am getting problems having the network on the bsnl evdo, during day time the network is available but after 5pm in the evening the network is getting unavailable, and i am getting this problem every day. I have tried many times to call and ask for response but the bsnl guys are not giving any permanent solution. At first when i called the local bsnl office the person replied that the network is down, check it after few hours, again when i check it the network was still unavailable. When i went to their office they said there is a problem in our bsnl evdo network, and the main problem here is they are not fixing the network. I am getting this problem everyday since one month from now and i am not able to do anything. Hence i am filling this complain against bsnl evdo service provider of sambalpur, Orissa. And i hope that the bsnl telecoms service provider take this matter to their concern, and fix this network problem in hirakud(dist-sambalpur). If they are providing the bsnl evdo service then they should provide it on a fare way so that the consumer won’t think that they are wasting money on bsnl evdo data card.                             I have never asked bsnl authorities for hungama services because the even the net service that they provide is very low standard and no one is attending the complaints properly. Yet they demanded hungama service charges in the previous bill and i remitted the same. Now in this bill demanding Rs.410/- What a justice is this? You have not provided me the hungama services. It is nothing but I am asking the excess amount to be refunded and deactivate your nasty hungama and issue me a fresh bill after deducting hungama charges before the due date of the bill. otherwise I will be compelled to raise the matter before the consumer protection council.

                                  I have recently purchased a Mobile SIM from BSNL from BURDWAN city of West Bengal. After activation I have found that SMS of ATM money withdrawal of some other person having account in SBI is coming to my Mobile. This has been shown to the BSNL office in Burdwan. However on checking the documents, he informed me that the Mobile no is correctly registered in my name. Regarding the wrong ATM withdrawal message coming to my mobile no, he showed helplessness and advised me to talk to State Bank Official. On approaching the concerned official of local SBI main branch, the reply was same. Since the message does not show full account no, nothing can be done. The different possibilities that came out in the above discussion is that a) BSNL is issuing used old numbers without ensuring possibilities of fraudulent use of such re-used mobile numbers. b) The real owner of the SBI account is not receiving the information of withdrawal from ATM. Therefore any fraudulent use of the ATM card will not be detected. This seriousness is being ignored by Bank. Since my mobile no is getting involved, any serious investigation will unnecessarily involve me. Hence SBI may be asked to identify the real account holder and rectify the wrong entry if any. The message I am receiving on my mobile is as follows: FROM: BP-ATMSBI "Rs9000 withdrawn at SBG ATM S10A[protected] FALTA EPZ BRANCH, KOLKATA FROM A/C XXXX2721 ON 070315 TXN#5350. AVL BAL...                                       I am a cell one user for more than 10 years. The service in Chennai has turned from bad to worse and now even the SMS are not getting delivered without a delay. I am a doctor and I am facing a lot of issues with connectivity. If this is the case or if the authorities want BSNL subscribers to migrate to other service providers kindly advise regarding the same. I have lost a lot of clients as a result of poor connectivity. I can show more proof of having made complaints in this regards with no effect. BSNL is proving to be a platform for other service providers to get more client's.
