My name is M.Eralingappa . My BSNL land number is[protected]. I request you to kindly deactivate all BSNL HUNGAMA services immediately. I had already submitted my complaints two times in February 2015. Service was activated without my consent and when i approached BSNL customer care with same complaint they gave me contact number for deactivation of service. calls made to that number is ending abruptly within 10-15 second without me registering my complaint. Now iam forced to pay for services which i didnt opt for or services i was not made aware of. Kindly take necessary action. [protected]@gmail.com

      To CGM, Orissa Telecom Circle and Customercare of MobikwikDear Sir, On 04.03.2015 I recharged the mobile number of my Wife through Mobikwik(online). The mobile number was [protected] and amount of recharge was Rs 100/=. On recharge I noted that amount has been deducted from my bank account and no talk value got credited to the number [protected]. Immediately I contacted the Mobiwik customer care but they replied that from their end recharge was successful. They asked me to contact the operator’s customer care with operator reference ID: [protected] (for Mobikwik Transaction ID: [protected]) . Accordingly I contacted the customer care of BSNL from that number [protected]. The customer care team told me to wait some time. In the mean time I contact the customer care team almost thousand and one times, but every time that same message is being thrown to me “Please wait for some more time, presently we have no information about this recharge.” What is this? Does BSNL think that it is best of its kind in India? What is the utility of giving so many advertisements in the market (after spending huge amount of money) if the existing customers are not getting satisfied? Almost Almost 6 days are over, but I did not get any talk value against that number. If this is the case how the customer would rely on BSNL system. I thought of writing my complaint to customers’ forum and different social network sites, but before that I thought it would have been better if I approach BSNL authority first. Hope BSNL authority will look into this matter and will take the necessary measures accordingly so that I get that talk value or the amount in form of refund.I will request both BSNL authority as well as Mobikwik Team to look into this matter so that I get my refund back or the corresponding talkvalue for the said mobile number.For your convinience I attached the copy of the email received from the desk of MobikwikRegardsDr Indrajit ChakrabortyM:[protected]

                I have been a BSNL Customer for long and utilizing the BBH Combo ULD 945. It was alright and I had no problem till January 2015. However, the real problem had started from February, 2015, when the BSNL resorted to the unwanted and forcible imposition of the Hungama Services On Demand such as Music, Movies and Games upon me. I don’t understand the term “On Demand.” Should it not be in writing? Does this term be legally acceptable? It certainly attracts the provisions of IPC and CP Act I will approach the account department to submit a written complaint at Bajirao Road, Pune. I have called the hungama helpline and deactivate the forced services.My complaint is for the charges for Feb and March to date. Regards, Pushkar [protected]

                  Hello.. i tried to recharge my bsnl number [protected] via bsnl online portal.. but failed and cash deducted from my account... i know about the refund and all. but the problem is that, my transaction is showing as success .. The amount was 135. and transaction ID is TXE[protected] Thank you..

                  I tried to recharge my bsnl prepaid number [protected] using my debit card on 3 June 2021 twice.
                  Both time 100 rupees each was deducted from my account but the number didn't get recharged. The transaction got failed both the time.
                  It is 7 June today and I have not received any refund yet.

                    Bsnl mobile number [protected], In which i have activAtEd gprs service pakage last week, bsnl Has deactivaTeD my internet seRvice itself before the daTe of expiry oF my internet pack activation. aNd also i dont hAve any internet services for my mobile number by bsnl now.
                    Bsnl is a worst servicer

                      Dear, Broadband service is down since 22nd Feb 15 and 3 complaints are lodged through customer support and in regional office . Yet the services are not up . We are assured daily that technician will fix the issue in follow up calls but in vain. No[protected] Still there is no provision in billing statement to exclude downtime window.

                        Dear Sir, My Landline cum broadband connection is not working since last four months. i have made multiple complaints and always getting a reply like "call to this number", " call to that number". i am really fed up with this kind of service. this is the worst kind of customer relation i have seen in my life. I am getting the Bill Every month regularly without fail with an added amount without even using the service. this is ridiculous.                           This side Ramesh Rani from Moga Punjab my Bsnl broadband who's is working on [protected] .. And m using internet on it from last 5 year n paying around 900 monthly . This connection is not working from last six days . already complaint 15 time around .. Even my son visit there 5 time they are not able to resolve this problem even they are making exude n blaming each other . No one taking responsibility for this problem day before yesterday I talk with SDO dilbagh Singh and he also not able to solve the problem n also blaming there technical Dipartment then SDO dilbagh singh provided me another contact num to make complain again that is[protected] contact num of SDM I don't know the name of the person SDM said he will consider n today we will resolve this prob but in evening I went to again in office before 5 PM around 4:45 then I call to SDM that still my problem is not resolve and no one taking responsibility what I should do I said please disconnect my connection I don't wana continue with this poor service n where no one taking responsibility every one making exude n blaming other even there is on senior in tech Dipartment. Mis Gurpreet someone told me talk with her after few time he check status n said he will solve the problem another person which is sitting there n he said Plz wait for one more day but again same then that SDM gave me another contact num of mam Shiva num is[protected] then I call to her she said now m not on duty Plz come another day m totally fedup with these government servant.. Today 7march connection not working from 1 March Today also I call to SDO SDM n Miss Shiva every doing rubbish again and making exuse no one sending executive at home tottely Fedup with Bsnl Please help n reply as soon as possible My contact [protected] [protected]

                                i am a bsnl user and use its broadband connection my phone no, is [protected]. now a days i am having issue with this connection it gives me bad pings like 350ms and above but previous it give me under 150 ms to singapore server please fix this fast. and improve my routing to singapore server.

                                Same with me. Earlier I used to have 100-120 ms ping but now it's 300
                                The same thing happened last Month for about 10-12 days & now it's getting annoying. Started experiencing this problem from 10th march and still hasn't fixed. BSNL is the worst isp/company I've ever seen in my life.

                                  I am using bsnl Wi-Max(NB[protected] from last 2 years and I pay bill through bsnl portal in due time. This month (02/2015) I have checked my account several times till due(21/02/2015) date and even after due date of paying bill and found no bill issued till 05/03/2015. But when I checked my account on 06/03/2015 I found that they billed me with 2% fine. This is ridiculus! perhaps rule have changed, for their mistake customer will be penalized. I want to know how I am responsible for this 2% penalty.

                                    I have recharged my mobile with Rs. 69 for free incoming calls while roaming. My mobile is of West Bengal circle and I recharged it while I am in Bihar circle. It is showing that the recharge is successful. But still I am getting charged for every incoming call. I also didn't get the money as balance. Where did the money go?

                                        Dear Sir, I am very sad to tell you that the wimax connection no [protected]@bsnl.in (Account No.:[protected] had been disconnected almost one year ago and the CPE modem and other devices supplied to me were returned to the concerned department. Since the disconnection of the service, I made so many refund requests through mail and in person. But no action has been taken so far. An amount of Rs.1070 is to be refunded to me. Till I am getting inovice via email. Kindly take necessary steps to refund the same by cheque or DD.
