Sir, I am using mobile since 8-9yr & regularly using internet -5-6, I always put my data pack on, but today morning suddenly data was finished, when i checked its shows as 770mb was used @ 8.45am, i didn't even using mob @ that time, its really impossible :(, i am really v v upset, every one telling that its my prob, when i didnt used mob how can it go like that? ( they are advising to off data when i am not using, this is the 1st time this kind of non-sence thing is happening, i never thought u ppl also doing like this!)

    BSNL has not been paying rent for past 6 months. Intially they had said they have update their software and amount will be RTGS shortly. Then they brought the rent with the wrong name on it. I have not accepted it since the name was wrongly printed. Then after following up that guy says he got transferred into another department and I have to contact the guy who visits the tower regularly. Upon contacting the guy who visits the tower he says he does not know I have to visit the head office. Our tower is in Balanagar Area.

      BSNL Alandi Branch Manager is not given fullfledge service to BSNL customer also BSNL working staff is above 50 ages.Mr.Kaluram Baburao Jadhav your BSNL Retired Employee. Telephone No. 27185721 many times going BSNL office Alandi branch but not proper service in staff members. So plz note and make necessary action as earliest. Origional BSNL Telephone documents miss placed every time Regards

        Dear Sir! To whomsoever it may concern please... I have a BSNL phone connection at home[protected] with Internet services in it for the past several years. Bill Plan: BBG Combo ULD 800 Customer id : [protected] Perambur, Chennai Circle. Tamil Nadu. Right from the day one of the installation there was not a month/week gone by without my complaint about "very poor Internet speed", one can check up with the complaint log register of mine. I used to get many times not even 50-100 kbps, which you all very well aware, how much an insufficient speed for any net related jobs. My complaints would be 1. Poor installation, loose wires, inefficient BSNL staffs who do not know anything about the Internet technicalities with the modern world, but knowing only the phone connecting wires and only telephonic services. 2. Incessant ups and downs in the Net speed due to unknown reasons for years and years rolling by till today. 3. 70-80% of our home-net usage times are going either without net connection or with interrupted DSL/WLAN/Internet signals, which results in unable to open any browser at all. Net connection seems flickering like a remote village street lamp with low voltage electricity for years!! Simply unpredictable net signals ever! 4. My major desperation would be on the BSNL staffs who are totally unaware of the modern systems and devices and its working methodologies compare to other private service providers . They simply come as a non technical lay men with a few meters of wire and cutting player, but 99% of those staffs are not equipped/learned about the Internet arena and its modern scientific technologies. 5. Result is, we at home not even expecting the said/assured One MBps speed, but expecting atleast a consistent 300-400 Kbps speed for our home/children usage. Kindly send a reasonably educated technical guy to find out the long pending fault and do the needful Sir! I keep respect with out National Telecom still in my heart.             I was having enough balance in my mobile and was still not able to make calls/send messages/get connected to the internet. This has been happening to me and my friends for over the last couple of weeks During the strike day in Kerala I was put to enormous diffciculty due to this issue. I am wooried what worse thing could happen if I face such a situation when I am alone in the night or so. As a girl, this is an alarming matter.

              There is additon of rs 180 in our monthly bill wich is a crap. And we have to get so much of mental stress in writing complain here and there. Who is going to pay for the same. It is not at all expected from bsnl service. And for refunding it we have to write application here and there. It is absolutely a nonsense thing from bsnl. I am going to make police complain against bsnl for wasting our precious time, mental stress and money. Our phone no is [protected].

                    There is no range for BSNL last 4 days. There are no incoming & out going calls processed also no sms Get worked properly in our area ( pimpalgaon Baswant). I talking with local officer iN BSNL office but there is no responcible answer from officer.

                      Hi, This is about the poor service offered by BSNL to their consumers. I subscribed 2mbps unlimited plan but what I used to get after paying 1200 Rupees every month is 256.7kbps downloading speed even not touch the threshold of 3GB. So what to say our National Telecom Company and Internet service provider. What they doing to me is cheating. I don't think that even a month go without any problem with their service. Poor Job BSNL...

                        Sir, I brought a new lumia 530, during the festival season of august last year 2014. It was working fine till 2 months, after wards it started showing sign's of problems such as 1. The wake up button not working 2. some times the touch don't work properly 3. if we launch any application then it will automatically hit back to the home page 4. uc browser, whatsapp not working 5. Problem with the head set slot as some times it will go mute by itself I have given the mobile to the care center more than 4 times, but every time they will say that its the problem with software and they change then also it will be the same after a few days. Literally i'm so fed up by formatting the mobile when ever these problems shows up again and again. so please kindly guide me saying what i should do get these problems corrected.

                          Reagarding BSNL APP and website usage can be checked for some numbers while for other numbers it displays invalid input data though the data provided is correct(on bsnl app). Similarly on website it works for some numbers and doesn't work for rest. Many links on bsnl website fail to open viz complaint booking for gsm/cdma on http://bsnl.in/customer-care.html for jammu and kashmir. The links ends at failure on http://bsnl.sparshindia.com/complaintportal/complaintportalpage.aspx?circle=JK.

                            My BSNL land line[protected] is not working for more than a month and every time I lodge a complaint, I get the booking number but get a message saying that it is resolved. I am not able to understand how they close the docket without getting confirmation from the customer.

Here is the list.. open the http://www.bsnl.co.in/ then go to Customer Care Assistance One click Away this will open http://bsnl.in/customer-care.html go to Complaint Booking LANDLINE/BROADBAND GSM/CDMA and then click on gsm/cdma this will open Select a Circle select jammu and kashmir as state... this failed link will open http://bsnl.sparshindia.com/complaintportal/complaintportalpage.aspx?circle=JK This web page is not available I dont understand how to register a complaint... even 1503 called...they said we will not register this complaint...talked to Sh Shiv charan there and many others, whose name i don't know... my number is [protected] and I had to check my usage details...but that link http://portalcc.bsnl.in/UsageDetails/aspxfiles/queryUsageDetails.aspx is also faulty ...it says UNBILLED USAGE SUMMARY Invalid Mobile Number and Account no combination. Please try with correct information. ENQUIRY FORM GSM CDMA WIMAX Mobile No*: Account No*: Select Circle*: I select Jammu and Kashmir and it chooses haryana after pressing the submit button. So i thought i will register a complaint with bsnl, but complaint link doesn't work at all. please help. to check call details is a dream though possible for landline...

                                I am using BSNL broadband for past few months, but from December 2014 to still now January 2015, I can't get connected with Internet. I registered several complaints about this, but no use. I paid 1100.Rs for the month January without using single KB of data. Somebody please help me on this regard.

                                    Dear Sir, in the month of march 2013 the land line and broad band service of BSNL is not working in my area Kalyan and bill is generated for the same for march as well as April. I have paid that on advice given by BSNL employees that is will be refund to you once service starts working. Service is started on may 1st week and stopped in mid 3rd week then also bill is generated and paid by me, after end on that month service in to started working then i have decided to terminate the service and submitted a written application, then my services was canceled. From that time i am asking for refund of that 2-3 months bill which i have paid and the deposit paid to BSNL. I have gone 2-3 times to BSNL office everybody tell me that as service is stopped we will not have that much power to give you credit for the bills Now I have the proof of 2 department of BSNL- Kalyan that refund is credited to your account and how many times I have visited the office, the written proof by BSNL officers that I have visited for the same above written Compaint. Copy of bills paid, application for refund submitted, and some useful things.

Kindly refer to my complaint number 532 dated 6th December 2014 at Valakkavu BSNL exchange, A/c number:[protected] it is to be noted that I am a regular payer of monthly bills on time and interestingly, I have received bill demand for the whole month where the connection is non-functional. I humbly request your intervention in this regard as this is a complete failure of consumer service while charging for the same. Best regards, Mohanan T.K

                                        I have been complaining about by broad band connection issue to BSNL via toll free and each time they give me only the complaint no# and they send the default SMS stating your complaint is assigned to BSNL staff Ramesh T.D. mobile no# [protected] but when I call the staff he is not picking up the phone and again and again new complaint is getting registered. My last complaint no# is[protected]. /[protected] We have not been able to use our landline and Broadband connection in the last 1 month but still I am surprised to see our monthly bill amount getting increased. My land line no#[protected]. Today Again a new complaint no# is given and all the below complaints are closed without even attending the problem. Is this the kind of service you provide to a customer. 1) [protected] 2) [protected] 3) [protected] 4) [protected] Still the problem is not resolved. Can you speed up the process and give me a permanent solution. Every time I register a complaint it is getting closed without resolving the issue.
