    Dear Sir, 1. I am forced to bring to your notice that the BSNL Services are extremely POOR in both Nashik and Devlali. I will spell out the basic problem in each case of Land Line and Cellular networks. a) Land Line Services. The current number of land line connections in Devlali is well below par. For example a colony called Hill Range Colony, Anand Road has currently at least more than 6-7 applications pending for new connections. The reasons given to consumers is that there is a total shortage of suitable copper cable. Secondly that there is no funds to install new DPs in the Colony area. Thirdly that there is no funds for installing UG or fiber optic cables. These three obvious and lame excuses are not fooling any o[censored]s. The reasons are as follows :- a) There are a huge number of two pair copper cables available in the Sinner store yards. b) Your technical representatives have not bee pursueing the requirements of the consumers. This information is gained from reliable sources. b) Cellular Services. The so called 3G services of BSNL are in a worse state. The following are the main problems :- i) Extremly poor range. ii) More often than not NO rpt NO connectivity at all . iii) The service if it comes on is erratic and does not connect . The main reasons for poor service are as follows :- i) The tower used by BSNL in the Hill Range area is not owned by BSNL and is on rent. ii) The Rents required to be paid to the land owner has not been paid iii) The local farmer cuts the cable. iv) As a stop gap measure we have been told that the BSNL authorities have use a single two pair cable. This is ridiculious. v) The stand by batteries used when there is a power failure are outdated. vi) And lastly there is NO MAINTENANCE. 2. How can we consumers expect improved services.         I was living in Madgao (Goa). But now I shifted to Mumbai so I disconnected my phone and broadband connection. Then also BSNL sending me message for my bill after disconnection. When I called to Madgao office, the lady of BSNL staff is telling to come to Madgao office to check what happen exactly. How can a person go from Mumbai to Goa for just checking the bill.

            Dear sir, Sub : Land Line[protected] is not working since last 4 months... We have registered a complaint through help desk on September and registered in the system on September 19th 2014. I have contacted Exchange (south chittoor exchange), they said complaint has been closed with status Cable fault resolved.As per their advice i had contacted Accounts officer and he told me that they have disconnected the line due to the delay in rent payment . Finally Line got inactivated. Then i went to another office and submitted form to Reactive the line, but till now there is no action from the exchange. I would like to know the exact reason for the issue, whether its got disconnected due to un payment of rent or due to cable fault. If its cable fault, which area the cable has problem. Since there is no road maintenance is going on in our area, i doubt there is communication gap between cable workers and Exchange authorities. Appreciate your follow up and necessary action on this issue. regards, Joji

              Day by day its becoming very difficult to travel in trains due to Hijra/Hijda 's in trains. RPF isn't doing anything even after complaint. RPF is ignoring as if nothing has happend. Than comes the ticket checker. You know what hats off to this guy. He is doing his job very well. He will check the tickets of all the passengers except those hijra 's. I even dont know why i am complaining over here ? As if you guys aren't aware of this? This is happening over India. Even Consumer Complaint forum is meant for nothing. Its just a name. The real question is. Who are the actual Hijra's?

                I want to disconnect the bsnl.hungama.com due to its false bill. At the time of offering the service the agent told me through my phone number[protected] that the service charges will be charged If I use the service otherwise there will be no charge to connect this service. I did not use the service till now. But last time in the invoice number [protected] invoice date 5/11/2014 invoice period 01/10/2014 to 31/10/2014 Phone Number[protected] Rs.210.77 and this time invoice number [protected] invoice period 01/11/2014 to 30/11/2014 Rs 597.00 has added in the invoices.

                    Hello sir, my name is praveen my son is mentally handicapped so we have joined him in ARUN SPECIAL CENTRE school but there is a so many problems which is from that schools 1) the principal arundathi and her husband babu yadav and principal yonger brother they torturing my son and other students also not giving proper food, not taking for daily exercise and there is not a minimum education daily . 2) Daily they giving jaggery and rice, all students locking in a darkroom and locking from outside and some teachers are beating very ruff to students, and some other Muslims teachers are teaching kuran to mental students 3) arundathi is removed more than 200 teachers, incresing lots of properties, and bikes for her childrens ( 2 ) 4) arundathi and babuyadav not giving time to meet my son simple saying that please come back later and also talking very rudely with me 5) I dont known is this complaint really work or not but please do some thing minimum investigation and punishment thank you .her school address Block No.[protected], Near Mir-alam Filters Shastripuram, Hyderabad - 500 077 P Arundathi - Principal/Incharge

[protected], Thanks" I don know now which is this second payment ? Because the A/c no. & Tel numbers are different.They are not mine.                           Hi, I have recharged for 139 data plan through PAYTM site for 1gb data valid for 20days. However i did not receive any data, instead after sometime got message that RS. 121 has been credited to my number. After recharging i used the number for Internet access and got message that your current session has been charged for rs151 and when i checked net session has been charged from my main balance. I enquired it with BSNL customer care however they are saying that the recharge for 139 was done through flexi recharge hence i got balance of 121. I also enquired with PAYTM however they are saying it is controlled by BSNL. I do not know whose fault it is, i have recharged for data pack of 139 which was clearly mentioned on PAYTM site thay for data pack of 1gb valid for 20days. Now my question is how it is possible that i got flexi recharge. It is very frustrating that BSNL saying to contact PAYTM and PAYTM saying to contact BSNL. Please resolve my query at the earliest.                               My name is roahan mahto and i am staying in sirsa.I have BSNL prepaid mobile connection([protected]). My outgoing call validity was getting over on 8th nov 14. Starting from 27th nov 14 till 8th nov 14, BSNL started deducing Rs32.93 every morning, stating that recharge has been done to extend validity(through message). However no recharge was done. Totally, Rs395.16 have been deducted without any recharge. Finally I did it myself on 9th Nov 14. Despite repeated calls to customer care, no action was taken to refund the money. My complaint docket no. is 2K03440240. Whenever I call customer care, they keep me waiting very long without any output.

                                I registered for BB connection on Nov 22. Lead ID:CHCHI[protected]. I got a message that Sampath Kumar (his mobile no.9444XXX129) will be my point of contact for the above Lead ID. But whenever I call all him (called him thrice), he says the connection for my area doesn't exist and he didn't receive a report if connection is feasible or not. I said BSNL BB connection is available in a flat opposite to my home and also in the house next to mine. Later he said BB connection cannot be provided to 1 person at all. He added that his line man was on leave and will be back after a week. (Is his line man on leave from Nov 22nd ?). I know the complaints registered in this forums are heard and immediate actions are taken. Please solve my issue and help me get BB connection within a week.                                     Sir, i have received a bill amount of Rs.1455 as billed amount in which Rs. 347 is for some additional charges for hungama services which i haven't activated or used. Last month also i paid this amount for this feauture, the deactivation number i got from customer care is not working. i had a bad experience from a customer care (1500 toll free) executive when i called for knowing more about this service.
