My name is roahan mahto and i am staying in sirsa.I have BSNL prepaid mobile connection([protected]). My outgoing call validity was getting over on 8th nov 14. Starting from 27th nov 14 till 8th nov 14, BSNL started deducing Rs32.93 every morning, stating that recharge has been done to extend validity(through message). However no recharge was done. Sir, i have received a bill amount of Rs.1455 as billed amount in which Rs. 347 is for some additional charges for hungama services which i haven't activated or used. Last month also i paid this amount for this feauture, the deactivation number i got from customer care is not working. i had a bad experience from a customer care (1500 toll free) executive when i called for knowing more about this service. BSNL ONLINE RECHARGE UNSUCCESSFUL

FALSE PROMISES .. LOUSY FTTH SERVICE

BSNL Ftth - No Delivery of Services To BSNL Department, I Had BSNL Fibro ULD (3999 RS/Month) Plan, in which BSNL commit 10 MBPS but funny thing is they were unable to provide even 1.6 MBPS Speed... Stop offering this FTTH service... BSNL can't handle this... and finally now i am PLANNING TO discontinuing my FTTH Plan.. Guys... don't waste your money with BSNL FTTH...IT SUCKS.....
