    Hi, I am Sreedam CH. Mandal from Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal. I have been using BSNL Broadband service for few years. The Broadband Plan which I use is BB HOME RURAL COMBO ULD 550. Here is given my BSNL account details below----- Customer ID: [protected] Account Number: [protected] Broadband Phone Number: [protected] I always pay my bill time to time. That’s why I have achieved 227 loyalty points from BSNL. But this month (January) I got my BSNL bill and found totally wrong in this bill. The Broadband Plan which I use is totally changed. It seems BBG RURAL COMBO UL 650 which is totally wrong and that’s why they sent me a huge bill to my account. I called so many times at the customer care number[protected]. But nobody received. Now my deeply request to you to solve the matter as soon as possible. I am sending previous month bill details with the current month.

      सर मै सोलापूर (महाराष्ट्र) का रहनेवाला हूँ और मैने यहाँ के सात रस्ता ब्रँच मे ब्रॉडबँड कनेक्शन के लिए ॲप्लीकेशन दिया था लेकीन 03/11/2014 के दिन पैसे जमा करणेके बावजूद मुझे कनेक्शन नही दिया जा रहा यहाँ के कर्मचारी श्री.कुलकर्णी और अधिकारी श्री.कुंभार व्दारा मुझे वायर ना होणेके कारण हम आपको कनेक्शन नही दे रहे है एैसा बताया जा रहा है इसके लिए मैने यहाँ के हेड ऑफीस मे कार्यरत अधिकारी श्री.एडके इनसे मिलकर लिखीत रुपमे कंम्प्लेंट किया था लेकीन फिरभी कोईभी कार्यवाही नही हो रही है कृपया आप इसमे मेरी सहायता किजीए अन्यथा मुझे कंझुमर कोर्टमे जाना होगा

          my bsnl no is [protected] and activated with STV 160 for rate cutter and is valid upto 20th feb 2015, but all of a sudden from 8th jan 2015 the rate cutter deactivated and deducted as per nestam plan and i gave a complaint on 10th jan 2015 wide docket no 5A10AP384522, BUT so far the complaint was not resolved

            I'm Paying 800 for my broadband every month, its a combo pack, which promise me a 2Megabits/second Connection up to 8 GB and after that 512 Kilobits/Second

            So to sum it up I should be getting at least 256 Kilo"bytes"/second Downstream+Upstream, which never ever happens.

            Best that i get is 45/35 Kilobytes Upstream/Downstream.

            I want everything refunded from my first complaint 2-3 years ago up until now, and only deduct from that what You have provided me, a 265Kilo"bits"/second connection.

            Fix this immediately.

            Everytime I call BSNL i get the same response that its a line problem, and this will only be fixed when the line is changed, they have changed the pairs from telephone exchange up to my home several times, but it does not help.
            and whenever we tell them to change the lines, they say its not their power and only higher ups can help with this, Recently I was told that Optical Fibre line was stretched out to my colony, but it wouldn't be able to reach my home, fix that too.

            TLDR:
            1) Fix broadband speed issue(change lines if you want, do it however you want, i will keep asking for refund until i see a 2 Megabits per second Upstream+Downstream, and no less)
            2)Put me on Optical Fibre if that will allow me to upgrade to higher speed plans, and do it fast.
            3)if you're incapable of doing this, then refund me all my money that I've still paid after complaining every single week, and registering my complaints on 198 numerous times.

            also do not tell me what's the difference between Megabits and Megabytes per second. i simply did the conversions for you lazy people.

                I got a new BSNL prepaid connection with no:[protected]. Message relating to ATM withdrawals from Indian Bank account not related to me (and not registered by me) are being received causing concern. Is the same number earlier used by some other person has been issued to me and if so how and in what manner this unrelated inward SMS alerts from banks can be stopped.

The amount got deducted from my account but there is no update in my system neither I got the refund . The complaint registering page of BSNL is also not working .                         sir for past 7-8 months ibeen getting over charged ills for broadband service provided by bsnl broadband my name and no dipak tembhekar[protected]. i use unlimited combo plan 950 plus 99 i have been gettting bill for 1150 to 1300 Rs. do something sir when i went and asked about the deductions they told this are this charge that charge and that . i cant pay that much bills sir if not payed these idots disconnect the landline connection. sir help me sir .

Local BSNL personnels are saying that they dont hav the cable so they can't give connection. So many times we requested for Phone and Broad band connection. Pls solve our problem as soon as possible.

                              My Broadband (telephone no. [protected]) billing amount was Rs. 1, 567.07 for July, 2014. I was using BB Home Combo 500 and was deposited annual charges earlier. They've changed the free night usage plan to charged night plan from 08.07.14 as per newspaper report or through email. How can they charged for the same for 01.07.14 to 08.07.14? I've submitted applications to the AOTR Serampore on 10.09.14 and on 30.10.14, but no solution was provided. I've sent email to the CMD, BSNL regarding this on 14.10.14, but no solution was provided.                                 Hi, I had registered a complaint on 10-January-2015 regarding an unsuccessful transaction of my BSNL Landline bill payment performed on 26 December 2014 in both consumer complaint forum and BSNL portal. On the same day i.e 10-January-2015, I received a call from a person named Rajeev- EMP ID-RAJ7759817, claiming to be from BSNL. Initially he asked me for my Debit card Number, then my bank account Number. Then came a point where he asked me to add 4 numbers, i.e 12, 35, my ATM PIN, 824 and asked me to sum up the above numbers and tell him the same. when I declined to give the sum of all these numbers as it would clearly disclose my ATM pin he urged the same by giving his name and his BSNL Employee ID. Then he asked me to hold on for 5 mins. by that time i had received a message from SBI telling that there was an OTP generated for 3D secure registration and another message that my Transaction at POS is declined since my account is locked. when asked him regarding the same he said all these details were for the refund of my money. After 3 minutes he asked for the balance in my account and when i declined in tellin the same he said refund cannot be done on maestro card and would support only visa card and asked if I could give the same information on any visa card or of my family members card. when I declined for the same he said he cannot refund the amount at all and cut the call without any other word. My concerns with respect to such behaviour. 1. What is the need to ask for my Debit card Number and my PIN. 2. To transfer any amount to a particular bank why do you have to register the concerned persons account for 3D secure registration. 3. What is the need to ask for my balance in the account and the transactions that I have made from the account? 4. I have made a lot of payments online and whenever there was an unsuccessful transaction, the amount would get credited to the same bank account within maximum of 7 days without any such enquiries? why only BSNL follows such rules? 5. Even if this person is from BSNL, how far is it right to ask ur customer their private banking details which the bank itself does not encourage us in sharing it? 6. If there is any illegal transaction made from my account, who is responsible and whom should I go seeking for Help.                                     My name is P N Dhar, 85 years old. residing in 46/20 Indranagar, Lucknow. My telephone number is[protected]. . For the lat 10 days the phone is dead. There is no way to complaint as the online complaint system does not work. The toll free number is a fraud as it does not register complaint. I have submitted a written complaint to the office but to no avail. It is a disgrace. I think BSNL should be privatised as they are a group of crooks eating the tax payers money. I am fed up.

                                      I WOULD LIKE REGISTAR A COMPLAINT REGARDING MY SIM WHICH I CANNOT SEND SMS FOR THE LAST 2YEARS, I WOULD LIKE THE BSNL AUTHORITY TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST, EVEN BSNL OFFICE GIVEN THE NUMBER TO COMPLAINT WHICH UNREACHABLE.I HOPE THIS MATTER WILL BE SOLVED ASAP.
