sir for past 7-8 months ibeen getting over charged ills for broadband service provided by bsnl broadband my name and no dipak tembhekar[protected]. i use unlimited combo plan 950 plus 99 i have been gettting bill for 1150 to 1300 Rs. do something sir when i went and asked about the deductions they told this are this charge that charge and that . i cant pay that much bills sir if not payed these idots disconnect the landline connection. sir help me sir .

This is Sim my verifications details are already I told u 1507 at 4 days back. But my Sim Is notactivated sir. No incoming calls and no outgoing calls sir... This is my problem sir.       Dear Sir, We are unable to get Land Line Phone and Broad Band connection at udumbannoor telephone exchange in idukki district kerala. Local BSNL personnels are saying that they dont hav the cable so they can't give connection. So many times we requested for Phone and Broad band connection. Pls solve our problem as soon as possible.

        My Broadband (telephone no. [protected]) billing amount was Rs. 1, 567.07 for July, 2014. I was using BB Home Combo 500 and was deposited annual charges earlier. They've changed the free night usage plan to charged night plan from 08.07.14 as per newspaper report or through email. How can they charged for the same for 01.07.14 to 08.07.14? I've submitted applications to the AOTR Serampore on 10.09.14 and on 30.10.14, but no solution was provided. I've sent email to the CMD, BSNL regarding this on 14.10.14, but no solution was provided.           Hi, I had registered a complaint on 10-January-2015 regarding an unsuccessful transaction of my BSNL Landline bill payment performed on 26 December 2014 in both consumer complaint forum and BSNL portal. On the same day i.e 10-January-2015, I received a call from a person named Rajeev- EMP ID-RAJ7759817, claiming to be from BSNL. Initially he asked me for my Debit card Number, then my bank account Number. Then came a point where he asked me to add 4 numbers, i.e 12, 35, my ATM PIN, 824 and asked me to sum up the above numbers and tell him the same. when I declined to give the sum of all these numbers as it would clearly disclose my ATM pin he urged the same by giving his name and his BSNL Employee ID. Then he asked me to hold on for 5 mins. by that time i had received a message from SBI telling that there was an OTP generated for 3D secure registration and another message that my Transaction at POS is declined since my account is locked. when asked him regarding the same he said all these details were for the refund of my money. After 3 minutes he asked for the balance in my account and when i declined in tellin the same he said refund cannot be done on maestro card and would support only visa card and asked if I could give the same information on any visa card or of my family members card. when I declined for the same he said he cannot refund the amount at all and cut the call without any other word. My concerns with respect to such behaviour. 1. What is the need to ask for my Debit card Number and my PIN. 2. To transfer any amount to a particular bank why do you have to register the concerned persons account for 3D secure registration. 3. What is the need to ask for my balance in the account and the transactions that I have made from the account? 4. I have made a lot of payments online and whenever there was an unsuccessful transaction, the amount would get credited to the same bank account within maximum of 7 days without any such enquiries? why only BSNL follows such rules? 5. Even if this person is from BSNL, how far is it right to ask ur customer their private banking details which the bank itself does not encourage us in sharing it? 6. If there is any illegal transaction made from my account, who is responsible and whom should I go seeking for Help.               My name is P N Dhar, 85 years old. residing in 46/20 Indranagar, Lucknow. My telephone number is[protected]. . For the lat 10 days the phone is dead. There is no way to complaint as the online complaint system does not work. The toll free number is a fraud as it does not register complaint. I have submitted a written complaint to the office but to no avail. It is a disgrace. I think BSNL should be privatised as they are a group of crooks eating the tax payers money. I am fed up.

                I WOULD LIKE REGISTAR A COMPLAINT REGARDING MY SIM WHICH I CANNOT SEND SMS FOR THE LAST 2YEARS, I WOULD LIKE THE BSNL AUTHORITY TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST, EVEN BSNL OFFICE GIVEN THE NUMBER TO COMPLAINT WHICH UNREACHABLE.I HOPE THIS MATTER WILL BE SOLVED ASAP.                   i made complaint about my broad band speed which is not constant up to 512 which is given minimum .My complaint no. is [protected] but no body came and complaint remove . I made again same complaint bearing complaint no. [protected] again no body came i talk with nandanwar saheb his mobil no [protected] he told me that he has forward complaint to chimankar saheb mob no [protected] after 10 days of complain chimankar came to my home and told me he will solve from source but my problem is as it is . mr nandanwar say that he can't do any thing

                    My mobile no. [protected] have a pre-activated news pack service which sends my mobile different news via SMSs. I actually don't know whether the news pack is pre-activated or it has been activated by a mistake but I didn't activated it myself. The news are written in PUNJABI language which i don't understand, so i want to change the language to ENGLISH. The various messages sent to me as- BZ-RMLAGR, VM-RMLWTH, BZ-RMLNWS, VM-RMLMKT, BW-RMLNWS, BZ-RMLWTH, BZ-RMLMKT, VM-RMLHLT, BW-RMLAGR, VM-RMLNWS, DM-SBIRML, BZ-RMLINF, VM-RMLAGR, BW-RMLWTH, BZ-RMLFIN, VM-RMLINF, VM-SBIRML, VM-RMLFIN. These names are of the senders only.(as is written in messages). Please change the language from Punjabi to English as soon as possible. Thank you.

According to this plan i should get 4 Mbps speed but now days i am gettting just 770 to 900 Kbps. I have attached file for evidence. I am facing this problem for past 2 month.                           I recharged my mobile on 31 dec 14 worth Rs 47 for doing bsnl to bsnl 20 paise per minute and i didnt get the offer till date. on 2nd jan 15 iregistered a complaint against this they told wait for 4 days and i waited and again there is no responds from the network provider.

                            To, SDO BSNL Sector 19, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301 Subject: Regarding the Dead Telephone Since Day 1 For the Telephone Number[protected] This is to draw your kind attention towards the customer services provided by BSNL to their customers who go for BSNL Broadband and telephone services. I booked a broadband plan 675 with landline #[protected] on 12/12/2014.The phone have not worked even for 15 minutes and the faulty handset was fixed. The fixed I made three complaints of which numbers as below [protected] [protected] [protected] (I received a message that my issue have been resolved but none of technician even arrived a single time). I called thrice to consumer helpdesk every time i was informed that the issues would get resolved in 48 hrs but no action were taking against the complains. I am very disappointed by the services provided by the business associates of BSNL. In case if the issue does not get resolved soon i would not be liable to pay any outstanding bill against my connection as I am not getting the services which have been promised to me.                               I have lost mobile on 01/01/2015 which consists dual sim.Of which one of the sims is cellone of the above mentioned no.ie., [protected].I've tried several times to block the no. by dialing 1503 and no response from your side.The next day I got response from your side and they got the another no. [protected] from me to give the feedback to me regarding the complaint, but no response. The same complaint given to you on two occasions morning and evening on 5/2/2015. Still the action was not taken by you.Now to my surprise the call from the stolen sim [protected] was diverted and came to me.                                 I have paid INR 555 through the net banking transaction of HDFC Bank for General top up through BSNL Bill desk on 4th January 2015 vide ref BHDF [protected] and the bank debit No.[protected] dt 4.01.15. The topping up was not done for the mobile No. [protected] even till now. Hence I would like to register this complaint as this is the first time, I have faced this problem. As I was very confident that I have not faced similar problem in the past, hence I have not saved either the Transaction code No. or receipt No.

                                  mobile No:[protected] i recharged on 16th dec 2014 for Rs.110 and a net balance of Rs.272 again recharged on 31st dec 2014 for Rs.200 when i called on 2nd jan 2015 the voice replied 019 paise balance when i contaced 1503 they said the amount was taken for gprs when i checked in *124# the balance is 2kb with having this balance i was surprised why you deducted in my main account i also complaint regarding this in 1503 there is no response i have proof that there is 2kb in my phone so please reverse the amount you deducted for gprs i hope you will immediately reverse that amount by v.kothandaraman chennai 4th jan 2015

                                    Sir We all of BSNL Prepaid customer at Hanumangarh Jn, Rajasthan using prepais connection last 02 years . Since last 10 days the service of BSNL is stopped fully or working one or two time in a day. We have complied this matter to BSNL customer care but they have bone nothing and only passing time giving false consolation . From the above it can be assumed that BSNL staff are adjusting with private mobile company so that we the BSNL customer may forced to lest the BSNL and join other private company. Please lodge our complain and forward to higher Official of BSNL for better service and for better future of BSNL
