Dear Sir/ Madam,
It is to intimate that I am the employee of Powergrid Corporation of India Limited. I have applied for
new BSNL Land Line connection along with Broadband connection to local BSNL office on 16.09.2014 & i
was provisionally allotted BSNL Base Phone number[protected]. It is a matter o[censored]tter surprise that
even after a lapse of nearly three months, land line and broad band connection has not yet been
installed at my premises. A copy of the receipts is enclosed for your kind reference.
Since 16.09.2014, the undersigned has visited BSNL Customer Care Office Bahu Plaza, Jammu & DE (BSNL)
Office, Jammu time and again but except repeated assurances from BSNL officials, nothing was received
tilldate. It was also tried to telephoncally discuss the issue with higher authorities in BSNL but
tilldate BSNL has miserably failed to install Land Line Connection/ Broadband connection in my
premises.
It is really shocking and disturbing that a huge Govt. owned Corporation like yours is behaving in such
a irresponsible manner. I would like to add that similar to my case, another cases of our employees are
also pending with BSNL for new connections.
Through this e-mail, it is once again requested that the land line connection/ broadband connection may
immediately be installed at my place failing which i shall be forced to route my request through the
other available channels for redress el.
MATTER MAY PLEASE BE TREATED AS MOST URGENT.
