Sir, i have received a bill amount of Rs.1455 as billed amount in which Rs. 347 is for some additional charges for hungama services which i haven't activated or used. Last month also i paid this amount for this feauture, the deactivation number i got from customer care is not working. i had a bad experience from a customer care (1500 toll free) executive when i called for knowing more about this service. Actually i am getting cheated by paying Rs. 350 every month for a service which i haven't used or activated. Thanking you.     Sir/Mam, I tried to recharge for Rs 110 for my BSNL number [protected] through SBI internet banking on 12.12.2014 around 10:12 am. The amount was deducted from my account but my number was not recharged. the transcation ID was txt[protected]. Please solve this problem.

      Sir, My broad band land line no.[protected] Kaithal Haryana) and my post paid corporate connection no. [protected]. (company State Bank of Patiala) . My problem is I have not received my post paid bill in my local address ( Kaithal, Haryana) whereas my land line bill came to my local address. I have requested at your Kaithal BSNL office for sent my bill through e-mail with full details and also activated monthly GPRS plan of Rs.510/- for 5GB. In last 3 to 4 months my monthly bill came upto Rs.2500/- I want to know the cause behind it. I shall be obliged if you kindly tell me the cause of more bill amount of last 3 to 4 months and give me confirm that my request ( sent monthly bill through e-mail and activated Rs.510/- monthly plan of 5GB GPRS ) has activated in my mobile.         Dear sir, Yesterday i have been contacted BSNL customer care executive via no 1503 regarding Internet not connecting my mobile. Already a lot of times have contacted bsnl customer care reg the same problem. But till now Not solved and I faced same problem so little bit angry in my mind so asking BSNL customer care executive " bsnl executive speaking speaking speaking very bad words lot of times.           BSNL Ftth - No Delivery of Services To BSNL Department, I Had BSNL Fibro ULD (3999 RS/Month) Plan, in which BSNL commit 10 MBPS but funny thing is they were unable to provide even 1.6 MBPS Speed... Stop offering this FTTH service... BSNL can't handle this... and finally now i am PLANNING TO discontinuing my FTTH Plan.. Guys... don't waste your money with BSNL FTTH...IT SUCKS..

                  I'm paying my bill regularly even though message is sending to my mobile that there is a outstanding amount to pay and accordingly bill is send to my bank for payment. I always find the bill sending to me is doubtful and excess than my use. During last month several messages for outstanding amount has sent to me and the outstanding amount is vary from one message to other. I enquire about my outstanding amount. But it is informed that there is no outstanding bill to pay against my mobile no. Surprisingly this time also the bill is inclusive of the outstanding amount which may please be clarified in details of my usage.

                    Since last ten days the broadband is not working. I made complaint vide docket number [protected] but till time no one respond. The same problem also in earlier so I want to disconnect the Broadband only on the sole ground of non attend complaint and non resolve the complaint in time.

                      dear sir i am onkar singh, new model town from hoshiarpur punjab my mobile number is [protected]. we have a problem in our area prepaid connections. there are no net(2g, 3g) range in our connections. when we open the net(2g, 3g) in our mobiles, it is not open and when we call to another mobile network the voice is not clear and sim network is not good. please check this problem and solve this immediately. many bsnl customer change bsnl sim to other sim portability. if you solve this problem your earning is good from our area. we wait good network in our area.

                        My LAN line no is[protected]. There is been a problem with optic fibre connection due to which LAN line and broad band are not working for the past three months .Complaint registered on toll free number months back and also to Mr Rajendran of the exchange 3 weeks back. No response till date..When I called mogappair exchange today on all their numbers nobody is picking. My child is studying in 10th CBSE and needs internet and printouts for her assignments. Kindly help

                          I am bsnl custmer since 2005.Initially it was prepaid connection and converted to a post paid plan 100 in the year 2007 along with rs 199/-unlimited gprs usage plan.i have received bill of rs. 58821.00.i have tried to communicate with bsnl office in person but received no proper answer or clarification.

                            Dear Sir/ Madam, It is to intimate that I am the employee of Powergrid Corporation of India Limited. I have applied for new BSNL Land Line connection along with Broadband connection to local BSNL office on 16.09.2014 & i was provisionally allotted BSNL Base Phone number[protected]. It is a matter o[censored]tter surprise that even after a lapse of nearly three months, land line and broad band connection has not yet been installed at my premises. A copy of the receipts is enclosed for your kind reference. Since 16.09.2014, the undersigned has visited BSNL Customer Care Office Bahu Plaza, Jammu & DE (BSNL) Office, Jammu time and again but except repeated assurances from BSNL officials, nothing was received tilldate. It was also tried to telephoncally discuss the issue with higher authorities in BSNL but tilldate BSNL has miserably failed to install Land Line Connection/ Broadband connection in my premises. It is really shocking and disturbing that a huge Govt. owned Corporation like yours is behaving in such a irresponsible manner. I would like to add that similar to my case, another cases of our employees are also pending with BSNL for new connections. Through this e-mail, it is once again requested that the land line connection/ broadband connection may immediately be installed at my place failing which i shall be forced to route my request through the other available channels for redress el.                                 Hi, I am using bsnl from last 7 years. My mobile no. Is [protected]. It is a prepaid mobile connection. My monthly recharge amount is 1000 rupees approx.I use in internet and calling per month. On 3 nov 2014 I recharged with the amount of 200 but within 2 minutes 150 rupees were charged from my phone for some services that I never used and I didn't activated as I didn't got any call or msg for the confirmation of service. I didn't activated that service and instead of this they activated and charged me as well. So regarding this i booked a complaint and I was given a docket no. (2K[protected]. And the customer care representative assured me to wait for 28 days to refund my balance. Now after 28 days I again call to customer care and asked about my complaint then they denies to refund my balance. And saying that you have activated service by using INTERNET. I have never gone through any website which asked me for the services activation. i dont know what to do now. How to deal with these cheaters. For just 150 rupees of cheat they lost the trust of 7 years.

                                      I recharged my BSNL number(AHD Gujarat) with Rs 92 from kolkata.After recharge i got a message that your account has been credited with Rs92 but still the plan is not activated.I called on BSNL customer care number (1503) several times but i didn't get help. They told me that I am using a Gujarat number so they cant help me as they have no information of Gujarat and every time they gave me a Gujarat customer care number [protected].Which is actually a wrong number.When i asked him for all India customer care number they gave me [protected].Its a toll free number and even this number also does not work.It asks for pressing number key for selecting your language.But when we press it does not give any response.First I thought its my phone problem but when i called from my friends phone also I got the same problem.one week before i did the recharge of 164 and that time also i faced the same problem.Now I am totally fed up with this.I don't want to use this sim but this number is distributed everywhere so i cant cancelled this number.Please help me in getting my money.

The amount is in between Rs.60/- and Rs.100/- This month Rs.99/- I do not know what for this amount charged . My requests to stop this service are in vain.
