Hello sir, my name is praveen my son is mentally handicapped so we have joined him in ARUN SPECIAL CENTRE school but there is a so many problems which is from that schools 1) the principal arundathi and her husband babu yadav and principal yonger brother they torturing my son and other students also not giving proper food, not taking for daily exercise and there is not a minimum education daily . 2) Daily they giving jaggery and rice, all students locking in a darkroom and locking from outside and some teachers are beating very ruff to students, and some other Muslims teachers are teaching kuran to mental students 3) arundathi is removed more than 200 teachers, incresing lots of properties, and bikes for her childrens ( 2 ) 4) arundathi and babuyadav not giving time to meet my son simple saying that please come back later and also talking very rudely with me 5) I dont known is this complaint really work or not but please do some thing minimum investigation and punishment thank you .her school address Block No.[protected], Near Mir-alam Filters Shastripuram, Hyderabad - 500 077 P Arundathi - Principal/Incharge

Immediately I received confirmation from BSNL ; details on my gmail ID.as below Receipt Number:[protected] Transaction No: TX[protected] Bill Number: [protected] Telephone Number: 2570139 Unique ID [protected] Bank Transaction ID:[protected] Bill Paid Amt: 2317.00 Bill Paid Date:16 Dec 14 subsequently on my smart phone at 0525 PM, I received a mail from BSNL stating that " Dear customer, Received Payment of Rs.2317 on 16 Dec.-14 for BSNL Landline bill A/c [protected], Tel no. [protected], Thanks" I don know now which is this second payment ? Because the A/c no. & Tel numbers are different.They are not mine.         Hi, I have recharged for 139 data plan through PAYTM site for 1gb data valid for 20days. However i did not receive any data, instead after sometime got message that RS. 121 has been credited to my number. After recharging i used the number for Internet access and got message that your current session has been charged for rs151 and when i checked net session has been charged from my main balance. I enquired it with BSNL customer care however they are saying that the recharge for 139 was done through flexi recharge hence i got balance of 121. I also enquired with PAYTM however they are saying it is controlled by BSNL. I do not know whose fault it is, i have recharged for data pack of 139 which was clearly mentioned on PAYTM site thay for data pack of 1gb valid for 20days. Now my question is how it is possible that i got flexi recharge. It is very frustrating that BSNL saying to contact PAYTM and PAYTM saying to contact BSNL. Please resolve my query at the earliest.           hi sir iam using bsnl cellone [protected] no recently i recharge STV135 customercare told bsnl to bsnl 125min bsnl to other network 225 min but i received bsnl to other network 150min so kindly resolve my issue refund my money how i used i never seen such a cheating i need all my call details since last 8yeard onwards iam using bsnl before i lodge the complaint also contact customercare they put in hold after 25min also he didnt get back this is the way bsnl service sure no doubt no one not use cellone ill post on socail forum for this reason thank you

            My name is roahan mahto and i am staying in sirsa.I have BSNL prepaid mobile connection([protected]). My outgoing call validity was getting over on 8th nov 14. Starting from 27th nov 14 till 8th nov 14, BSNL started deducing Rs32.93 every morning, stating that recharge has been done to extend validity(through message). However no recharge was done. Totally, Rs395.16 have been deducted without any recharge. Finally I did it myself on 9th Nov 14. Despite repeated calls to customer care, no action was taken to refund the money. My complaint docket no. is 2K03440240. Whenever I call customer care, they keep me waiting very long without any output.

              Can't make outgoing calls.

              sir, I'm from Chennai and im using bsnl prepaid sim. One month before I'd lost my phone. Then I'd applied for a new sim. Today put the new sim on a phone. When I make an outgoing call, it says check operator service. I could receive incoming call and messages. But I can't make outgoing calls. I'd checked for Balance and validity and it's ok.               I registered for BB connection on Nov 22. Lead ID:CHCHI[protected]. I got a message that Sampath Kumar (his mobile no.9444XXX129) will be my point of contact for the above Lead ID. But whenever I call all him (called him thrice), he says the connection for my area doesn't exist and he didn't receive a report if connection is feasible or not. I said BSNL BB connection is available in a flat opposite to my home and also in the house next to mine. Later he said BB connection cannot be provided to 1 person at all. He added that his line man was on leave and will be back after a week. (Is his line man on leave from Nov 22nd ?). I know the complaints registered in this forums are heard and immediate actions are taken. Please solve my issue and help me get BB connection within a week.                   Sir, i have received a bill amount of Rs.1455 as billed amount in which Rs. 347 is for some additional charges for hungama services which i haven't activated or used. Last month also i paid this amount for this feauture, the deactivation number i got from customer care is not working. i had a bad experience from a customer care (1500 toll free) executive when i called for knowing more about this service. Actually i am getting cheated by paying Rs. 350 every month for a service which i haven't used or activated. Thanking you.                       Sir, My broad band land line no.[protected] Kaithal Haryana) and my post paid corporate connection no. [protected]. (company State Bank of Patiala) . My problem is I have not received my post paid bill in my local address ( Kaithal, Haryana) whereas my land line bill came to my local address. I have requested at your Kaithal BSNL office for sent my bill through e-mail with full details and also activated monthly GPRS plan of Rs.510/- for 5GB. In last 3 to 4 months my monthly bill came upto Rs.2500/- I want to know the cause behind it. I shall be obliged if you kindly tell me the cause of more bill amount of last 3 to 4 months and give me confirm that my request ( sent monthly bill through e-mail and activated Rs.510/- monthly plan of 5GB GPRS ) has activated in my mobile.                         Dear sir, Yesterday i have been contacted BSNL customer care executive via no 1503 regarding Internet not connecting my mobile. Already a lot of times have contacted bsnl customer care reg the same problem. But till now Not solved and I faced same problem so little bit angry in my mind so asking BSNL customer care executive " bsnl executive speaking speaking speaking very bad words lot of times.                           BSNL Ftth - No Delivery of Services To BSNL Department, I Had BSNL Fibro ULD (3999 RS/Month) Plan, in which BSNL commit 10 MBPS but funny thing is they were unable to provide even 1.6 MBPS Speed... Stop offering this FTTH service... BSNL can't handle this... and finally now i am PLANNING TO discontinuing my FTTH Plan.. Guys... don't waste your money with BSNL FTTH...IT SUCKS..

                                  I'm paying my bill regularly even though message is sending to my mobile that there is a outstanding amount to pay and accordingly bill is send to my bank for payment. I always find the bill sending to me is doubtful and excess than my use. During last month several messages for outstanding amount has sent to me and the outstanding amount is vary from one message to other. I enquire about my outstanding amount. But it is informed that there is no outstanding bill to pay against my mobile no. Surprisingly this time also the bill is inclusive of the outstanding amount which may please be clarified in details of my usage.

                                      dear sir i am onkar singh, new model town from hoshiarpur punjab my mobile number is [protected]. we have a problem in our area prepaid connections. there are no net(2g, 3g) range in our connections. when we open the net(2g, 3g) in our mobiles, it is not open and when we call to another mobile network the voice is not clear and sim network is not good. please check this problem and solve this immediately. many bsnl customer change bsnl sim to other sim portability. if you solve this problem your earning is good from our area. we wait good network in our area.
