No Response for Braod Band Connection

I had been applied for New Broad Band connection in City Chowk area of Aurangabad M.S 12 days before, so far no response from BSNL ofice, except one call of "Mr Kanade Mukund Vithalrao" for verification of my application. My application Lead Number for Correspondence is MHAUR[protected]. Although there are many Broad Band users enjoying BSNL service in my area & I am also the Land Line user of BSNL for many years....

No proper responding to customers and damn poor service

Im using BSNL board band .if it comes for a repair none of the lineman will attend in our area. And im using data plan o[censored]nlimited 800rs. minimum bandwidth must be 512 kbps but they wont provide 128 kbps too. if no proper reation is taken soon i ll take this to next level. BSNL will face serious problems...

I have made the complaint by directly going to the exchange for 2-3 times, at the time of booking the complaint they told me the error will be rectified within 3 days but till now there is no response from their part.
