My LAN line no is[protected]. There is been a problem with optic fibre connection due to which LAN line and broad band are not working for the past three months .Complaint registered on toll free number months back and also to Mr Rajendran of the exchange 3 weeks back. No response till date..When I called mogappair exchange today on all their numbers nobody is picking. My child is studying in 10th CBSE and needs internet and printouts for her assignments. Kindly help

    I am bsnl custmer since 2005.Initially it was prepaid connection and converted to a post paid plan 100 in the year 2007 along with rs 199/-unlimited gprs usage plan.i have received bill of rs. 58821.00.i have tried to communicate with bsnl office in person but received no proper answer or clarification.

      Dear Sir/ Madam, It is to intimate that I am the employee of Powergrid Corporation of India Limited. I have applied for new BSNL Land Line connection along with Broadband connection to local BSNL office on 16.09.2014 & i was provisionally allotted BSNL Base Phone number[protected]. It is a matter o[censored]tter surprise that even after a lapse of nearly three months, land line and broad band connection has not yet been installed at my premises. A copy of the receipts is enclosed for your kind reference. Since 16.09.2014, the undersigned has visited BSNL Customer Care Office Bahu Plaza, Jammu & DE (BSNL) Office, Jammu time and again but except repeated assurances from BSNL officials, nothing was received tilldate. It was also tried to telephoncally discuss the issue with higher authorities in BSNL but tilldate BSNL has miserably failed to install Land Line Connection/ Broadband connection in my premises. It is really shocking and disturbing that a huge Govt. owned Corporation like yours is behaving in such a irresponsible manner. I would like to add that similar to my case, another cases of our employees are also pending with BSNL for new connections. Through this e-mail, it is once again requested that the land line connection/ broadband connection may immediately be installed at my place failing which i shall be forced to route my request through the other available channels for redress el.           Hi, I am using bsnl from last 7 years. My mobile no. Is [protected]. It is a prepaid mobile connection. My monthly recharge amount is 1000 rupees approx.I use in internet and calling per month. On 3 nov 2014 I recharged with the amount of 200 but within 2 minutes 150 rupees were charged from my phone for some services that I never used and I didn't activated as I didn't got any call or msg for the confirmation of service. I didn't activated that service and instead of this they activated and charged me as well. So regarding this i booked a complaint and I was given a docket no. (2K[protected]. And the customer care representative assured me to wait for 28 days to refund my balance. Now after 28 days I again call to customer care and asked about my complaint then they denies to refund my balance. And saying that you have activated service by using INTERNET. I have never gone through any website which asked me for the services activation. i dont know what to do now. How to deal with these cheaters. For just 150 rupees of cheat they lost the trust of 7 years.

                I recharged my BSNL number(AHD Gujarat) with Rs 92 from kolkata.After recharge i got a message that your account has been credited with Rs92 but still the plan is not activated.I called on BSNL customer care number (1503) several times but i didn't get help. They told me that I am using a Gujarat number so they cant help me as they have no information of Gujarat and every time they gave me a Gujarat customer care number [protected].Which is actually a wrong number.When i asked him for all India customer care number they gave me [protected].Its a toll free number and even this number also does not work.It asks for pressing number key for selecting your language.But when we press it does not give any response.First I thought its my phone problem but when i called from my friends phone also I got the same problem.one week before i did the recharge of 164 and that time also i faced the same problem.Now I am totally fed up with this.I don't want to use this sim but this number is distributed everywhere so i cant cancelled this number.Please help me in getting my money.

                  My cell no. [protected]. Every month I have been charged under the head SMS Premium/ Content calls. The amount is in between Rs.60/- and Rs.100/- This month Rs.99/- I do not know what for this amount charged . My requests to stop this service are in vain. I request you to kindly stop SMS Premium/ content calls service immediately and not to charge in future.Further arrange to get refund of the charges so far made. Vajaravelu

                      dear sir,
                      i, Dr. sneha Govindwar, mobile no. [protected], have recharged my mobile with Rs. 894 on 15/11/2014 with 81 days validity. recharge was succesful.
                      but by mistake again on 24/11/2014 my mobile was recharged with Rs. 894.

                      after complaining to BSNL customer care with in 1 hr of recharge, by self and by retailer also, still the amount has not been refunded uptill now.

                      KINDLY CONSIDER REFUNDING MY AMOUNT OF RS. 894 .

                        I'm Customer of BSNL for long time i have been using the ISD booster facility till 27-OCT-14 while roaming.

                        Same ISD 41 booster pack i have activated as before using online portal as before on 26/Nov/2014
                        I have used Booster pack for ISD41 on 26th NOV as per the BSNL website it is mentioned that the booster is applicable even while roaming. But as per resolution provided by BSNL customer care
                        1level:
                        The ISD booster is not applicable while roaming (refer attachments).
                        2 level: (tele conversation)
                        He clearly said if customer activates ISD booster pack while roaming they will not activate the boosters and they will also detect the cost for booster and they will not refund. Also he is not ready to share next level of escalation and also declare that there is no rule for them to refund.
                        3 Level of escalation is only mail :

                          I had complained to MIDC BSNL in the first week of SEPTEMBER 2014 about the non-working of my telephone No.[protected] vide their compt.regn No. [protected] after that I have contacted THEM SEVERAL TIMES but they have not yet restored my telephone connection. If they function in this manner, how people will have trust in them.

                            My name is Hornigold Arthur, living in 96, First main road, VGP Layout (Part-II), Palavakkam, Chennai- 600 041. My land line number is[protected]. When I bought the Broad Band service from BSNL, I rented a modem and was paying a rent of Rs. 25 per month. Then BSNL decided to do away with the rent and started giving a discount of 25 to reverse the rent. You can check when I bought the service and for how long I had been paying rent. I always paid my bills promptly. Hope you have a online system to verify this. I had this modem for several years. The rent I had paid must be several times more than the cost of the modem. Few years back I was not able to use my net and lodged a complaint using your automatic complaint lodging system. (again you can verify your complaints system, if you have. I don't have that detail with me). The engineers came to my house and told me that my splitter and modem are not working properly and asked me to change. I got a new splitter and a modem from BSNL outlet in kottivakkam, took it to lakshmana permual nagar rsa and got it programmed by their engineer there. The old single line modem was returned to the RSA at that time. Recently, I accidentally noticed that I have been charged Rs.70 as rent for a modem which belongs to me, can someone explain why? Please make arrangements for refunding the rent collected from me for a modem which is owned by me, Thanks.
