BSNL Hungama services customer care people called my wife in September and tried to get the Hungama services activated. She clearly explained them she does not know and cant give nod for activation and they need to speak with me for services to be added. Inspite of that HUNGAMA representative somehow activated services by wrongly reporting that user has accepted for activation. When contacted hungama team they are saying they cannot do anything...

I had received message which read "Recharge with Rs.211 and get Rs.125 talktime plus 1GB highspeed 3G date with validity of 21 days. I needed to change my broadband plan for which I called[protected]. After 10 mins wait I was connected to a customer care executive who was rude. She spoke rudely did not give me a chance to answer her query and just disconnected the phone.
