I have taken 4mpbs of internet plan of BSNL for my online coaching classes and it is not even providing 0.9mpbs of speed even though every requirement is fulfilled by us. We have lodged compliant since many days but no action has been taken and even the service provider talks very very rudely. I have lost many classes due to this. kindly provide some remedy for this I am enclosing the result of speed test of my internet plan.

        There is no response till now (Friday 28-Nov-2014 10.40 AM) to the below emails sent to [protected]@bsnl.co.in & [protected]@bsnl.co.in on 26-Nov-2014. I have got the SIM card on 25th, but is not activated untill now. All my business is depending on this mobile number. Do BSNL has a service level agreement to it's customers? "Respected concerned I have visited your Palarivattam office, Ernakulam yesterday (Tuesday, 25-Nov-2014), in the morning, to replace a faulty SIM card used by my wife with the above referenced mobile number. Though they said the activation will be done yesterday, this has not been done until now, despite repeated calls. When we visited your office, the staff was footballing us, seems people do not have any clue who is doing what. Front office staff pushed us to the back office, back and forth….. I’m writing this to you after seeing a statement in your site shows ‘Your complaints and suggestions are welcome. We are sure that your feedback will certainly help us to give you better service’ . You need to train you staff to provide quality service to the public."

        Thank you very much for your usual co-operation and prompt reply. I had visited a BSNL office at my native place on Saturday 29th Nov 2014. We got another SIM card and got activated within 15 minutes time. Kudos, Courtesy and Good Service I received from them.

          Dear Sir, I Supriya sinha take a Prepaid Sim Card bearing no . [protected], in the name of Supriya Sinha and also give my voter id card in 2009. from mobile shop bihar Sharif. Sir, The Above Sim Card has been lost recently and i have blocked the sim by customer care. We Require another Duplicate Sim Card in place of the above Said Sim Card. but i go to BSNl Office and he check the above number, he say your address is not show.               Respected sir I didn't subscribed for bsnl hungama services. But I found in my bill that it has been charged Rs.347/- pm for bsnl hungama service.                 I would like to register a complaint regarding the transaction failure occurred while i was trying to pay my landline bill of ₹1607 via online using netbanking.I lost all of my money and it said transaction wasn't completed.My bank is Federal Bank and i have a reference id of the transaction which is[protected] given by the bank.My land line number is[protected] .The land line connection is in the name PT Joseph.i called and asked my bank and they said it is not their error.So bsnl is responsible for my loss.I didin't get refund of my lost money till now.My debit card no starts with 4048 and ends with 1928. That is 4048-xxxxxxx-1928.The bill number is[protected] and the date of transaction is 18/11/2014. I just sent 4 emails to [protected]@bsnl.co.in and they didn't even respond.This is really embarassing.I hope this consumer court will help me. And Thank you in advance..

                I would like to register a complaint regarding the transaction failure occurred while i was trying to pay my landline bill of ₹774 on 10th Feb'16 online using netbanking..My bank is Tamilnadu Mercantile Bank and i have a reference id of the transaction which is FCDR[protected].My land line number is[protected] .The land line connection is in the name M.Jayakumar.Bank has debited Rs.774/- from my account on 10th Feb'16..I didin't get refund of my lost money till now.Please adjust the amount to my Januany bill and advice or refund the amount to my bank account so that I shall make an another attempt to pay online if failed again I will pay in cash and clear the dues..My email ID: [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no:[protected].Thanking You..
                I have paid an amount of Rs.1037/- towards my telephone No.[protected] and account No.[protected] on 30/09/2016 for the billing period of 1st August to 31st August.2016 through BSNL portal online.                 BSNL landline transactions portal is full of errors and wrong information. The payments made for the monthly bills are not shown correctly. In the present state the portal is useless.
                I have done recharge through Bsnl app of my Bsnl mobile of Rs 74 but it didn't got recharge & customer care telling that they can do any thing.

                      I am a post paid subscriber with mobile number [protected]. For the last few years, my monthly bill has been between Rs.500/- and Rs.700/-. It had never exceeded Rs.700. However, with the usage remaining exactly the same, the bill for the month of August was Rs.1069/-, for Sep Rs.2300/- and Rs.2300 again for October. This is more than three times the standard charges that I have been paying. The data usage has remained the same or even less as I use wi-fi most of the time for data upload or download. Therefore kindly reconcile the charges which are far too excess than the actual usage.

                        Hi, My BSNL Number [protected] has expired validity on 22/nov/2014. I have balance RS.81 at that time. but BSNL took Rs.43 for extending the validity for a week without any information to me and no message has been given that amount is deducted.Today i recharged with RS.49 for a validity extension of six months. so i have been debited Rs.49+43 for extending the validity. When i enquired with the customer care their response was " if you wish you can change the network " and i cant able to argue with them regarding this. they also said the amount deducted will not be refunded. their response was also so lethargic and not responding to the queries correctly. Whom should i contact for getting amount refund? Thanks, Kathir

                          I purchase a tab (BSNL Penta T-Pad WS704D Calling Tablet with Key Board-SilverAmount) from Naaptol online shopping wide Invoice No. 846287/NH/0002138/201-2015 dated 27.09.2014. Product was supplied by Sethi Enterprises, 103/2 Sethi Niwas, Prabhat Road, Next to Old Karnataka School, Near IDBI Bank Customer to Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, H. No. II/4, Judge Colony, Civil Line, Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, PIN-261001 (Purchaser). It was not used about a month. At the time o[censored]se, we could not operate due to slide unlocking function was not working. I call customer care and suggested to visit to service center. I have submitted the unused product to service center i.e. Globe Connexions & Services at Plot No. 23, 1st Floor, Nirman Vihar, Delhi-110092, and asked to pay a amount of Rs. 4000/- as touch and display is damaged. Although it is registered under warranty wide Reg. No.:PENTOFF00134996. I agreed to pay and submit the product to repair, Job Sheet Reference PENSER00124785 dated 28/10/2014. I visit to service center to collect it after repair on 24/11/2014 but it slide unlocking function was not working. At this time I was told by service center that it is a software problem and will be repaired. It reflects that problem was not related to parts replaced against amount asked to pay. I was feeling cheated by service center. I asked to service center to return my product un-repaired with same condition as it was submitted. But product was returned to me without display and touch screen. Now it is just a scrap for me. Photo of the same is attached for your reference.                             Sir, I bought a micro sim for a new number in Veepee system, no 3, GST rd, Chengalpet, 603001 on 17th Nov 2014.They activated for normal sim.I put my microsim in m y smart phone but it was not activated.I enquired them, they told me by misstake they entired and activated for normal sim.When I asked for my microsim activation they using disrespect words and they say "do whatever you can do and afterall you are a lady" and they threaten me.Finally I approached bsnl chengalpet and get new micro sim after a week.IS THIS THE RIGHT WAY YOU TREAT YOUR COSTOMERS???

                                I had been applied for New Broad Band connection in City Chowk area of Aurangabad M.S 12 days before, so far no response from BSNL ofice, except one call of "Mr Kanade Mukund Vithalrao" for verification of my application. My application Lead Number for Correspondence is MHAUR[protected]. Although there are many Broad Band users enjoying BSNL service in my area & I am also the Land Line user of BSNL for many years.

                                    Im using BSNL board band .if it comes for a repair none of the lineman will attend in our area. And im using data plan o[censored]nlimited 800rs. minimum bandwidth must be 512 kbps but they wont provide 128 kbps too. if no proper reation is taken soon i ll take this to next level. BSNL will face serious problems

                                      I am sending this mail to inform you about the poor service provided to me by the anchal bsnl exchange officials. My phone is dead for the last 2 months. I have made the complaint by directly going to the exchange for 2-3 times, at the time of booking the complaint they told me the error will be rectified within 3 days but till now there is no response from their part. If the situation is prevailing i will be opting for some other remedies hope you got what i meant. So please take some action for my issue. My faulty telephone number is:[protected].
