She clearly explained them she does not know and cant give nod for activation and they need to speak with me for services to be added. I had received message which read "Recharge with Rs.211 and get Rs.125 talktime plus 1GB highspeed 3G date with validity of 21 days. Irresponsible

rude customer care executive
