Main Balance Info Not Given

Refund Cheque with incorrect name and employees not listening

Along with disconnection request, I had also notified the authorities that in BSNL records there is spelling mistake in the name of account holder. As such I had also submitted the photocopy of Voter ID and electricity bill as a proof of identity and address and requested them to make the refund cheque with the correct name. But they did not do the correction before disconnecting...
