I am facing issue in my broadband connection since last 40 to 50 days (after they tried to update their connection via fiber optics but failed).
I have registered complaint again it many times.
From last three week on every Saturday, I spend around 4 to 5 hours to talk with customer executives but all are asking me to request to other number. I tried to call on 198, 1970, 1500,[protected]. Even contacted to Mr. J C Rana, SDOP sitting at Narol BSNL Office. He told me to connect to Mr. Shaikh sitting at Vatava BSNL office. Both told me that we are not responsible to server your request and they pointing to each other. So i finally decided to reg. my complaint on Cosnumer complaint.
I hope you will help me to resolve my issue.
My last two complaints' (registered on 1500) reference numbers are [protected] & [protected]

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
17/09/2011 with a Combo Offer.
But I have getting a poor Service From them from last 1 year.
I am an Advisor and Tax consultant and doing an Emergency Job.
But regarding their poor services I have lost my a huge number of IT
Files for last years.
But they are doing nothing for that.
I have buying A Modem from them for Rs.1100/=, but they installed an old
Modem to me.
They are also doing a GREAT JOB regarding my Land Phone, They disconnect
the land line from the Reciever at least 4 months, but I have pay my
Bill regularly Basis and any complain done through my Mobile No and
spend a high value of money for that.
On 14th November 2014 local Branch BSNL TOBIN ROAD told me please
Surrender the Broad Brand line and take an another substitute from any
other Network, because they can't to solve my BB problems regarding
pairing issue.
So, what can I do now ?
Please solve the Problem?
