    Dear Sir, Sub: Land line not working properly. Ref: Land line No.[protected] & A/c No.[protected]. This is to inform you that the above mentioned land line number is not working properly for more than 2-3 weeks. When I call this telephone number from my mobile or any other number it is wrongly redirected and gets connected to other land line No. is[protected]. I would also like to know if I would be charged for the outgoing calls from[protected].When I call from my land line[protected] there is total disturbance. Please rectify this at the earliest.       I have getting Broad Brand Service from BSNL Cossipre Exchange from 17/09/2011 with a Combo Offer. But I have getting a poor Service From them from last 1 year. I am an Advisor and Tax consultant and doing an Emergency Job. But regarding their poor services I have lost my a huge number of IT Files for last years. But they are doing nothing for that. I have buying A Modem from them for Rs.1100/=, but they installed an old Modem to me. They are also doing a GREAT JOB regarding my Land Phone, They disconnect the land line from the Reciever at least 4 months, but I have pay my Bill regularly Basis and any complain done through my Mobile No and spend a high value of money for that. On 14th November 2014 local Branch BSNL TOBIN ROAD told me please Surrender the Broad Brand line and take an another substitute from any other Network, because they can't to solve my BB problems regarding pairing issue. So, what can I do now ? Please solve the Problem?

        i have bsnl broadband land line connection since 2000. but due to last one year on every month periodically network fails. either land line or broadband any of is always dead. also online complain website is not responding or once complain is placed then they never updates it or takes care and clear whether complain resolved or not and update status. so u can place complain again.so previous complain status not clear so u can not place complain again. so terrible site. so every day u have to check will it work or not? on every holiday even on Sunday too their server is always closed.if they are not will to provide service then why commit the customer for best service. truely govt, service. learn something from private provider those who resides on bsnl.yet gives better service then bsnl.

            I booked complain on line on[protected] that my phone is being used by some one . When ever we try to dial, we found some one is already talking on our line. It was cleared on[protected] but now broad band is not working since[protected]. I again complained yesterday but no one came to attend the complain. I got message that Munirathinam [protected] is assigned fault repairing. I tried several times but unable to contact Mr. Munirathinam. Every month I have to complain ones or twice for not working land line/ broad band. It started irritating me & planning to shift to some private operator if the service of BSNL is not improved in near future. Regards, K P Singh

              Sir, I am a routine consumer of BSNL Post paid Mobile No [protected]. I am availing your service from Sep 2010 and this package (date and voice) avail from previous one year I paid a bill amount of Rs. 2267/- for the month of Oct 2014. In the month of Nov I received a bill amount of Rs. 3367/-. I am sure that the said amount for this month and previous month is over than real amount that's I consume for this period. I went to complain centre Udhampur J&K but there is not satisfy response from there they told that the billing amount is for GPRS use. Sir I use this package till 01 years and not more than Rs 600/- charged for this. I want to process complain against this subject and want a satisfaction response. Thank you

                The service of BSNL is very sloppy. Applied for a new BSNL Land-line and Broadband connection on[protected] but the employees at the office never took any action to make the connection available. They said that the connection will be available within a week but its already past that. I want you to take action on this as soon as possible.

It did not get recharged but the amount was deducted by bank and my bsnl portal login this hystory not saved. Please refund my amount to my bank account. Kindly support.                     I needed to change my broadband plan for which I called[protected]. After 10 mins wait I was connected to a customer care executive who was rude. She spoke rudely did not give me a chance to answer her query and just disconnected the phone. To air my grievance I sent an email(as provided in my BSNL bill) tto the GM but to my further frustration addresaddress is invalid.

                      Your kind attention is invited to the following problem faced by me, which has not been solved as yet inspite of several messages sent: -

                      1. That my cell phone no. Is - [protected]

                      2. That for the last about six months, charges for each call received (Whether received or not) are deducted from my pre - paid balance for the alleged 2g usage, which i do not have. .

                      3. That in case 2g has been activated inadvertedly, then please cancel the same and restore my earliar plan.

This month yet not get the Bill's hard copy and dealing clerk refused to give the duplicate bill. So therefore please look into the matter and solve the problem on priority.                               My mother is a very old and loyal BSNL postpaid customer and recently she had purchased a new mobile phone which requires a NANO SIM card. For which I contacted the local BSNL office in Tirupati 20 days back and made a request for the NANO sim required. When I tried to contact the concerned JTO hetold me that the stock of new NANO sim cards will be available in two weeks. Inspite of getting back to them after 20 days, they still say that the stock of new NANO postpaid sim cards is not available as they haven't yet left to hyderabad to get the new stock. He's rudely behaving shouting at me for trying to contact him and also said that he cannot tell me a date on what date the office will receive the nano sim cards. Please address my issue and allot a NANO sim card immediately, as I'm facing a serious problem without using my primary contact no. On my newly purchased mobile.

                                  If inquire about my main balance of my BSNL prepaid [protected] so they not give proper solution and giving the wrong information regarding my account. The complaint is regarding my main balance is 17Rs was deducted from my account between in 02/11/2014 to 03/11/2014 and my CUG Plan is valid upto 03/11/2014 06:45:13 PM without any explanation and if me call to customer service they don't give proper solution on that main balance. And i replace that old SIM by new one at 01/11/2014 they convert in new one at 02/11/2014 in the evening. Before i replace my SIM main account balance shows 17Rs but after change of that SIM i can't get back my main balance. So i want to solution on that from your best support and give me refund of my balance 17Rs. I also talk with CSR of the BSNL (Yuvraj, Shubham, Pradnya, Leena). My mail ID is ([protected]@yahoo.co.in)

                                    Dear Team, With utmost frustration and pity on the quality of your Customer Support operation, im writing to you for a resolution and compensation. Yesterday (05 Nov 2014) between 2.45 and 3.45 PM i have spoken to one of your executive who give me a wrong information about the Special Tarif Voucher for making ISD calls to Duabi & Abu Dhabi at a rate 6.49/minute. I was asked to send the sms ISD24 to 53733 to activate this. An amount of Rs.21 is deducted from my account, and to my surprise the iSD calls still charges at the rate of 12/min. Today when I sopke to your executive, Ramya, she explains that there is no STV for UAE. If you cannot train your employees properly to support a customer service, I think Sir, its of no use opening such service and looting the general Public. I would like to raise a legal complaint as well on getting my money reverted with the compensation for my troubles caused. Thanks LIncy

                                      I had surrendered my bsnl landline 26856978 on 29th may 2014 at salunkhe vihar exchange. Till date i have been not refunded my security deposit. I have contact on email the re-dressal forum but not reply. I have been told that the file is been approved on 23/7/2014 and given me re[protected] number. When i asked them when would i get the cheque. They told we don't know the cheque comes from mumbai. Kindly help me. I am following up on daily basis

                                        i have rechared the net pack in my cell no [protected] on 03.11.2014 of Rs. 561/- from online recharge of FREECHARGE.Com, after the completein suceess and i not received the balance in my net pack. after call to the FREECHAEGe.Com that the firn said that processsed is suceessfully some due to techinician problem from operator of BSNL and the transaction ID of recharge is [protected].So i have many call to the customer care no [protected] but no one open the call, i m realy tired with the bsnl operator please check it and do the needfull or refund my amount in my bank account or update the netpack MB in my cell.
