Dear Sir, At Khallikote railway station no. :- [protected] is not working since 10/2012 or before, I am many times complaint to JE khallikote exchange for this matter but he is not respond to me. So that case we have many problem face to public. So, We request you to solve this problem as soon as possible. Regards, Station master Khallikote railway station.

        Some lady called my Land line posing as a BSNL Executive and presented that BSNL is offering some blah-blah service which provides Video, Audio and Games with great speed. She also told that the Service is charged on a day-to-day basis. She asked for email ID and immediately sent a password for the service. Doubting something fishy I called their toll free number and asked to deactivate the service. They replied that I should login atleast once to have the service deactivated. Upon logging in I found that they have subscribed me under multiple plans without me being aware or of my consent. This is a tricky ploy employed by these gang and I'm pretty sure BSNL officials are involved and rewarded in this scam. I'm posting this just for the people to be aware on this scam.

              BSNL Hungama services customer care people called my wife in September and tried to get the Hungama services activated. She clearly explained them she does not know and cant give nod for activation and they need to speak with me for services to be added. Inspite of that HUNGAMA representative somehow activated services by wrongly reporting that user has accepted for activation. When contacted hungama team they are saying they cannot do anything regarding reimbursement and telling what is recorded in their system which was falsely represented by their customer who called my wife. They are also saying that they will not do it.

              [protected]; Bill Number:[protected] dated 06/10/2014; Unauthorized Hungama amount billed: Rs. 150.37 + Service taxes

              2)
              [protected]; Bill Number:[protected] dated 06/11/2014; Unauthorized Hungama amount billed: Rs. 347/- + Service taxes


              Request you to arrange to revert these charges immediately and adjust my bills accordingly for the total of Rs. 558.81/- towards excess billing done by BSNL in Oct 2014 bill and Nov 2014 bill without my authorization. I deactivated all the 3 services yesterday i.e on 13/11/2014 on hungama website after speaking with a BSNL customer care representative. So you also make sure that I am not billed in the next bill of December for these services from Nov 1 to Nov 13 apart from providing full reimbursement for the past 2 bills charged amount in December bill including services taxes to the extent of Rs. 558.81/-

              Please note if you cannot arrange for reimbursing Rs. 558.81/- in December 2014 bill and also make sure I am not charged for the period 1/11/2014 to 13/11/2014, I will not pay the current and future outstanding dues

                I had received message which read "Recharge with Rs.211 and get Rs.125 talktime plus 1GB highspeed 3G date with validity of 21 days. Accordingly I recharged with Rs. 211/- on 12/11/2014 at 10:13 hrs under reference No.[protected] which was successful but I have received only 1GB data with validity of 21 days and not the talk time. I tried to contact on No.1503 on several occasions but no satisfactory reply has been received. I am therefore compelled to register the complaint through this channel. Pl do the needful and elucidate.

                      I am facing issue in my broadband connection since last 40 to 50 days (after they tried to update their connection via fiber optics but failed). I have registered complaint again it many times. From last three week on every Saturday, I spend around 4 to 5 hours to talk with customer executives but all are asking me to request to other number. I tried to call on 198, 1970, 1500,[protected]. Even contacted to Mr. J C Rana, SDOP sitting at Narol BSNL Office. He told me to connect to Mr. Shaikh sitting at Vatava BSNL office. Both told me that we are not responsible to server your request and they pointing to each other. So i finally decided to reg. my complaint on Cosnumer complaint. I hope you will help me to resolve my issue. My last two complaints' (registered on 1500) reference numbers are [protected] & [protected]

This is to inform you that the above mentioned land line number is not working properly for more than 2-3 weeks. When I call this telephone number from my mobile or any other number it is wrongly redirected and gets connected to other land line No. is[protected].                             I have getting Broad Brand Service from BSNL Cossipre Exchange from 17/09/2011 with a Combo Offer. But I have getting a poor Service From them from last 1 year. I am an Advisor and Tax consultant and doing an Emergency Job. But regarding their poor services I have lost my a huge number of IT Files for last years. But they are doing nothing for that. I have buying A Modem from them for Rs.1100/=, but they installed an old Modem to me. They are also doing a GREAT JOB regarding my Land Phone, They disconnect the land line from the Reciever at least 4 months, but I have pay my Bill regularly Basis and any complain done through my Mobile No and spend a high value of money for that. On 14th November 2014 local Branch BSNL TOBIN ROAD told me please Surrender the Broad Brand line and take an another substitute from any other Network, because they can't to solve my BB problems regarding pairing issue. So, what can I do now ? Please solve the Problem?

                              i have bsnl broadband land line connection since 2000. but due to last one year on every month periodically network fails. either land line or broadband any of is always dead. also online complain website is not responding or once complain is placed then they never updates it or takes care and clear whether complain resolved or not and update status. so u can place complain again.so previous complain status not clear so u can not place complain again. so terrible site. so every day u have to check will it work or not? on every holiday even on Sunday too their server is always closed.if they are not will to provide service then why commit the customer for best service. truely govt, service. learn something from private provider those who resides on bsnl.yet gives better service then bsnl.

                                  I booked complain on line on[protected] that my phone is being used by some one . When ever we try to dial, we found some one is already talking on our line. It was cleared on[protected] but now broad band is not working since[protected]. I again complained yesterday but no one came to attend the complain. I got message that Munirathinam [protected] is assigned fault repairing. I tried several times but unable to contact Mr. Munirathinam. Every month I have to complain ones or twice for not working land line/ broad band. It started irritating me & planning to shift to some private operator if the service of BSNL is not improved in near future. Regards, K P Singh

                                    Sir, I am a routine consumer of BSNL Post paid Mobile No [protected]. I am availing your service from Sep 2010 and this package (date and voice) avail from previous one year I paid a bill amount of Rs. 2267/- for the month of Oct 2014. In the month of Nov I received a bill amount of Rs. 3367/-. I am sure that the said amount for this month and previous month is over than real amount that's I consume for this period. I went to complain centre Udhampur J&K but there is not satisfy response from there they told that the billing amount is for GPRS use. Sir I use this package till 01 years and not more than Rs 600/- charged for this. I want to process complain against this subject and want a satisfaction response. Thank you

                                      The service of BSNL is very sloppy. Applied for a new BSNL Land-line and Broadband connection on[protected] but the employees at the office never took any action to make the connection available. They said that the connection will be available within a week but its already past that. I want you to take action on this as soon as possible.
