LACK OF COVERAGE

Dear sir, I am Salim.K.A, Development Officer, LIC of India. I am staying at Tripunithura, exact location PUTHIYAKAVU, in Ernakulam Dist, Kerala.Pin 682301. Recently the coverage in this area has been badly affected. I need to make many calls & sms as part of my job after coming back to home.         Sir, I applied for a BSNL broadband land line connection in first week of Sep 2014. Company people assured me that connection will be provided within three weeks max. They provided me a land line no. telephonically but till now connection is not provided.I have gone so many times to their office but they are directing me towards each other again and again. Now I am totally harassed and frustated . Sir please help me on this issue or guide me to take necessary actions. Thanking you in advance.

          I had recharge from website mobiletopup.co.in but that time recharge was not successful. So i calmied for refund. From the costumer service support they register my complain and told me that it will be received in next 10 days but still refund is not received. Now they are also not receiving my call and not replying my mail also. So please help me. Thank-you

            The land line telephone no.2569969 was in use in qurter no. Type-IV/II Dak Vihar, Civil Line, Nagpur since 2010 on 29.06.2014. I have applied for shifting of telephone to my new address : M> S> Bhardwaj, Nislaw Mansion, Adarshnagar, Zingabai Takli Nagpur-440030. Even after personal meeting, four months are over DE Mr. Pramod Ramteke, SDE Mr. Buche, JTO Mr. Devendrasing Yadao shifting is not done. Not a single line of reply is given by the BSNL Authorities as to when they will shift or not to shift. I have personal written to Mr. Ramnarayan Patel Sr. Genl Manager BSNL Nagpur on 30.9.2014 by Speed Post which has been received by 04.10.2014. Even after nobody has attended the case and the BSNL staff is sleeping on my application without any action. M S Bhardwaj [protected]

                  i was promised a speed of 4 Mbps upto 60GB and 1Mbps beyound that unlimited but for the past 4 days i am getting only 0.03 Mbps. this is a compleate cheating/ fruad from BSNL it is one of the biggest public sectors in india and should be better that private.. but it fails to deliver time and again

                    I had submitted application for disconnection in Feb 2014. Along with disconnection request, I had also notified the authorities that in BSNL records there is spelling mistake in the name of account holder. As such I had also submitted the photocopy of Voter ID and electricity bill as a proof of identity and address and requested them to make the refund cheque with the correct name. But they did not do the correction before disconnecting the connection and now they say it is impossible to issue the cheque in the correct name. I have attached the receipt and photocopy of application that i had submitted at the time of disconnection request and it is a proof that i had submitted valid identity and address proof and requested for cheque to be issued in correct name.

                      I have bsnl landline + broadband connection 545 broadband plan and one india landlin plan . My bill is approx. 750 month . On july 20, 2014 my broband connection has been stopped because of non payment of bill which is approx. 1500 but after that tlll now i will get full month bill landline is working but outgoing facility stop and brodband is also stop now my outstandig bill is 4000 after 1500 rs bill i did not use broadban till now so why i have to pay broadband charges? Please help
