Updated by ankitksingh25 I had registered the complaint (Communication ID[protected] on 20
August 2014 through BSNL helpline toll free no. [protected] regarding
the "10% central government employee discount" as my father is serving
in Indian Air Force which was not given by the BSNL from June to
September.
BSNL representative assured that discount will be given in the next
month bill after enquiring certain details.
Next month discount is not given in the BSNL bill.
I called up the toll free no. [protected] again. The BSNL representative
gave me BSNL account office number. I called up there too they gave me
commercial office number told me call that number and again i called
commercial office. They gave me some other number of commercial office.
At last I got correct telephone number. Commercial office representative
assured me regarding discount and all the money from last 3 months(June
to August) will be deducted in the next month (September).
On October 8 2014, I saw the bill. Proper discount wasn't there which
was assured by the commercial office representative. I called up
[protected] four times. They disconnected the phone thrice.
Now BSNL representative told me send all the previous bills since June
to September to BSNL Central Regional Office and disconnected the phone
without giving the further details (address, telephone number etc.).
I find it really difficult for me to get my money through BSNL. Please
help.
