i was promised a speed of 4 Mbps upto 60GB and 1Mbps beyound that unlimited but for the past 4 days i am getting only 0.03 Mbps. this is a compleate cheating/ fruad from BSNL it is one of the biggest public sectors in india and should be better that private.. but it fails to deliver time and again

    I had submitted application for disconnection in Feb 2014. Along with disconnection request, I had also notified the authorities that in BSNL records there is spelling mistake in the name of account holder. As such I had also submitted the photocopy of Voter ID and electricity bill as a proof of identity and address and requested them to make the refund cheque with the correct name. But they did not do the correction before disconnecting the connection and now they say it is impossible to issue the cheque in the correct name. I have attached the receipt and photocopy of application that i had submitted at the time of disconnection request and it is a proof that i had submitted valid identity and address proof and requested for cheque to be issued in correct name.

      I have bsnl landline + broadband connection 545 broadband plan and one india landlin plan . My bill is approx. 750 month . On july 20, 2014 my broband connection has been stopped because of non payment of bill which is approx. 1500 but after that tlll now i will get full month bill landline is working but outgoing facility stop and brodband is also stop now my outstandig bill is 4000 after 1500 rs bill i did not use broadban till now so why i have to pay broadband charges? Please help

          HI i am born and brought up in a village called pavoorchatram, which is located nearer to the tenkasi area belongs to tirunelveli district 3g signal is not there in my locality plz take some steps for providing me a 3g service in pavoorchatram. state:tamilnadu district:tirunelveli taluk:tenkasi area:pavoorchatram WE NEED A 3G FOR OUR LOCALITY SO PLZ ARRANGE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                  [protected] I submitted request in GM office, Sector 8 KARNAL for deactivation of my above number for 9 months, as I am away from my city i.e. my residence.It looks that further charges have been added despite my request.Pl.deactivate this temporarily from the date of my request so that I may deposit the correct amount of the bill

                        Dear sir, Ii would like to inform you that I am using this number for the past 35years and I am a broadband customer for the past 1 year paying more than rs 1000.00 every month. Mostly every month we are facing problem with the Internet and the response from every complaint is very slow. Presently we do not have Internet for the past 15 days and today the local technician has sorted my landline, and had informed Us that the rest can be done only by the AE of thiruvadanai. i had called the AE and he had responded that he will solve the problem when he comes to my area.but he doesnt know when he can come to my area. it is not fare on bsnl to to make me pay for what i a not using and not providing us the service that we are eligible for. Kindly consider my complaint and help me receive my connection back. With regards saroja.

                          Dear Sir, Am D. Arun kumar and i was trying to apply BSNL Landline and Broadband connection in Kumbakonam for past 2 months & my friend also applied since one year back he is also residing in same block he is also trying to contact though phone and by approaching Exchange office, but no response from officials in kumbakonam circle, if we try to contact through phone they are keep on giving some others number to contact. I don't know what is the exact problem and also i want a proper reason why they are very lazy. And i had plan to raise complaint and trying to know the information under information request board about the kumbakonam BSNL Exchange office. Specifically about linemen and other officers(names will not be mentioned here) i didn't expect the central government office (BSNL) kumbakonam exchange become very worst.                             Since from 1 month, my landline phone[protected] is not working. I have said & complainted regarding this several times to Telephone Exchange officials but no action has been taken till now. Now being fed off O have decided not to deposit bill amount received for this month. Inspite of being such big network, very poor service is of BSNL nowdays. I am also registered a complaint in your Chettikulanagara telephone exchange. 2. It is further submitted that I am working in an Indian Armed Force (Indian Navy) in Mumbai . During my voyage, the above mentioned telephone is the only communication system that is used to communicate with my family. 3.
