The Cell No. is [protected] and I am residing in Chennai. I find that the signal strength is very poor and it results in frequent disturbance in the form of the calling getting disconnected or the other person not able to hear our voice. I tried using it near the window etc. but in vain. In fact last year officials from BSNL visited my residence and checked the poor quality of the signal. Thereafter nothing has been done to rectify...

I was using the data connection of my mobile on other device and suddenly received a message that I have been charged Rs 30 for subscribing to video on demand service, which I of course didn't do (they do these kind of things to steal the balance from the subscribers account often), i was already running low on balance while roaming and this just made it worse. Please look in to the issue and take necessary action as soon as possible....
