dear sir i am user of BSNL Cug Plan @ 109 since last two years. But since last 15 days there is no range of 3G sevrices and so i am unable to use internet. I aiso visited to local office of service service provider and they fiatly told me that there is a problem in IC but avoided to give in writing. This shows that they are not intrested to deal with consumer complaints .     Dear Sir/Madam I applied for new connection on 16.09.2014 for broadband service and deposited the amt for broadband service too but till date service is not activated. Landline was installed on 29.09.2014 but broadband service is still not activated. In-spite of my several request and visit for activation of BB it is still not activated. Every time i visit them or call them they told me that service will be activated on date but still it is not activated. I am really fed up with BSNL service, if BB service will not be activated in next 2 days i will terminate my connection.

        I put STV VOICE65 yesterday and the amount was deducted. But, for every call, Rs.0.60 was deducted for every minute, instead of Rs.0.12. When I tried to contact customer care, now there is no facility to speak to executives.

            I am in madurai Tamilnadu and my problem past four days continiously a message came from bsnl without my concurence( your pack movie bhavishyawani pack is renewed with Rs20 successfully and is valid for 15 days) howmuch detect my account i donot know.I went to head office madurai to made a complaint against this orally and they are given a number 1909 to stop I immedietly send a message and a reply came from them and given number and today 13.10.2014 again a message from Bhavishyavani renewed with Rs10 successfully and is valid for 7days. To unsubscribe send STOP to 155223 last time I send the message but they are continiously doing the same.Today I call the AGM Mr S.VELUSAMY inform this case he told me to made return complaint.So I request to stop to detuct and refund the money as early. Thank you

Due to lack of services I am facing so many problems to communicate others. I am unable to know the reason why it is not working. Kindly help in this regard and rectify it as early as possible.                   1800-180-1503 or 1503 or 198 or 123 customer care numbers are not workign

                  For the past few weeks I was trying to connect with customer care for an over charging issue. I'm not able to connect with any of the customer care numbers 123, 198, 1503 or[protected]. Even if I connect using 123 and select option 9 to speak to customer care person, the call is getting disconnected. Looks like a serious issue. Please try to resolve the same soonest possible time. Also I was unable to lodge the complaint through the BSNL...

                  During the last two three months around Rs.20 is frequently deducting from my prepaid account [protected]. But I didn't got any messages from the service provider about the deduction. I was never activated any special pack or value added services. But I got a message on my mobile on 9th october 2014 that quoted "Your pack movie Bhavishyawani pack is about to renew on[protected] and you will be charged Rs.20.00 which is valid for 15 days.To unsubscribe send STOP to 155223." I didn't know anything about this pack and I never used this pack untill today.But You, the service provider unauthorizedly deducted around Rs.250-300 during the last two three months from my prepaid account. On 10th october 2014, I send "STOP" to 15223. After sometime I got a message on my mobile that stated "Dear customer pl type 1 for Movie Bhavishyawani pack (12555*N) and send to 15223 for deactivation." Then I send 1 to this number and immediately I got a reply that stated "Dear customer, your option 1 is received, the value added service will be deactivated within 4 hours - Ref no.[protected], pl wait for confirmation SMS." Today, the 11th october 2014, at 8.41 am, I got a message on my mobile stated that " Your pack movie bhavishyawani pack is deactivated." But on today itself at 4.21 pm I got a message that stated " Your pack movie Bhavishyawani pack is renewed with Rs.10 successfully and is valid for 7 days.To unsubscribe send STOP to 155223." and subsequently today Rs.10 deducted from my prepaid account. I tried to the customer care number many times but the call not get connected. Now I am submitting the complaint very late because untill getting your message on 09th october, I didn't know why my account is getting deducted frequently. Even now I don't know whether it is my mistake or your unauthorized act that causes the pack activation in my mobie. But yesterday I send the message to stop the pack and even after that today you deducted Rs.10 from my prepaid account. This is only due to your unauthorized act. So BSNL is liable to repay that amount to me. BSNL is a central government organization and is liable to provide good service at a cost affordable by common people. But now you are acting like private mobile service providers which are settled only for profit.I want a reply at the earliest and you must refund Rs.10 to my account at the earliest which you have deducted unauthorizedly on today, after I send the message to stop your value added service in my mobile, otherwise I will file a complaint to the Consumer Service Forum with substantial evidences to get back the amount, you have unauthorizedly deducted from my prepaid account.

                    I have been promised by BSNL customer care May 2014 that Hungama game/movie/music service is by default enabled at free of cost.                             I have a landline and Boardbank connection. I moved abroad suddenly and i want to either put my phone + broadband under safe custody or close the connection. I am unable to find any email id of customer care to write about this. kindly help

                              They are showing that by recharging with Rs 47, your std call charges bsnl to bsnl will be 20p/s. But I have recharged it twice last months and this month too but I have not got this service. When I talked with bsnl customer care service they told me to call in 1 hour again and again, and is not ready to hear my voice and keep on telling that is not there in my website, I told them that please see your site it is clearly written, so you have to provide me that service otherwise you are fooling your customers.

                                I am used the sim numbered [protected] last eight years. Now I can not make any call and message. When I try to make a call a message shown that "Not registered on network" ... What is it. IS it required to re-register the mobile sim again in my name. If not registered how can I use the sim last eight years. What you mean by this..Validity of my period ends on 12/10/2014. My balance of Rs. 100, will gone if I cannot do the renewal. From the sim I can not contact even the customer care number. The same situation was exist one month before. When i made a complaint it became ok. Why this repeat again and again.
