Hi, Im a BSNL pre paid mobile user.I had many transaction issues and no refund for last 4-5 months. Whenever im trying to contact BSNL costumer care, they launch a complaint n nothing happens after that. I have almost 500 to 600 rupees due. they are still not helping me out.
