    I am a customer of bsnl wire line services since 4 years. I have subscribed broadband plan BBG FN HOME 500 COMBO monthly which gives 1.5 GB data in all time and night unlimited[protected] hours free. In July and August bill bsnl changed my plan BBG FN HOME 500 COMBO too BBG CNT COMBO 500 without intimation. They didn't notify me about this and charged for night hours.in June 2014 my bill was 571 rupees only and now in July its become 2632 rupees and August 3895.that's not affordable for me. please take a look on these topics- 1. bsnl didn't give me information about night hours[protected] charges change. 2.. I was not informed about the plan change by bsnl in any form SMS or phone call. 3. i have been charged for night hours downloads, which in my previous plan were free Since 4 years. 4. This plan was suddenly changed in July to BBG-CNT-COMBO-500-MONTHLY without my knowledge I request you to please consider my complaint and waiver the night hours download for month of July.

      I purchase BSNL CDMA Data Card PCMCIA Type (WB & CTD) on 2007. Speed of line is 256 kbps I am using it only for gathering information from Internet but now a days the Internet connection slower and slower google page open about 1 minute. But BSNL send me the bill Rs. 225/- properly but they did not repaired the problem.

        The Sim card I use in BSNL 3G Data card belongs to AP and currently I am in pune, Maharashtra. I recharged it with 2GB of data for Rs.252 but whenever I try to "connect", it shows "The PP protocol link control protocol is terminated". I tried to call to customer care service no one is responding properly.

        Hi Friend,

        The Data Card you are using is multi sim option enabled ??
        If yes means go to the settings on the dashboard of the data card .
        and choose conection profiles and manually select the operator from the drop down list and save the settings . Now, close the dashboard and unplug your data card. Reconnect the data card and try to connect to internet by using the connect button on the dashboard..

              I have submitted complaints to 1500 repeatedly. I have been receiving conformation over my mob.[protected] confirming registration of all my complaints (last complaint no.-[protected]). But there is no respite as yet. Instead I have been receiving messages from Bsnl mentioning complaints to have been resolved against each complaints. But in reality it is not so. How come Bsnl could act in such a manner ? Please see to it.

                  Phone is not making connection to any phone. Despite charging the account, message keeps coming that there is insufficient balance. Also most important, when any number is dialled, automated message says that all lines are busy in this route.

                      I have BSNL post paid number [protected] for about 1 year. At 1st of September 2014, I have to go to Delhi for some work. Since no number is working outside J&K other than a post paid one. When i inserted my BSNL sim, it showed SIN card registration failed. How can BSNL be so irresponsible to fail my SIM card registration without intimating me. I have faced so much problem in Delhi during the visit. A strict action should be taken against BSNL.

                        Hi,
                        This is Aritra Das, a resident of Ashwininagar, Baguiati area in Kolkata. I'm currently using a BSNL 3G sim to connect to internet from my Huawei USB dongle. Although I was promised of a seamless 3G service, in reality the 3G connection remains poor (never more than 3 bars in tower strength) and that, too, fluctuates a lot. Often, I can't access internet for a full day. I have already paid Rs. 3299 for 1 year (2.5GB/month * 12 months), so I can't change my connection for other providers.
                        Please help.

                            Sir/Madam, I received a call from a BSNL customer care executive a few weeks ago on my land line[protected] and I was told that she is activating the BSNL HUNGAMA offer valid from next day and i can deactivate it after a few days if I am not interested. The charges she told was around 20 Rs /- per day. Until today after 3 and a half weeks the service is not active and I am getting bill for the service which is not even activated. I DO NOT WANT TO USE BSNL HUNGAMA OFFER ANYMORE. DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING FOR BSNL HUNGAMA. DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.                               I am using BBG Combo ULD 1425 and I am supposed to get 4Mbps from the first of the month for a Limit of 20 GB Data! Now 4 days have passed and I am getting only 1Mbps and I I call the helpline No one answers the phone! When i went to the BSNL Broadband office in Margao they tell me that there is a problem in the lien and they will send the lineman to rectify the problem but no one has come to attend the problem!

                                  Internet bcoz mobile operator including bsnl 3g access very vary slow
                                  Internet providing us, student and every one face same problem, i search
                                  on Google & read-India’s Internet speed is the one of the slowest in

                                    My BSNL land line number[protected] is dead for one week and I have already raised complain for that (Docet id - [protected]). After this I have got an SMS from customer care with the Name.contact number ( Nirmal Pal - Mobile No - [protected]) who will be looking after the connection issue. But I have called him hundreds of times but he did not respond and even picking up his phone.This is really disappointing and BSNL connection is the worst connection now a days. The poeple working with this organization are worthless and are not professional and too much irresponsible. After some days a bsnl ring tune is activated on my mobile and now am deactivated this ring tune .Plz as soon as (At this time) my ring tune deactivate. But not deactivated yesterday my ring tune I am close the connection of bsnl . Bsnl service is very bad. Customer care is not reply . I am using the 1503, 123,[protected] not reply any no. so Plz My Bsnl Ring tune deactivated immediately.

                                        Sir I am Adarsh Ashokan working in Qatar. My family is residing at Agasthyacode, Anchal, Kollam Dist., Kerala, During my leave in September 2013 I submited an Application at Anchal BSNL Office for New Broad Band Connection, the officer told me there is some cable problem in my Area so please apply after 3 months. Thus my wife submitted an Application again in December. They allotted only Land Line Number [protected]. But till this date they didn't give me the connection. Whenever she go and ask them they told the inavailability of the cable that they can't issue the connection. She frequently visited the office and ask them. But the same story is happend. Two days before the y told the connection is cancelled due to the postponement of installation. So please take necessary action to arrange the connection.ASAP.
