BUT THE SIM IS NOT ACTIVATE TILL DATE (12.09.2014.). KINDLY TAKE THE MATTER ON PRIORITY SO THAT THE SIM CAN BE ACTIVATED. Last time also we called cs care guys and ask about the bill they ensure us bill will reach you at home on time This time also we didn't receive any bill .Last time also we paid fine due to negligence of BSNL Please take correct measure to solve this problem

      Iam K.Jaya Sai Krishna form AP. i have paid my land line bill bearing number[protected] with a bill of RS 157.00 on 07/09/2014 with the help of Internet Baking (SBI) with Transaction ID TX[protected] and bill no[protected]. money was deducted form my account. but after redirecting MY BSNL showed the bill payment UNSCUCESSFUL .. and for 2 days it is displayed as "AWAITING BANK CONFORMATION" but not its not at all showing any thing in transaction windows.. And money was not paid back to my account .. and bill was still unpaid. this is the way BSNL cheated me.. Please help me (not only for me. this problem was faced by so many people i read in some private forms) Thanks in Advance

        Dear Sir/ Madam,

        My residential BSNL land line number (+[protected] not working since 5 years. More than 16 times we have submitted complaint in BSNL customer care and exchange, next day the technicians just visit and return, they says problem is in cable Or in Exchange even they are not giving proper feed back where is fault exactly but they fores me to close this 45 series no & take another series number like 43, 47
        & till this time they are not solved the problem.

        Also they had close broad band net service in our area. When we complaint against broad band in bsnl office their officers tell us to take hathway's Net for computer. Hatheway's Advertisement given by BSNL
        Brod band officers & BSNL itself.

        Because of these above issues we are facing lots of problems.

        Kindly request you to take serious action on above matter...

          Dear Sir, My BSNL Land Line No.[protected]Thuravoor Exchange, Angamaly) is continuously not working for the last 2.5 months. From 2014 June 22nd onwards it is not working. I complained about this to the BSNL authorities of Thuravoor Exchange many times and until now the problem is not solved. I sent complaints to the BSNL authorities by e-mail also, but until now there is no solution to my problem and my land line remains as dead.           My BSNL Land Line No.[protected]Thuravoor Exchange, Angamaly) is continuously not working for the last 4 months. From 2014 June 22nd onwards it is not working.             Respected Sir / Madam, The data charges usage beyond the bundled free usage is getting deducted from main account. I am aware that the it is supposed to be deducted the same way. I have a concern on this. There is no notification via a pop up message or an SMS before the amount is deducted from the main balance. It would be better if this facility is provided. It is because, mostly, the user is not aware that his/her data usage value has been consumed. Request you to take the necessary action to ensure that a pop up message or an SMS is sent before the amount is deducted from the main balance. Expecting your reply at the earliest.                 Mobile no[protected], BSNL UP East. Recharged my cell for 84 STD call rate cutter pack on 25th Aug 2014 Balance was deducted but pack was not activated. A extortionately high call rate of 1.8 p is charged...!!! The complain is about Unsuccessful activation of Plan, Unresponsiveness of customer care, keeping my complaint pending for several days, keeping my call on hold to and wasting my time for several hours en route customer care executive. Calling customer care several times has just been a heavy loss of time. Every time a executive put it on hold for checking details, a long wait, and picks my call after long queue time. Then I am given a 24/48/12 hr time slot with affirmation that my complaint will be solved given interval of time slot every time. Further no other plan can be activated as per BSNL rules when a plan is already there!!!. I am fed up with getting a new time slot every time. I have cause one suffered a heavy loss of time, money and undergone mental harassment.

                  there is a regular delay in delivery of rent on the tower located in ongole town, distt. prakasam (A.P), The august month is over bt i haven't yet received the rent of july-august & this is not the ist time .. I have contacted to the BSNL distt. office but the accountant concerned has told me that there is a delay due to new procedure in bsnl headquarter, i think that it is the moral responsibilty of bsnl to deliver the rent on time otherwise must send the amount with some intrest, It's not the customer who should suffer always..there must an imposition of some penalty on company too, If company is unable to send the rent on time, please vacate our land..

                        I am a customer of bsnl wire line services since 4 years. I have subscribed broadband plan BBG FN HOME 500 COMBO monthly which gives 1.5 GB data in all time and night unlimited[protected] hours free. In July and August bill bsnl changed my plan BBG FN HOME 500 COMBO too BBG CNT COMBO 500 without intimation. They didn't notify me about this and charged for night hours.in June 2014 my bill was 571 rupees only and now in July its become 2632 rupees and August 3895.that's not affordable for me. please take a look on these topics- 1. bsnl didn't give me information about night hours[protected] charges change. 2.. I was not informed about the plan change by bsnl in any form SMS or phone call. 3. i have been charged for night hours downloads, which in my previous plan were free Since 4 years. 4. This plan was suddenly changed in July to BBG-CNT-COMBO-500-MONTHLY without my knowledge I request you to please consider my complaint and waiver the night hours download for month of July.

                          I purchase BSNL CDMA Data Card PCMCIA Type (WB & CTD) on 2007. Speed of line is 256 kbps I am using it only for gathering information from Internet but now a days the Internet connection slower and slower google page open about 1 minute. But BSNL send me the bill Rs. 225/- properly but they did not repaired the problem.

                            The Sim card I use in BSNL 3G Data card belongs to AP and currently I am in pune, Maharashtra. I recharged it with 2GB of data for Rs.252 but whenever I try to "connect", it shows "The PP protocol link control protocol is terminated". I tried to call to customer care service no one is responding properly.

                            Hi Friend,

                            The Data Card you are using is multi sim option enabled ??
                            If yes means go to the settings on the dashboard of the data card .
                            and choose conection profiles and manually select the operator from the drop down list and save the settings . Now, close the dashboard and unplug your data card. Reconnect the data card and try to connect to internet by using the connect button on the dashboard..

                                  I have submitted complaints to 1500 repeatedly. I have been receiving conformation over my mob.[protected] confirming registration of all my complaints (last complaint no.-[protected]). But there is no respite as yet. Instead I have been receiving messages from Bsnl mentioning complaints to have been resolved against each complaints. But in reality it is not so. How come Bsnl could act in such a manner ? Please see to it.

This is very difficult to daily routine life. We are taking 10 No's BSNL in our company employees. Every one face this Problems regularly.                                       Phone is not making connection to any phone. Despite charging the account, message keeps coming that there is insufficient balance. Also most important, when any number is dialled, automated message says that all lines are busy in this route.

                                        Also as this is a pre paid account.
