I have Opted 3G Roaming for my BSNL -SIM ( No [protected]) and paying the charges as per that. Observed many times on my tours to Mumbai/ Maharashtra / Gujarat that automatically my Internet connection/ 3G icon goes off and I couldn't get the same . I can't access my mails, use any other option like Google, U tube etc while I am outside Hyderabad. Please check the same immediately as I have to travel frequently for my official work outside Hyderabad. I haven't get any solution in spite of approach to Customer Care, Regards, Satish Raktawan [protected]

    We have been consistently sending requests for deactivation of Hungama on our broadband on the landline no.[protected]. but till date its' still activated and without using that we r suppose to pay the rental for tat site...kindly deactivate it so that coming months bill does not includes the rental for the same.

    my broadband number is[protected]. I donot require hungama. Hence I request you to deactive all hungama and not to deduct any amount from my bill in this regard.
    I do not require hungama for my broadband connection no.[protected]. Hence hungama should be deactivated and request you to not deduct any amount in this regard.

      To Competent Authority, I have applied and paid for installation of Wimax connection for my private use at home on 2nd August 2014 and on 03rd August, 2014 released order for installation has been handed over to S.D.O. of my area. Since then lot of this and that is being informed to me on phone but no body is turning up to install the equipments. Some times they are urging to arrange the equipments at my own from the market like modem equipment and wire etc. and threatening me that i have to pay double rental charges from the date of application, it does not matter whether wimax has been installed or not. Thats how Modi sir would take broad_bands to all the villages?? Please guide what to do against such mischief.       site interference were not found present or effective. bsnl person did the work as they wished. they installed on 19th august, but activated on much before on 5th aug. they let it work for 5 days. wimax gone off on 24th night and they repaired it on 12th september. thats how they treat complaints and issues at hand.

      my complaint was posted on 12th august which is dated 21 aug. on which day it must have been forwarded. but installation took place on 19th aug. this delay of posting and forwarding seems is of no fruitful help to us.

        Hi Team I am Divya, and I own a Shop in Maduravoyal. Recently two people (John and Jaya) joined our shop as workers. Their way of talking and behaviour is not good. They were trying to cheat us. So we dismissed them from our Shop. But still they are calling us from their NSNL Mobile and try to threaten us and its irritating. Moreover we dont know any details about them before asking their ID and Address Proof itself they showed their original faces. Please take necessary action on this Number [protected]

          BSNL EVDO which is a wireless broadband service charges me Rs880 per month for unlimited Internet usage. It is supposed to give me 3.1 MBPS speed but its actually giving 5 KBPS. I called the customer care. several times. But they do nothing. i'm really annoyed as well as frustrated with such speed. I'm in PO: Chanchal. DIST: Malda, West Bengal. Thank you.               i am from tamilnadu(kanchipuram).i have bsnl broadband connection in my home.it keeps disconnecting frequently daily.yes, i have tthis problem daily. i have booked many complaints regarding this...but there is no justice for me.please help me!!! its annoying and i have more than 10 days disconnected in a month but i have to pay the full bill...

              The Worst. This is the worst Internet and even the customer care is also horrible. When i was talking to them they cut my call as i was filing a complaint. When i went to the office to get it disconnected they sent from office to office to get it done they even made me wait for 1 hour in both the offices. This the worst, disgusting service. I hate them so much i cant express it words. i gave no rating as i wanted to give them a 0
              their staff to ignorant. Disgusting i hate them

                Dear Sir/Mam, Our BSNL Broadband in not working properly from so long time and the service we are getting from your team is also not satisfactory. It stop working after every 2-3 days after it got repaired but while purchasing they assured us that Broadband is for lifetime use but we felt like using some 2G mobile net while using your BSNL Broadband.                   FNC-600 changed to CNT-630 By Bsnl ( Taking the liberty upon them self witout bothering to inform its users, Must be eager to show profits to the new Modi Govt.) As a result got 10000 bill for july for usage during 0200 to 0800 (which us to be free) Even local bsnl personel did not know of changes And is there any a chance that bsnl even reads or even notice these complaints

                    Hi, We have cancelled BSNL Broadband and Landline almost 8 years back as our telephone was at fault for months. When we went to raise a complaint regarding the fault, our broadband was disconnected immediately. Since then, we do not use to get any further bills. This year, its 2014, we have started getting bills again for landline services, which we no longer use since we left BSNL. We almost got 4 bills in the year 2014. I want to report and raise a strict complaint against the concern and the way they misuse old customer's information for charging money against fake bills. This is absolutely not acceptable. If I would have been at fault, then why did the BSNL did not charge us any bills within the past few years, after the cancellation? This is a terrible offence and whoever is responsible for this SHOULD BE PUNISHED LEGALLY.                         I have applied for new landline and broadband connection in BSNL. I got the order number as [protected]. The BSNL exchange sakkrdra people visited my place and called his officer that the connecyion is feasible. I asked them that order number is there install it, so they said.. they officer will wait till their officer's order. These people are not installing my connection. I applied on 8th aug 14.                           I had gone to BSN L Customer Service Centre, Karwar to submit my Broadband connection form. After getting the form cleared by SDE office I was told to pay Rs. 1300/= towards deposit for telephone and BB connection. When I went to the cash counter to pay the bill the person sitting there Mr. Mahesh told me that this is not be submitted there but another counter nearby. No one was at the counter and I waited for about half an hour. Till then no one even bothered to enquire why I was waiting and when I asked one of the staff he told me that the same person at the cash counter will also take my form. Since the queue was long at the cash counter, Mr. Mahesh also was not bothered to take my form. I approached the commercial manager Mrs. Shoba Gaonkar for the same problem and she told me there is a “shortage of staff” and come the next day inspite of all the counters in the office being occupied except for one. I told them that I am a defence service officer and am on leave and won’t be able to come the next day because I would be on duty and would have to travel 07-08 Kms. The commercial manager requested some other staff and all refused to accept the form stating various reasons and the commercial manager told me nothing can be done and come next day. This lackadaisical and rebellious attitude of the staff at the customer service centre amounts to harassment of a consumer / customer. The commercial manager being at a responsible position should have at least accepted my form as a last resort but showed no interest. It is requested that action taken against the staff for tormenting customers inspite of being a customer service centre. My mob. Pse attend to my complaint on priority at the earliest else many more customers would be facing such attitude daily.

                            i have a problem for about not taking seriously my complaint . My landline is not working properly for about 3 months & i have complated to bsnl online around 15 - 20 times & they does't do anything & same as for my broadband .please take action against them otherwise i want to disconnect my connection & the same comlaint is to be registerd in local district court. do as soon as possible. e-mail ; [protected]@gmail.com mob. no.                               Respected Sir/ Madam, Thank you very much for making a such a good show PEHREDAR, I Love your show and regularly watching. Its really give us power to raise our voice against Corrupt or bed Companies who forget their services after selling products. I am Abhishek Karwa belongs from Jodhpur Rajasthan.I want to complain against BSNL. The case is that I'm having a landline connection in the name of my father Mr. Satya Narain Karwa. We were having the Boad band service on the same land line having Plan "BB-FREE-USG-1.5GB-FN. In this plan we were having free night usage of Broad Band till 2:00 am to morning 8:00 am. My complain is that BSNL has stopped this night usage plan from 1July 2014 without any information to the consumers.Even this is also reported in local newspaper Dainik Bhaskar on 22 July 2014. The cutting of news paper is attached within this mail. Many consumers are facing the same problem. In my case as we were not aware of that the BSNL has stopped night usage plan and we are using the service in night. But when the bill is generated the amount billed is Rs 2205. Out of which BSNL charged Rs 1174.53 for night usage which is not fare at all. When we spoke to the BSNL, they simply says that its all due to chandigarh BSNL section from where all Broad Band services are controlled. My Bill is attached within this mail. My Land Line No. is[protected]. When I meet engineer first he saying it will be done next 2 days. But now he start saying that we don't have wire for new connection. I was apply for new connection on 22 July 2014.                                       17th August 2014, Siliguri, West Bengal 3g network continuously fluctuating by 2g & 3g, happening last one moth, facing lot of problems running Internet as well as vedeocalling at 3g network ie we are not getting 3g facility since long time but we are paying for that.                                         Sir, Rs.123.13 + service charges were forcefully added in my a/c [protected] and customer id [protected] in bill no[protected] dated[protected] without intimation to my mail id.As i do not want " hungama ", it should be immediately deactivated and the above amount should be refunded to me. Failure of immediate action will lose precious customer. with thanks.
