BSNL is a ICON to identify How worse Government Organizations are. The cheap workers and managers and directors of BSNL fatting themselves by Puplic money. And they never realize that their belly and their wife & kids needs are fulfilled from the money collected customers like me. All because of their Job security, if a rules says, person who does not perform will loose job. Then 80 % Govt employee's will be checked out in a hour. Hopeless, Useless and Worthless talking. Let us Vote and Support for privatisation and that is the only solution to get BSNL EMBTY and through away to Garbage. Privatisation - Yes sometime OLD GOOSE come to say NO ITS HARMFUL and THEY MAY ROB PUPLIC MONEY. So what the hell BSNL is doing now.

    sir, I am Cell One customer for the past 9 years. I am practicing as an advocate at Madras Highcourt. My cell one No. is[protected]. which is post paid. Due to non payment of my mobile bill, today morning my mobile was disconnected by the cell one. Today (22.08.2014) afternoon around 12.40 I was paid my mobile bill at the Chennai Telephones, HighCourt Counter. Receipt No.CHN[protected], Account No.[protected], Payment code: GSM. Early belated my payments, If it is disconnected, after my payment was made immediately it will connect or it will take one or two hours. But my payment was made, even at this time my mobile connection was not given. On 22.08.2014 after 1 pm Every minutes i am egarly expecting my mobile connection, but same is not given. I could not call my very very urgent and important call to my cousin, who was admitted in hospital today as well i could not call my clients also. The above mentioned act is thoroughly deficiency in service. Now a days competition between private telephone companies, cell one act is very very poor. since i am a 9 years customer of you, cell one should not disappoint me. Due to the above reasons my mental agony would not measured. kindly, give connection to my mobile[protected] at the earliest. thanking you yours v.nanmaran.

      My balance from BSNL prepaid number [protected] was deducted by an amount of Rs 143 for no means on 16th August 2014. I tried to contact the BSNL customer care but they always have call waiting and they never give proper answers. So please fix my problem as soon as possible.

      Complaint was submitted on 22th august but there is no response from BSNL till now i.e. 25th august
      The complain which I submitted on 22nd August as the deduction of balance for no means against BSNL Prepaid has not been reviewed by them till now... They have not contacted me till now...

        Bill amount related to land line no.[protected] remitted on 17.8.14 and the remitted amount of Rs.618/ paid through Indian overseas bank, branch code 7840, debit card.Many efforts to contact the Bsnl customer care went in as usual.Such a worst customer care is provided by the Bsnl in God's own country, Krala.The tx.no.of the transaction was tx.[protected]..Phone call reminders from Bsnl billing Department are received daily.Daily forwading complaints through available Email ID s are mere waste of time.Either the message wont go or the kings of Bsnl would never reply to an affected customer..Messages sent to an email id [protected]@bsnl.co.in, as found in the demand bill had also never been replied to many email messages for clearing my bill problem.Then why the hell the Bsnl is allotting such dead email ids to these non functioning offices. Will Bsnl do justice to its bill paying customers?

          BSNL is deducting Rs. 5/- daily from balance of my Mobile No. [protected] in the name of renewal of daily new service or whatever worthless services, whereas I never approached them to subscribe the same.

          It is really disgusting from an institution like Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. Bihar. Just stop it other wise I will compelled to go to consumer forum.

            This is to inform you that, iam a bsnl customer using 2295757 number. Now i got my bill amount for Rs. 1279, but my usual monthly bill was 870. I came to know that the extra amount has been credited for using Hungama. I haven, t received any password to use hungama. It is impossible for me to pay hungama bill without using it. So, i kindly request you to send me a revised bill. I, m looking for earlier response.

              dear sir, we are experiencing frequent disruptions to our broad band connection. hence we are not able to use the Internet for our daily personal use without interruptions. This makes it frustrating and irritating. We are using d-link modem purchased by us instead of type - b1. hence kindly do not ask us to pay the monthly charges of R's.70/month. if you want you can inspect the set up of Internet connection.                   It is informed to you that I am a broadband user and broadband number is[protected]. Approx Last one year i am unable to access the URL (ndc.selfcare/...) that is for checking of broadband usage. there is no other option to check the data usage by BSNL. I am unable to check the data usage because i miss my username and password. When i enter again it is displaying that you are already exist. For Solving this issue at July last I went to BSNL head office, Rajnagar Head Office, ghaziabad. there are following process but no one solve my issue. 1. i went to customer care center and they send me at room number : 408 2. At room 408, they told please go to NIB 3. At NIB, Officer says to me for go to Broadband Dept. 4. At Broadband dept they send me Broadband manager (that room is in front of his room). 5. Broadband manager send me to 5th floor, 6. At 5th floor a madam send me again to customer care at ground floor. 7. At customer care(ground floor) they send me to CO Office. 8. At CO office, they send me to meed customer care JE. 9. JE send me again to customer care persons.

                    I have Opted 3G Roaming for my BSNL -SIM ( No [protected]) and paying the charges as per that. Observed many times on my tours to Mumbai/ Maharashtra / Gujarat that automatically my Internet connection/ 3G icon goes off and I couldn't get the same . I can't access my mails, use any other option like Google, U tube etc while I am outside Hyderabad. Please check the same immediately as I have to travel frequently for my official work outside Hyderabad.                       We have been consistently sending requests for deactivation of Hungama on our broadband on the landline no.[protected]. but till date its' still activated and without using that we r suppose to pay the rental for tat site...kindly deactivate it so that coming months bill does not includes the rental for the same.

                        To Competent Authority, I have applied and paid for installation of Wimax connection for my private use at home on 2nd August 2014 and on 03rd August, 2014 released order for installation has been handed over to S.D.O. of my area. Since then lot of this and that is being informed to me on phone but no body is turning up to install the equipments. Some times they are urging to arrange the equipments at my own from the market like modem equipment and wire etc. and threatening me that i have to pay double rental charges from the date of application, it does not matter whether wimax has been installed or not. Thats how Modi sir would take broad_bands to all the villages?? Please guide what to do against such mischief.                         site interference were not found present or effective. bsnl person did the work as they wished. they installed on 19th august, but activated on much before on 5th aug. they let it work for 5 days. wimax gone off on 24th night and they repaired it on 12th september. thats how they treat complaints and issues at hand.

                        my complaint was posted on 12th august which is dated 21 aug. on which day it must have been forwarded. but installation took place on 19th aug. this delay of posting and forwarding seems is of no fruitful help to us.

                          Hi Team I am Divya, and I own a Shop in Maduravoyal. Recently two people (John and Jaya) joined our shop as workers. Their way of talking and behaviour is not good. They were trying to cheat us. So we dismissed them from our Shop. But still they are calling us from their NSNL Mobile and try to threaten us and its irritating.                             BSNL EVDO which is a wireless broadband service charges me Rs880 per month for unlimited Internet usage. It is supposed to give me 3.1 MBPS speed but its actually giving 5 KBPS. I called the customer care. several times. But they do nothing. i'm really annoyed as well as frustrated with such speed.                                 i am from tamilnadu(kanchipuram).i have bsnl broadband connection in my home.it keeps disconnecting frequently daily.yes, i have tthis problem daily. i have booked many complaints regarding this...but there is no justice for me.please help me!!! its annoying and i have more than 10 days disconnected in a month but i have to pay the full bill...

                                The Worst. This is the worst Internet and even the customer care is also horrible. When i was talking to them they cut my call as i was filing a complaint. When i went to the office to get it disconnected they sent from office to office to get it done they even made me wait for 1 hour in both the offices. This the worst, disgusting service. I hate them so much i cant express it words. i gave no rating as i wanted to give them a 0
                                their staff to ignorant. Disgusting i hate them

It stop working after every 2-3 days after it got repaired but while purchasing they assured us that Broadband is for lifetime use but we felt like using some 2G mobile net while using your BSNL Broadband.                                     FNC-600 changed to CNT-630 By Bsnl ( Taking the liberty upon them self witout bothering to inform its users, Must be eager to show profits to the new Modi Govt.) As a result got 10000 bill for july for usage during 0200 to 0800 (which us to be free) Even local bsnl personel did not know of changes And is there any a chance that bsnl even reads or even notice these complaints

                                      Hi, We have cancelled BSNL Broadband and Landline almost 8 years back as our telephone was at fault for months. When we went to raise a complaint regarding the fault, our broadband was disconnected immediately. Since then, we do not use to get any further bills. This year, its 2014, we have started getting bills again for landline services, which we no longer use since we left BSNL. We almost got 4 bills in the year 2014. I want to report and raise a strict complaint against the concern and the way they misuse old customer's information for charging money against fake bills. This is absolutely not acceptable. If I would have been at fault, then why did the BSNL did not charge us any bills within the past few years, after the cancellation? This is a terrible offence and whoever is responsible for this SHOULD BE PUNISHED LEGALLY.                                         My Name is Rabendra Singh Kushwah I am used Jai Jawan BSNL plan, on 17 Aug 2014 about 08:30 PM recharge my Jai Jawan plan online but not selected Jai Jawan plan and recharge Rs 102 (One hundred two only) and Rs deducted my account but mobile not recharge my Mobile No is [protected]. You are requested to refund my deduct money in my account and inform to me through SMS/Email ([protected]@gmail.com) please.

                                        I am in Hyderabad With the bsnl connection. The Worst. This is the worst Internet and even the customer care is also horrible. When i was talking to them they cut my call as i was filing a complaint. When i
                                        went to the office to get it disconnected they sent from office to
                                        office to get it done they even made me wait for 1 hour in both the
                                        offices. This the worst, disgusting service. I hate them so much i cant express it words. i gave no rating as i wanted to give them a 0their staff to ignorant. Disgusting i hate them.The internet also did not work properly It did not work constantly
