I have applied for new landline and broadband connection in BSNL. I got the order number as [protected]. The BSNL exchange sakkrdra people visited my place and called his officer that the connecyion is feasible. I asked them that order number is there install it, so they said.. they officer will wait till their officer's order. These people are not installing my connection. I applied on 8th aug 14. It has been 9 days. No one is listening. I wrote mail to [protected]@bsnl.co.in but he is also sleeping. I request you to take action against such bsnl people.     I had gone to BSN L Customer Service Centre, Karwar to submit my Broadband connection form. After getting the form cleared by SDE office I was told to pay Rs. 1300/= towards deposit for telephone and BB connection. When I went to the cash counter to pay the bill the person sitting there Mr. Mahesh told me that this is not be submitted there but another counter nearby. No one was at the counter and I waited for about half an hour. Till then no one even bothered to enquire why I was waiting and when I asked one of the staff he told me that the same person at the cash counter will also take my form. Since the queue was long at the cash counter, Mr. Mahesh also was not bothered to take my form. I approached the commercial manager Mrs. Shoba Gaonkar for the same problem and she told me there is a “shortage of staff” and come the next day inspite of all the counters in the office being occupied except for one. I told them that I am a defence service officer and am on leave and won’t be able to come the next day because I would be on duty and would have to travel 07-08 Kms. The commercial manager requested some other staff and all refused to accept the form stating various reasons and the commercial manager told me nothing can be done and come next day. This lackadaisical and rebellious attitude of the staff at the customer service centre amounts to harassment of a consumer / customer. The commercial manager being at a responsible position should have at least accepted my form as a last resort but showed no interest. It is requested that action taken against the staff for tormenting customers inspite of being a customer service centre. My mob. Pse attend to my complaint on priority at the earliest else many more customers would be facing such attitude daily.

      i have a problem for about not taking seriously my complaint . My landline is not working properly for about 3 months & i have complated to bsnl online around 15 - 20 times & they does't do anything & same as for my broadband .please take action against them otherwise i want to disconnect my connection & the same comlaint is to be registerd in local district court. do as soon as possible. e-mail ; [protected]@gmail.com mob. no.         Respected Sir/ Madam, Thank you very much for making a such a good show PEHREDAR, I Love your show and regularly watching. Its really give us power to raise our voice against Corrupt or bed Companies who forget their services after selling products. I am Abhishek Karwa belongs from Jodhpur Rajasthan.I want to complain against BSNL. The case is that I'm having a landline connection in the name of my father Mr. Satya Narain Karwa. We were having the Boad band service on the same land line having Plan "BB-FREE-USG-1.5GB-FN. In this plan we were having free night usage of Broad Band till 2:00 am to morning 8:00 am. My complain is that BSNL has stopped this night usage plan from 1July 2014 without any information to the consumers.Even this is also reported in local newspaper Dainik Bhaskar on 22 July 2014. The cutting of news paper is attached within this mail. Many consumers are facing the same problem. In my case as we were not aware of that the BSNL has stopped night usage plan and we are using the service in night. But when the bill is generated the amount billed is Rs 2205. Out of which BSNL charged Rs 1174.53 for night usage which is not fare at all. When we spoke to the BSNL, they simply says that its all due to chandigarh BSNL section from where all Broad Band services are controlled. My Bill is attached within this mail. My Land Line No. is[protected].           Hi there, I was apply for new land line connection. When I visit in BSNL office they told me that order for new connection given to then engineer. When I meet engineer first he saying it will be done next 2 days. But now he start saying that we don't have wire for new connection. I was apply for new connection on 22 July 2014. Can you tell me what to do.

I have made several complaints to the various officers in Kadakhpada, and Kalao Talao in Kalyan, but all that they did was make me run from pillar to post. I have even tried writing to the telecome minister, but it was just a waste of time and energy. In spite of the line being dead BSNL keeps sending false messages that the line has been restored and billing for both the landline and broadband. I disconnected the broadband, but they are still billing me for the landline. Please help and do the needful, as I am a senior citizen with health problems,

                            I have been availing BSNL Broadband services for the last four years. My plan used to be BBG FN500. Without intimation from BSNL in any form - SMS, Email, phone call, about the change of plans from BBG FN500 to BBG CNT500 implemented from the 1st of July, I have been charged for night usage[protected] hrs) which used to be free previously and served with a heavy bill of amount Rs.4541/-. BSNL officials claim that they have sent SMS-es and emails to customers prior to implementing the BBG CNT plan and withdrawal of free Night usage in advance. They also claim that the advertisement appeared in the newspapers. After talking to a lot of people from across the country I came to know that more than half of the customers availing the BBG FN500 plan were not informed by any means! The only newspaper advertisement that I could find was The Hindu, Mangalore edition on 4th of July, 4 days after the implementation! Not even a national daily! What is this - a joke? As a matter of fact I still haven't received any notification from BSNL yet. My phone number and e-mail is registered on the selfcare portal and I receive plenty of SMS’s and e-mails regarding bills and offers from BSNL but never once did I receive any message notifying me about the change of plans and withdrawal of free night usage in BBG FN500 plan. I came to know about the changes on July 7, 2014 from a third party source and contacted the local telephone exchange immediately, where strangely even the BSNL officials were unaware of the withdrawal of the free night usage in BBG FN500 plan! Later, on contacting the BSNL Customer Care Centre I was informed that the changes were implemented rather hastily and the notification was published in newspapers almost 7 days after its implementation. It is no fault of mine that your good office failed to notify me about the changes in advance so that I could have decided accordingly to change my plan based on my needs well in advance. I submitted a written complaint to the Accounts officer of my Telecom District who said that he would personally try his best to look into the matter but I should not expect a miracle and that I MUST pay the huge bill because he has no idea how long will it take to resolve the issue. Not just that, he was also not sure if the issue would be looked into or not at all by the higher authorities. All he could do was try his best. I took his word at face value but now it seems it is hopeless to expect anything will actually happen. I will be forced to pay a heavy bill inspite of no fault of mine or suffer disconnection of both landline and broadband services. What a shame!

                              The details of validity plans are not disclosed anywhere. My validity is going to finish in a day (16 Aug midnight). When I went to a shop for recharge of 80 rupees, he recharged but I did not receive the validity. Also, the shopkeeper's balance got deducted. So, I had to pay him 80 rupees without getting any validity. There is no notification about the plans from BSNL at any shop. How will the customer know is there's a change in plan? Does the company think anything about customer's problems? Please consider this issue at the earliest, otherwise my number will stop working.

I have notify the issue to BSNL officers [ Mr.Malve & Mr.Golcha ] for many times but there is no response. My whole business is online and I am suffering a lot. Please help me about it. My payments are all clear.

                                  My telephone number is[protected], i had been on the broadband plan of 500 combo offer which had free unlimited Internet during 02:00 hrs to 08:00 hrs but BSNL had stopped our 500 combo offer by june 2014 without informing us and gave us a huge bill for the month of july 2014 for which we already had a yearly payment done on 19th July 2014. BSNL is supposed to alert us about the change in plan or if they are stopping the plan.They havent done any such thing.

                                      My internet broadband connection (phone number 02114 – 270002 and customer id [protected]) was not working from 26th april 2014 to 17th may 2014. I had requested waiver in my bill for the service not provided... in writing to the manager of BSNL Lonavala on 3rd June 2014. And I was promised that the waiver would reflect in the bill of May 2014. However when I received the bill for month of May 2014 it did not reflect the promised waiver. I approached the manager BSNL-Lonavala, Mr Petkar on 21st June 2014 and on his assurance he said the waiver shall be reflected in the bill of June 2014. But again the bill of June 2014 did not reflect the promised waiver and is not reflected in any of the bills till date. Kindly look into this matter on priority basis and please provide the necessary waiver ASAP.

                                        I am having broadband connection with Rs. 800 plan to my land line [protected]. The plan indicates broad band speed is up to 100mbps. It does not indicate what is the minimum assured speed. I am able to get max 0.3 mbps ~ 0.45 mbps at any point of time. Hence many times the net connection gets dis-connected. Please indicate the assured minimum broad band speed and to rectify the line to get at least 75% of the specified plan speed. ravneet pH:[protected]
